Need color separation process to appear number of minimum printing plate waterway maximum printing color at printing process. This time, printing plate is separated three primary colors of C(cyan), M(magenta), Y(yellow). Appear all colors of printing such three primary colors. But, three primary color ink appears 100% dark gray that is not clean as chroma is neared color to 0 because is not pure. As well as, the ink area rate that is whole by over print amount increase of three primary is expanded. As a result, influence in secondary printablity set-off growth by inaccurate color reproduction and ink dry badness, trapping efficiency decline etc.. Apply ink saving method that is replaced as K ink in consisted dark color constituent because three primary colors are over print each other adding one more K(black) plate by method to improve these problem. Therefore, can reduce extension of the total ink area rate, and help in correct color appearance control. As well as, eco-friendly printing process attains improving printablity at the same time curtailment of printing expense by reducing requirement of total ink. Usually, there are UCR(under color removal) and GCR(gray component replacement) to ink saving application method. But, the practical use limit is insufficient state to tribe of technological investigation or field application about these method in domestic printing field. Therefore, in this research, ink saving been bringing by one method of eco-friendly printing confirmed that is applicable in usual domestic printing environment. Also, searched result getting in printablity by ink saving application.
Conductive polymer composites (CPCs) consist of a polymeric matrix and a conductive filler, for example, carbon black, carbon fibers, graphite or carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The critical amount of the electrically conductive filler necessary to build up a continuous conductive network, and accordingly, to make the material conductive; is referred to as the percolation threshold. From technical and economical viewpoints, it is desirable to decrease the conductive-filler percolation-threshold as much as possible. In this study, we investigated the effect of polymer/conductive-filler interactions, as well as the processing and morphological development of low-percolation-threshold (${\Phi}c$) conductive-polymer composites. The aim of the study was to produce conductive composites containing less multi-walled CNTs (MWCNTs) than required for pure polypropylene (PP) through two approaches: one using various mixing methods and the other using immiscible polymer blends. Variants of the conductive PP composite filled with MWCNT was prepared by dry mixing, melt mixing, mechanofusion, and compression molding. The percolation threshold (${\Phi}c$) of the MWCNT-PP composites was most successfully lowered using the mechanofusion process than with any other mixing method (2-5 wt%). The mechanofusion process was found to enhance formation of a percolation network structure, and to ensure a more uniform state of dispersion in the CPCs. The immiscible-polymer blends were prepared by melt mixing (internal mixer) poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF, PP/PVDF, volume ratio 1:1) filled with MWCNT.

In this study, experimental research was carried out to investigate the seismic and structural performance of precast concrete exterior beam-column joints using bolt type connection and prestressing method. A total of five full-scale exterior beam-column joints were constructed and tested under reversed cyclic loading, controlled by displacement. Results of the test are as follows: Energy dissipation capacity and pinching phenomenon of PC beam-column joints showed disadvantageous behavior compared to RC beam-column joints. However, drift capacity of the PC joint was excellent. Also, yield mechanism concentrated on embedded nuts was suitable as an exterior beam-column joint of lateral load resistance frame. Additional application of prestressing method was also very effective to control excessive pinching and cracking in the joint region, and thus improved an overall seismic performance of the PC joint.
We report the nitrogen monoxide (NO) gas sensing properties of p-type CuO-nanorod-based gas sensors. We synthesized the p-type CuO nanorods with breadth of about 30 nm and length of about 330 nm by a hydrothermal method using an as-deposited CuO seed layer prepared on a $Si/SiO_2$ substrate by the sputtering method. We fabricated polycrystalline CuO nanorod arrays at $80^{\circ}C$ under the hydrothermal condition of 1:1 morality ratio between copper nitrate trihydrate [$Cu(NO_2)_2{\cdot}3H_2O$] and hexamethylenetetramine ($C_6H_{12}N_4$). Structural characterizations revealed that we prepared the pure CuO nanorod array of a monoclinic crystalline structure without any obvious formation of secondary phase. It was found from the gas sensing measurements that the p-type CuO nanorod gas sensors exhibited a maximum sensitivity to NO gas in dry air at an operating temperature as low as $200^{\circ}C$. We also found that these CuO nanorod gas sensors showed reversible and reliable electrical response to NO gas at a range of operating temperatures. These results would indicate some potential applications of the p-type semiconductor CuO nanorods as promising sensing materials for gas sensors, including various types of p-n junction gas sensors.

