항만과 항만관련 산업은 지역경제에 직접, 간접으로 영향을 미친다. 부산의 경우 지역 투입산출표(I-O)를 이용하여 추계하면 항만과 항만관련산업은 지역생산과 부가가치의 최소 1/5이상, 지역고용의 1/7이상의 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타난다. 항만과 항만관련산업은 부산경제에서 가장 중요한 부문이며 세계의 다른 주요항만인 로테르담이나 싱가포르도 마찬가지이다. 항만이 지역경제에 미치는 영향은 과거 조사에는 실제 조사방법을 사용하였다. 지역투입산출표가 지역경제변수에 대한 보다 다양한 분석을 가능하게 하며 이 논문에서의 몇 개의 응용예가 보고되고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 국립자연휴양림이 지역경제에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 지역산업연관분석에 적용하여 자연휴양림의 조성 정책의 타당성을 확인할 수 있는 전략적 수단을 발굴하고자 시도되었다. 지역산업연관분석은 한국은행(2009)에서 발표된 지역산업연관표를 활용하여 자연휴양림의 생산, 소득, 부가가치, 고용파급의 승수효과 분석을 통하여 지역내(內)와 지역외(外) 경제적 유발효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 하나의 국립자연휴양림이 지역에 미치는 경제적 파급효과는 지역내(內)에서 연간 생산파급은 3,380백만원, 소득파급 328백만원, 부가가치파급은 1,017백만원, 고용파급은 22명인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지역외(外)에 미치는 연간 생산파급은 687백만원, 소득파급은 85백만원, 부가가치파급은 245백만원, 고용파급은 6명인 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study is to analyze how much economic impact is changed before and after the designation as biosphere reserve area by tourism. The subject region of this study is Hajun mud village which is the famous place to experience eco-tourism located in Gochang-gun. This region has been designated as a UNESCO biosphere reserve in 2013. In order to estimate the regional economic effects, we employ a regional input-output model which is derived by a RAS method. Using regional input-output model analysis, this study estimates direct and indirect effects of tourist's expenditure on experience of Hajun mud village in Gochang-gun across associated industries between 2011 and 2013. Also, we tried to calculate a net increase in number of visitors in 2013 with considering the trend of tourist in this region and estimate a net regional economic effect after the designation as a biosphere reserve area by tourism. The empirical result could be summarized as follows : (1) the change of production inducement effect shows that regional outputs is approximately increased by 386 million won between 2011 and 2013, (2) regional value-added is increased by 223 million won during the same period, (3) regional employment is approximately increased by 20 according to the labor inducement effects of expanding tourist's expenditure in biosphere reserve area. (4) social service industry has highly been benefited by increase in experience tourist after Gochang-gun was designated as the biosphere reserve area. (5) estimated net increase in number of visitors after the designation as biosphere reserve area is about 37,364 which is 93.4% of the absolute increase in number of visitors amounting 40,011 between 2011 and 2013.

This paper attempts to analyse the financial validity of the Eco-therapy project which 'J' city in 'C' province has been eagerly trying to implement for its regional economic development and also to estimate the potential economic impact of the project on its regional economy. In doing so, it employs system dynamics which is a methodology for studying and managing complex systems, such as one finds in business and other social systems. Analytic framework for this study is constructed, based on the existing theoretical studies. This study concludes that the Eco-therapy Project concerned is economically and financially valid and it is also expected that the regional economic impacts arising from the construction and operation of the facilities concerned are greater than any other project which 'J' city has been pursuing.

본 연구는 전시회 개최가 지역 경제에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자, 2011년 4월 1일부터 10일까지 일산 KINTEX에서 열린 '2011 서울모터쇼'의 참관객을 대상으로 지출액 조사를 실시하여 '2011 서울모터쇼' 참 관객들이 경기 지역 및 기타 지역에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 지역산업연관모델을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지역경제에 파급시킨 총 생산 유발액은 약 531억 원이며, 총 소득유발액은 약 117억 원, 총 부가가치 유발액은 약 241억 원, 총 취업유발효과는 1,030명, 총 세수유발액은 약 26억 원 등으로 추정되었다. 이 밖에 전시산업의 생산유발승수는 다른 산업과 비슷한 것으로 나타났으나, 소득유발승수, 부가가치유발 승수, 취업유발승수는 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 전시산업이 지역경제에 비교적 많은 소득, 부가가치와 고용을 창출시키고 있다는 점을 시사한다.

