임의 배열 안테나의 복로브 첨두치에 관한 연구 (II) 평면형 배열의 에스티메이터에 관하여 (A Study on the Peak Sidelobe of the Random Array Antenna (II) On the Estimator of Planar Array Antenna)

  • 선형 임의 배렬 안테나의 부로브 첨두치 이론을 더욱 확장시켜 투상형 임의 배열 안테나의 에스티메이터를 유도 및 해석하였고, 그 에스티메이터의 이론치와 Moilto Carlo 방법을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과치와 비교 검토한 결과 고대오차 0.8dB인 아주 작은 오차를 보임으로서 신뢰도가 0.5이상일 때 부로브첨두치 에스티메이터 경가 미회한 에스티메이터임을 입증하였다.

  • This paper discusses the techniques, procedures and the results of the ground vibration test(GVT) performed on the development aircraft and the simple procedure of FE model updating technique from the GVT results. The GVT was carried out using random excitation technique with MIMO(Multi-Input-Multi-Output) data acquistion method, and taking full advantage of poly-reference global parameter estimation technique to identify the vibration modes. In dynamic FE modeling, the aircraft was represented by beam elements and all dynamic analysis was performed using MSC/NASTRAN for this model. In updating procedure, the stiffness of the beam model was adjusted iteratively so as to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes close to the GVT results.

  • Composite materials also known as fiber reinforced plastics have been developed and used in many engineering applications due to their outstanding mechanical properties. Laminated plates as structural components that are made of in composite material are widely used. Therefore, nonlinear response of laminated composite plates modeled with finite elements and excited by stochastic loading is studied. The classical laminated plate theory is used to account for the variation of strains through the thickness for modeling laminated thin plates. Approximate nonlinear random vibration analysis is performed using the method of equivalent linearization to account for material non-linearity.

  • The proper design of man-machine systems requires as much understanding of the human element as of the machine. Although the modern systems engineer can obtain a very high degree of repeatability and accuracy for the characteristics of a machine, these of the human elements are much less well known. Due to the complexity and importance of modern man-machine systems, this difficult problem has recently received increasing attention. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the human operator have been newly determined by impulse estimation using Pseuo-random binnary signals as a test signal and the quasi-linear human operator models used as an element of a closed-loop control system adopted from McRuer & Krendel and Bekey. Also the techniques and instruments are presented for correlating the actual characteristics of the constructed system with anticipated theoretical values. Consequently, in spite of many problems remain yet, experimental results were very satisfactory.

Probabilistic dynamic analysis of truss structures

  • The problem of dynamic analysis of truss structures based on probability is studied in this paper. Considering the randomness of both physical parameters (elastic module and mass density) of structural materials and geometric dimension of bars respectively or simultaneously, the stiffness and mass matrixes of the elements and structure have been built. The structure dynamic characteristic based on probability is analyzed, and the expressions of numeral characteristics of inherence frequency random variable are derived from the Rayleigh's quotient. The method of structural dynamic analysis based on probability is developed. Finally, two examples are given.

Differential Evolution for Regular Orbit Determination

  • The precise prediction of future position of satellite depends on the accurate determination of orbit, which is also helpful in performing orbit maneuvers and trajectory correction maneuvers. For estimating the orbit of satellite many methods are being used. Some of the conventional methods are based on (i) Differential Correction (DC) (ii) Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). In this paper, Differential Evolution (DE) is used to determine the orbit. Orbit Determination using DC and EKF requires some initial guess of the state vector to initiate the algorithm, whereas DE does not require an initial guess since a wide range of bounds for the design unknown variables (orbital elements) is sufficient. This technique is uniformly valid for all orbits viz. circular, elliptic or hyperbolic. Simulated observations have been used to demonstrate the performance of the method. The observations are generated by including random noise. The simulation model that generates the observations includes the perturbation due to non-spherical earth up to second zonal harmonic term.

머신러닝 기반의 온실 VPD 예측 모델 비교 (Comparison of Machine Learning-Based Greenhouse VPD Prediction Models)

  • 본 연구에서는 식물의 영양분 흡수에 따른 식물 성장뿐만 아니라 기공 기능 및 광합성에도 영향을 끼치는 온실의 수증기압차(VPD, Vapor Pressure Deficit)예측을 위한 머신러닝 모델들의 성능을 비교해보았다. VPD 예측을 위해 온실 내·외부 환경요소 및 시계열 데이터의 시간적 요소들과의 상관관계를 확인하고 상관관계가 높은 요소들이 VPD에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 예측 모델의 성능을 분석하기 전 분석 시계열 데이터의 양(1일, 3일, 7일), 간격(20분, 1시간)이 예측 성능에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 데이터의 양과 간격을 조절하였다. 마지막으로 4개의 머신러닝 예측 모델(XGB Regressor, LGBM Regressor, Random Forest Regressor 등)을 적용하여 모델별 예측 성능을 비교했다. 모델의 예측 결과로 20분 간격의 1일의 데이터를 사용했을 때 LGBM에서 MAE는 0.008, RMSE는 0.011의 가장 높은 예측 성능을 보였다. 또한 20분 후 VPD 예측에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소는 환경적 요인보다는 과거 20분 전의 VPD(VPD_y__71)임을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 VPD 예측을 통해 작물의 생산성을 높이고, 온실의 결로, 병 발생 예방 등이 가능하다. 향후 온실의 환경 데이터 예측뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 생산량 예측, 스마트팜 제어 모델 등 다양한 분야에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

사전위치정보를 이용한 도심 영상의 의미론적 분할 (Semantic Segmentation of Urban Scenes Using Location Prior Information)

  • This paper proposes a method to segment urban scenes semantically based on location prior information. Since major scene elements in urban environments such as roads, buildings, and vehicles are often located at specific locations, using the location prior information of these elements can improve the segmentation performance. The location priors are defined in special 2D coordinates, referred to as road-normal coordinates, which are perpendicular to the orientation of the road. With the help of depth information to each element, all the possible pixels in the image are projected into these coordinates and the learned prior information is applied to those pixels. The proposed location prior can be modeled by defining a unary potential of a conditional random field (CRF) as a sum of two sub-potentials: an appearance feature-based potential and a location potential. The proposed method was validated using publicly available KITTI dataset, which has urban images and corresponding 3D depth measurements.

실버타운 개발을 위한 서비스환경 평가요인에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Service Environment Evaluation Elements for Development of the Silver Town)

  • The purpose of this research is to example the general trend of the service environment evaluation of the silver town and classify based on the service environment evaluation to suggest a effective method and alternatives fur development companies. The survey population of this study focused on 40s and 50s' middle aged both genders living in the Seoul and national capital region, we used random sampling method. The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, Chi-Squae analysis, ANOVA, cluster Analysis, post-hoc estimation (Duncan test), To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. As a result of classifying the environment evaluation elements, it was classified into 5 groups for the differentiating strategy on each group. The groups are: life support service type, medical and health support service type, cultural support service type, indifference type, and food support service type.

  • 2 axis gimbals systems are extensively used in various tracking devices for attaining the system's objective. Designers are sometimes passing over the dynamic characteristics of system in vibrating condition In this paper, 2 axis gimbals systems including interface elements is modeled with finite elements. To verify this model, the finite element model is refined by using the experimental model data. The refined model is simulated with I-DEAS and MSC.NATRAN's FRF(Frequency response Function) and RRA(Random vibration Response Analysis) function to get dynamic characteristics of 2 axis gimbals system.
