블록체인 기반 소셜 플랫폼 사용자 경험 연구 -스팀잇을 중심으로- (A User Experience Study In Blockchain Based Social Platform -Focused on a Steemit-)

  • 이 연구는 블록체인 기반 소셜 플랫폼 중 국내 사용자가 활발히 사용하는 스팀잇(Steemit)을 중심으로 그 사용자 경험을 분석하고, 필요한 개선사항을 제언하는 것에 목적이 있다. 먼저 블록체인과 블록체인 기반 소셜 플랫폼의 특징을 조사하였다. 스팀잇 사용자 경험을 조사 분석하기 위해 허니콤 모형을 이용하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 정량적 데이터와 정성적 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 스팀잇은 사용과정에서 서비스의 핵심 기능이라고 할 수 있는 보팅 기능이 높은 유용성을 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 개선점으로 콘텐츠를 생성하는데 사용하는 편집 도구와 보팅 기능 남용의 개선이 필요하다는 것을 제언하였다. 이 연구를 통해 블록체인 기반 소셜 플랫폼의 사용자 경험을 개선하는 데 기초 연구 자료로 활용되길 바란다.

증강현실 기반 교육콘텐츠 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intention to Use of Augmented Reality-based Educational Content)

  • 이 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 증강현실 기반 교육콘텐츠 이용의도를 탐색함으로써 교육현장에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석과 상관관계분석, 신뢰도분석, 경로분석을 수행하였다. 연구의 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 혁신성은 지각된 용이성을 포함하여 지각된 유용성과 지각된 유희성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 영향력은 지각된 용이성을 포함하여 지각된 유용성, 지각된 유희성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 유희성은 지각된 유용성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성을 포함하여 지각된 유희성에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 용이성을 제외하고 지각된 유용성과 지각된 유희성은 이용의도에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

강원도 관광에 대한 소셜 미디어 빅데이터 분석 (Big Data Analysis of Social Media on Gangwon-do Tourism)

  • 최근 소셜미디어에서 관광지에 관한 게시글과 의견이 활발하게 공유된다. 이러한 소셜 빅데이터는 소비자가 인식하는 관광지의 객관적인 이미지를 파악할 수 있는 유의미한 정보를 제공한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 소셜미디어의 빅데이터를 이용해서 강원도 지역에 대한 관광 이미지를 분석하는 것이다. SNS 및 빅데이터의 대표적인 분석 방법인 텍스트마이닝과 의미연결망 분석 절차를 사용해서 강원도의 관광 이미지를 분석하고 차별화된 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 이미지 향상에 대한 방안을 제공하고자 하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 강원도 지역의 관광으로 속초, 강릉, 양양 순으로 지명 언급이 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 여행목적은 맛집투어, 식도락, 가족여행, 휴가, 체험 등으로 나타났다. 특히, 당일여행, 주말, 체험 등을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 네 가지 제안을 하였다. 첫째, 강원도 관광의 활성화를 위하여 가격대별로 다양한 호텔, 숙박 시설과 체험 관광 마케팅이 필요하다. 둘째, 강원도의 자연경관과 수도권 근접성을 활용한 당일상품을 개발할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 강원도 향토음식과 전통식당의 홍보가 필요하다. 마지막으로 힐링과 가족여행에 적합한 관광 마케팅 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 강원도의 관광 이미지를 현황을 파악하고 경쟁력을 향상할 수 있는 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다. 또한, 관광 소비자의 빅데이터를 관광사업 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제공하였다.

대학 수업에서의 SNS 활용에 대한 연구: 경험자와 비경험자 학습자의 비교 (A Study on the use of SNS in college education: A Comparison of experienced learner and non-experienced learner)

  • Dramatic transformation in education has taken place and Internet Technologies have played a key role. Especially SNS has been considered as an effective educational tool because of its exceptional features such as discussion on course topics, feedback from peers and group collaboration. The purpose of this paper is to investigate factors affecting the attitude, intention to continuous use of SNS and performance in college education comparing between experienced learner and non-experienced learner. Self-efficacy on media usage, educational expectancy, subjective norm, habit, and enjoyment were identified as affecting factors based on prior researches. The results shows that all factors are significantly related to the learner's attitude on the use of SNS in college education. Experienced learner's attitude on educational use of SNS in college was found to be significantly related to the intention to continuous use and performance. This study can provide a guideline of effective strategy for SNS utilization in college education.

