As social interest in the metaverse increases, various metaverse platforms and services are appearing, and various security issues are emerging accordingly. In particular, since all activities are performed in a variety of virtual spaces, and the metaverse utilizes sensing data using various hardware devices, more information is accumulated than other Internet services, and more damage can occur if information security is not guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a metaverse security model that considers the major issues mentioned in previous papers and the necessary evaluation factors for the security functions required in the metaverse platform. As a result of performing the performance evaluation of the proposed model and the existing attribute information collection model, the proposed model can provide security functions such as anonymity and source authentication, which were not provided by the existing models.

Quality has long been considered as an important factor in creating competitive advantage, and researches on quality have not been limited to off-line products but actively extended to e-services and information goods. However, given the nature of multi-dimensional aspect of quality, the systematic study on the quality of online service is still in its early stage. Especially, studies on the quality of ASP services have been rare in academic and professional journals despite the growth of ASP industry in its size and the rapid expansion in the range of application. In this paper we clarified the multi-dimensional quality aspects of the ASP service using a Garvin's framework (1984) which encompasses the service aspects of Products, and developed a measurement model for ASP service qualify. Then we empirically tested the effects of ASP service quality on user satisfaction and perceived firm performance using the data from 240 Korean small firms with less than 50 employees that had experienced the ASP service. Our results show that there are positive relationships among ASP service quality and personal performance, user satisfaction and perceived firm performance, and that product and service-related aspects of ASP service exert differential effects on performance measures so that the product-related aspects of the ASP service such as performance, features, reliability and conformance are considered to be more important in evaluating benefits from ASP services. Contrary to the approaches In literature where only the quality of online services is evaluated, our results emphasize the importance of differentiating Product and service-related aspects of ASP service and provide a basis for more comprehensive evaluation of ASP service quality.

본 연구는 지능형 개인비서 서비스의 사용 경험을 HCI의 평가 기준을 바탕으로 비교·분석하여 사용 경험의 긍정적인 요소와 개선되어야 할 요소를 탐색하고자 한다. 현 시장에서 점유율이 가장 높은 지능형 개인비서 서비스인 애플의 시리, 구글의 구글어시스턴트, 삼성의 빅스비를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 방법은 1차로 문헌 연구를 통하여 현 서비스의 개념과 특징에 대해 비교·분석하였고 2차로 약 2주간 UI/UX 디자인 전문가 7명을 대상으로 맥락질문법을 활용하여 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰는 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 사용자 경험 허니콤(user experience honeycomb) 7가지 사용성 원칙을 5가지로 재구성하여 유용성, 편의성, 시각적 매력성, 신뢰성, 만족도에 대한 질문을 진행하였다. 이후 재구성한 사용성 원칙 내용을 바탕으로 평가 rating 및 시스템 사용성 척도 (SUS) 를 바탕으로 평가를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 인공지능 개인비서 서비스의 사용경험을 정량적, 정성적으로 분석했다는데 의의가 있다.

With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

발아현미와 호박분말이 식빵의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 발아현미 $20\%$와 호박분말 0, 1, 3, $5\%$를 첨가하여 식빵을 제조한 후 부피, 색도, 물성, 관능검사와 영양성분을 조사하였다. 그 결과 호박분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 부피는 4.68 mL/g에서 3.60 mL/g로 감소하였고, L값은 77.46에서 73.36으로 약간 감소하였으며 b값은 10.97에서 27.01로 증가하였다. 호박분말이 첨가된 식빵의 경도, 부착성, 씹힘성은 감소하였으며 점탄성과 응집성은 일정한 경향을 나타내지 않았다. 관능검사 결과 호박분말첨가량이 증가할수록 향, 색, 맛 및 상품성이 증가하였다.

In this study, Red pearl (4x) and MBA (2x) were crossed Gangwon-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services in 2000 to compare the brewing characteristics of Cheonghyang, a seedless kind of grape registered in 2009, by maturity. Fruit characteristics of Cheonghyang were examined after the first racking and 300 days after fermentation during aging in manufacturing wine based on maturity categories of being immature, mature, and overmature after harvest between August 25 and 27, 2014. The soluble solid matter content did not differ between the first racking following manufacturing wine and during ripening, and the alcohol content following the first racking was 12.9% for immature ones, 13.0% for mature ones, and 12.7% for overmature ones., The alcohol content decreased by appropriately 1.3% to 1.8% during ripening. The total acidity content was 0.9% for immature ones, 0.8% for mature ones, and 0.5% for overmature ones following the first racking and showed insignificant variations during ripening of 0.8%, 0.7%, and 0.5%, respectively, with wine made from mature ones showing proper acidity. The volatile acid content following the first racking during ripening, showing insignificant variation by maturity; however, it decreased after ripening. The sensory evaluation detected differences in acidity of wine between mature and overmature grapes. There was no difference in sour taste between immature and mature grapes; however, overmature ones had low levels of sour taste. Our results showed that mature wine had the best overall preference.

