The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of safety culture on the safety awareness and safety behaviors of manufacturing workers, and to suggest ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve safety awareness and safety behavior. In order to verify this, data were collected from 282 research subjects for 1 month from August 1 to 31, 2018, using the manufacturing workers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area as a population. The results of the study are as follows. First, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and participation inducement) of the manufacturing workers. Second, the safety culture (safety climate, safety procedures) has a positive effect on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Third, safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) has a positive influence on the safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. Fourth, the safety awareness (recognition of importance, interest and inducement of participation) appears to have a partial mediating effect in relation to safety culture (safety climate, safety procedure) and safety behavior (safety planning, safety check) of manufacturing workers. The implication of this study is that although the industrial accidents have occurred in the manufacturing industry in recent years, the studies on the workers in the manufacturing industry are insufficient. However, this study is meaningful that it has suggested ways for manufacturing workers to understand the safety culture and improve the safety awareness and safety behavior by analyzing the effects of safety culture on safety awareness and safety behavior of manufacturing workers.

The present study was performed to investigate long-term effects of the low-crude protein and lysine (low CP/lys) diet and a yeast culture supplemented to the low CP/lys diet on growth and carcass characteristics in growing-finishing pigs. Forty-five gilts and 45 barrows weighing approximately 25 kg born to Yorkshire ${\times}$ Landrace dams and Duroc sires were allocated to nine pens, with five gilts and five barrows assigned per pen. Every three pens received CP/lys-rich grower and finisher diets (control), low CP/lys grower and finisher (basal), or the low CP/lys grower and finisher supplemented (2%) with a yeast culture providing $3.2{\times}10^8$ Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells/kg diet (yeast) for 31 and 79 days, respectively. The ADG was less in the low CP/lys (basal + yeast) group than in the control group (P<0.01) during both grower (0.59 vs. 0.70 kg) and finisher (0.75 vs. 0.89 kg) phases. However, marbling score was greater (P<0.05) in the low CP/lys group vs. control (3.86 vs. 3.12) at slaughter, which resulted in a twice percentage of the $1^+$-quality grade carcasses in the former compared with that for the latter. Supplementation of the yeast culture to the basal diet caused a decrease in ADG during the grower phase (P<0.01), but not during the finisher phase (0.64 vs. 0.53 kg and 0.73 vs. 0.77 kg for the basal vs. yeast group during the grower and finisher phases, respectively), without influencing the marbling score or percentage of the $1^+$-quality grade carcasses. In conclusion, results indicate that long-term provision of the low CP/lys diet has a beneficial effect on marbling and carcass quality grade as well as a negative effect on weight gain and that the yeast culture supplemented to the low CP/lys diet has no beneficial effect on weight gain or carcass quality.

도시는 우리의 삶과 직결된 일상공간이며 삶터다. 일상공간은 문화의 총체적 산물이자 재현의 대상이다. 도시의 노후주거지역은 고유의 역사와 함께 서민들의 일상의 삶이 담겨있기 때문에 경제적, 정치적 시각으로만 바라보아서는 안되는 장소다. 광주광역시 북구 중흥동의 와우산 일대는 도시노후주거지역의 특성과 경관을 잘 유지하고 있는 곳으로서, 본 논문은 이 지역의 사례 연구를 통해 일상문화와 장소성 간의 밀접한 관계, 장소성 형성요소와 과정 그리고 장소가 가지고 있는 진정성 등 도시노후주거지역이 갖고 있는 의미와 가치를 도출해내고자 한다. 와우산 일대는 조선시대 경양역(景陽驛)을 기반으로 400여년의 역사적 가치와 구릉지 지형의 주거지역 환경, 근현대 서민들의 주거지역으로서 골목과 텃밭이 만들어내는 독특한 경관보유, 골목을 기반으로 한 서민들의 일상성이 살아있는 공간이라 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 도출해낸 장소의 진정성은 도시노후주거지역은 소통하고 배려하는 인간적 삶과 비정형성의 문화적 다양성이 살아있는 장소, 환경과 인간이 공존과 조화를 이루는 장소, 거주민의 공동체적 일상성이 살아있는 장소라는 점이다.