Major concerns regarding food services based on news media reports during the COVID-19 outbreak using the topic modeling approach

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases were first reported in December 2019, in China, and an increasing number of cases have since been detected all over the world. The purpose of this study was to collect significant news media reports on food services during the COVID-19 crisis and identify public communication and significant concerns regarding COVID-19 for suggesting future directions for the food industry and services. SUBJECTS/METHODS: News articles pertaining to food services were extracted from the home pages of major news media websites such as BBC, CNN, and Fox News between March 2020 and February 2021. The retrieved data was sorted and analyzed using Python software. RESULTS: The results of text analytics were presented in the format of the topic label and category for individual topics. The food and health category presented the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on food and health, such as an increase in delivery services. The policy category was indicative of a change in government policy. The lifestyle change category addressed topics such as an increase in social media usage. CONCLUSIONS: This study is the first to analyze major news media (i.e., BBC, CNN, and Fox News) data related to food services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Text analytics research on the food services domain revealed different categories such as food and health, policy, and lifestyle change. Therefore, this study contributes to the body of knowledge on food services research, through the use of text analytics to elicit findings from media sources.

메타버스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 혁신저항 모델을 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Intention to Use the Metaverse: Focusing on Innovation Resistance Model)

  • 본 연구는 최근 주목받고 있는 메타버스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변인을 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 특히 기존의 연구가 메타버스의 확산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 변인에만 초점을 맞추었다면, 혁신저항과 같이 특정한 변화를 거부하는 소비자의 심리적 변인을 함께 살펴 이용과 저항의 관점을 모두 살펴보고자 하였다. 혁신확산에 영향을 미치는 소비자특성과 혁신특성 변인을 구성하여 혁신저항과 메타버스에 대한 태도, 메타버스 이용의도와의 관계를 살펴 보았다. 연구결과, 혁신성향과 사회적 이미지, 적합성이 메타버스에 대한 저항에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향과 사회적 이미지, 적합성, 상대적 이점, 복잡성과 관찰가능성은 혁신저항과 메타버스에 대한 태도를 매개하여 최종적으로 메타버스 이용의도에 정적‧부적 영향력을 가지는 변인으로 드러났다.

패션브랜드의 이미지 기반 SNS에서 해시태그의 이용동기가 고객소셜참여와 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 : SNS 참여도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Usage Motivation of Hashtag of Fashion Brands’ Image Based SNS on Customer Social Participation and Brand Equity : Focusing on Moderating Effect of SNS Involvement)

  • Hashtag has emerged and become one of cultural trend. Given that more and more firms in the fashion industry are using hashtag on images based on SNS to provide information of their products and to communicate with their customers. Especially, hashtags through voluntary participation of users provides the perspective of how customers consume their products. Therefore, this study focused on the using motives of hashtag in image based SNS with customer social participation as mediator towards brand equity. The purpose of this study is (1) to investigate the usage motivation of hashtag of image contents based SNS, (2) to expose how each usage motive affects customer social participation and (3) to find out how customer social participation has an effect on brand equity. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, first we conducted an in-depth interview on 8 image based SNS heavy users to understand the using motives of hashtags. Furthermore, we conducted online surveys amongst people aged between 20s and 30s of image contents based SNS users. As a result of this study, followings were figured out. First, four of usage motivation of hashtag were examined through in-depth interview and previous studies; interest sharing, social interaction, ease of use and enjoyment. Second, usage motivation of hashtag has a significant effect on customer social participation. Third, customer-media participation and customer-customer participation impact positively on brand equity. Lastly, level of customer social participation has the moderating effect on the relationship between motivation of hashtag and customer social participation.

