RF 스퍼터링법에 의한 SCT 박막의 제조 및 특성 (Fabrication and Properties of SCT Thin Film by RF Sputtering Method)

  • The (S $r_{0.85}$C $a_{0.15}$)Ti $O_3$(SCT) thin films were deposited on Pt-coated electrode(Pt/TiN/ $SiO_2$/Si) using RF sputtering method according to the deposition condition. The optimum conditions of RF power and Ar/ $O_2$ ratio were 140[W] and 80/20, respectively. Deposition rate of SCT thin films was about 18.75[$\AA$/min] at the optimum condition. The composition of SCT thin films deposited on Si substrate is close to stoichiometry (1.102 in A/B ratio). The capacitance characteristics had a stable value within $\pm$4[%]. The drastic decrease of dielectric constant and increase of dielectric loss in SCT thin films were observed above 200[kHz]. SCT thin films used in this study showed the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency.ncy.

광대역 위성 네트워크를 위한 최적 버퍼 및 타임슬롯 할당 체계 (Optimal Buffer and Timeslot Allocation Scheme for Broadband Satellite Networks)

  • In this paper, we consider broadband satellite networks using MF-TDMA (Multi-Frequency Time Division Multiple Access) scheme. We analyze the number of expected lost packets in each terminal, and mathematically formulate optimal buffer and timeslot allocation model to minimize the weighted sum of the numbers of expected lost packets. We also suggest optimal buffer and timeslot allocation scheme based on Lagrangean relaxation technique to solve the proposed model in a fast time. Extensive experiments show that the proposed scheme provides encouraging results.

Synthesis and Photoinduced Magnetic Properties of a Mn12 Single Molecule Magnet by the cis-trans Isomerism of Azobenzene

  • [$Mn_{12}O_{12}(azo-L)_{16}(H_2O)_4$] (1), a new Mn12 single molecule magnet containing a photochromic azobenzene ligand, has been successfully synthesized by substitution of acetate ligand of Mn12 with 6-[4-{4-hexyloxyphenyl( azo)}-phenoxy]hexanoic-1-acid. The reversible photoisomerization of the azobenzene group was confirmed by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy. The temperature and field dependence of dc susceptibility and the temperature and the frequency dependence of ac susceptibility were measured for the cis and the trans isomer of 1. The magnetization value of the cis isomer in dc measurement is higher than that of the trans isomer. The cis isomer of 1 has a slower relaxation because cis-trans photoisomerization of the azobenzene group in peripheral ligands induces changes in its structure and dipole moment.

  • The aircraft scheduling, which is used to determine flight frequency, departure times and aircraft type assignments, is main problem of airline's planning. This paper proposes a new algorithm for aircraft scheduling that is to maximize airline profits. This paper proposes a column generation algorithm to get an optimal solution of the continous relaxation not using all the feasible variables, but using only a limited number of variables that is generated whenever it is necessary. Using this algorithm, proposes an optimal algorithm to get an optimal integer solution of aircraft scheduling problem efficiently. The effectiveness of the column generation algorithm and the optimal algorithm is illustrated by the computational results obtained from a series of real airline problems.

  • The resistance-capacitance (RC) delay of signals through interconnection materials becomes a big hurdle for high speed operation of semiconductors which contain multilayer interconnection layers. In order to reduce the RC delay, low-k materials will be used for inter-metal dielectric (IMD) materials. We have developed self-consistent simulation tool that includes neutral-species transport model, based on the relaxation continuum (RCT) model. We present the parametric study of the modeling results of a two-frequency capacitively coupled plasma (2f-CCP) with $N_2/H_2$ gas mixture that is known as promising one for organic low-k materials etching. We include the neutral transport model as well as plasma one in the calculation. The plasma and neutrals are calculated self-consistently by iterating the simulation of both species till a spatiotemporal steady state profile could be obtained.

Accelerating RFID Tag Identification Processes with Frame Size Constraint Relaxation

  • In the determination of suitable frame sizes associated with dynamic framed slotted Aloha used in radio frequency identification tag identification processes, the widely imposed constraint $L=2^Q$ often yields inappropriate values deviating far from the optimal values, while a straightforward use of the estimated optimal frame sizes causes frequent restarts of read procedures, both resulting in long identification delays. Taking a trade-off, in this paper, we propose a new method for determining effective frame sizes where the effective frame size changes in a multiple of a predetermined step size, namely ${\Delta}$. Through computer simulations, we show that the proposed scheme works fairly well in terms of identification delay.

  • We examined the magnetic properties as a function of annealing temperature of the as-quenched $Fe_{87}Zr_{7}B_{5}Ag_{1}$ amorphous alloy. The values of $H_{c}$=30m0e, $B_{a}$=0.44T and ${\mu}$i=146000 at $300^{\circ}C$ annealing treatment are obtained. The excel lent soft magnetic properties seem to result from the annihilation of quenching-Induced internal stress by the heat treatment and the change of microstructure due to the different relaxation behavior owing to adding insoluble element such as Ag. Therefore, the $Fe_{87}Zr_{7}B_{5}Ag_{1}$ amorphous alloy is quite promising for practical use as a core material in various transformers of high transformers of high frequency.

농촌관광 동기가 농촌체험관광프로그램 선호에 미치는 영향 (The Effect Relationship Analysis of Rural Tourism Motivations and Rural Experiential Tourism Program Preference)

  • This survey was performed with 262 dwellers who live in the city from April 1 to 30, 2009. The following analysis methods were executed; frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. This study analyzed the relationship between rural tourism motivation and rural experiential tourism program preference of city dwellers. Rural tourism motivations are novelty experience, advantageousness, self-attainment, aesthetics, deviation, relationship, relaxation, and nature-scenery. And rural experiences are divided into farmhouse life experience, traditional rural culture experience, outdoor activities experience, wellbeing healthcare experience. Authors found that rural tourism motivations affect rural experiential tourism program preference. So, authors argue that rural tourism needs market segmentation strategy.

Molecular Dynamics Simulation Study of Density Effects on Vibrational Dephasing in Diatomic Molecular Liquid $N_2$

  • Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out to study density effects on vibrational dephasing. Because of difficulty due to large time scale difference between vibrational motion and vibrational relaxation, we adopt adiabatic approximation in which the vibrational motion is assumed to be much faster than translational and rotational motion. As a result, we are able to study vibrational dephasing by simulating motion of rigid molecules. It is shown that the dephasing time is decreased as density increases and the contribution to this result is mainly due to the mean-squared frequency fluctuation.

An NMR Study on Dynamics of$ AX_3$ Spin System as Illustrated By Methyl Group in 2,6-Dichlorotoluene

  • The study of coupled relaxation for methyl spin system in 2,6-dichlorotoluene was performed on the basis of the magnetization mode formalism. Using five initial perturbing pulse sequences, eight experimntal data sets were obtained, which were fitted with theoretical expressions with nine spectral density parameters. The same experiment was carried out at both 50.3 MHz and 125.6 MHz in carbon frequency. The measured spectral densities at both fields are similar in the exception of that related with carbon random field term. Furthermore, from the dipolar spectral density, the physical values may be extracted depending on the model of molecular reorientation. For example, it was assumed that the molecular framework undergoes asymmetric diffusive rotational process and methyl group reorients by either diffusive rotation about its symmetry axis or jump among internal rotational potential minima.
