  • Korean foodservice's circulation industry has been developed with enforcement plan of circulation modernization for the purpose of circulation construction improvement in 1992 and revision plan of circulation modernization plan preparing circulation market opening in 1995. But Korean circulation step is still in an early stage compare the advanced nations, so it has a bad effect in case the price competition and the profits, A circulation industry has originally premodenization. But it could be changed leading industry of 21 century, because it can used not only latest technique through information network but also leisure market of consumption industry. We must be enough a purchase condition of direct transaction from a minimum of circulation in order to compete with new business industry of advanced nations. Threfore the scheme for the development of foodservice industry should be improve a circulation management environment of circulation company, also the government should be improve the system in the policy. Both the government and the enterprose must reinforce efforts for high level competition more than the present states. From the view point of the bedelayed industry of all industries, the chance of new business will be created more than others.

Factor Analytic Classification of Design Attributes of Shopping-Mall Sites under the View of Usability (인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트 설계 속성들의 사용성 관점에서의 요인분석적 분류)

  • This research provide the basic information to enhance the user-orientedness of usability design guidelines for software products and an effective empirical guidance to classify design attributes of internet shopping mall sites. The results of analysis show that design attributes can be classified into the procedural attribute group, the shopping tool attribute group, the visual attribute group, linguistic attribute group, and others. The results show that shopping tool attribute group can be divided further into the search tool attribute group and purchase tool attribute group and that the visual attribute group can be divided further into the screen condition attribute group and the character legibility attribute group. The research reveals that when designers design software interfaces and features they should take the compound effect of a group of design attributes into consideration to enhance the usability of the system.

A Study on Information research and Purchase Channel of Apparel product Consumer (의류제품 정보탐색과 구매채널별 소비자특성 고찰)

  • The advantages of the multi-channel retailing have been widely discussed but empirical research on fashion multi-channel retailing has been limited. In this study, multi-channel concept was discussed and then, channel choosing condition of apparel shopper and channel choosing criteria for information search and buying were investigated as a empirical study. Drawing on a sample of 298 customers of apparel products in Korea, the result demonstrated that some differences in the perception of experience goods and search goods among apparel products. And, according to buying channel, consumers were different from each other in information search time and clothing expenses. Some suggestion for the future research of multi-channel retailing was given.

  • The purpose of this study is for researching consumptions of the Korean and Japanese's consumers and qualities on the bananas which rank first in market share of the fruits market. The survey was conducted from the 180 Korean women living in Gangnam and Bundang. It was also compared and analyzed on the basis of data from the Japanese's R company. This analysis was done using SPSS 12.0 Vir. and analyzed according to its purposes. First, the difference between Korea and Japan in terms of bananas intake was studied. Second, consumption situations and types of Korean and Japanese's women were compared and analyzed. Therefore, this is the basic analytic study for finding out Korean consumers' recognitions and purchase behaviors on the bananas compared those of Japan. This will be utilized as useful material to understand the domestic consumers' consumption behaviors of the bananas which are one of the imported agricultural products.

  • Present Prices have reduced to $100 per barrel, but international oil prices caused big damage to local logistics industry due to rise in International oil prices and, in august 2008 oil prices reached up to 146 US. Depending on oil prices, the domestic logistic industry should develop a strategy by innovative management of purchase of supply for manufacturing industry and efficient supply and demand of resources which is believed to be more important. Accordingly, we want to analyze railroad logistics' present condition and effect on railroad industry that can expect affirmative development by oil-price rise and by developing strategies for efficient railroad logistics.

A Study on Wearing Satisfaction and Purchase about Hanbok Uniforms of Korean Style Food Restaurants (한식당 생활한복 유니폼 구매 및 착용 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study was inquiry into wearing condition and satisfaction of Saenghwal Hanbok uniform for Korean restaurant's employees. For this Purpose to be fulfilled survey was carried out to the managers and employees who are working in Korean traditional restaurants located in Seoul, and the reality of wearing Saenghwal Hanbok uniforms and the employees's satisfaction were considered. It taken into consideration when designing Hanbok uniforms for Korean traditional restaurants. The analysis was executed involving Simple Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Independent Samples T-test, Paired Comparison, ANOVA, and Duncun Test using SPSS. The report shows that buyers get two pieces style of skirt ($74\%$) and they are buying from Hanbok shops ($58\%$), or from uniform shops ($21\%$). It is almost impossible to see that employees' opinion is reflected in the uniform design since the decisions are made by either Senior manager or General Manager. Based on the result of this survey, followings should be taken into consideration when designing Hanbok uniforms for Korean traditional restaurants. Firstly, a design should reflect a sphere and a radiuses of action throughout a grasp of the type of restaurant, such as the type of sitting and whether there are stairs or not, and the type of service in charge, and so on. Secondly, considerations on the fabrics in terms of sweat absorption, tactility, weight and so on should be prioritized emphasizing a functional aspect. Thirdly, a sleeve should be narrower and shorter, and the skirt should be less wide and not crease easily. Lastly, a Geogori should be knot-button on with care in order not to be opened and a skirt should be zipped up.

