Regarding project management, many organizations have developed and distributed general project management knowledge systems, and application fields use the knowledge systems to apply the process suitable for characteristics of a project. This study suggests project management process models to apply to product development projects and introduces the application cases. This product development project management process model is composed of five top processes of initiation and preparation, planning, implementation management, control, and termination and transfer. The five processes are re-divided into 18 bottom processes. These processes are expressed as input, control, output, and mechanism by using the IDEF0 model. This model is applied to the new car development project of a Korean automobile company and introduces the cases, which shows a project charter, a work breakdown structure, a project schedule, a progress s-curve, a risk register, and a performance report.

The purpose of this study is to explore the establishment and administrative strategies for shared repositories for academic libraries in Korea, using the US ReCAP (Research Collections and Preservation Consortium) Project as a case study. The US ReCAP Project was a collaboration between the New York Public Library and the university libraries of Columbia University, Harvard University, and Princeton University. In-depth interviews were conducted with librarians and administrators in charge of the ReCAP Project to understand the original vision of the project, as well as how the strategy and approach evolved over the years. The analysis results revealed that shared repositories for libraries have evolved into shared collections enabling shared use. But shared repositories require a central management system to be successful in the long-term. Additionally, findings showed that the shared repository filled more quickly than anticipated. This in turn required collaborative planning on shared collection development and selection policies to determine which materials to send to the shared repository.

The uncertainty of software projects makes a big gap between the initial schedule/expense and the final one. Moreover, it is difficult for a project manager to reschedule and re-budget for reflecting the effects of changes in the software development. In this paper, we suggest EVM (Earned Value Management) to control the schedule and the expenses of an on-going software development project. In order to apply EVM to a software project, we consider turnkey contracts and propose the way to calculate the earned value for the software development. Finally, we illustrate our method with the case of N-company. We expect our EVM help to analyze and to predict the final schedule and the expense of a software development project.

This system integration project management process model is composed of six top processes of initiation, preparation for contract, planning, implementation management, coordination and control, and termination and transfer. The five processes are re-divided into 25 bottom processes. These processes are expressed as input, control, output, and mechanism by using the IDEF0 model. For this model development, it has chosen the items which constituted a process through a questionnaire of experts.

The development of station districts is mainly categorized into 4 types. The first one is the composite development of the railroad station-areas. The second is the re-development of the direct station districts. The third is the rearrangement of the indirect station districts. And the fourth is the development of the new station districts for newly constructed railroad routes. Among these, this study aims to focus on the problems and methods of improvement in the development of the railroad station-areas, since there is not much problem with the implementation of the city development project, housing site development project or city rearrangement project for the direct or indirect station districts.

This study is to integratedly examine coastal management policy and marine tourism development project for Korean coasts, especially for the South Sea of high development pressure, presenting sustainable tourism development policies for the future. To do so, it is examined central government-level coastal development projects set up by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and the Ministry cf Construction and Transportation, setting the direction of south coastal management and tourism development at a level of national territory planning. The problems of coastal management first and then the problems of the South Coast Tourism Belt Project are analyzed in order to present political and administrative alternatives. To overcome such problems and make Korea a marine tourism base in East Asia, there is a need for re-recognition of the value of the project and its continuous push through cooperation between central and local governments. Also, under the presupposition of consensus building among local people and the sustainable development of environments, there should be are-recognition that the future cf Korean marine tourism in the 21st-century and the success of an inverted $\pi-axis$ national development depend on the South coastal Tourism Belt Development Project.

The object of the project management is to succeed in the project. However, could you definitely judge that the result of project performance is a success? In addition, do both customer and developer agree with the result of your judgement? There are a lot of definitions and measure for the success and failure of the software development suggested, but there is no definite standard for the classification. This paper examines the measures in order to decide the development success and re-defines the success and the failure of the project. We suggest the measure and the standard that judge the project achievement based on these definitions. Applying the suggested measure and standard, it is possible to reduce arguments between the customer and the developer on the classification of the success and the failure.

This study explores the outcome of the current Land Compensation Act for the indigenous residents of DAEIM Public Development Project Zone in Gyeongsan City. The purpose of the law is to return part of the development gains to the native residents and to support the re-settlement of the native residents. As the Land Compensation Act applies to each area with different standards, the monetary terms of land compensation which the native residents eventually receive varies across the region and development sites. That means the development gain is not fairly shared with the native residents of the redevelopment area and it does not necessarily support the settlement of the existing residents. It is supposed that the actual compensation for the native residents should be in full cash value but it is not in reality. The study demonstrates the outcomes of the land compensation that the residents received are far from the original purpose of the Compensation Act using the case example of DAEIM Public Development Zone in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbukdo. Only a small proportion of the natives managed to achieve the development gains. Accordingly the majority of the native residents has lost re-settlement opportunity. It suggests that the Compensation Act and the implementation procedure should be reviewed and revised accordingly. The details of compensation plan should be tested and set up in line with the characteristics of the project area. In particular, the compensation details in terms of the size and types of land, average value of land for indigenous residents receive, and the amount of compensation per household should be clearly demonstrated to the resident.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the reasonable method of Network RTK surveying in future cadastral re-survey project through the accuracy analysis about Network RTK surveying achievement and the conventional TS-based confirmation surveying. To achieve it, we selected the experiment places and succeeded in achieving the result by Network RTK surveying about total of 307 parcel boundary point. We compared it with the result of confirmation surveying for cadastral, and it was shown that total connection errors of RMSE was ${\pm}0.1028m$ and total 48 places exceeded in the cadastral re-survey allowable error tolerance. The research suggested the practical alternatives in cadastral re-survey project after the comprehensive evaluation of those analysis results. Therefore, the author suggested development and adoptation of integrated electronic plane table surveying method. Moreover, we suggested unifying the first parcel boundary point method into the total station surveying and adopt the Network RTK surveying on the cadastral surveying inspection.

This study is a part of the architectural planning to meet the military healthcare development project according to the Korea national defense reform 2020. At this time, it is intended to identify the overall issues and to set the improvement directions of military hospital planning. Literature reviews, such as military healthcare development project, Korea national defense reform 2020, etc., and case studies for the advanced foreign military hospitals and several Korean private hospitals is analyzed. And also, field surveys, such as questionnaire collections for patients and workers, interviews with surgeons and department officials, and observation survey were conducted in order to be realistic improvement suggestions for military hospital planning issues.
