This article identifies factors affecting successful ERP systems by focusing on the stages after stabilizing ERP systems and overcoming temporary performance dip by introduction of ERP systems, and suggests change management tactics to control those identified factors. We can not expect that every users are familiar with the usage of an ERP system even after they are informed about the expected advantage of the newly implemented ERP system and trained intensively for changed business process and system usage while implementing a new ERP system. Moreover, even after more than six months usage of the system, the users may still have some trouble due to the reason why they have insufficient information about the expected advantage of the system (recognition gap) and insufficient knowledge about the changed usage of the system (knowledge gap). Hence, this article diagnoses by conducting a case study that those recognition and knowledge gap would have a severe bad influence upon the users' trust and satisfaction on ERP systems. This article suggests an appropriate change management tactics to overcome those recognition and knowledge gap by considering the relationship with the efforts for change management before, during, and after the introduction of ERP systems and performing an in-depth analysis on the users' dissatisfaction and request for update during the stages after the stabilization of the ERP systems. This article also shows a corroborative evidence that these efforts of change management consequently contributes to the solution of users' distrust and dissatisfaction. In sum, this article identifies the factors influencing badly on the magnitude and seriousness of knowledge and recognition gap, and suggests a conceptual research model which says that the satisfaction of ERP users could be uplifted by the solution of their knowledge and recognition gap if we keep making efforts on appropriate change management considering those identified factors during the stages after the stabilization of an ERP system.
Purpose - According to the applied studies knowledge, management implementation can improve organizational performance. The main objective of this study is to develop an understanding of critical success factors that enhance the successful implementation of knowledge management. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used Analytical Hierarchy Procedure (AHP), which is a multi-criteria decision making model that works on fuzzy logic. Using this method, researchers can find the proportion of success due to the contribution of the critical success factors (CSFs). Results - The results show that more than 70% of respondents indicate the possibility of success in knowledge management implementation. Further, the results show that top management support has the greatest relationship with the success of knowledge management implementation. This was followed by information technology, performance measurement, and culture, which had a high relation with knowledge management success. Process and activities have a moderate positive relation, while education and training has a low relation with success. Because of an inappropriate p-value, knowledge management strategies show no relation to the success of knowledge management in the Iranian health Industry. Conclusions - This study was conducted because of a critical issue in the Iranian health industry that indicated that a significant portion of the workforce would retire in 5 to 10 years. Most highly experienced and knowledge oriented employees would become eligible for retirement. Therefore, knowledge management is presented as a complete solution in the Iranian health sector.
The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the cognitive process related to the organizational citizenship behavior. The research method consisted of the cross-design of the prospect dimension and goal orientation dimension, and information security factors consisted of distributive justice, response efficacy, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of the study, the dimension of prospect had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the gain condition was greater than that of the loss condition. The goal orientation dimension had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the growth condition was greater than that of the validation condition. The research model that explained the relationship between information security factors appeared as a partial mediating model between distributive justice, response efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish an information security strategy in combination with individual decision-making factors and organizational culture factors.
This research was conducted on the conservation area of Baekdudaegan, Kangwondo under the purpose of evaluating bio-diversity according to the changes of spatial scale, using GIS data and spatial filtering method. The diversity index was calculated based on the information of species of The $5^{th}$ forest type map using Shannon-weaver index (H'), evenness index ($E_i$) and richness index ($R_i$). The diversity index was analyzed and compared according to the changes of 12 spatial scales from Kernel size $3{\times}3$ to $73{\times}73$ and basin unit. As for H' and $R_i$, spatial scale increased as diversity index decreased, while $E_i$ decreases gradually. H' and $R_i$ was highest; each 1.1 and 0.6, when the Kernel size was $73{\times}73$, while $E_i$ was 0.2, the lowest. When you look at according to the basin unit, for large basin unit, 'YeongDong' region shows higher diversity index than 'YeongSeo' region. For middle basin unit, 'Gangneung Namdaecheon' region, and for small basin unit, 'Gangneung Namdaecheon' and 'Gangneung Ohbongdaem' region shows high diversity index. When you look at the relationship between diversity index and Geographic factors, H' shows positive relation to curvature and sunshine factor while shows negative to elevation, slope, hillshade, and wetness index. Also $E_i$ was similar to the relationship between H' and Geographic factor. Meanwhile, $R_i$ shows positive relationship to curvature and sunshine factor, while negative to elevation, slope, hillshade, and wetness index. macro unit diversity index evaluation was possible through the GIS data and spatial filtering, and it can be a good source for local biosphere conservation policy making.
