행정구역에 기초한 어촌지역의 유형구분과 지역개발방향 (The Classification and Regional Development's Direction of Rural Fishing Area Based on Administrative District)

  • The selection of land for fishing village development project, and the standard used to classify fishing villages has been determined based on the guidelines developed by fishing village cooperatives. The approach fishing village cooperatives follows is likely to classify fishing villages without first reflecting on the overall development environment of the region, such as other industries and workers in the area. It also acts as a barrier for business promotion or evaluation, because the cooperatives do not match the administrative districts, which are the units of administration, and the main policy enforcement agent in regional development. Against this background, this study aimed to identify categories to situate the development direction, as well as the size and distribution of fishing villages based on eup, myeon, and dong administrative units as defined by the Fishing Villages and Fishery Harbors Act. This study was based on the Census of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries of 2010, and analyzed 826 eups, myeon, and dongs with fishery households using the principal component analysis, and 2-Step cluster analysis methods. Therefore, 95% of the variance was explained using the covariance matrix for types of fishing villages, but it was analyzed as one component focusing on the number and ratio of fishery households, and used the cluster-type analysis, which focused on the sizes of fishing villages. The clusters were categorized into three types: (1) the development type based on the number of fishermen in the eups, myeons and dongs was analyzed as village size (682); (2) administrative district size (121); and (3) total eups, myeons and dongs (23), which revealed that the size of most fishing villages was small. We could explain 73% of the variance using the correlation coefficient matrix, which was divided into three types according to the three principal component scores, namely fishery household power, fishery industry power, and fishing village tourism power. Most fishing villages did not have a clear development direction because all business areas within the region were diversified, and 552 regions could be categorized under the harmonious development type, which is in need of balanced development. The fishery industry type typified by industrial strength included 159 regions in need of an approach based on industrialization of fishery product processing. Specialized production areas, which specialized in producing fishery products, were 115 regions with a high percentage of fishermen. The analysis results indicated that various situations in terms of size and development of fishing villages existed. However, because several regions exist in the form of small village units, it was necessary to approach the project in a manner that directed the diversification of regional development projects, such as places for local residents to relax or enjoy tourism experiences within the region, while considering the overall conditions of the relevant eups, myeons, and dongs. Reinforcement of individual support for fishermen based on the Fisheries Act must take precedence over providing support for fishermen through regional development. In addition, it is necessary to approach the development of fishing villages by focusing on industrializing the processing techniques of fishery products. Areas specialized in the production of fishery products are required to consider the facilities for fisheries production, and must make efforts to increase fishery resources, such as releasing fry.

전국적 적용을 위한 비오톱유형분류 제안 (The Suggestion for Classification of Biotope Type for Nationwide Application)

  • 최근 한국에서는 각종 개발계획에서 자연환경과 생태계를 구체적으로 고려할 수 있는 실천방안으로서 비오톱에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 각 지자체마다 비오톱지도 작성에 대한 요구가 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 하지만, 아직 통일된 비오톱 유형 및 분류체계, 분류기준에 대한 표준안이 없으며, 지자체마다 서로 다른 방법론이 적용되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제의식 속에서 우선 지금까지 선행된 국내 외사례의 비오톱 유형 및 분류체계, 분류기준 등을 비교 검토하여, 비오톱 유형분류 및 분류체계의 초안을 작성하였다. 또한, 선정된 대표지역의 현장조사와 자문회의 등의 계속적인 피드백 과정을 통하여 한국에 적합한 비오톱 유형 및 분류체계를 개발하고자 하였다. 조사결과 국내사례의 비오톱 유형분류체계는 2단계나 3단계 분류체계가 혼합되어 있으며, 주로 대분류, 소분류의 2단구조로 구성되어있다. 또한, 일반적으로 적용되고 있는 비오톱 유형분류기준으로는 토지이용, 토양피복율, 녹피율, 식생 등 이었다. 본 연구에서는 비오톱 유형분류를 위해 대분류(biotope class), 중분류(biotore group), 소분류(biotope type), 세분류(sub-biotope type)의 4단계 분류체계를 제시하였으며, 대분류 13개 유형, 중분류 45개 유형, 소분류 127개 유형으로 비오톱유형을 분류하였다. 하지만, 비오톱 유형분류는 지역의 특성이 고려되어야 하므로, 본 연구에서 제안한 분류체계를 기반으로 하여 소분류 및 세분류 단계에서 새로운 유형들이 계속적으로 추가 보완되어야 할 것이다.