세계화 시대에 걸맞게 문화 원형을 보존한 콘텐츠 제작으로 가장 한국적인 이미지를 재고하고자 지역 문화가 살아 있는 문화예술교류를 적극적으로 진행하고 있다. 지방자치단체는 지역의 특성을 반영한 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 노력을 기울이기 시작했다. 이러한 노력은 지역 정체성을 강화하고 지역의 특성을 찾음으로써 지역을 대표하는 춤과 음악, 미술, 대중문화, 축제, 역사기록 등 다양한 문화적 요소를 원천으로 하였으며, 이는 자연스럽게 생성되어 창의성과 기술력을 바탕으로 고부가가치를 창출하는 그 지역의 대표브랜드이자 문화콘텐츠로 자리매김하였다. 본 연구자는 이러한 세계화 시대에 지역 문화자원의 원초적 근원을 찾고, 그에 대한 흔적을 보전하고자 서천지역을 중심으로 충청남도 무형문화재를 활용하였다. 그리고 우리나라 전통춤 움직임을 통해 서천공작부채춤 모형을 콘텐츠 개발하였다. 현시대 보존가치가 있는 충남 무형문화재 제21호 이광구 장인의 작품 서천공작부채는 둥근 모양 부채로 손으로 쥘 자루와 공작새 머리의 모양을 하고 있는 공예작품이다. 무형문화재인 공작부채 공예작품을 소재로 활용 제작된 다양한 예술 장르 개발이 문화상품으로 확장될 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 콘텐츠의 효과적인 전달을 위해서는 관객의 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 소재들이 잘 엮어져 있어야 하기 때문에 스토리텔링 또한 문화콘텐츠의 중요한 부분을 차지할 것이다. 본 연구는 역사 속에서 내려져 오면서 원형을 보존해온 충남 서천지역의 무형문화재 공작부채가 급속한 도시화와 현대화의 변화에도 지역의 관심을 받고 재조명되기 위해 개발된 지역춤 콘텐츠로 총 4개 연작으로 이루어져 있다. 대표적인 4개 연작의 형식은 독무, 2인(人)무, 군무, 창작으로 이루어지며 각 작품의 제목은 기본 형태의 춤 <서천공작부채춤>, 남·녀 사랑의 춤 <월·하·정·인>, 군무 형태의 춤 <바람의 멋>, 마지막으로 한국 창작 춤 <휘영>이다. 4개 연작의 공통점은 공작부채를 활용한 전통춤으로 각각의 춤은 형식이 다른 주제와 음악, 의상 및 무대 등을 통해 고유한 정서와 분위기를 보여주었다. 우리의 전통문화자원인 무형문화재를 활용해 다른 지역적과 차별화된 지역춤 콘텐츠 개발을 통해 콘텐츠로서 국제교류와 미니어처, 캐릭터 제작을 통해 문화상품으로서의 성장 가능성과 지역과 국가 경쟁력을 제고 하는데 기여할 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 가지고 있음을 확인하였고 지역경제 활성화가 될 수 있도록 문화예술 현장뿐 아닌 국제교류를 통한 세계화 작업을 통해 대중이 접근하기 용이하도록 콘텐츠로 제작하여 지역 고유문화를 이용한 지역춤 외에도 다양한 콘텐츠로 개발 활용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 지역 문화유산의 특성을 반영하여 재창조된 지역 춤 콘텐츠 개발이 앞으로도 현대화 작업으로 꾸준히 활성화될 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 우리의 전통문화자원인 무형문화재를 활용해 지역적 차별화라는 성장 가능성과 지역과 국가 경쟁력을 제고 하는데 기여 할 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 가지고 있음을 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 세계화 작업을 위해 현존하는 문화자원을 보존하고 이를 대중이 접근하기 용이하도록 콘텐츠로 제작한다면 지역 고유문화를 이용한 지역춤 외에도 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

국내 유통시장의 개방에 따른 유통산업구조의 변화는 창원시의 유통산업에도 커다란 영 향을 미치고 있다. 특히 탑마트, 아람마트 등의 할인점에 이어 최근에 개장한 대형 유통매 장인 홈플러스의 입점과 12월 개점 예정인 룻데 마그넷은 기존의 일반 재래시장의 상권을 상당히 잠식하여 창원시의 재래시장은 저가판매라는 고유의 장점을 상실해 가고 있으며, 또한 전근대적인 유통활동, 영세성, 비효율적 경영, 조직화 협업화 부족, 시설의 낙후성 등 으로 경쟁력을 상실해 가고 있다. 이 같은 재래시장의 침체와 위축은 지역 영세상인의 생계문제와 창원시의 경제에까지 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구는 창원시 재래시장의 실태분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌연구와 실태조사를 통하여 문제점을 제시하기로 한다.

