보험소비자의 권리 및 책임의식과 보험구매 의사결정 행동 (Insurance Consumers' Rights, Responsibilities Consciousness and Decision-making Behavior in Insurance Purchasing)

  • 본 연구에서는 보험소비자의 권리의식과 책임의식의 수준이 어떠한지 살펴보고, 권리 및 책임의식 수준에 따라 소비자를 유형화하여 유형별 의사결정 행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 생명보험협회의 '생명보험업의 민원발생유형 분석 및 소비자보호 강화방안'의 총 1,225명 데이터를 활용하여 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 대응표본 t-test, 교차분석 및 분산분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 보험소비자의 책임의식은 권리의식과 비교했을 때 비교적 낮은 수준이었고, 권리의식에 상응하는 책임의식이 갖추어진 소비자집단이 더욱 합리적이고 주체적인 의사결정을 내리고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보험소비자의 바람직하고 주체적인 의사결정을 위해서는 권리의식에 상응하는 책임의식을 강조하는 소비자교육이 필요함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 소비자문제를 해결할 수 있는 보험소비자의 권리 및 책임의식의 제고를 위한 콘텐츠개발의 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 특히 금융소비자의 권리의식과 책임의식에 관한 연구가 다각도로 이루어지지 않은 상황에서, 권리의식만큼이나 책임의식이 중요하다는 것을 학술적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 더욱 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

스마트폰 앱 선택요인과 구매요인의 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Explorative Study on the Difference between Smartphone Application Selection Factors and Purchase Factors)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 어플리케이션 앱 선택과 구매에 대하여 사용자들이 인식하는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 스마트폰 앱 사용이 많은 사용자 층을 대상으로 모바일 앱 다운로드 선택 요인을 조사하였다. 또한, 서로 다른 특성을 보이는 유희성 앱과 유용성 앱 등 유형별 앱 구매요인을 조사 분석하고 앱 선택 요인과 각각 비교, 분석하였다. 109개의 표본을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 앱 선택 요인과 구매요인간의 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 선택시 구전, 유용성, 호환성, 기능, 편리성, 디자인, 경험 등이 영향을 미쳤다. 선택, 구매시 모두 과거의 앱 사용 경험이 강하게 영향을 미쳤으며 구매시에는 앱의 유형에 따라 구매 요인의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 유용성 앱의 경우, 유용성, 비용, 기능을 중요시하였으며 유희성 앱의 경우, 즐거움을 많이 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 사용자들의 스마트폰 앱 선택을 구매 결정으로 연계시키기 위한 주요 요인에 대한 이론적 실무적 이해를 높일 수 있으며, 앱 설계와 마케팅시에 영향 요인들을 반영하여 소비자들의 구매를 증진시켜 나갈 수 있으리라 기대된다.

골프의 대중화에 따른 라이프스타일 특성연구 (A Study on a Special Lifestyle and Population of Golf)

  • According to a rise in leisure time thanks to a five-day workweek system, the population of golf tends to rise day by day as exercise not extreme and doing together with nature, and as a sport with high concentration degree, by virtue of people who have an interest in health care and who strive to enjoy a leisure life. This study targeted the whole male and female golfers who reside in the areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and are now playing golf, carried out sampling, and finally used 485 sheets for analyzing data. The study results were as follows; First, as a result of analyzing the whole lifestyle propensity depending on golfers' gender, it was shown that, as a result of making it type by factor, a male golfer was classified into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and tradition intention, and a female golfer was divided into shopping intention, fashion intention, family intention and man-and-woman equality intention. Second, as a result of analyzing a characteristic of gender depending on the standard of selecting goods, it showed the difference between genders as for the standard of selecting goods in case of purchasing golfwear, and it showed the difference in style/design, physique fitness, wearing of a famous golfer, convenience of laundry and management, and functionality, and male golfers were shown to select after seeing the clothes which a famous golfer did wear, compared to female golfers. Also, it could be seen that there was difference depending on the standard of selecting goods and the purchasing propensity in case of buying golfwear.