농촌 마을 공동체 유형에 따른 의식조사 - 충남 예산군을 대상으로 - (Analysis on Community Consciousness of Leaders and Members of Rural Village Community Organizations by types - Case Study on Yesan Gun -)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of rural village's community status and consciousness through a questionnaire survey of community leaders and members. Nine types of rural village communities were selected in Korea through a pre-survey of amenity resources data from the Rural Development Administration. Survey items that could determine characteristics of rural village communities were derived from a literature survey of rural village community systems. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 12 Eup-Myeon in Yesan Gun and responses were gathered from 66 community leaders and 1,222 community members. The results derived from the data collected from the community leaders show that 50% percent of rural village communities have been operating for over 25 years, and that community works such as group purchases are carried out based on emotional sympathies between residents. The results derived from the data collected from community members show that on average, community activities are carried out at places that are between 30 and 60 minutes away. Most members are satisfied with regard to the status of their rural village community. A correlation analysis showed that the rural village community satisfaction depended on travel time, community fee, and activity time.

현대 공동주거 계획에 나타난 한국 전통성 표현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expression of Korean Traditional Characteristics in Contemporary Multi-housing Planning)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean traditional characteristics(traditionality) are reflected in contemporary multi-housing planning since 1997 and to draw its typical way of expression. Through this study, the following conclusions have been reached; The First, Socio-cultural characteristics have affected the planning concept of the multi housing planning in the three way ; traditional philosophies, community space and regional traits. The Second, Two characteristics of space planning were shown in drawings, sketches and photographs; territorial, hierarchic, surrounded space in exterior planning and intermediated spaces in interior planning. The Third, Ornamental characteristics of architectural and landscape design were found; the architectural structure, the traditional landscape, patterns and colors. In conclusion, this study found two types of expression of the Korean traditional characteristics. The first is ‘concrete planning’which was focused on traditional ornamental elements such as forms and colors. And the second is ‘abstract planning’which was focused on the traditional space planning in interior or exterior, philosophy, communal organization and regional characteristics by interpretation of architects and designers. This study shows that the combination of two types of the traditionality will be more ideal in multi-housing planning rather than relying on just one type.

중소 IT기업의 혁신유형별 네트워크 형태에 대한 실증 연구 (The Empirical Study on the Relationship between Innovation Type and Network Configuration of IT SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 혁신유형과 네트워크 형태간의 관계를 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 즉, 기업의 혁신유형에 따라 사회적 자본의 특성이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 실증 분석하고 있다. 이 관계를 검증하기 위해 2005년 6월에서 7월 사이에 실시된 "경북 IT기업 기술혁신활동 조사"에서 나타난 168개 기업 자료를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석은 IT기업의 기술혁신 유형변수로 '탐색형 기업', '활용형 기업'으로 구분하였고, 사회적 자본은 네트워크의 형태를 나타내는 '구조적 변수'와 강도를 나타내는 '관계적 변수'로 구분하여 구성형태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 탐색형 기업에서는 네트워크의 범위가 넓고(sparse network) 약한 연계(weak tie) 관계를 가지는 반면, 활용형 기업에서는 네트워크가 범위를 좁고(dense network) 강한 연계(strong tie) 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

댐 방류형태가 하류 하천 수온변화에 미치는 영향 예측 (Simulation of Water Temperature in the Downstream According to Withdrawal Types of Dam using EFDC Model)

  • In this study, we simulated water temperature in the downstream according to withdrawal types of dam using EFDC model. Three scenarios were assumed as water was released from the surface layer, the middle layer, and the bottom layer at intervals of 10m depth. In case of the surface layer withdrawal, the water temperature rose from March and lowered gradually after it reached a peak in August. The middle and the bottom layers effluence temperatures were lower than the surface layer temperature by maximum $15.9^{\circ}C$(in July), but after September, temperature inversion appeared. It was advantageous for the surface layer withdrawal to decrease cold damage and fog in downstream area and was possible to the middle and the bottom layers withdrawal from August to September. However, the reliability of model should be improved by accumulating the real-time information of water temperature.

