간호사의 간호업무성과 예측모형 - 긍정심리자본을 중심으로 (Prediction Model for Nursing Work Outcome of Nurses - Focused on Positive Psychological Capital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model on nursing work outcomes based on Youssef and Luthans' positive psychological capital and integrated conceptual framework of work performance. Methods: This study used a structured questionnaire administered to 340 nurses. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: Positive psychological capital showed indirect and direct effects on job satisfaction, retention intention, organizational citizenship behavior, and nursing performance. While, the nursing work environment had direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction and nursing performance, it only had indirect effects on intention to work and organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, a mediating effect on retention intention and organizational citizenship behavior was found between job satisfaction and nursing performance variables. Conclusion: The nursing organization needs to build a supportive work environment and reinforce positive psychological capital to improve nursing performance. Additionally, it needs to actively manage the necessary parameters involved in the stages of job satisfaction, retention intention, nursing performance, and organizational citizenship behavior of nurses. The findings propose the continuous management of nursing personnel based on nurses' attitude outcome, behavioral intention, behavioral outcome, and stage of role performance.

보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 행복감에 미치는 영향: 대인관계유능성과 감사성향의 매개효과 (A Mediating Effect of Interpersonal Competence and Gratitude Disposition to the Influence of Positive Psychology Capital on Happiness in Childcare Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of interpersonal competence, gratitude disposition between childcare teachers positive psychological capital and happiness. The subjects of the study were a total 231 Childcare in Seoul. The statistics program used to achieve the purpose was SPSS/PC+18.0. The statistics methods applied were pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, Positive psychological capital and interpersonal competence, and gratitude disposition from happiness was found to be positively correlated. Second, interpersonal competence had an affect on childcare teachers happiness. These effects are mediated in part by the control interpersonal competence showed. Third, gratitude disposition affects childcare teachers happiness. These effects are mediated in part by the gratitude disposition showed. These results suggest that dispositional gratitude and cognitive flexibility play an important role in the development of happiness for childcare teachers.

  • This study investigated development of Intention to Leave concept or model, by positioning psychological capital and gratitude, and job satisfaction as mediator to Intention to Leave. It is expected that findings contribute to Human Resource Management theories, specifically ones which are related to employee behavior. This study used qualitative approach in which survey and questionnaires were employed during data collection. This study was conducted in PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur located in Bontang, East Kalimantan. PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur was selected as the setting since it has had a lot of achievement. Population was 500 employees of PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in Bontang, while total samples were 250. This study uses a sampling technique of proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis methods were descriptive and quantitative. Inferential statistics, namely Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) were used to confirm model developed based on empirical data. This study showed that there is a significant and positive influence between Psychology Capital (X1) on Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Gratitude (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1). Gratitude is the strongest influencing variable on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, a significant but negative effect between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Intention to Leave (Y2). This means that high job satisfaction will reduce the intention to leave.

수술실 간호사의 조직시민행동 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Operating Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors related to the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in the operating room (OR). These factors include positive psychological capital, perceived organizational culture, and job characteristics. Methods: A descriptive correlational study design was used. A total of 185 OR nurses from nine general and advanced general hospitals across three metropolitan areas in South Korea completed the questionnaires. The questionnaires included items on organizational citizenship behavior, positive psychological capital, organizational culture, and job characteristics. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The mean score for organizational citizenship behavior was 3.62 out of 5. Positive psychological capital, relationship-oriented organizational culture, and feedback on job characteristics were verified as influencing factors of OR nurses' organizational citizenship behaviors. The explanatory power of this regression model was 48.2%. Conclusion: Reinforcement of positive psychological capital of individual OR nurses and organizational efforts to endorse relationship-oriented organizational culture is required. It follows that OR nurses' organizational citizenship behavior can be enhanced based on mutual trust, cohesiveness, and feedback on their work performance.

한국 노년층의 사회자본에 대한 인식 유형화 및 영향요인 (Factors and Categorization of Perception toward Social Capital for Korean Older Adults)

  • 본 연구는 노인들의 개인수준에서 사회자본을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대한 유형을 분류하고 이러한 차별화된 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 2014년 전국거주 만 65세 이상 1,060명 노인을 대상으로 조사한 '노인문제 및 지역사회자본 조사연구' 데이터를 활용하여 K-평균 군집분석과 다항명목 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요변수인 사회자본은 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크, 사회참여로 측정하였고 영향요인으로는 인구학적, 사회계층적, 정치종교적, 그리고 주거환경적 변수들을 선택하였다. 분석 결과 노인의 사회자본 인식에 대한 3가지 유형(사회자본 잠재형, 사회자본 단절형, 사회자본 풍족형)이 발견되었다. 3가지 유형들은 서로 다른 외재적 특징(나이, 교육, 생활수준, 주택소유, 정치성향, 종교, 거주지역, 주거형태)을 가지고 있었다. 사회자본 잠재형과 비교하여 나이가 젊을수록, 정치 성향이 진보적일수록, 종교가 없다고 응답할수록, 농어촌에 거주하지 않을수록 사회자본 단절형에 속할 확률이 높았다. 반면, 여성일수록, 학력이 높을수록, 연립과 다세대 주택에 거주하지 않을수록, 생활수준이 높을수록, 기독교를 믿을수록, 농어촌에 거주하지 않을수록 사회자본 풍족형에 속할 확률이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 기반으로 하여 실천적 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

