본 논문에서는 휴대 인터넷 서비스 규격에 제시된 라우터 기반의 네트워크 모델에서 사용되는 3계층 핸드오버 방식보다 고속의 핸드오버를 지원할 수 있는 새로운 브리지 기반의 네트워크 모델인 셀룰라 이더넷 시스템을 제안하고 성능을 비교 분석한다. 휴대 인터넷 서비스를 통해 이동하면서도 양질의 서비스를 받기를 원하는 무선 장치 사용자들에게 있어서 고속의 핸드오버를 제공하는 것은 무엇보다도 중요하다. 하지만 3계층에서 핸드오버를 수행하는 기존의 Mobile IPv6 방식의 경우, 핸드오버 발생 시 이동을 감지하기까지의 지연 시간과 중복된 주소를 감지하는 절차를 수행하는 지연이 매우 큰 단점이 있다. 또한 무선 구간에서의 물리적 핸드오버 완료 후에 유선 구간에서의 핸드오버가 순차적으로 수행되는 특징 때문에 고속의 핸드오버를 지원할 수 없어 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 휴대 인터넷 서비스용 백본망을 위한 2계층 브리지로 구성된 셀룰라 이더넷 시스템을 제안하고 모의실험을 통하여 핸드오버 성능이 기존의 3계층 핸드오버 방식보다 우수함을 보였다.

A study on processing for producing cure seat radiated by Original Infrared Rays and Magnatic force. We are well aware that Original Infrared Rays and Magnatic force influence on our human body benificially. In the technical background of this research product, we treated that the product has some operations of ceramic hardwood charcoal, far infrared rays and magnetic, so it can serve large part curative values made of far infrared rays and magnetic force of ceramics. Also, in the special quality of the product deal with ceramic, hard charcoal, ferrite, gelatin what is needed in production. And among them, ferrite, ceramic and hard charcoal are introduced by the manufacturing process of the moleculeization. In concluding, this study described the manufacturing process on the basis of the worksheets and arranged the useful effect which effect on human body. There are so many symptoms in the pain of muscle. It's very various. for example, it is the cause of the liver, the spleen and a kidney function's weakening. the cause of the backbone subluxation, the cause of the shoulder joint and scapula, the cause of the sacrum and iliacjoint, the cause of hip joint and the cause of a sprain. In this thesis, we mainly deal with the method which the muscle and nervous system disease by fatigue and a sprain cure seat radiated by Original Infrared Rays and Magnatic force. then, Original Infrared Rays and Magnatic force pack up frapezius muscle, gluteus minimum muscle, gluteus medius muscle, gluteus maximus muscle, pririformis muscle around the spine. through this course the moral pressure by the nervous system disease can be treat.

Chinese medical science with long history has experience and theory of cure and prevention as well as the perfect different system with western medicine. Western medical science also was introduced in recent times and has been used in fast development in China extensively. Therefore only China that coexist oriental and western medicine is used the term, the integration of oriental and western medicine. Its object is to make better treatment and prevention value with utilizing their strong point and weak point. That is, its great principle is to develop through interchange together without interference in the other science. For mutual growth of both medical science, national concern and support, medical staffs, administrative system and a lot of fruits, etc should be arranged simultaneously. This paper was obtained the as follows. 1. The system of public health administration is composed a sanitary department for a western medicine and a managing agency for a chinese one in the center. There are each local organization under the control both agency in the locality 2. The importance of the integration of chinese and western medicine is to get the merit of special chinese system through the interchange of both medicine and union with modem science and chinese pharmacy. 3. It is the long term and great project. So its important study field is illness treatment and cure, oriental medical remedy and theory, acupuncture and moxibution etc. 4. It makes steady progress in all the healthy medical field. It has studied its foundation, the education of medical staffs, scientific study and strengthening of skill management considerably. 5. The products are the development of new chinese medicines and many researches about traditional chinese medical science. In brief, the integration of chinese and western medical science is the historical stream. Besides it will contribute toward the cure and prevention of human illness for future 21 century.

This study started with drawing problems of early implementation and suggesting improvement plans in order to lead a rural convergence industrialization district system to early settlement and management for its policy goals. The study aimed at 13 districts that were designated from 2014 to 2016 for analyzing an actual condition of promoting early implementation, and went ahead with it combining literature research, interview survey and specialist opinion investigation. The study examined and organized an outline, policy goal, and actual condition of rural convergence industrialization district. Furthermore, it analyzed an actual condition of promoting at each stage such as designating processes of rural convergence industrialization districts, operating body and system, regulation improvement, district supporting projects and relating projects, drew problems and finally suggested improvement plans. This study could be meaningful because it is the first study to grasp an actual condition of promoting early implementation and to remedy problems in order to manage rural convergence industrialization district system which was newly promoted since 2014 for its policy goal. In addition, it suggests that the further study of the result after managing district system for a certain period of time should be needed.

한국천문연구원은 2008년부터 수행중인 우주측지용 레이저 추적시스템 개발 사업과 관련하여 이동형 시스템인 ARGO-M 1기를 개발 중에 있다. ARGO-M을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 하나인 운영시스템은 실시간 레이저 거리 측정 시 제어 로직과 관측된 데이터로부터 정규점 추출을 위한 데이터 처리 과정이 핵심 요소이다. 이에 한국천문연구원의 운영시스템 팀은 오스트리아 Graz시에 위치한 SLR 관측소의 지원을 통해 소프트웨어 로직분석과 관련된 SLR 운영 기술에 대해 공동 연구를 수행하였다. 이 논문에서는 SLR의 운영에 필요한 알고리즘을 Graz 관측소에서 사용하는 방식을 기반으로 분석하고 정리하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 SLR의 운용에 필수적인 로직과 관측 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 파악하였다.

