Research of Quality Improvement by Factors Analysis Data Quality Problem:Focus on National R&D Information Linking Structure (품질문제 요인분석을 통한 데이터 품질 개선방안 연구:국가R&D정보연계 방식 중심)

  • A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data quality Improvement. and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

Health Promotion Behavior and Health-related Quality of Life by Acculturation Levels among Chinese University Students in Korea (재한중국유학생의 문화적응환경에서의 건강증진행위와 건강관련 삶의 질)

  • This study was to identify the relationship between health promoting behaviors and health related quality of life at acculturation environment of Chinese international students in Korea. From November 2010 to December 2011, 395 Chinese international students in undergraduate, masters or doctorate courses from 10 universities and graduate schools in Seoul and vicinity participated in self-report survey of the acculturation level, the health promoting behaviors and SF-12, the health related quality of life. The data of 395 students were classified to 3 groups based on the acculturation level. The low level group showed the health promoting behaviors strongly influence the physical component score of quality of life. As the acculturation level increased, the health promoting behaviors closely affected to the mental health-related quality of life. The results indicated that the acculturation level may be control variable to define the relationship between the health promoting behaviors and the health-related quality of life.

The Effect of General Hospital Inpatient's Perceived Service Quality on Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (종합병원 입원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 품질이 고객만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of medical service quality perceived by general hospital inpatients on satisfaction and loyalty. Data were collected and analyzed through questionnaires of 310 hospitalized patients in general hospital in Gyeonggi-do. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of medical service quality on satisfaction was statistically significant in procedural procedure, hospital life (doctor, nurse), employee friendliness, hospital environment and service satisfaction(p <.001). Second, the effect of medical service quality on loyalty was statistically significant in hospitalization (nurse), hospitalization (doctor), hospital environment and service loyalty(p <.05). Finally, the effect of inpatient satisfaction on loyalty was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction(p <.001). The higher satisfaction with medical service quality affects the loyalty, and it is an important factor in future re-hospitalization and recommendation of hospital to others. Therefore, management should establish policies on quality of medical service to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of hospitalized patients. It should be reflected.

Factors Influencing Health-Related Quality of Life in the Elderly by Age (노인의 연령별 건강 관련 삶의 질에 영향 요인)

  • The study attempted a comprehensive assessment of factors affecting health-related quality of life in the young-old and old-old. Data from the Community Health Survey for 5 years from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed. Research Results Health-related quality of life appears to be higher in the elderly than in the late-stage elderly, and various factors such as age, education level, household income, presence or absence of economic activity, presence or absence of moderate physical activity, stress or presence, and subjective health level Has been found to affect health-related quality of life. In particular, good or bad subjective health and subjective oral health had the greatest influence. In terms of the household type, the quality of life was high in young-old adults living in a three-generation household and old-old adults living in a one-generation household. Considering these characteristics, public policy programs should be developed and implemented to help the elderly with successful aging by improving their quality of life.

  • In order to guarantee the safety of railway, the Railway Safety Law (RSL) and ordinances have been enforced. In RSL, the quality certification is required to guarantee the safety and performance of railway components. Therefore, in this investigation, the detailed guidelines and main contents for the enforcement of quality certification for railway components will be suggested, and the detailed items including the procedures, subjects, management, etc., will be addressed.

  • This study deals with the technical approach related to the protection of digital video contents copyright, which has currently become a major issue in the digital contents market. With the production and distribution of digital video contents rapidly increasing, various policies and technical approaches are being made in relation to the protection of intellectual property rights. The technical approach from a DRM (Digital Rights Management) perspective was made from various angles, but its limitations have also been exposed in terms of convenience and quality. In this study, rather than the existing encoding certification and watermark technologies, it introduces technical approaches from a content-based copy detection method, while suggesting a copy detection method using the representative color sequence. In particular, this study takes into consideration the distribution environment of the domestic video market and deals with the technical approach in a direction that can control the illegal distribution of high quality videos.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate contents identification and brand community identification on the brand community. Analysis was performed for the empirical study where important variables of this framework included attractiveness, similarity, intimacy, information quality, contents identification, and community identification, loyalty. I collected the 184 data through survey and analyzed them. The data were recorded and analyzed using the SPSS 14.0 and LSREL 8.30. The brief findings of the study were as below: Given the finding of the study, users who have contents identification directly don't affect on purchase loyalty. Therefore, company intensifies users' visiting community. Users who consistently visit community have purchase loyalty. Existing studies on online brand community is a study for the identification. This study identified the dimensions of the content attribute of the content identification and brand community identification were examined by questionnaires. Accordingly, the company operating the brand community to provide more useful suggestions.

Effects of Care workers' Job Satisfaction on the Quality of their Stay-at-Home aged Welfare Service (요양보호사의 직무만족이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the job satisfaction of care worker affect on service quality. It was intended to provide the basic information for enhancing the Job satisfaction and making better quality of service. In order to meet the above purpose, the questionnaire method was applied for the care workers who worked at the 16 home care facilities located in Busan metropolitan city. 250 sheets of questionnaire were distributed and the total of 216 sheets were sampled among the collected questionnaire and analyzed. For data analysis, the statistics package of SPSS/WIN 12.0 was employed to perform reliability test, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. And the obtained results are as follows: As the result of the regression analysis to find out how care worker's job satisfaction will affect towards the quality of the service, service quality increased as the care worker's job satisfaction rate was higher. For the job satisfaction's sub-variables, it showed high service quality as the satisfaction was increased in the order of task satisfaction level and job safety level.

The Effects of Service Fairness Service and Service Quality on Airline Reuse Intention -Moderating Effect of Value-Orientation - (항공사의 서비스공정성과 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -가치지향성의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of service value in the effect of service fairness on service quality and structural causal relationship between service quality and reuse intention of domestic airlines. The impact between the variables was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 based on a survey of 320 airline users. The results are as follow. First, all the three factors of airline service fairness had a significant effect on service quality. Second, out of the three service fairness factors, distribution fairness and interactivity, had a positive effect on reuse intention. On the contrary, interactive fairness had no significant effect on reuse intention. Third, airline service quality had a significant effect on reuse intention. Finally, there was a moderating effect of value orientation in the relationship between service fairness and service quality.

The Effect of the Characteristics of an Audit Committee on the Association between Audit Market Concentration and Audit Quality (감사위원회의 특성이 감사시장의 집중도와 감사품질 사이의 관계에 미치는 영향)

  • Prior literature shows that audit market concentration which is measured as the Herfindahl index is negatively associated with audit quality in Korea. This study analyzes whether characteristics of an audit committee have effect on the relation between audit market concentration and audit quality. This is because it is expected that effective audit committees restrict the tendency of dominant auditors to neglect their duties. The empirical results of this study using the sample firms having an audit committee listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index market for 2006-2015 are summarized as follows. First, consistent with prior research, audit quality decreases as audit market concentration increases. However, audit quality is not lowered as audit market concentration rises only when the audit committee has financial expertise among representative characteristics of an audit committee - independence, financial expertise, and activity. This research finds contributions in that it explores the effect of audit committee characteristics on audit quality in consideration of audit market concentration and utilizes the differential types of the characteristics of an audit committee at the same time.
