  • Cross impact relationships exist among technologies. The purpose of this study is to develop a Cross Impact-based Technology Valuation Model necessary for evaluating the value of interdependent technology. For this purpose, cross impact relationships among interdependent technologies within specific technological system are analyzed by using Fuzzy Structural Modeling(FSM) Method. The model developed in this study will be a useful means of strategic decision making for companies which transact technologies.

  • Blockchain is an enabling technology for managing data with high trust and transparency among connected computers. Blockchain emerged with the advent of the Bitcoin cryptocurrency, and then, evolved as general-purpose platforms such as Ethereum, EOS, R3 Corda, and IBM Hyperledger Fabric. The application of blockchain covers a broad range of areas such as fintech, decentralized identity, distribution, real estate trading, games, and drone air traffic management. Smart contracts are indispensable for constructing blockchain services. This survey classifies smart contract languages by their features and shows their differences from existing general-purpose programming languages.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the neiboring environment in the internal and external university campuses. For this purpose, survey to 567 students in 7 universities in Daegu-Kyungbuk area. According to the changes of location pattern of campuses, the external facilities are play a role to help the function of internal facilities, and to accommodate the daily life of students. Therefore this study plan to find out their satisfaction and need of the neiboring facilities.

  • Optimal generation dispatch algorithm is developed using L.P and load dispatch method. The algorithm is composed with three steps. Fist phase, analytical algorithm is adopted to solve to minimize quadratic cost functions which fits well for planning purpose. Second phase uses L.P method for obtain economic redispatch that satisfies line constraints. When there is no solution whitch satisfy line constraints load shedding algorithm solves the problem.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality characteristics of concrete using super plasticizer which is on the market within the country. For this purpose, nine kinds of super plasticizer are compared and analyzed for the slump , air content, unit weight, water-reducing percent and ratios of compressive strength with admixture content. As a result, the optimum quantity of admixture content were obtaining for ordinary and high strength concrete using super plasticizer.

  • The method for evaluating AF's quality and calculating of AF checking time is proposed in this paper. For the purpose, the fuzzy control method is used. To show the effectiveness, the technique is implemented and the performance is verified on a NEC's 16 bit-general purpose micro-controller. The result shows that although the number of AF checking times is reduced, the receiver can find the best frequency faster.

  • The purpose of this paper is the design of a controller of electric actuator for high speed underwater vehicle which is robust against hydro load torque. For this purpose, we design the controller of PD & VSC control schemes. Under proper assumption of the hydro load torque, the tracking performances of these schemes are analyzed through the computer simulation, and the results are presented.

  • The author propose a method to realize a self organization in the artificial system. In self organizing system, sub-systems are not constructed as functional parts of the system but cooperate with one another to realize the total system. Each sub-system obtains the local purpose from the global purpose by learning. This function is realized by using a neural network. The validity of this method is confirmed by some simulations.
