In this paper, we propose the hierarchical network synchronization scheme that is backward compatible for the existing commercial system, efficient for total system performance, and whose hardware modification is minimized. This system performance is, the relationship among bandwidth efficiency, complexity and MODEM performance, and superiority of network system applicability. The proposed structure can remedy the high hardware complexity and the lower accuracy of network sychronization that the existing satellite communication terminal system in the star network based on TDM/MF-TDMA of DVB-S2/RCS standards has. Besides, It has high efficiency in view of cost and system performance if the system designed for satellite broadcast requires system upgrade. In the body section, its hardware complexity and system performance of the proposed algorithm is analysed theoretically and treated with the related parameters(symbol rate, spreading factor, etc.) and the BER performance of control channel through the computer simulation for its verification that it can be applied for communications system.

Mourning & funeral ritual means a various kinds of ritual procedures which begins at the time of death, buried and created a graveyard, a manner of wearing funeral garment being mourning the death, finally go back to everyday life. Our mourning & funeral custom was burial at first time. After going through the era of the Three kingdoms, The unified Shilla and Korea dynasty, cremation method has been prevailed. However, based on Chu-tzu celebration in Chosun dynasty, the burial custom has been widely spread again. Nowadays, due to effective land utilization issue, excessive cost for burial and the change of thinking for cremation, the cremation is recognized as remedy of righteous funeral system. At this point, a shroud following existing burial custom burdens considerably for quality, price, size and design of it. Accordingly, it needs anew style of shroud corresponding to cremation system. As an alternative, the shroud is required simplification and standardization ; Firstly, in size, a shroud should be larger than plain clothes and differentiated in small, medium and large. Secondly, the material of a shroud would be white cotton, which can keep from pollution during burning time. Thirdly, it unifies the item. In case of man, 바지(把特, those are trousers), 저고리(赤古里, Korean-style jacket) and Durumagi(周衣, Korean topcoat). In case of woman, 치마(赤　, those are skirt), 저고리(赤古里, Koran-style jacket) and Durumagi(周衣, Korean topcoat).

It does not find for solution by limitation of technological mechanism of existent of leakage maintenance material. So, it is paid for huge expense because continuous repeat maintenance work is consisting. Furthermore, it is indicated by big problem in construction work that is constructed by field experience that thing by definite and systematic theory is not with proper performance test and analysis up to now. Therefore, wish to measure physical performance change by various environment condition maintenance of structure and performance construction work aspect in that apply to water leakage maintenance material using of acrylic resin system water expansion, leakage maintenance material in this research, and present suitable form of construction work under these environment. also, wish to ready diversified remedy by oversea market opening.

Palo Verde Unit 1 nuclear power station which is located in Arizona, USA had been operating at reduced power levels around 25% since December 25, 2005 due to vibration in one of its shutdown cooling lines. During an outage from March 18, 2006 to July 7, 2006 the necessary work and modifications to remedy the situation were performed. It cost approximately $46million to buy electricity to replace that lost as a result of this event. Therefore in this study, the vibration of shutdown cooling lines in the same nuclear power plant in Korea as Palo Verde Unit 1 should be measured by the operating condition of power plant. And it was evaluated using the expression for allowable velocity in ASME OM-S/G-2003. From the result of this study it is evaluated whether it is safe or not. If not the countermeasure should be considered in this study.

3 years and 10 months has passed since the New Citizen Participation in Criminal Trial was first enforced to secure reliability of people by reinforcing democratic legitimacy of jurisdiction and raising transparency. It can be evaluated positive in that procedural democracy as well as fair and prudent trial is realized, enabling people to participate at criminal justice procedure. However, new citizen participation in criminal trial targets only a very few case and recognize hortatory effects of jury's verdict only, not the binding effects. In addition, it still has various problems including limit to target cases, selection system of defendants, exclusion determination system, participation of conference of the judge and verdict by majority vote of the jury. In this regard, this study aims to examine several issues and problems, and to present alternative for this.