As an accempt to increase thc efficiency of land use and the food production to achieve the national goal in the food self-sufficiency, nine cropping systems on the upper-land were examined in pure-stand and in mixtures of soybean, corn, potato and radish. The important conclusions of this study were summarized as follows; 1. The flowering date of soybean was two or three days earlier in pure-stand than in the mixture with corn. The maturing date two days earlier in the pure-stand than in the mixture with corn. The flowering and maturing dates were not different among various cropping systems in corn. 2. The stem length of soybean was significantly different among various cropping systems. Soybean in pure-stand was shorter in stem length than with corn. 3. The number of pods per soybean plant did not give any significant differences among various cultivation methods. 4. The length of internode and the number of nodes per soybean plant in the mixture with corn were greater than in the pure-stand. In the number of branches per plant this was reversed. 5. The average stem dry weight of soybean per 10a was not significantly different among various cultivation methods. 6. The soybean yield per 10a in the pure-stand was obviously greater than the mixture and there were significant differences among cultivation method within the mixture with corn in soybean yield. 7. The 1,000-grain weight of soybean was significantly different and those in the pure-stand was heavier than those in the mixture with corn. 8. Grain weight per soybean plant and the stem diameter in the pure-stand were significantly lesser than those in the mixture with corn. 9. In the comparisons of corn in the pure-stand and in the mixture with soybean, plant height, number of ear per 10a, mean ear weight and remember of grain per plant, 100-grain weight, ear length, ear girth and number of ear pel plant were not significantly different among various cultivation methods except for the grain yield per 10a. 10. In the economic analysis, the mixture with soybean and corn gave the greatest gross income. The combination 7 was the best which was 47.6% increase income comparing with the soybean pure-stand. 11. As it can be assumed, soybean plant was influenced greatly than corn by various cropping system. It is necessary to study more complex cropping system finding and giving more desirable multiple cropping system for the farmer.

The investigation on the removal of 502 gas fro.In flue gas which causes serious air pollution was made by using a semi dry flue gas desulfurization method. Experiments were carried out as a function of process variables which would affect SO2 removal efficiency. Process variables inclilded SO2 inlet concentration, inlet temperature of simulated flue gas, sorbent weight fraction, and volume flow rate of sorbent slurry. In this study, used sorbent was Ca(OH), and simulated flue gas was prepared by mixing pure SO2 gas with air. Experimental conditions were varied at 140~18$0^{\circ}C$ of inlet temperature of the simulated flue gas, 500~2000ppm of inlet SO2 concentration, 0.4~1.0% of sorbent concentration, and 10~25 mL/min of flow rate of sorbent slurry. Among process variables, inlet concentration of SO2 was found to be the most significant factor to affect SO2 removal efficiency. The concentration of Ca(OH2) had a lower effect on SO2 removal than SO2 inlet concentration removal amount was 0.108, 0.141, 0.153 g SO2/g Ca(OH)2 respectively- As 200 mmol of HNO3 was added into slurry to improve removal efficiency, initial pH was maintained and solubility of slurry increased, so that removal efficiency elevated. Adding over 200 mmol of HNO3 into slurry caused removal efficiency lower. Therefore it could be concluded the optimum was 200 mmol of HNO3 input.