동아식빵 제조를 위해 동아를 $10{\sim}67%$까지 첨가하고 farinogram에 의한 반죽 특성을 조사한 결과 동아 첨가량이 증가할수록 반죽의 안정도가 감소하고 MTI가 증가하여 밀가루의 안정성은 감소하였다. Baking 후 빵의 부피는 대조구에 비하여 $3.1{\sim}6.4%$ 감소하였으나 중량은 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 빵의 crust의 색도는 L, a, b값 모두 동아 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 완만하게 감소하였으며 67% 첨가했을 때 가장 낮았다. Crumb의 색도는 동아 첨가에 의한 영향을 받지 않아 모든 처리에서 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 동아 첨가 빵의 texture를 측정한 결과 동아 첨가량 50%까지는 texture에 큰 영향을 주지 않았으며 67% 첨가했을 때 경도, 검성, 씹힘성에 있어서 유의적인 증가를 보였다. 동아를 첨가한 빵의 관능검사 결과 동아 첨가량 50%까지는 대조구와 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 따라서 식빵 제조에 있어서 동아 적정 첨가량은 50%로 나타났다.

Water dropwort (Oenanthe stolonifera DC.) is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows wild throughout Korea. As of 2020, 24,819 tons (51.7% of open field, 48.3% of facility) are produced in 1,278 ha (59.9% of open field, 40.1% of facility) nationwide. Water dropwort, which is rich in nutrients such as vitamins and iron, is mainly cultivated by vegetative propagation method using local traditional species, however, seed propagation and breeding of cultivars are insufficient so far. Since securing, propagating and continuous characterization of various genetic resources are required to breed new cultivars, this study was conducted to compare the main characteristics of domestic genetic resources and to improve their utilization. Growth characteristics such as plant height, fresh weight, plant type, and flowering date were investigated for the 89 varieties of genetic resources owned by Jeollabuk-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services after vegetative propagation in the individual pots. Also, the morphological image information of leaves and flowers was constructed. Genetic resources were collected nationwide and originated in 30 regions including Hwaseong, Siheung and Jeju. Their plant types could be classified into straight, intermediate and creeping types according to their morphological characteristics, and at this time, the number of intermediate types accounted for the largest proportion. Flowering was carried out under high-temperature and long-day conditions in summer. According to the flowering date, they could be classified into early, middle and late flowering varieties, and at this time, the middle flowering varieties occupied the largest proportion. As a result of the investigation of vegetative growth characteristics, varieties with long plant height, heavy fresh weight and thick stem thickness were identified. Along with this result, it is thought that classification and selection of genetic resources for various purposes will be possible through additional investigations such as analysis of components and antioxidant activity. Moreover, it is judged that such results can be used as basic data for breeding new water dropwort cultivars in the future.

본 연구에서는 노인장기요양시설 평가지표개발과 관련된 선행연구의 평가현장 적용성 및 실효성이 미흡하다는 문제의식하에, 노인장기요양기관(시설급여) 평가의 품질향상을 위한 평가지표를 개발하는 데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2018년도 노인장기요양기관(시설급여) 평가지표에 대한 분석적 고찰, 일본의 노인특별요양홈 평가지표에 대한 분석, 한국의 노인장기요양시설 종사자와 일본의 노인특별요양홈 종사자를 대상으로 한 평가지표 및 평가체계에 관한 FGI를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 하여 이용자가 양질의 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있도록 지원하는 측면에서 평가지표를 개발하였다. 노인의 특성, 즉 유지 및 호전되기 어려운 노인성 질환의 특성과 기관운영의 방향 및 투명성, 그리고 종말기 케어의 필요성 등을 반영하였다. 기관운영, 환경 및 안전, 수급자 권리보장, 급여제공과정, 급여제공결과를 포괄하는 43개의 평가지표를 제시하였다. 또한, 중복되고, 불필요한 평가과정을 개선하여 평가의 과정 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 4단계 다층평가시스템을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 재가복지서비스를 위해 인적자원을 개발하고 이러한 인적자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 관리체계 모형을 제시하고자 부산지역의 청소년 직장인 주부 장애인 노인집단을 대상으로 조사를 실시하여, 조사 결과와 관련이론들을 바탕으로 재가복지서비스에 있어서 중요한 인적자원인 자원봉사자의 개발 및 관리체계 모형을 모집, 교육 및 훈련, 배치, 관리 및 지도감독, 그리고 평가의 다섯 단계로 구성하여 제시했다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 국내외의 선행연구 및 재가복지서비스와 관련되는 각종 문헌들의 검토를 통한 문헌연구와 사회조사를 통한 실증적 연구를 병행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 제시된 모형은 자원봉사센터와 재가복지서비스를 제공하고 있는 자원봉사자 활용기관들의 상호연계 및 협력을 전제로 구성되었다. 이 좌형은 인적 자원 개발측면과 관리측면이 분리되어 있는 것이 아니라 단계별로 강조점이 다르긴 하지만 전 과정을 통해서 통합적으로 이루어지고 있다.
