CUSUM control charts are widely used to monitor processes with small shifts. CUSUM control charts are, however, less effective in detecting for recurring cycles or frequent small shifts in the processes. With Shewhart control charts, we have applied the variety of run rules to check the stability of process in addition to the situations that some points fall outside the control limits. In this paper, we propose the Z -CUSUM control chart for monitoring the process with recurring cycles or frequent small shifts by use of the zone concept as like the Shewhart control charts.

국가연구개발사업은 시장실패를 교정하기 위한 정부정책 구현에 있어서 매우 중요한 활동이며 최근 재정규모의 확대로 인해 성과평가에 대한 중요성과 더불어 효율적인 관리체계 구축에 대한 논의가 진행되는 분야이다. 본 연구는 이러한 국가연구개발사업에 대해 전주기 관리방안을 모색하기 위한 탐색 연구이다. 체계적인 논의에 있어서 관리체계에 대한 사항을 사전평가의 관점을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 국외 사례와 국내 제도의 비교를 통해 현행 국가연구개발사업의 수명주기 관리와 관련하여 제도차원의 고려사항을 도출했고 국가연구개발사업의 사전분석에 대한 사례 자료를 수집하고 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 현재 제도상의 문제점을 구체화하였으며 향후 국가연구개발사업의 전주기적 관리를 효과적으로 적용하기 위해서 연구개발 정부지출의 범주화와 지출성격에 따른 관리체계 이원화가 필요함을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 한국 태양광기업을 대상으로 가치사슬(Value Chain, 이하 VC)과 가치시스템(Value System, 이하 VS)분석을 통해 기업 내 공정 간에 부가가치의 선순환구조가 형성되어 있는지와 산업 내 공정 간에 선순환적 생태계가 구축되어 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 기업 설문조사를 실시한 후, VC과 VS 내 공정 간 인과관계에 대해 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석의 결과, 한국 태양광산업의 VC은 정부 R&D지원 증가가 관련 기업 R&D투자 증가로 이어졌고, 기업 R&D투자 증가가 기업 R&D성과 증가에 기여하였으며, R&D성과 증가가 태양광 제품 생산량 증가에 영향을 주었다. 또한 기업의 태양광 생산비용 감소가 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가에 영향을 주었다. 그러나 기업의 제품 생산량 증가가 제품 생산비용 감소에 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가가 생산량 증가에는 영향을 주고 있으나, 기업의 R&D투자 증가에는 기여하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타나 선순환구조에 들어서 있지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 한국 태양광산업의 VS은 태양전지기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가가 모듈기업의 매출액 대비 경상이익률 증가에만 영향을 줄 뿐, 그 외의 산업 내 모든 공정에서는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 잉곳 웨이퍼기업, 태양전지기업, 모듈기업, 시스템기업이 상호 협력하여 만들어내야 하는 선순환적 산업생태계가 아직 미완성상태에 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다.

Moisture condensation leading to defects that occur repeatedly in the winter, and recognize the same method, the problem of the other buildings in the same area again and again, a vicious cycle that occurs due to the temporary lack of systematic research and processing way of coping has been recurring. In this study, as warming progresses, more inside the air-conditioned summer season due to an increase in the ambient temperature of the condensation phenomenon to happen about summer wall condensation phenomena are expected to analyze the case of a building to prevent condensation and for insulation designs are proposed.

In this paper, I'll try to read Don Lee's Yellow intertextually with a more canonical text, Sherwood Anderson's Winesburg, Ohio, in order to see what kind of traditions and techniques Yellow references and/or rewrites as a way of tracking this production. Yellow's formal properties as a short story cycle are established through its use of particular conventions. For instance, Yellow follows the short story cycle model that includes the assemblage of recurring characters into one locale. Yellow's characters are all connected to and at some point located in the fictional small town of Rosarita Bay, California. The text form aligns it with established literary conventions and traditions and suggests the author's reliance upon or trust in those modes. Yellow's setting in a small town alludes to and has often been compared to Anderson's Winesburg, Ohio, which is perhaps one of the most well-known and extensively discussed short story cycles in American literature. Also following convention is Lee's construction of Rosarita Bay and the text's third person narrator as a member of that town. Both Rosarita Bay and the narrator become important figures through the related-tale nature of the text. The method of story-telling is similar to how the town Winesburg and its "seemingly sympathetic and non-overtly judgmental" narrator are operational in Anderson's text. In sum, Yellow is opportune for intertextual reading largely because it is a collection of stories that create a linked series.