The purpose of this study was analyzed the general factors that influence school dietitians' satisfaction from their regular duties, the current status of food distribution to students and the relationship between dietitians and their governing authorities. Dietitians of primary school had higher score on direct management and working career. High school dietitian had higher scores on consignment management, freedom in amount of food distribution and number of meals a day. The highest score was on the relationship with other coworkers and the lowest score was on the poor working environment and salary. In general, dietitians in all schools are not satisfied the working environment and salary. Depending upon the duty time, there were differences in the nature of their duties. There was also a significant difference in the nature of duties and the professionalism based on the average income. Even though they got paid less, they felt satisfaction because of the less working times. The amount of labor for those in primary schools was more than the one for dietitians in high schools. It is likely that they got more satisfied when other related People feel satisfied with their own things and duties based on the nature of the duties, discretion of duties, professionalism, relationship with other coworkers and participation in decision making process. It is to develop the nature of the duties for all the dietitians in order to launch the new and right ideas in meal plans for students. It is also to promote and uphold the Professionalism and efficient management programs in association with the stable human resources. Assuming we will come up with a wide and broad nationwide survey, and further research shall be more reliable and objective than any others.

Flooding in urban areas is caused by heavy rains for a short period of time and drains within 1 to 2 hours. It is also characterized by a small flooding area. In addition, flooding is often caused by various and complex causes such as land use, basin slope, pipe, street inlet, drainage pumping station, making it difficult to predict flooding. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of each basin characteristic on the occurrence of flooding in urban areas by correlating various basin characteristics, whether or not flooding occurred, and rainfall(Limit Rainfall), and intends to use the data for urban flood prediction. As a result of analyzing the relationship between the imperviousness and the urban slope, pipe, threshold rainfall and limit rainfall, the pipe showed a correlation coefficient of 0.32, and the remaining factors showed low correlation. However, the multiple correlation analysis showed the correlation coefficient about 0.81 - 0.96 depending on the combination, indicating that the correlation was relatively high. In the future, I will further analyze various urban characteristics data, such as area by land use, average watershed elevation, river and coastal proximity, and further analyze the relationship between flooding occurrence and urban characteristics. The relationship between the urban characteristics, the occurrence of flooding and the limiting rainfall amount suggested in this study is expected to be used as basic data for the study to predict urban flooding in the future.
This study is intended to present effective career guidance and direction by identifying the various factors involved in the career preparation behavior for the improvement of the employment rate of culinary and foodservice management major field students. This study was established on the hypothesis of a structural relationship that career decision-making self-efficacy develops career maturity and career preparation behavior on the basis of social cognitive career theory, which was verified through empirical analysis. Out of 450 survey responses from by Culinary and Foodservice Management Major Students, a total of 302 questionnaires were used for the final analysis due to missing values and biased responses(response rate: 83.6%). Collected data were identified using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0. A higher-order factor model was employed (High-order model) before a confirmatory factor analysis, and this study examined its reliability and validity analysis for hypothesis testing. Career decision-making self-efficacy had positive effects on career maturity(t=6.86, p<0.001) and career preparation behavior(t=3.83, p<0.001), and career maturity had positive effects on career preparation behavior (t=2.79, p<0.01). As a result, all hypotheses were accepted. These results confirmed that strengthening students' faith in themselves with competencies is core competencies with career-related issue can be the driving force that can enable students to develop into mature professionals. Therefore, this study suggests an awareness of the importance of career decision-making self efficacy and proposes a need for a systematic and integrated career counseling program that can improve it.
