The purpose of this study are ( i ) to examine operating situation of physical therapy department and job satisfaction of physical therapists in health centers, (ii) to analyze utilization patterns and patient satisfaction of physical therapy services among health center visitors, and finally, (iii) to suggest policy implications in facilitating improvement on physical therapy services of health centers. The materials are collected from 105 physical therapists among nationwide health centers and 203 patients of 5 health centers in Pusan, Korea. The survey is conducted from February 13 to March 30, 1996 with a structured self - administered questionnaire. Major results of the study are as follows. First, the result of regression analysis between job satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; self-development(+), job itself(+), and co-worker support (+). Second, the current operating situation of physical therapy department shows such problem as; i )shortage and unstable job security of physical therapists, ii )absence of rehabilitation specialist, iii )lack of understanding on physical therapy of co-workers, iv)shortage of physical therapy equipment and facility, v)burdensome task of physical therapists, and vi) inappropriate purchase process of equipment. Third, patient satisfaction for physical therapy services are revealed relatively high. And the result of regression analysis between patient satisfaction and affecting factors identify following variables as the significant determinants; credibility of physical therapist(+), satisfaction for waiting time(+), cleanliness(+). Fourth, the patients appeal about physical therapy services such problem as; i) shortage of physical therapists, physical therapy equipment, and facility, ii) inconvenient administrative procedure for utilization physical therapy services. Fifth and last, recommendations for the improvement of physical therapy services of health centers are as follows; i )recruiting more physical therapists, ii )regular employment of physical therapists instead of daily use employment, iii )re-arrangement of facility for patient's convenience, iv )establishing reasonable purchasing system of equipment for physical therapy, v) reforming administrative procedure for patient focused care.
This study has been conducted to determine the fatigue symptoms(MFS) and its convergence association with occupational stress(KOSS) among small scale manufacturing male workers. The self-administered questionnaires were given to 428 workers employed in 14 work places under 50 members of manufacturing industries during the period from September 1st to 15th, 2015. As a results, the level of fatigue symptoms(MFS) was positively correlated with occupational stress(KOSS). Hierarchial multiple regression analysis revealed that the factors of influence with explanatory powers of 34.1% on fatigue symptoms(MFS) included sex, BMI, subject health status, smoking, regular exercise, drinking coffee, visiting out-patient department, sense of satisfaction in job life, and occupational stress(KOSS). Above results suggested that the level of occupational stress(KOSS) is so convergence influenced by variable factors as well as sociodemographic characteristics, health related characteristics and job-related characteristics, to a greater extent, by occupational stress(KOSS).

This study tests the performance of the recommended winter dress OnMapsi for an office worker through the analysis of skin temperature changes according to the heating environment. We tested and compared the effects of with/without undergarments for 4 male subjects in an artificial-climate chamber with two air temperatures of $19^{\circ}C$ and $22^{\circ}C$, $50{\pm}10%$ R.H. During the 60 minute experiment that simulated office work, the subjective feelings (that included thermal, humidity and comfort sensation, and skin temperature) were measured at equal intervals. The results show that the forehead and chest skin temperatures were not affected by air temperature or clothing type, while the hand and foot skin temperatures were affected at $0.3-0.9^{\circ}C$ depending on clothing type and $1.9-2.2^{\circ}C$ depending on air temperature. The mean skin temperature was decreased by the experimental time pass more with regular formal wear than with OnMapsi. The second experiment located the ambient temperature in which subjects wearing OnMapsi show equal skin temperaturesto those without undergarments at $22^{\circ}C$. Therefore it is possible to decrease heating temperatures to $18-21^{\circ}C$ in the office for winter OnMapsi wear that produces a skin temperature and thermal sensation that is the same as those at $22^{\circ}C$.

