Purpose: Patients experiencing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) apply various palliative care as well as drugs in their daily life to alleviate symptoms. There is a need to identify the influence of these efforts and patients' psychosocial status on the relief of CIPN symptoms. This short-term prospective study investigated how prescription drugs, non-pharmacological behaviors (exercise, massage, and heat therapy), and psychological states (social support, depression, and anxiety) affected CIPN symptoms. Methods: Participants scheduled to receive postoperative platinum or taxane-based chemotherapy were enrolled consecutively. CIPN was measured with the Neurotoxicity-12 subscale of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy/Gynecologic Oncology Group-Neurotoxicity-12 instrument. Data were collected three times during the 4 or 5 cycles of chemotherapy. Results: At the end of the 2nd chemotherapy cycle, 93.1% of participants reported CIPN symptoms. Multiple regression analyses showed that a heat therapy (β= -.34, p< .001), massage (β= -.21, p= .012), and walking 5 times or more per week (β= -.26, p= .021) provided relieve for CIPN symptoms. Depression (β= .19, p= .027) significantly exacerbated CIPN symptoms. Conclusion: These results suggested that a comprehensive management program that includes walking, heat therapy, massage, and mood therapy should be encouraged. Moreover, patients should be educated at chemotherapy initiation to understand appropriate interventions that can relieve CIPN symptoms.

Objective : This prospective, randomized, double-blinded trial aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic ramosetron administration against postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients undergoing microvascular decompression (MVD). Methods : In this study, 100 patients undergoing MVD were randomly allocated to the control (normal saline, 2 mL) or ramosetron (ramosetron, 0.3 mg) groups at the end of surgery. The incidence and severity of PONV, need for rescue antiemetics, patient satisfaction score, duration of hospital stay, and the occurrence of adverse events were evaluated 48 hours post-surgery. Results : Data obtained from 97 patients were included in the final analysis. The incidence of PONV was significantly lower in the ramosetron group than in the control group throughout the 48-hour postoperative period (29.2% vs. 51.0%, p=0.028). A similar trend was observed with regard to PONV severity (p=0.041). The need for rescue antiemetics, satisfaction score, duration of hospital stays, and the occurrence of adverse events did not significantly differ between the groups. Conclusion : Prophylactic ramosetron administration reduced the incidence and severity of PONV in patients undergoing MVD without causing serious adverse events. Thus, ramosetron use may improve patient recovery following MVD.

Recommendation systems are frequently used by users to generate intelligent automatic decisions. In the study of movie recommendation system, the existing approach uses largely collaboration and content-based filtering techniques. Collaborative filtering considers user similarity, while content-based filtering focuses on the activity of a single user. Also, mixed filtering approaches that combine collaborative filtering and content-based filtering are being used to compensate for each other's limitations. Recently, several AI-based similarity techniques have been used to find similarities between users to provide better recommendation services. This paper aims to provide the prospective expansion by deriving possible solutions through the analysis of various existing movie recommendation systems and their challenges.

Purpose: Increasing competition in the higher education sector has prompted universities to enhance their marketing efforts and understand their potential customers. The study aims to explore how information sources are used and changed among prospective Vietnamese students during the decision-making process. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study undertakes a longitudinal study involving multiple rounds of data collection to better understand the decision-making process of prospective students. Data was collected from 12th -grade students in Vietnam through two rounds of quantitative surveys with 251 students and one round of qualitative interviews, spanning the duration of their senior year. The three stages of the decision-making process correspond to the three stages of pre-purchase period. Results: Most students decide that attending open days, taking career assessments, and looking up information online are the most important information sources to consider. The WOM sources are more important in the early stages, while university-generated sources and events are important in the later stages. Conclusion: Implications from this study may contribute to the design of more effective marketing communications campaigns as university marketers gain a better understanding of the distribution of information sources utilized for each specific stage of the decision-making process.