A Study on Body Consciousness, and Clothing Behavior of Male College Students (남자 대학생의 신체의식과 의복행동에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to examine male college student's general body consciousness and their actual condition of wearing clothing, as it's assumed that clothing, which everyone must always wear, might be effective in making up for the physical defect. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. Male College Students'Body Consciousness : They expressed some dissatisfaction with their own body, and they were most discontented with their height, among their bodies. They thought of the western-style shape as an ideal one, as what's considered by them to be ideal was thinner a little than them, being taller with wider shoulder, longer legs, smaller and white face. 2. Male College Students'Characteristics of Clothing Purchasing Behavior : In purchasing clothing, male college students were slightly sensitive about the physical part with which they wasn't satisfied. The clothing pattern preferred by them was an abstract one, and their favorite color was white or black. The greatest number of them put most emphasis on design in buying clothing, and they purchased clothing mainly at special fashion shop. On the whole, they showed an affirmative response toward wearing Korean costume, and they also had a positive opinion about the purchase of reformed Korean dress for everyday life. 3. Male College Students'Characteristics of Wearing Clothing : They appeared not to consider making up for physical weakness. Male college students favored aloha shirt and trousers when they went out. Male college students purchase clothing in consideration of individual, manly, classical, tender, or comfortable factors. 4. Relationship of Body Consciousness to Wearing Behavior : The degree to which they considered covering up physical weakness in wearing clothing was examined, by dividing them into two groups : one was a group that thought their own shape normal, and the other was a group that didn't think of their own shape as normal. As a result, both groups appeared not to consider covering up physical weakness.

The Influence of Sense of Self-efficiency in the Course of the Decision for Clothing Purchase (자기효능감이 의복구매의사결정과정에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of self-efficacy, which is a kind of the self concept about one's own ability, to the decision-making process, which is the key part of consumer behavior. The subjects in this study were 985 male and female undergraduates of a university located in the city of Kyongsan, the north Kyongsang province. The collected data were statistically processed by MANOVA and ANOVA. For post test, Scaffle and $\chi$$^2$-test were employed. The followings are findings of this study : 1. Concerning incentive to buying, the group having the weaker general self-efficacy is stimulated more highly by the incentives of self-display, fashion pursuit and economic utility than the group having the stronger general self-efficacy does. 2. Regarding information sources. the factor of observation is frequently used by the group having the weaker general and social self-efficacies more than the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies. 3. As to the evaluative criteria of clothes, the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies put a higher value on functional and economical points than the group having the weaker general and social self-efficacies does. 4. As for the evaluative criteria of store the group having the stronger general self-efficacy lays stress on store atmosphere, store attributes and convenient shopping condition, while the group having the weaker general self-efficacy puts emphasis on brand and fashion. 5. In buying apparels, the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies makes more planned purchase.

Effects of Regulation against Unlicensed Contents Sharing on the Contents Producers' Profit (불법복제에 대한 규제가 콘텐츠 제작자의 수익에 미치는 영향)

  • As software producers have tried to keep their profit against illegal piracy, contents producers also want to protect their contents from unlawful sharing among users. Some researchers uncovered that the regulation on the unlicensed contents is not the best policy to maximize their profit mainly due to network effect but this issue has been still controversial. In this paper, we develop a model to investigate the effect of regulation against unlicensed contents sharing on the profit of contents producers and present the optimal condition to maximize profit of contents producers under the regulation and non-regulation of unlicensed contents. As a result, we analyzed that the firm's payoff under the regulation on unlicensed contents is not always greater than the payoff under the non-regulation because of network externality. If the additional utility from off-line purchase of type P consumers (who enjoy the additional benefit of off-line purchase) is large enough, then the firm's payoff is maximized without regulation.

The Present Conditions of Clothes Management by Hospitals for Patient Use (병.의원의 환자용 의류제품 관리 현황)

  • This study investigates the present conditions of hospital clothes management. A survey was conducted with 72 respondents from 28 different hospitals in April and May 2009. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and correlations using PASW 17.0. The results were as follows: (1) Administrators, nurses, and outside specialists took part in the clothes management process. The administrators participated in the process of purchase determination. Nurses involved in the design, size selection, and outside specialists were responsible for routine management. (2) Most clothes were planned through the discussions between hospitals and manufacturers. Price was the most important element to determine the purchase of clothes. Size systems were various depending on the conditions of the hospital according to the number of beds. (3) Laundry duties were performed by the hospitals themselves or in specialized laundry plants. In addition, the hygienic condition of clothes management were satisfactory. (4) Patient gowns were evaluated positively, yet some complaints from patients were reported. (5) Various medical supplies were used and were uncomfortable related to textile and fitting problems. Future research themes are suggested based on these results.