남성복 구매형태에 따른 정보원 선택, 위험지각, 추구혜택의 차이에 관한 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study on the Differences among Choice of Information Source, Risk Perception and Benefits Sought According to the Purchase Type of the Men's Suits)

  • The purpose of this study to compare the purchasing behaviour of men's business suits, among custom suits, system order, and ready-made suits, centering around the choice of information source, risk perception and benefits sought. The survey of this study was collected from 450 adult male in Seoul. The data was analyzed by factor analysis and ANOVA. The result of this study were as follows : 1. Custom suits, system order, and ready-made suits consumers have a significant difference in the choice of information source. The consumer attaching most importance to the impersonal information source is the system order users, custom suits users, and ready-made suits users respectively. However there was no significant difference in the personal source among 3 different purchasing behaviour of men's suits. 2. For the risk perception, 1) the group who perceived the highest in economic risk is the system order users, followed by custom suits users, and ready-made suits users. 2) the group who perceived performance risk as being the highest concern is the ready-made suits consumers, followed by system order user, and custom suits user. 3) the group who perceived the socio-psychological risk as the highest is the ready-made suits consumers, and followed by custom suits user and system order users. 4) there is no difference among the three groups with respect to the fashionability loss risk. 5) the group of the highest perceiving the useful loss risk is the ready-made suits consumers, and the next is system order users, custom suits users. 6) the group of the highest perceiving the time and convenience loss risk is ready-made suits users, and the next is system order users, custom suits users. 3. For the benefit sought, the group of the highest perceiving the aesthetics is custom suits consumers, and the next is system order users, ready-made suits users.

외식광고로 인한 인지부조화가 소비자의 구매 만족도 및 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cognitive Dissonance in Franchise Foodservice Advertisement on Customer Satisfaction and Post-purchase Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the post-purchase behavior of customers who experienced cognitive dissonance after exposure to a franchise foodservice advertisement. The study adopted cognitive dissonance theory to explain the dissonance resulting from the combination of advertisements and actual product that consumers received. In detail, the research hypothesized that cognitive dissonance will affect consumers' post-purchase behavior as well as their efforts to reduce dissonance. Exactly 274 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The results showed that more than 80% of respondents were influenced by advertisements when purchasing menus, and 50% were unsatisfied when the provided menu "was not the same as the advertisement shown". It was found that advertisement type did not significantly affect either group that experienced dissonance. In terms of satisfaction, however, the former group showed greater dissatisfaction when dissonance occurred (p<.001). Finally, there was a significant difference between the two groups regarding post-purchase behavior (p<.05). Customers with dissonance were likely to 'express dissatisfaction directly to the store', 'leave negative reviews', and 'participate in negative word-of-mouth'. Thus, the results revealed that cognitive dissonance could significantly influence customer satisfaction and consequently lead to negative post-purchasing behaviors.

  • For modern man and woman, footwear is considered a fashion for expressing oneself, and not merely a protective tool for the feet. The purpose of this research is to increase the effect of sales promotional activities by emphasizing product image and by enhancing sales environment. Towards this end, this research focuses on the study of environment at footwear stores that meet the challenges incurred by the changing lifestyles of consumers and the ensuing dynamics of the society in general. Research is based on an in-depth, thorough study of the previous research works and entails examining theoretical background and the concept of Visual Merchandising Display (VMD). Research will focus on the analysis of current situation at footwear stores located in department store based on material research on footwear stores and theoretical examination. Research on the current situation of footwear stores at department store will be conducted from the VMD perspective. In the end, this research paper will make suggestions on the VMD measures for footwear stores with the aim of increasing sales by satisfying consumers' sensibility and purchasing desire. Suggestions will be made based on the results of the research. -Study of current VMD status per fixture centered on 18 brands at department store -Suggestions for VMD at footwear stores based on the survey results of customer purchasing behavior This research intends to develop structured VMD methodology for footwear stores based on the research centered on VMD research of footwear stores at department store. Significance of this research lies in its aim to contribute to the sales increase, no matter how trivial it might be. Going a step further, this research work could be considered one of the foundations for defining the role of VMD methodology at footwear stores. Suggested results are as follows. (1) Need to cast away from simple, one-dimensional type of display method at footwear stores and transform into product image oriented VMD (2) Need to highlight product image by fully leveraging props and by developing footwear display methods that are suitable for different types of fixtures (3) Need to stabilize VMD by developing footwear manual that enables efficient management by store operator.