The food industry has been hit hard since the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019. However, as of April 2022, social distancing has been resolved and the restaurant industry has gradually recovered, interest in restaurant start-ups is increasing. Therefore, in this paper, 'restaurant start-up' was cited as a key keyword through social media big data analysis using TexTom, and word frequency and cone analysis were conducted for big data analysis. The keyword collection period was selected from May 1, 2022, when social distancing due to COVID-19 was lifted, to May 23, 2023, and based on this, a plan to develop chatbot services for restaurant start-ups was proposed. This paper was prepared in consideration of what to consider when starting a restaurant and a chatbot service that allows prospective restaurant founders to receive information more conveniently. Based on these analysis results, we expected to contribute to the process of developing chatbots for prospective restaurant founders in the future

We would like to find out how restaurant start-up education affects restaurant start-ups. Recently, as low barriers to entry and endemics are approaching, more and more people want to start a restaurant business. However, while the market size of restaurant start-ups increases due to the high youth unemployment rate and changes in the social population structure, the probability of failure of start-ups is increasing due to the high competition rate. Therefore, this study aims to examine whether restaurant start-up education affects restaurant start-ups through entrepreneurship. This study conducted a survey on prospective start-ups. After that, demographic analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result, it was found that entrepreneurship had an effect on restaurant start-ups. However, in future studies, more research is needed on the direction of improving and developing restaurant start-up education.

Strarting with Buyeong Apartment in Dongtan-2 disrict in 2017, collective complaints of residents are frequently occurring due to low quality problem such as improper construction and defects of apartment houses. Because of this, the Ministry of Land and Transport is preparing a comprehensive improvement scheme to improve the quality of Apartment Housing(AH), taking into account the continuing complaints from the residents of AH and the problem raised by the National Assembly. The basic profile of the improvement scheme is induce the tenants and experts to discover and point out defects that are repaired until the date of use inspection or due date. For this purpose, we suggested this defects management system linkaged by the preliminary inspection and quality inspection system for prospective occupants. In this context, this paper aims to suggest an effective likage method between the preliminary inspection of prospective residents and the quality inspection system implemented by local governments as an ordinance.

Objectives: To confirm the awareness of child abuse and attitudes toward mandatory reporting among dental hygiene students in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions. Methods: The level of awareness of child abuse according to general characteristics, attitudes toward reporting obligation, and awareness of the mandatory reporting system were analyzed using t-test or one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis, and correlation was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Awareness of child abuse was 3.76, 3.68, 3.67, and 3.18 points for neglect, sexual abuse, physical, and emotional abuse, respectively. The attitude toward reporting obligation were 3.60 and 2.62 points for positive and negative reporting attitudes, respectively. Regarding awareness of child abuse, a significant positive correlation was observed between positive reporting attitude (r=0.326, p<0.01) and awareness of mandatory reporting system (r=0.272, p<0.01). Conclusions: To increase the reporting rate among dental hygienists, awareness should be improved starting from the undergraduate level, perceptions of prospective dental hygienists should be reflected in the development and direction of educational programs, and it is necessary to increase accessibility to educational opportunities and continuously seek institutional and policy measures.

In this paper, we propose a plan for prospective early childhood teachers to plan, design, and produce and the results of operating a teaching model. To this end, we will identify video content for each age and video content of various topics and video playback time required by early childhood education sites, actively collect opinions from workers currently in early childhood education institutions, and suggest ways to develop on-site video content in the university curriculum. This requires prospective early childhood teachers to improve their self-understanding capabilities, community capabilities, and creative convergence capabilities, including digital capabilities. Through this, we intend to contribute to fostering smart early childhood teachers and creating a kindergarten activity and environment applying the latest video technology.

Purpose - research the main methods of financial analysis of corporation in the condition of inflationary processes: the analysis of financial sustainability, liquidity, profitability and etc. Research design, Data, and methodology - the main methodical aspects of financial analysis of operations in the conditions of inflation, their efficiency are presented in the theses. Also the main financial indicators are generalized and systematized with the factor of inflation. The general scheme of adjusting the analysis of financial stability for the factor of inflation is presented. Result - The specifics of adjusting the company's assets and liabilities for the factor of inflation during the analysis of prospective financial stability are details revealed in the article. The features of a comprehensive prospective assessment of liquidity and the financial stability are determined. Conclusion - The account of factor of inflations in the financial operations enable reduce the losses, to identify the price of price strategy on the market, to analyze the problematic situations and develop scenarios for the development of the organization's activities in these conditions. The article the limitations and recommendations for adjusting for the factor of inflation are presented, including the necessary to clearly define the levels of their detail, since the study may be overloaded with calculations.