In this paper, we propose a Web-based HW/SW Codesign Environment with Distributed Architecture (WebCEDA), then design and implement SpecCharts Specification Environment(ScSE) for specifying systems in WebCEDA. WebCEDA has 3-tier client/server architecture than can remedy disadvantages of existing codesign tools, such as platform dependency, difficulty of extension, absence of collaboraton environment. ScSE includes web interface, SpecCharts editor, HW/SW codesin application sever and SpecCharts translator. To verify the operation of ScSE, we specify several example system using SpecCharts editor, then translate it to VHDL using SpecCharts translator and simulate the translated VHDL codes on synopsys. As the results, we know that ScSE has correct operations, also obtain the following advantages, the reduction in system complexity and the natural abstract design.

Reactive oxygen species are known to mediate various pathological conditions associated with malaria. In this study, the antioxidant potential of Clerodendrum violaceum leaf extracts, an indigenous antimalarial remedy, was evaluated. Total phenol, flavonoid, selenium, vitamins C and E contents of Clerodendrum violaceum leaf extracts were determined. The free radical scavenging activities of the extracts against DPPH, superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide coupled with their reducing power were also evaluated in vitro. Moreover, responses of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and glutathione reductase (GR) in a rodent malaria model to a 4-day administration of Clerodendrum violaceum leaf extracts were also evaluated. The methanolic extract was found to contain the highest amounts of antioxidant compounds/element and also demonstrated the highest free radical scavenging activity in vitro. The results showed a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in SOD and CAT activities with a concurrent significant (p < 0.05) increase in GPx and GR activities in both erythrocytes and liver of untreated Plasmodium berghei NK65-infected animals compared to the uninfected animals. The extracts were able to significantly increase (p < 0.05) SOD and CAT activities and significantly reduce (p < 0.05) GPx and GR activities in both the liver and erythrocytes compared to those observed in the untreated infected animals. The results suggest the augmentation of the antioxidant system as one of the possible mechanisms by which Clerodendrum violaceum extract ameliorates secondary effects of malaria infection, alongside its antiplasmodial effect in subjects.

Recently with making of 'The Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012(hereunder CIA)', the UK revised the duty of disclosure especially with the consumer insurance contract. According to the CIA, if the misrepresentation was careless, the insurer may have the three options based upon what the insurer would have done had the consumer taken care to answer the question accurately; a compensatory remedy, avoidance of the insurance contract or, amendment of the contract. I realized that the establishment of CIA has been exposed to pro-actively relieve the breach of Warranty and Disclosure, Representations as far as required by the Global Insurance market. It was found that it is expected to bring significant changes in UK Insurance Act system of the 21st century, and prepares competition from neighboring countries. On the other hand, in the common law system, countries under MIA(1906) are trying to address the breach of warranty and Disclosure, Representations, except the UK cannot completely adhere with a positive attitude.

It has been found that the learning method based on conventional CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction) to be inadequate and inefficient as it is designed without considering the individual learning characteristics of the learners. In order to rectify and remedy the problem, the development of an ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System) that is adequately equipped with an artificial intelligence that successfully interprets the individual learning ability characteristics through accumulated individual data is in order. This study attempts to verify the individual acquisition ability and the possible error committed by learners in the process of learning in order to present the elements to be considered for designing a successful student module that enables the effective learning through the 'learner ability grouping' for learning Electronic Calculator Architecture.

When a dispute or conflict occurs, standard methods for resolving them include resolution by trial or resolutions outside of courts. An alternative dispute resolution method called ADR that aims at remedying disputes instead of filing lawsuits is used commonly throughout the world, including the US and China. ADR, which is a remedy method outside of courts, includes negotiation, arbitration, or mediation between the concerned parties, and the arbitration system has several advantages. The Lemon Law is a consumer protection law of the United States that was enacted in 1975. This law prescribes that when specified quality standards are not met repeatedly due to defects in vehicles or electronic products, the manufacturer must provide exchanges or refunds to consumers. Korea also enacted a newly revised automobile management act, the Korea "Lemon Law," on January 1, 2019, which allows consumers to receive exchanges or refunds from the manufacturer if the same malfunction repeatedly occurs after purchasing a new automobile. There have recently been many cases of large fires occurring while driving import vehicles, causing huge public rage; therefore, interest is being focused on the revised automobile management act. Part 5-2 of the automobile management act was newly added to implement automobile exchange or refund arbitration systems. It is desirable to utilize the arbitration system to smoothly resolve automobile-related disputes that have recently increased significantly, and it is thus being used frequently for practical purposes.