인천 경제자유구역은 2003년 우리나라에서 처음 지정된 경제자유구역으로서, 3개 지구 즉, 송도, 청라, 영종지구를 포함한다. 기존연구에서는 경제자유구역에 대해 국가경제적인 차원에서의 경제자유구역 활성화 방안이나 외자투자유치 문제점 등이 주요 논점으로 연구되었다. 그러나 경제자유구역 개발로 인한 지역경제와의 연관성이나 배후지와의 연계발전, 지역균형발전 등의 관점에서의 연구는 현재까지 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 인천 경제자유구역 법률제정(2003년)을 기점으로 전기(1996~2002년)와 후기(2003~2009년) 총 14년 동안의 인천시 자치구(군)간의 지역불균형의 원인과 특성을 분석하여 인천 경제자유구역이 인천시 지역불균형에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 그 결과 인천 경제자유구역 개발이 지역경제 활성화와 구도심 파급효과로 연결되지 못하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 경제자유구역 내 대규모 아파트건설이나 기반시설건설은 구도심과의 불균형을 더욱 커지게 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

In this paper, we estimated the economic impacts of Korea-EU FTA on the agricultural sector in GyeongGi-Do. In particular, we estimated the economic impacts of agricultural production decrease resulting from Korea-EU FTA for 31 sub-regions in GyeongGi-Do by 15 industrial sectors. We employ a regional economic impact model combining a regional input-output model with a spatial allocation model. We found that the size of inter-industrial impacts are quite different across regions. Our results suggest the importance of agricultural and industrial policy considering the impacts of industrial sectors at the regional level.

In the article, the authors investigate the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation. It is substantiated that economic security acts as a certain system that includes components and at the same time acts as a subsystem of the highest order. It is determined that the economic security system of regions acting as a system has its subsystems, which include: production, financial, environmental, innovation, investment and social subsystems. The parameters of the economic security system include relative economic independence, economic stability and self-development of economic systems, and it is proved that an important feature of economic security in addition to its systemic nature is multi-vector. It is substantiated that the monitoring of ensuring the economic security system of the development of economic systems of different levels in the conditions of the powers transformation should contain the analysis of social, economic and ecological development of regions; spheres of possible dangers of the development of regional economic systems; the nature of the threats; the degree of the possibility of threats; time perspective of economic development threats; possible consequences of losses for economic entities; the impact of threats to the object of the economic entities' activity; possible asymmetry of economic development of regional economic entities. Possible threats as a consequence of the powers transformation have been identified. A PEST analysis of the impact of factors of different nature on economic security and the development of regional economic systems in the powers transformation is carried out. A recurrent ratio is proposed for the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation.

The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

산업연관분석은 현재 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하는 데 널리 사용되고 있다. 이 연구는 소득과 고용의 측면에서 지역개발에 영향을 미치는 농촌관광마을 육성사업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 한국은행(2011)에서 작성한 산업연관표(2009)를 이용하여 농촌관광의 생산, 소득, 고용, 부가가치 승수를 도출하였다. 산업연관모형에 의한 경제적 파급효과 분석결과, 2011년 농촌관광개발로 인한 직간접 및 유발 생산파급액은 1조 3,872억 원, 소득파급액은 2,872억 원, 부가가치파급액은 2,754억 원, 고용자는 41,127명에 이르는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 음식점업의 생산과 고용승수는 타 산업에 비하여 높은 반면, 소득 및 부가가치승수는 타 산업에 비하여 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 음식점업이 노동집약적인 산업으로 고용창출효과가 높은 산업이라는 것을 시사해주고 있다.