국내 20, 30대 남성의 애슬레저웨어 착용실태조사 (A Survey on the Athleisure Wear Wearing Condition of Korean Men in Their 20s and 30s)

  • This study analyzes the athleisure wear purchase status, wearing conditions, and design preferences of men in their 20s and 30s and provides basic data for the development of men's athleisure wear that reflects consumer preferences. An online survey was conducted on 200 men from August 23 to August 27, 2023. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 48 questions, including 8 questions about the respondent's general information, 19 questions about the purchase status of athleisure wear, 6 questions about the status of wearing athleisure wear, and 15 questions about athleisure wear design preferences. The survey results are as follows. The most common motive for exercise participation was 'maintaining health.' 'Nike' was the most preferred and purchased brand among athleisure wear brands, and the main place of purchase of athleisure wear was 'Internet and mobile shopping malls', reflecting the recent purchasing trend of the MZ generation. When purchasing athleisure wear, the most common selection criterion was 'design', followed by 'fitting comfort', 'possibility to use as daily wear', and 'price'. The most common route to obtain purchase information was 'Internet search', and the 'overall satisfaction' with athleisure wear was found to be satisfactory with an average of 3.83. The most common reason for wearing athleisure wear was 'because it is comfortable to do activities', followed by 'because it can be used as everyday wear'. Lastly, 'black', 'short-sleeved t-shirt', 'short length' sleeve, 'round neckline', 'waist length', and 'relaxed loose fit' were preferred for the top design, and 'black', 'shorts', 'full elastic type' waistband, 'regular fit that fits the body well' were preferred for the bottom design.

한국인의 개인색채 유형에 따른 패션색채 기호의 분석 (An Analysis of Fashion Color Preferences According to Koreans' Personal Color Types)

  • The purpose of this study is according to four Seasonal Color system, the researcher analyzed the Korean Personal color and investigated abstract color preferences and the fashion color preferences to support the Korean color preferences and the rotor recognition trend. The study was conducted according to the following procedures: 144 women from 20s to 50s were selected as participants of the survey and the interview. The fashion color preferences and the personal body color was analyzed by the questionnaire and the interview. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program. As a way of analysis, crosstabs analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis were used. As a results, in the Personal color type of Korean women, it is distributed in the order of spring, summer, winter and autumn. In addition, Light image is highly distributed in the Personal color image. People preferred summer color group in the general color preference and the cosmetic color preference and they preferred winter color type in the clothes color and the suitable color for themselves. In the color recognition, as the color interest increases, the coincidence between suitable color and favorite color increased. The recognition of suitable color, the consideration of color in purchasing and the interest of outward appearances were highly showed.

서비스약관과 관련된 소비자문제의 실증연구 (The Empirical Study on Unfair Terms in Services Contract and Consumer Problems)

  • Standard contsacts are drafted by one side only and therefore naturally favour that party. The other party must either adhere to those terms or abandon the transaction entirely. Accordingly the terms in these contracts tend to by quite harsh, especially so in consumer transactions. The objectives of this study are to examine the degree of consumer knowledge practical use, experience of consumer problems on service contract terms and to investigate the factors which influence on the degree of experience of consumer problems related the contract terms. The data used in this empirical study included 685 consumers experienced transactions with the terms in the last two years in Seoul. Statistics used for data analysis ere Reliability, Frequencies, Means, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The conclusions can be summarized as follows. 1) Actually, consumers experienced many problems related the service-contract terms, despite regulation of unfair contract terms. 2) The level of education and purchasing experience variables have affected positively to the level of consumer problem experiences related the contract terms. 3) The effect of trend and characteristics of contract terms are variables with the type of contract terms. Therefore the regulation of the contract terms have to by differently enforced according to the type of contract terms.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between new brand awareness and new brand awareness according to type of restaurant menu purchase information. This study will provide basic research data on viral marketing strategy through online marketing of restaurant companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information obtained through blog information and SNS advertisement on word effect (information acceptance and information transfer) and to investigate the effect of word of mouth effect on consumers' purchase intention. A total of 206 samples were used for this analysis and regression analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, experience type, timely relevance and consensus among the characteristics of blog information affect information acceptance. Experience, and accuracy are affecting information delivery. Second, information discomfort among the characteristics of SNS advertising information influences the acceptance of information. Information, entertainment and trust are affecting information dissemination. Third, information acceptance and information diffusion affect purchase intention.