간호대학생의 임파워먼트, 학업탄력성이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Empowerment and Academic Resilience on Positive Psychological Capital of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임파워먼트, 학업탄력성, 긍정심리자본의 관련성을 파악하고, 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본에 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 Y시와 S시에 소재하고 있는 3개 대학교 간호대학생 200명을 대상으로 하였으며, 2019년 4월 20일부터 5월 10일까지 설문조사를 통해 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본은 임파워먼트(r=.610, p<.001), 학업탄력성(r=669, p<.001)에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업탄력성이었으며 이들의 설명력은 58.7이었다(F=19.47, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 긍정심리자본을 강화하기 위해 학업탄력성을 높일 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

무형식 학습과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Informal Learning and Positive Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction and Customer orientation)

  • 영업사원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 주로 성과 등을 통한 영업사원의 만족이나 커뮤니케이션 증대 등을 통한 영업 방식에 중점을 두었다. 본 연구는 IT 영업사원의 무형식 학습과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족 및 고객지향성 간에 대하여 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 3개 회사를 선정하여 159명의 IT 영업사원으로부터 자료를 수집하고 구조방정식모형 (SEM)으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, IT 영업사원의 무형식 학습은 긍정심리자본과 유의한 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본과 직무만족 및 고객지향성도 모두 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 부트스트래핑으로 분석한 결과, 긍정심리자본은 무형식 학습과 직무만족 및 고객지향성 간의 관계에 대하여 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 긍정심리학으로 기반으로 한 무형식 학습을 개발하고, 이를 반영하여 직무만족 및 고객지향성을 강화할 수 있는 필요가 있다는 것을 함의한다.

장애인의 인적 및 사회문화적 자본이 경제적 자립과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Human, Social and Cultural Capitals on Economic Independence and Life Satisfaction in Disabled Persons)

  • 본 연구는 장애인의 인적, 사회문화적 자본이 경제적 자립과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향력과 상호 인과관계를 밝히는 데 목적을 갖고 실증 분석하였다. 그 결과를 종합하면 전체적으로 인적 자본은 경제적 자립에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 사회문화적 자본 또한 경제적 자립과 생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 인적 자본이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향력과 경제적 자립이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향은 기각됨으로써 인적 자본만으로 바로 생활의 활력소가 되지 못하고, 또한 경제적 자립만으로 바로 생활만족도를 높여주는 기제로서 상호관계성은 갖지 않음을 확인하였다. 본 결과를 바탕으로 실용적이고 다변화된 인적 및 사회문화적 연계망 활성화를 논하였다.

임상간호사의 직무 스트레스, 긍정심리자본이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Job Stress and Positive Psychological Capital on Job Embeddedness in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study attempted to identify the job stress and positive psychological capital of clinical nurses and to identify the factors that impact job embeddedness. Methods: Data were collected from 115 nurses with over one year of clinical experience working at a 500-bed B General Hospital. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 27.0 program using frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, hope among the sub-factors of positive psychological capital (β=0.48, p<.001), matters related to the work schedule (β=-0.23, p=.005) among the sub-factors of job stress, and conflict with doctor (β=0.20, p=.013) was found to have an impact on job embeddedness, and the explanatory power of this regression model was 52.0% (F=13.12, p<.001). Conclusion: It was found that the positive psychological capital of clinical nurses has a positive impact on job embeddedness. In order to increase the job embeddedness of clinical nurses, it is necessary to develop, educate, and utilize specific intervention programs that can strengthen positive psychological capital. Efforts should be needed to prepare specific strategies for nurses to recognize the importance of hope and actively utilize positive psychological capital. In addition, it is necessary to create an organization-level working environment and continuous management to reduce the job stress of clinical nurses.

Characterization of Brain Microstructural Abnormalities in High Myopia Patients: A Preliminary Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging Study

  • Objective: To evaluate microstructural damage in high myopia (HM) patients using 3T diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI). Materials and Methods: This prospective study included 30 HM patients and 33 age- and sex-matched healthy controls (HCs) with DKI. Kurtosis parameters including kurtosis fractional anisotropy (FA), mean kurtosis (MK), axial kurtosis (AK), and radial kurtosis (RK) as well as diffusion metrics including FA, mean diffusivity, axial diffusivity (AD), and radial diffusivity derived from DKI were obtained. Group differences in these metrics were compared using tract-based spatial statistics. Partial correlation analysis was used to evaluate correlations between microstructural changes and disease duration. Results: Compared to HCs, HM patients showed significantly reduced AK, RK, MK, and FA and significantly increased AD, predominately in the bilateral corticospinal tract, right inferior longitudinal fasciculus, superior longitudinal fasciculus, inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus, and left thalamus (all p < 0.05, threshold-free cluster enhancement corrected). In addition, DKI-derived kurtosis parameters (AK, RK, and MK) had negative correlations (r = -0.448 to -0.376, all p < 0.05) and diffusion parameter (AD) had positive correlations (r = 0.372 to 0.409, all p < 0.05) with disease duration. Conclusion: HM patients showed microstructural alterations in the brain regions responsible for motor conduction and vision-related functions. DKI is useful for detecting white matter abnormalities in HM patients, which might be helpful for exploring and monitoring the pathogenesis of the disease.