경제위기가 계속됨에 따라 지역경제의 두 축인 유통산업과 건설업이 큰 위축을 받고 있다. 재래시장의 활성화를 위한 정책방안이 수립되었지만 뚜렷한 해법보다는 오히려 재래시 장의 재건축에 중점을 두고 있는 듯하다. 재래시장은 실업을 완화하는 사회안전망이자 지역경제의 활력원이다. 시설의 현대화, 업 종의 전문화 등을 통해 대형유통업과 유사한 형태로 조성한다는 것은 어쩔 수 없는 방편이 지만 재래시장 본연의 기능을 없애는 일일 수 있다. 따라서 재래시장의 활성화 방안은 지 역별, 시장별로 특징을 살리고 지역문화와 산업은 물론 소비자성향까지도 고려하여 차별화 하는 전략이 중요하다. 본 연구는 창원지역의 재래시장(중소상가)이 안고 있는 문제점과 특성을 파악하고 향후 경쟁력을 강게 하기 위한 방안과 이를 위한 행정적 재정적 지원과 제도적 정비 방안을 강구해 보는데 있다.

미래 지향적인 해양경찰 지방조직을 제안하기 위하여 먼저 미국, 일본, 영국의 Coast guard 지방조직을 비교 분석하였다. 통일에 대비하고 지역해역의 특성과 해양치안행정 환경에 부응하고 고품질 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 가능한 지방조직으로 서해, 남해, 동해 해역지방청을 기본으로 하는 해양경찰청의 지방조직을 제안하였다. 이러한 지방조직은 조직의 유연성과 정체성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 해양경찰의 발전 모델로 활용이 기대된다. 또 한 지방해양경찰청 조직의 실현과 발전을 위한 과제로 기능과 역할과제, 위민활동과제, 조직문화과제를 제시하였다.

과학기술의 발달에 힘입어 자연현상에 대한 인간의 조절능력은 획기적인 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 수십년간 자연재해와 관련된 비용이 세계적으로 증가하고 있는데, 이는 새로운 형태의 대규모 자연재해가 급증하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 경향은 여러 가지 측면에서 나라나고 있으며, 향후 더 큰 규모의 재앙이 더욱 빈번하게 나타날 가능성도 감지되고 있다. 특히, 특정 재해의 위험성에 대하여 올바르게 인지하지 못하는 현상은 재해에 대한 위험성을 전이시키고 장기적으로는 재해에 대한 사회적 취약성을 확대시킬 수 있는 여지를 가지고 있다. 따라서 재해에 대한 올바른 인지와 이에 대한 효과적인 적응양식을 지역의 사회 경제적 구조와 연결지어 분석하는 작업은 환경재해로 일컬어지는 인위적 재해의 발생을 줄일 수 있는 중요한 작업이다.

This study aims at the contribution to introduction of facilities and planning for the promotion of the exchange between city and rural community and the promotion of the rural areas. In order to understand the object of the Setagaya Ward Health Village and the management and the effects of facilities, I investigated the documentation, field work and interviews with the persons related. The Setagaya Ward Health Village has been steadily managing the exchange base facilities and the special enterprises, and operating the manager and promotion committees for the projects. Consequently, many tourism facilities and new enterprises such as the Setagaya-Kawaba Corporation were established in the rural areas and they developed into an active region which has abundant jobs available and attracts about 700,000 visitors a year. In conclusion, it is important to make a main body to manage professionally the future plan of facilities which involve image of the regional future and conform to the law. And the facilities should contribute to the economic development of rural areas in consideration of the environment and culture.

The purpose of this study was attempted to establish concepts of environmental-friendly applications of flood plain and to suggest the application plans. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. Roles of flood plain as biotop (restoration, preservation, and creation of stream corridor ecosystem) should be considered. 2. Application methods considering environmental and scenic values should be reviewed. 3. Application methods reflecting values as regional ecological resources should be planned. 4. Preservation and application should be considered together, and obtaining a means of living for regional residents and creation of economic profits should be considered together. 5. Land application and approach method by usages (integrated management model) should be applied to utilize and manage flood plain efficiently. 6. Flood plain application programs should be designed reflecting opinions of regional residents. 7. With respect to space planning of flood plain, introduction of facilities focused on ecosystem preservation/ecosystem restoration/experiences/observation/learning/culture/ recreation/water purification could be reviewed positively.