오늘날 마이크로소프트사의 윈도우즈 운영체제는 가장 널리 사용되고 있고 인터넷 뱅킹, 게임 등 수많은 응용들에 널리 활용되고 있다. 윈도우즈 운영체제가 제공하는 커널 함수들은 실행되고 있는 임의의 프로세스들의 메모리 접근, 키보드 입출력 검사, 그래픽 출력 검사 등을 수행할 수 있기 때문에 많은 해킹 프로그램들이 이 기능들을 악용하여 메모리 해킹, 키보드 해킹, 불법적 게임 자동사냥 도구 제작 등의 목적으로 악용하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 보안 방식은 커널 데이터 구조나 커널 함수의 시작 부분의 변형을 검사하는 방식으로 해킹 프로그램의 존재 여부를 판별한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 보안 방법의 문제점을 지적하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방식을 제안한다. 이 방식은 시스템 서비스 디스패쳐 코드를 변형하는 방식으로 기본 보안 방식의 문제점을 보완할 수 있다. 이 서비스 디스패쳐 코드를 해킹 프로그램이 활용하게 되면 기존 보안 프로그램이 해킹 행위를 검출하지 못한다. 따라서 커널 데이터 구조나 커널 함수의 시작 부분뿐만 아니라 디스패쳐 코드의 변형 또한 보안 프로그램에서 검출해야 해야 한다.

Threat hunting is defined as a process of proactively and iteratively searching through networks to detect and isolate advanced threats that evade existing security solutions. The main concept of threat hunting is to find out weak points and remedy them before actual cyber threat has occurred. And HMM(Hunting Maturity Matrix) is suggested to evolve hunting processes with five levels, therefore, CSOC(Cyber Security Operations Center) can refer HMM how to make them safer from complicated and organized cyber attacks. We are developing a system for cyber situation awareness system with pro-active threat hunting process called unMazeTM. With this unMaze, it can be upgraded CSOC's HMM level from initial level to basic level. CSOC with unMaze do threat hunting process not only detecting existing cyber equipment post-actively, but also proactively detecting cyber threat by fusing and analyzing cyber asset data and threat intelligence.

최근 유튜브와 같이 영상 콘텐츠를 보거나 제작하는 것에 관한 관심이 급증하고 있습니다. 그러나 개인 정보 보호 기술이 없이 동영상을 제작하게 되면, 출연을 원하지 않는 사람들이 공개적으로 노출되어 개인 정보 보호권을 침해할 수 있습니다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 얼굴을 식별하여 특정한 얼굴만 화면에 나오고 그 외에 다른 얼굴들은 Gaussian blur filter를 이용하여 흐리게 하여서 초상권을 보호하는 기술을 제안합니다. 이 논문의 핵심은 실시간 비디오에서 인물의 초상권을 보호하기 위한 주요 기술인 얼굴 식별 기술의 정확도를 높이기 위한 노력입니다. 본 논문은 얼굴 식별의 정확도를 높이기 위하여 추적 알고리즘을 사용하였으며 실시간 비디오에 적용하기 위하여 알고리즘을 변경하였습니다. 이 논문에서는 추적 알고리즘이 있는 경우와 없는 경우를 비교하여 결과를 보여줍니다.

이 연구의 목적은 도서관법(법률 제18547호)의 주요 특징인 공공도서관 등록제에 대해서 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 도서관법에서 '등록'의 법적 성격을 살펴보고, 전국 34개 등록관청 회의에 참여하여 예상등록률과 등록제에 대한 현장의 인식을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 도서관법에서의 등록은 절차와 방법에서는 허가제의 성격을 지녔으나, 효력에서는 공증의 효력만을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 전국의 예산등록률은 26%로 나타났다. 등록관청의 인식 조사에서는 등록제의 가장 큰 문제점으로 '비고'의 조항에 대한 문제, 업무 과중, 사서 확충의 어려움, 등록기준 및 등록대상의 불명확 등을 지적하였다. 이에 대해 도서관법의 실효성을 높이기 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

Chung-Sang (CS) is an experimental herbal remedy that is formulated to treat respiratory diseases implicated by inflammation. The herbs comprised of CS are frequently prescribed for treating various inflammatory symptoms: Menthae haplocalycis Herba, Magnoliae Flosis, Xanthii Fructus, Herba Asari, and Caryphylli Flos. Here, we prepared the extract of CS with boiling water (wCS) or with 50 % ethanol (eCS) and examined whether the two different extracts of CS exhibit a toxicity to cultured cells and mice. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with wCS or eCS, and the cytotoxicity of these extracts to RAW 264.7 cells was determined by an MTT assay. Although the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species that are detrimental to the cells was not increased by the extracts, the cytotoxicity to the cells was evident from 10 mg/ml of wCS and 100 mg/ml of eCS, suggesting that eCS is less cytotoxic. When mice (n = 10/group) received a single intratracheal wCS or eCS daily for 14 days, wCS yielded 40 % mortality, whereas eCS showed none. Both wCS and eCS did not significantly affect the weight of the body and of vital organs, except the lung. Biochemical analyses of mice blood indicated no damage to liver or kidney. However, unlike eCS, wCS significantly increased the level of IgE in serum. Collectively, our results show that eCS was less toxic than wCS, suggesting that CS prepared with 50 % ethanol is preferential over the conventional way of preparing CS.
