본 연구는 의사소통 교수법의 흐름 안에서 출판된 <세종한국문화>라는 한국어 문화교재를 분석하여 문화교육과 표현활동의 통합적 다양화 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 문화인식, 문화 문식력을 넘어서 문화 능력의 신장이라는 최종 목표를 설정하고 해당 교재의 주제 분포, 말하기 쓰기 등의 표현활동 유형을 분석하였다. 학습자가 속해 있는 두 문화의 단순한 비교를 넘어서 창조적 문화 생산 활동을 지향하는 문화능력의 신장은 표현활동과의 통합이 그 목표를 이루는 데 매우 효과적인 방안임을 전제로 하였다. 이 교재는 시각자료를 풍성하게 제시하면서 성취문화보다는 행동문화와 정보문화의 제시를 중점으로 삼고 있으며 초급 단계보다 높은 단계에서도 활용 가능하도록 다양한 수준의 매체 읽기 자료를 배열한 점을 그 특징으로 지적하였다. 또한 교재 속 표현활동 유형을 분석하여 말하기와 쓰기 영역의 질문형식이 학습자들의 표현활동을 몇 가지 유형에 제한시키고 있음을 발견하였다. 문화 이해와 문화 문식력 단계에서 문화 능력의 단계로 나아가기 위해서 질문 형식의 다양화, 표현 활동의 확장, 통합 활동의 창조적 적용 등을 제안하였다.

The plastochron index (PI) provides possibility on studies of the effects of various environmental factors on morphological and physiological development of plants. The PI of Erickson and Michemlini(1957) could be used merely when leaf n is longer an leaf n+1 is smaller than the references length at any time. If both the lengths of leaf n and n+1 are smaller or longer than the reference length, it could not estimated. In this study, the PI of Erickson and Michelini was complemented and the linear patterns according to leaf arrangement was represented, PI is n-(lnLR-lnLn)/(lnLn-lnLn+1). And when both the lengths of leaf n and n+1 are longer than the length of reference, PI is n+1+(ln Ln+1-lnLR)/(lnLn-lnLn+1). The linear model of PI is changed by the various environmental factors and the linear patterns are different according to leaf arrangement. According to leaf arrangement, the equation of the general regression lines is Yin-(i-j)=a-(n-1)(q1+...+qi-1)-(q1+...+qj-1)+rt+$\varepsilon$. Where Y:the logarithmic of the leaf length in question, i:leaf number hang on the one node, n:the number counting from base, q:spacing on the Y-axis, j:0, 1, 2, ..., r:slope, t:time, $\varepsilon$:error.

When perceiving microbe-associated molecular patterns (MAMPs) or plant-derived damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), plants alter their root growth and development by displaying a reduction in the root length and the formation of root hairs and lateral roots. The exogenous application of a MAMP peptide, flg22, was shown to affect root growth by suppressing meristem activity. In addition to MAMPs, the DAMP peptide PEP1 suppresses root growth while also promoting root hair formation. However, the question of whether and how these elicitor peptides affect the development of the vascular system in the root has not been explored. The cellular receptors of PEP1, PEPR1 and PEPR2 are highly expressed in the root vascular system, while the receptors of flg22 (FLS2) and elf18 (EFR) are not. Consistent with the expression patterns of PEP1 receptors, we found that exogenously applied PEP1 has a strong impact on the division of stele cells, leading to a reduction of these cells. We also observed the alteration in the number and organization of cells that differentiate into xylem vessels. These PEP1-mediated developmental changes appear to be linked to the blockage of symplastic connections triggered by PEP1. PEP1 dramatically disrupts the symplastic movement of free green fluorescence protein (GFP) from phloem sieve elements to neighboring cells in the root meristem, leading to the deposition of a high level of callose between cells. Taken together, our first survey of PEP1-mediated vascular tissue development provides new insights into the PEP1 function as a regulator of cellular reprogramming in the Arabidopsis root vascular system.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a standard tool for identifying idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patterns. Methods: Textbooks, published literature, and references with comments on patterns were reviewed. Using the Delphi method, we determined pattern identification based on the advice of a committee consisting of 11 Korean respiratory internal medicine professors. Results: Four pattern identifications were selected by the Delphi method: qi difficiency (氣虛), yin difficiency (陰虛), phlegm dampness (痰飮), blood stasis (瘀血). The tool was developed in a question-and-answer format containing 38 questions. Conclusions: An IPF pattern identification tool that can analyze IPF patterns for standardized diagnostics was developed with the consent of experts. Further research is needed on its reliability.