Spatial data processing often poses challenges due to the unique characteristics of spatial data and this becomes more complex in spatial big data processing. Some tools have been developed and provided to users; however, they are not common for a regular user. This paper presents a benchmark test between two notable tools of spatial big data processing: GIS Tools for Hadoop and SpatialHadoop. At the same time, a MapReduce application is introduced to be used as a baseline to evaluate the effectiveness of two tools and to derive the impact of number of maps/reduces on the performance. By using these tools and New York taxi trajectory data, we perform a spatial data processing related to filtering the drop-off locations within Manhattan area. Thereby, the performance of these tools is observed with respect to increasing of data size and changing number of worker nodes. The results of this study are as follows 1) GIS Tools for Hadoop automatically creates a Quadtree index in each spatial processing. Therefore, the performance is improved significantly. However, users should be familiar with Java to handle this tool conveniently. 2) SpatialHadoop does not automatically create a spatial index for the data. As a result, its performance is much lower than GIS Tool for Hadoop on a same spatial processing. However, SpatialHadoop achieved the best result in terms of performing a range query. 3) The performance of our MapReduce application has increased four times after changing the number of reduces from 1 to 12.

Recently, an electricity sensor system has been installed and operated to prevent failures and accidents by identifying whether a transformer is normal in advance of failure. This electricity sensor system is able to both measure and monitor the transformer's power and voltage remotely and send information to a manager when unusual operation is discovered. However, a battery is required to operate power detection devices, and battery systems need ongoing management such as regular replacement. In addition, at a maintenance cost, occasional human resources and worker safety problems arise. Accordingly, we apply a linear electromagnetic generator using vibration energy from a transformer for an electric sensor system's drive in this research and we conduct optimal design to maximize the linear electromagnetic generator's power. We consider design variables using the provided design method from Process Integration, Automation, and Optimization (PIAnO), which is common tool from process integration and design optimization (PIDO). In addition, we analyze the experiment point from the design of the experiments using "MAXWELL," which is a common electromagnet analysis program. We then create an approximate model and conduct accuracy verification. Finally, we determine the optimal model that generates the maximum power using the proven approximate kriging model and evolutionary optimization algorithm, which we then confirm via simulation.

Herniate disc disease is one of the biggest problem in claim of insurance as well as in medical. Herniate disc disease have recently increased, and it is ranked 8th in claim reasons recently. As an underwriter and physical therapist, I want to study interrelationship of insurance and disc disease. I think it is necessary to know about knowledge of medical, so this study is given some space to structure of spine, cause of herniated disc disease, role of disc, methods of classification of disable (McBride method and AMA method), and spine disability stage. disc surgery is divided laparoscope disc surgery and spine surgery. I analysis it some factors- gender, age, occupation, re-surgery, and state of after surgery - through searching medical papers. I suggest below conclusion to underwriter because it can be useful to make questionnaire, and underwriter can expect prognosis. conclusion The negative factors of disc surgery (compare to other cases) were as follows: 1. endoscope disc surgery: $20{\sim}40year$ old man, hospitalization period more than 5 days. 2. spine surgery: $45{\sim}70year$ old woman, hospitalization period more than 15 days. 3. re-surgery experience: exist 4. working condition: a person who draws a small income, non-regular worker, working period is less than 1 year. 5. method of surgery: pedicle screw fixation. spine fusion surgery, artificial disc surgery. 6. post surgery condition: appearance of muscle weakness, paralysis, reference pain, lordosis, kyphosis, and complication. smoker or take a drink.
The objectives of this study were to inspect how the law effected on hospital employment system and which policy and strategy are needed to cope with the present situation as the law regarding irregular workers law has enacted for a year. To grasp the changes of employment style in hospital, 56 hospitals among 311 general hospitals were questioned in this study. And employment policy and strategy were developed by referencing examples of developed nations and other industries. The survey showed that the wage and welfare level of irregular workers in hospitals was improved compared to that in the other industries. But there were still much discrimination between regular and irregular workers. The policy direction of government is, first of all, to follow the principle of equal treatment to equal value of labour. The first feasible policy is to enforce social security. The second one is an employment promotion policy which reduces or exempts hospitals employing irregular workers from tax and insurance fee. The third one is to extend employment contract period to 3 years. and finally there are policies to permit more dispatched jobs and to expand the social insurance coverage. The strategies to solve the problem of irregular workers are as follows; 1) performance wage system, 2) guaranteeing employment by unlimited contract, 3) creating new category of workers, 4) the wage system of management by object, 5) the method of job classification. This study has a meaning in the point that it was studied on hospital which is special industrial part and analyzed the changes after enacting irregular workers law and presented management strategy for countermeaure program. In this study, it was expected to contribute to decisions-making in hospital management, especially when using human resources.
From the social work practicum, social welfare major students learn practical works in the field and cultivates professional ability. Furthermore, he tries to find his fitness and own qualification as a social worker. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of supervision characteristics of social work practicum on the social welfare major student's career development. For the research, a survey of 212 students having had experience of social work practicum was conducted. The major findings in this study were as follows; Most of supervisors were female, the frequency of the supervision were regular, and supervision was offered mainly in the form of group or group and individual mixed. Students evaluated the relationship between supervisors and student was 3.20/4, supervision satisfaction measurement was 3.03/4, and students showed low level of career identity(5.80/12). By the hierarchical multiple regression, career identity was mostly affected by supervision characteristics, relationship between supervisors and student, and supervision satisfaction. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for career identity strategies on the results.

