  • THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN OF THE COUNTRY RAILROAD ACCIDENT ANALYSIS IT LED FROM THE PAPER WHICH IT SEES AND IT ANALYZED A TRAIN COLLISION/DERAILED ACCIDENT RISK FIXED QUANTITY. THE TRAIN ACCIDENT OCCURS DIRECT AND LATENT DAMAGE. IT CLASSIFIES THE ACCIDENT WHICH 5 YEAR FOR OCCURS RECENTLY DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN OF THE COUNTRY WITH A TYPE FROM THE RESEARCH WHICH IT SEES. IT TRIED TO ANALYZE THE DAMAGE SIZE AGAINST A TRAIN COLLISION/DERAILED ACCIDENT WITH DANGEROUS QUOTIENT.

  • This paper contains that the current emergency response procedure through the railroad accident type at domestic and foreign, and the response program which is more systematic as a result of improving weaknesses. Because the response program at home is less sufficient than developed country's, we have made an investigation into system of classification in America, British, Germany, Japan for organizing separate emergency response code. we have researched the recognition response of five senses for minimizing the accident damage in a way of spreading the emergency response type analyzed through the accident procedure according to the feature of five senses by the first recognizer. Based on the first recognitions response of five senses, the scenario has been established according to each types and the criteria of accident has been researched through classifying the recognition of five senses response level, early response level, self-response level, outside support level.

  • Universal Design involves designing products and spaces so that they can be used by the widest range of people possible. Universal Design evolved from Accessible Design, a design process that addresses the needs of people with disabilities. This paper introduces the universal design concept through analysis of causes of railway accident within the urban railway station. Railway accident analysis was performed by the internal facilities. We analyzed the standard of accident type, accident cause and accident subject such as elevator, escalator, stairs etc.

철도전기 분야 근무자들의 철도 관련 근무 특성이 스트레스에 미치는 융합적 영향 요인 (Convergence Influential Factors on Stress of Workers in the Field of Railroad Electricity by the Railroad Work Characteristics)

  • 이 연구는 철도신호를 포함한 철도전기 분야 근무자를 대상으로 이들의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 철도 관련 근무 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 2017년 2월 13일부터 3월 10일까지 자기기입식 설문을 실시하여 최종 445건에 대해 분석을 실시하였다. 객관적 근무 특성에는 총 근무기간, 현 근무지, 근무형태, 열차 운행 횟수, 열차 노선유형, 담당하는 열차 종류, 장애/사고 투입 횟수, 휴일 출근 여부, 근무시간을 포함하였으며 주관적 근무 특성에는 직장생활만족도, 주관적 업무 강도를 포함하였다. 이변량 분석결과 모든 철도 관련 근무 특성별로 스트레스에 차이를 보였다. 다변량 분석 결과 총 근무기간, 열차 운행 횟수, 담당하는 열차 종류, 휴일 출근 여부, 직장생활만족도, 주관적 업무 강도가 스트레스의 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 객관적 근무 특성과 스트레스와의 관계에서 주관적 근무 특성들의 조절 효과는 확인되지는 않았다. 따라서 이들 스트레스 영향요인에 대한 회사 차원의 관심 및 스트레스 관리가 필요할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to support decision making of researchers, when we estimate the safety of the high-speed railway using F-AHP. To apply this method, Korean type of high-speed railway was engaged, and the 8 Stages of accident type and the five criteria were suggested that we must meet. Then, the interview with the researchers working for high-speed railway was used to confirm the alternatives suggested. The employed F-AHP for this study estimate using emotional words based on AHP of Saaty, so it is very good to estimate the high-speed railway safety.

  • The primary objective of this paper is to examine the capacity of electrical transmission in electric railway according to the type of feeding system. Although supply capacity of railway substation are sufficient and there is no accident, due to the electrical transmission limit of feeding line the voltage breakdown may occur when large capacity of electric load at feeding line exist. So, using multi-port analysis model, we draw P-V curve due to feeding method, load, location and power factor of electric locomotive.

인장형 에너지흡수부재를 이용한 철도차량용 장애물제거기 연구 (Study on Obstacle Deflector of a Railway Vehicle Using Tension-type Energy Absorbers)

  • 장애물제거기는 선로 내 장애물에 의한 충돌사고 발생 시 장애물을 선로 밖으로 밀어내거나 에너지흡수부재를 통해 충돌에너지를 흡수하여 열차 탈선을 방지하고 충돌사고에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위한 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 인장형 에너지흡수부재와 4절 링크를 이용하여 장애물제거기의 작동 메커니즘을 구성하여 장애물제거기를 설계하였다. 또한 EN 15227에서 요구하는 정적강도 및 에너지흡수조건을 확인하기 위한 성능검증시험 방법을 고안한 뒤 유한요소해석 및 UTM (Universal Test Machine)을 이용한 성능검증시험을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 EN 15227의 요구조건을 만족하는 장애물제거기를 개발하였으며, 제안된 장애물제거기의 설계 및 검증 절차에 따라 붕괴하중의 조절이 가능하며 이를 실험을 통해 검증할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • Came to make a many development from the domestic railroad operation. The light rail transit enterprise is constructed plentifully. Consequently, the passenger safety importantly this, is recognized. The safety device which is applied in train control technique of the new railroad enterprise is important. 트램사고 방지를 위한 사고유형 분석 및 교차로 제어방안에 대한 고찰 (A Review on Accident Type Analysis and Crossing Control Measures for Tram Accident Prevention)

  • Korea's first tram (so called "tram"), which was commenced the operation on May 4, 1899 of late Joseon Dynasty and run until 1968, played a pivotal role of public transportation. However, tram as new transportation mean is being recognized as traffic congestion problem becomes issue due to geometric automobile increase and reckless urban plan after stoppage of tram service. Tram has an advantage of inexpensive construction cost and eco-friendly means compared to existing and city railway, carrying more passengers rather than existing bus, excellent connectivity of existing transportation because of easy accessible to destination in the city center. Therefore, tram, what is called "Green Rvolution of Public Transportation", has a dreaming of revival and in the process of pushing. We suggest the accident type which might break out in the early stage of tram introduction and preventive measures by surveying the accident cases of tram advanced country, and study the crossing control measures.

  • Recently, various types of trains are being operated in the same railroad whose designated stop stations are not the same. In other words, each train does not stop at every station. This could cause the pass-through accidents in which a train passes a station where it is supposed to stop. Although the number of train accidents is on the decrease, this type of error is still an important problem to be resolved. It is true that the burdens of train drivers are growing because the number of high speed trains and non-stop stations is increasing in the current railway system. However, another major reason for this accident is that there is no prevention system for these errors in the current train control system although it is being constantly improved. The purpose of this study is to reinforce the train stop system with wireless communication equipment in order to decrease this type of accident and to maximize the safety of railway transportation.