The safety culture of an organization is the product of individual and group values, attitudes, perceptions, competencies, and patterns of behaviour that determine the commitment to, and the style and proficiency of, an organization's health and safety management. A good safety culture includes effective, appropriate safety management systems; strong safety leadership & commitment from management; participation and involvement of the workforce; and organizational learning and continuous improvement. This paper will introduce the safety culture inspection standards and process in Korea Railway. The main purpose is to get a better understanding of safety culture and to develop measuring tool. First of all we developed the composition factor of safety culture and the question set. And we prepared the base of computerization of safety culture measurement by developing of evaluation standards and weighted value.

This study addresses strategic issues related to the question of" how can a supply chain become more competivity\ulcorner" We examine several cases of manufacturing supply chains. Results show that each constituent firm is required to maintain different manufacturing capabilities and to play different roles by its position (up/mid/down-stream) in a chain. Furthermore, there are patterns of required capabilities by the positions in a chain. These findings imply that the "position in a chain" should be treated as one of the strategic factors when discussing the buyer-seller relationship. It is also shown that different action programs are required for building different manufacturing capabilities of individual firms in a supply chain. Additionally, we argue that some programs need to be done simultaneously, by all the members of the chain, while some need to be carried out by only a small group or an individual firm. Finally, we propose a direction for a theoretical framework for analyzing supply chain structures and strategies.ures and strategies.

오늘날 건축시공에 있어 하자발생 가능성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 부실공사 방지를 위해 건설 안전 정책이 시행되고 있지만, 하자 관련 규정이 추상적이고 불확실하게 규정되어 있어 하자와 관련 된 분쟁은 나날이 증가 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하자의 유형 및 원인을 분석하고, 이에 대한 하자책임 및 하자담보 책임기간에 대한 분쟁의 합리적 해결책을 제시하기 위하여 관계 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.

This is to report the result of the clinical treatment of One Proteinuria patient who has been hospitalized from January 2003 to August 2003 in Kwangdong Oriental Medicine Hospital. Proteinuria is an important sign of renal disease. It is very useful to estimate the patterns of proteinuria in differential diagnosis of renal disease. One patient have been diagnosed as the determination of the protein creatinine ratio when properly interpreted can replace the total urine collection for 24 hours in the clinical question of proteinuria when hospitalized. Therefore, We met One patient having Proteinuria and acquired good result by treatment with Taeyeumin Jowesungcheongtang plus jejo and bupeong for 4months. This paper describe the process and contents about the patient was cured.

Previous studies of American English(e.g. Sussman 1991, 1993, 1994) CVC coarticulation with initial consonants representing the labial, alveolar, and velar showed a linear relationship that fits to data points formed by plotting onsets of F2 transition along the y-axis and their corresponding midvowel points along the x-axis. The present study extends the locus equation metric to include the following places of articulation:uvular, pharyngeal, laryngeal, and emphatics. The question of interest is to determine if locus equation could serve as phonetic descriptor for the place of articulation in Arabic. Five male native speakers of Colloquial Egyptian Arabic(CEA) read a list of 204 CVC and CVCC words, containing eight different places of articulation and eight vowels. Average of formant patterns(Fl,F2,F3) onsets, midpoints, and offsets were calculated, using wide band spectrograms obtained by means of the kay spectrograph model(7029), and plotted as locus equations. A summary of the acoustic properties of the place of articulation of CEA will be presented in the frames of bVC and CVb. Strong linear regression relationships were found for every place of articulation.

Knitwears are originated earlier than textiles in human beings life. And then human beings life. And then human beings have been continuously developing as life patterns of human beings are becoming various and society is rapidly changing. Recently , changing life styles of the consumer emphasize the importance of the high quality , individuality , variety , and activity of knitwears. In this study , university women and housewives livings in Seoul have been surveyed in the cause of analyzing of the consumer's actual conditions. And eight brands of th specialized knit enterprises also have been surveyed, though it is imperfect . The purpose of this study lies in giving a help to the rational clothing habits of consumer and presenting some courses for aiming of korean knit industry. I made use of percentage and $x^2$-test for the analysis of the data and analyzed the contents of the question papers.