1. Objectives and Methods This study was performed to investigate the relationship between Sasang constitution and decision making style. Subjects were 69 men and 45 women. Decision making style score, physical measurements and results were measured and analyzed according to Sasang constitution. 2. Results Soeumin group had significantly high score in rational score compared with those of Soyangin. Soyangin group had significantly high score in intuitive score compared with those of Soeumin. Soeumin group had significantly high score in dependent score compared with those of Taeeumin. According to binary logistic regression analysis for decision making style score, Sasang constitution were significant risk factors and ORs of Taeeumin were significantly higer than those of Soyangin in rational score, ORs of Soyangin were significantly higer than those of Soeumin in intuitive score, and ORs of Soeumin were significantly higer than those of Taeeumin in dependent Score. 3. Conclusions Soyangin had significantly high score in intuitive score. Soeumin had significantly high score in dependent score. We found many evidences that Soyangin is intuitive style and Soeumin dependent style in the text of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ and other research. But as far as Taeeumin was concerned, the result of Taeeurnin’s was not coincident with other research. More cases and research were needed to confirm the personality and phychological type of Taeeumin. This study result will be an important method that classify Sasang Costitution and consultation of student career decision making and studying attitude.
This study focuses on (1) the relationship between the network intensity of top managers and the R&D investment of Korean firms, and (2) the moderating effects of the type (related-division vs. unrelated-division) and system (physical division vs. spin-offs) of corporate division on this relationship. The sample of this study was all type and/or system of corporate division implemented by Korean firms during 18-years (1999-2016) study periods. The results of multiple regression analyses as follow. First, as was expected in hypothesis 1 the network intensity of top managers has a strong positive linear relation with the R&D investment of Korean firms. Second, regarding the moderating effect of division type the results show that related-divisions significantly intensify the positive relationship of the network intensity of top managers with the R&D of Korean firms although unrelated-divisions did not. Third, in the analysis of moderating effect of corporate division system the results present the stronger positive moderating effect of spin-offs rather than physical divisions. The findings of the study implies that strong network intensity of top managers can be beneficial to long-term decision such as R&D investment of Korean firms. They accords to network theory that emphasize the importance of strong network effect among top managers based on their trust. The findings also implies that researchers and practitioners should consider organizational-level factors such as organizational structure, culture, corporate governance, etc as well as individual-level factors such as the characteristics and relationships of organizational members when making the decision for firm.

1. Introduction Korean society is moving toward an information society in 2000. At present a few Korean libraries are computerized and networks between libraries have yet to be formed. And there is no study done on the computerization of the Korean libraries. Therefore, this study will attempt to find elements that influence the computerization of Korean libraries. This research is composed of the following three parts. 1) Survey on the present status of computerized Korean libraries. 2) The influencing factors for Korean library computerization on the level of organization. 3) The relationship between professionalism and the access to the computer information on the level of librarians. 2. Hypothesis The basic hypothesis of this research is from the theory of the innovation of organization by Moch. He found that the size of the organization, specialization of the staffs, the task differentiation, and decentralization of decision making were the underlying influence for the organizational innovation. From this theory, hypothesis were formulated as follows. 1) The size of the library influences the library computerization. 2) Specialization of the librarians influences the library computerization. 3) Differentiation of the library services influences the library computerization. 4) The decision making process influences the library computerization. 3. Collection of the data Questionnaires were sent to 21 computerized libraries among which were 8 experimental group and 7 other controlled group libraries. Data were collected from April to July 1988. 4. Findings 1) The present status of Korean library computerization. -Korean libraries are computerized mostly in cataloguing. -The computer technology gate-keepers are mainly librarians. -The computerization budgets are not specifically allocated or funded by the organization but librarians made decisions to allocate library budget for the computer application. Gradually, more libraries are being funded specially for library computerization. 2) Factors that influence library computerization. -The size of the western books and the number of western periodical subscription influence the library computerization. -The number of annual book increase influences library computerization. -The number of annual book use influences library computerization. -The number of annual library users does not influences library computerization. - The size of the library budget influences the library computerization. -Librarian's specialization influences the library computerization. -Differentiation of library service influences the library computerization. Information service is positively related to the library computerization while data service is not related to the library computerization. -Decentralization of decision making in library service influences the library computerization.