The required density relationship according to the press pressure of the floating die method and the homogeneity of the density distribution in the buffer block was evaluated to analyze the manufacturing characteristics of engineering scale bentonite-sand buffer blocks. In addition, the thermal conductivity was measured and compared with that of the pure bentonite buffer block to evaluate the level of thermal conductivity performance improvement of the bentonite-sand buffer material. As a result, it was confirmed that the standard deviation of dry density decreased to 0.011 and showed a homogeneous density distribution under the condition of press pressure greater than 400 kg/cm2. Furthermore, as a result of the thermal conductivity test, the thermal conductivity of the buffer with optimum moisture content conditions was 1.345 and 1.261 W/(m·K) under the press pressure of 400 and 600 kg/cm2, respectively. It increased by 16.1% and 11.0% compared to the pure bentonite buffer material. Based on the results of this study, it is judged that it can be used as fundamental data for manufacturing a homogeneous bentonite-sand buffer block on an engineering scale.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of immobilization of the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2 (rhBMP-2) on anodized titaum implants coated with heparin to enhance the vertical alveolar ridge augmentation in the supraalveolar peri-implant defect region. Materials and methods: 18 pure titanium implants (7.0 mm in length, 3.5 mm in diameter) were manufactured for this study. All implants were anodized and designed insertion reference line marked with laser at the apical 2.5 mm from the fixture platform. Implantation of 6 noncoated anodized implants (Control group), 6 anodized implants physically adsorbed with rhBMP-2 by dip and dry method (BMP group) and 6 anodized implants chemically immobilized 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA)-heparin/ rhBMP-2 (Hep-BMP group) was performed in the both mandibular of three male adult beagle dogs using split-mouth design. Radiologic examinations were performed immediately after implant placement and 4 and 8 weeks after implant placement. The amount of mesio-distal bone augmentation was evaluated by measuring the vertical distance from the platform to the marginal bone. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way analysis of variance (SPSS version 18.0) and multiple comparison analysis of The Kruskal-Wallis test and the Mann-Whitney U test. Statistical significance was established at the 5% significant level. Results: At the 4 weeks vertical alveolar ridge augmentation of Control group, BMP group and Hep-BMP group is $0.09{\pm}0.22mm$, $1.02{\pm}0.72mm$, and $1.29{\pm}0.51mm$, At the 8 weeks $0.11{\pm}1.26mm$, $1.11{\pm}0.58mm$, $1.59{\pm}0.79mm$ according to radiographic observations. The two experimental groups showed a significantly increasing in vertical bone height compared with the control group (P<.05). However, there is no significant difference between the BMP group and Hep-BMP group (P>.05). Conclusion: The rhBMP-2 coated implants were enhanced the vertical bone growth in the supraalveolar peri-implant defect area. However, there is no significant difference between chemically and physically coating method.

Mechano Chemical Process (MCP) skips the calcinations steps at an intermediate temperature that is always required in the conventional solid-state reaction because forming phase from raw powder is activated by mechanical energy. In this study, we prepared (Pb, La)$TiO_3$ nanopowder with perovskite structure by only high energy MCP. Especially, the PLT nanopowder was synthesized without any thermal treatment using oxides, not salts as raw powder. This process is also very simple due to dry milling method, unnecessary to dry of powder. The oxide powder was milled up to 12 hr at intervals of an hour using MCP and the pure PLT phase of perovskite structure was formed after milling time of 3 hr. And the average particle size was 20 nm with narrow distribution after milling time of 3 hr from raw powder of several $\mu m$ with inhomogeneous distribution.
$^{123}I$, which is applied for the thyroid and other in vivo kinetic study, has a special role in life sciences. The 159 KeV $\gamma-ray$ from $^{123}I$ is almost ideally appropriate for the current imaging instrumentation. Its decay mode (electron capture) and short half-life (13.3 hr) reduced the burden of radiation dose to the patients, and its chemical property makes it easy to synthesize the labelling compounds. In this experiment, the production of $^{123}I$ via the nuclear reaction $^{124}Te(p,2n)^{123}I$ with 28 MeV protons was sutdied. $TeO_2$ is used as a target material, because it has good physical properties. The target was prepared with $TeO_2$ powder and was molten into a ellipsoidal cavity (a=14 mm, b=10 mm, $270.8mg/cm^2$ thick) of pure platinum. The irradiation was carried out in the external proton beam with incident energies range from 28 MeV to 22 MeV, and current was $30{\mu}A$. The loss of $TeO_2$ target was significantly reduced by using $4\pi-cooling$ system in irradiation. The dry distillation method was adopted for the separation of $^{123}I$ from irradiated target, and when it was kept 5 minutes at $780^{\circ}C$, its result was quantitative. The loss of the target material $(TeO_2)$ was below 0.2% for each production run and $^{123}I$ from the dry distillation apparatus was captured with 0.01 N NaOH in $Na^{123}I$ form, then the pH of the solution was adjusted to $7.5\sim9.0$ with HC1/NaOH. The $Na^{123}I$ solution was passed through $0.2{\mu}m$ membrane filter, and sterilized under high pressure and temperature for 30 minutes. The production of $^{123}I$ is acceptable for clinical application based on the quality of USP XXI.