도시근교농촌의 토지이용 및 경관의 변화 (Urbanized land-use / landscape patterns in the city's countryside)

  • The city's countryside is adjusting to change by urbanization. The recent changes in rural landuse and damages of local landscape characteristics are very serious. But, few studies address the relationship between land-use and quality of landscape for these area. The aim of this study is to clarify causes and problems of the change through investigating changes of landscape as a function of land-use. The results are as follows 1) The change of landscape can be seen as a functional of land-use. Landscapes are characterized by changes of regional environments. These are the urban-rural fringe area which need special consideration for urban development and also for rural landscape quality. 2) 11 types of landscape patterns are found for landscape management. these are Regional commercial area, Apartment development, Recreation & seisure, Golfs, Housing complex, Industrial complex, Vinyl house, Rural village, Evaded facilities, Rivers, Cultural heritages. These landscape types are explained as 'stimuli-responses model'in Bryant's Forces of urbanization. 3) The policy implications of these study are as follows : First is the necessity of landscape management in Grown Management Zone and Natural Reserved Zone in the Metropolitan level, Second is the necessity of development control in semi- agricultural area. The last is the necessary of long range management plan in the urban-rural fringe area.

초등학교시설 복합화 유형 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of Functional Mixed-use between School Buildings and Community Facilities)

  • This study, as one of the specific suggestions to satisfy the social needs of life long education and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities, presents plans for the possibility of the mixed-use of educational facilities and regional facilities as the ultimate objective. By focusing on the space composition of the mixed-use facility to execute the roles of the educational establishment actively and efficiently, the purpose is to present the mixed-use methodology in architectural plan on which functions to combine and by how much, when the mixed-use plan of educational facilities. The investigation objects was the 27 elementary schools in Seoul which have undergone mixed-use of educational facilities work as at August, 2007. And each educational facility was classified mixed-use functions and analyzed for the composition form of functions and the characteristics by functions. And for mixed-use facility, form types were derived from the relationship with the school buildings through the analysis on characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of each types were presented by factor-by-factor plan directions of mixed-use facility.

수도권 전철 역명의 지명학적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Toponymical Characteristics of Station Names of Seoul Metropolitan Railway System)

  • 본 연구는 수도권 전철 역명에 관한 일반 현황 분석을 바탕으로 전철 역명의 지명학적 특성을 파악하는 것이 목적이며, 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 2009년 말 현재 운영 중인 전철역은 508개이며, 환승역은 61개이고, 병기역명을 사용하는 역은 91개이다. 두 글자 역명이 61.99%로 가장 많으며, 세 글자 역명이 20.59%를 차지하고 있다. 역명으로 사용된 지명 유형별로는 행정지명이 가장 많은데, 그 중에서도 동명이 압도적으로 많다. 인문지명 중에서는 시설 명이 가장 많았고, 자연지명 중에는 산명이 가장 많았다.

광주광역시 원도심 중심상업지역의 블록 특성 및 유형화 (Classification and characteristic of Central Commercial Area Block Development, Gwang-ju)

  • The purpose of this study is to categorize Commercial area by identifying characteristics of blocks and coding them in order to segment use zoning in Commercial area. The study was conducted as follows. Data from building register, cadastral map, statistics annual report are utilized to identify the physical environment of the block. four types used as code under the physical environment classification code which are classification code of physical environment, detail usage, volume ratio, and height type are set, and combine the classification codes sorted by the four types of code. Through the physical environment classification codes, there are currently 37 different block characteristics of the Old downtown Commercial area. Diversity is not reflected. There are only Central commercial area of regulations in Old downtown commercial areas that are uniformly managed. For the renewal, management and development that can occur in the near future, it is necessary to segment of use district in the commercial area. Consider the current situation and future development direction for the management of sustainable commercial areas. Management is required using physical environment classification codes. It is meaningful that it can be maintained, managed and developed in accordance with the characteristics of each block.