This study was conducted to evaluate the health status, life style, dietary habits and nutritional status of 44 industry workers that were routinely exposed to unclean environments while consuming 3 major pork dishes 2 times a week for 6 weeks. The health status, life style and dietary habits of the workers were investigated by a survey questionnaire, and the nutritional status was evaluated using the 24-hour recall method. Overall, the subjects reported that their health status was fairly good throughout the year, but that they felt dizziness and fatigue often. In general, the subjects did not exercise regularly and drank alcohol very often. The average daily energy intake increased from 1,708.3 kcal to 1,859.5 kcal without a change in the BMI or WHR when the respondents were fed pork dishes. However, the mineral intake did not differ significantly in response to the consumption of pork, although the Zn intake tended to increase. Moreover, the vitamin $B_1$, niacin, and E intakes increased after consuming pork(p<0.05), while the cholesterol intake decreased from 425.2 mg to 356.7 mg after eating pork(p<0.05). Additionally, both the fat intake and the PUFA intake increased after the consumption of pork with the intake of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids increasing significantly(p<0.001). Finally, the intake of essential amino acids also increased significantly in response to the consumption of pork(p<0.01). Based on the results, regular consumption of pork dishes improved the nutritional status of industry workers without any adverse effect in terms of the intake of relative fat and cholesterol.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a plan to expand the employment of the elderly in Small business as one of the ways to solve the problem of the supply and demand of the company due to the aging population and the problem of the elderly poverty. Research design, data and methodology: The method of this study is a qualitative research method, and the researcher visited a small and medium-sized company directly and collected data by conducting an in-depth interview with a business owner. The interview period was conducted on a total of 15 business owners from November 5, 2013 to November 18, 2013. Results: First, the reason why companies hire the elderly is because they are suitable people, and the reason why they are not employed is because the elderly are not suitable. Second, it was found that the most recruiting paths continued to work after retirement. Third, the strengths of the elderly in their businesses were diligence, integrity, leadership, wisdom, warmth, and skill. Disadvantages the elderly in their businesses include wanting to be treated as an adult, poor productivity, poor accuracy, and health risks. Fourth, in case of hiring the elderly, they were considering convergence with young employees, and it was suggested that there are no difficulties in being an elderly because the companies hiring the elderly use the elderly according to the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, It is realistic to actively utilize the employment system after retirement. Sixth, it was found that, unlike young people, it is not easy to recruit people on the Internet, so it is necessary to improve the system. Lastly, some industries clearly distinguished between the jobs of the elderly and the jobs of the young, but in many industries, it was desirable to create jobs for the elderly by harmonizing the main and secondary jobs. Conclusion: Ultimately, the work of the elderly in small and medium-sized enterprises should be reborn as a high-quality job that can solve the poverty of the elderly by working as a regular worker in the enterprise, rather than simply working for the elderly.