동적 소셜네트워크 구조 변수를 적용한 가상 재화 구매 모형 연구 (Study of Virtual Goods Purchase Model Applying Dynamic Social Network Structure Variables)

  • Purpose - The existing marketing studies using Social Network Analysis have assumed that network structure variables are time-invariant. However, a node's network position can fluctuate considerably over time and the node's network structure can be changed dynamically. Hence, if such a dynamic structural network characteristics are not specified for virtual goods purchase model, estimated parameters can be biased. In this paper, by comparing a time-invariant network structure specification model(base model) and time-varying network specification model(proposed model), the authors intend to prove whether the proposed model is superior to the base model. In addition, the authors also intend to investigate whether coefficients of network structure variables are random over time. Research design, data, and methodology - The data of this study are obtained from a Korean social network provider. The authors construct a monthly panel data by calculating the raw data. To fit the panel data, the authors derive random effects panel tobit model and multi-level mixed effects model. Results - First, the proposed model is better than that of the base model in terms of performance. Second, except for constraint, multi-level mixed effects models with random coefficient of every network structure variable(in-degree, out-degree, in-closeness centrality, out-closeness centrality, clustering coefficient) perform better than not random coefficient specification model. Conclusion - The size and importance of virtual goods market has been dramatically increasing. Notwithstanding such a strategic importance of virtual goods, there is little research on social influential factors which impact the intention of virtual good purchase. Even studies which investigated social influence factors have assumed that social network structure variables are time-invariant. However, the authors show that network structure variables are time-variant and coefficients of network structure variables are random over time. Thus, virtual goods purchase model with dynamic network structure variables performs better than that with static network structure model. Hence, if marketing practitioners intend to use social influences to sell virtual goods in social media, they had better consider time-varying social influences of network members. In addition, this study can be also differentiated from other related researches using survey data in that this study deals with actual field data.

The Relationship among Characteristics of Fashion Influencers, Relationship Immersion, and Purchase Intention

  • Purpose: As the digital environment has expanded opportunity for consumers to acquire information from social media and social network services(SNS), With this environment, influencer has not only promoted products, but also participated in distribution and influencing on their followers. Despite the increasing interest in influencers, there has not been enough research on the structure of fashion influencer, relationship of immersion and purchase intention. This study examined the effects of fashion influencers' characteristics to the immersion of relationship with followers and purchase intention. Research design, data and methodology: For data collection, a pilot survey and the final survey were conducted. The pilot survey data was conducted to 50 female SNS users following fashion influencers. Based on the pilot tests, questionnaire was revised and the final survey was conducted online from august 22 to September 1, 2019 to female SNS users who have followed fashion influencer. A total of 408 data were collected, and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling techniques were employed for the data analyses using AMOS 26.0 and SPSS 26.0. Results: First, five factors were extracted for the fashion influencers' characteristics: interactivity, similarity, reliability, expertise and attractiveness. Second, fashion influences' reliability, expertise, similarity, interactivity have a positive (+) effects on relationship immersion; however, attractiveness has no effect on relationship immersion with followers and fashion influencer. It was also determined that relationship immersion had positive (+) influences on purchase intention. The relationship immersion has been found to have a partially mediated effect and similarity has complete mediated effects between interactivity, reliability, and expertise of fashion influencers and purchasing intentions. In terms of fashion opinion leadership, it was found to have a significant influence on purchase intention only for low fashion leadership groups. Conclusions: The present study found the structural relationships among the influencer characteristics, relationship immersion and purchase intentions to provide framework for succeeding research. This research revealed academic association of intention of purchasing through use of fashion social media and fashion influencer marketing. The results also showed the practical implications that fashion influencers' expertise and reliability perceived by their followers are key determinants to success in influencer marketing.

한국과 체코의 철도 탑승권 예약 애플리케이션의 구조적 특성 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on the Structural Characteristics of Railway Reservation Mobile Applications in Korea and Czech Republic)

  • The increased use of smartphones has made it easier to plan travel. Especially for people travelling in Europe, it is common to move between cities by train, and reserving passes with a mobile app offers many advantages. The Czech Republic, which is a familiar destination for Koreans, is called the "heart of Europe" and it is in central Europe, so it is inevitable to use the railway when travelling. This study has been compared with the structural characteristics of the railway reservation service operated by the Czech and Korean railways. In general, when evaluating the usability of an app, we often use a method that allows a group of users or experts to spot problems. However, this study suggests an analytical method to obtain more reliable and objective results. Also, the analysis of the structural characteristics has an advantage that the problem can be predicted at the prototype stage. This, of course, comes with time and financial benefits. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the development of applications that are more convenient to use and efficiency of development.
