This work describes a basic concept of network based battle management system in AMD(Air & Missile Defense). The AMD operation inherently is joint concept that each single service do not satisfy the requirements of AMD theater operation. It is integrated system of joint forces that is operated simultaneously. The analysis of the future battlespace and air & missile threat is shown. From this analysis the prospective scheme of network based battle management system in building Korean future AMD is presented.

Water fluoridation in conjunstion with wide use of fluoride dentifrices has been a major factor responsible for the decline in dental caries during the second half of the 20th century throughout the world. The history of water of water fluoridation is a classic public health program leading to epidemiologic investigation and community-based public health dentistry program. Although other fluoride-containing products are available, water fluoridation remains as the most safe and cost-effective method of delivering fluoride to omost communities. regardless of age. educational attainment. or income levels,. This review deals with pros and cons of water fluoridation and prospective analysis of state-of-the-art on issues related to the use of fluoride. An "optimal" fluoride concentration of 0.7-1.2 ppm has been recommended for preventing dental caries with a minimal dental fluorosis and no systemic health consequences.

This paper proposes an R&D opportunity scan framework for information and telecommunications company in aging society. The framework consists of trend analysis, market-oriented search, technology-oriented search, and R&D Portfolio development. We identify technology themes in the market-oriented search by developing market scenarios and analyzing a new business model framework. And then we search prospective technologies in the technology-oriented recess by technology scanning and patent analysis. By matching technology themes with prospective technologies, generate an R&D portfolio. Finally, we evaluate the risk of the proposed R&D portfolio.

본 논문은 스마트 시민 정당 개념 정립을 위해서 스마트 시민 정당의 정의 및 유형, 스마트 시민 정당의 기능을 살펴보고 CocKpit, PADGET, UBIPOL 등 7개의 스마트 시민 정당 플랫폼 사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분류하고 분석한 요소기술은 개방형 데이터 정보관리 기술, 소설 컴퓨팅 및 시민참여 관련 기술, 정책 분석 및 정책결정 관련 기술, 보안 및 개인정보보호 관련 기술과 협업정치를 위한 인프라 관리기술로서 스마트 시민 정당 구축을 위해서는 관련 요소기술들의 확보뿐만 아니라 각 기술 간의 연동 및 통합기술이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

MTEBI는 미국에서 초등 예비 교사들의 수학 교수 효능감을 측정하는데 자주 이용되는 척도이다. 이 연구의 목적은 MTEBI를 한국의 중등 예비 교사들에게 사용하는 것이 적합한지를 탐색하는 것이었다. 이를 위하여, 미국에 있는 대학원에 다니며 영어와 국어 둘 다 말할 수 있는 박사 학생 두 명이 MTEBI를 브리슬린의 이론대로 국문으로 번역하였고, 그 뒤에 한국에 있는 다수의 수학 교사 교육자들이 번역된 척도를 면밀하게 검토하였다. 한글판 척도를 먼저 작은 표본에서 초벌 실험하였는데, 두 개 문항이 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 현저하게 떨어뜨렸다. 본 연구에서는 이 두 개의 유용하지 못한 문항을 대신할 두 개 문항을 더한 23개 문항으로 구성된 척도에 대하여 정규성, 신뢰도, 요인 타당도 등을 658명의 표본에서 검사하였다. 초벌 연구에서 발견된 두 개의 유효하지 않는 문항은 본 연구에서도 역시 그와 같아서, 그 두 문항은 척도에서 제거되었다. 최종적으로 얻어진 21 문항 척도는 한국의 예비 수학 교사들의 수학 교수 효능감을 측정하는데 적합한 척도이다. 앞으로, MTEBI 한글판을 이용하여 한국에서 교사 효능감에 대한 연구가 활발하게 일어나기를 기대한다.

The subjects of this study were 4th to 6th grade children and instruments were the Teenage Inventory of Social Skills, the Internal-External Control Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale, and the Peer Relations Questionnaire. In the concurrent study, children lower in social skills and in self-esteem and external in locus of control reported more bullying and victimization. Children higher in social skills and in self-esteem and internal in locus of control reported more prosocial behavior. In the prospective study, children lower in social skills were more involved in bullying and victimization. Children higher in social skills reported more prosocial behavior. The effects of locus of control and self-esteem on peer relations diminished over time. However, social skills had a significant influence on bullying, victimization and prosocial behavior up to two years later. Children lower in psychosocial development were more vulnerable to peer victimization.

Remodeling has improved through many interests of people and governmental positive support. Accordingly, this study precedes definition and typology of remodeling. As well, it analyzed the type of remodeling preference group who asked consulting on internet following items and researched a special feature of construction case. - Area, Age, Size and Type of Building, Prospective Cost, Constructing Period, Range of Remodeling- Then, remodeling will have a big effect and be needed lasting evaluation.

A convention is a large meeting to pursue some particular purposes by means of social interactions between participants. Therefore, the key to decide whether a convention is successful or not is that how many active people participate in a meeting. Revenues of this sort of convention depend on a registration fee of participants, so that it is possible to influence badly on a budget operation according to the fact that the number of real participants is smaller than the number of prospective participants. In conclusion, in order to have a large attendance convention organizers and managers should announce benefits by positive attitudes when participants attend a meeting. Representative methods of promotion for providing prospective participants with convention information are advertisements, P.R activities, and personal sales.

산업 발전을 지원하는 연구개발 관련 기관들은 R&D 사업에 대한 경제적 근거를 요구받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 R&D 사업의 경제적 파급효과 측정을 위해 예측적 비용편익 분석 방법을 사용한다. 가상현실평가모형으로 비용과 편익을 추정하여 주요 계량적 측도를 계산하는데, 한국표준과학연구원 산업측정 신뢰도 제고사업의 세부과제 중 정량적 평가가 용이한 3개 과제에 대하여 예측적 비용-편익 분석 방법을 적용한다.

과학 기술의 발전은 사회를 급격하게 변화시켜 왔다. 특허 자료 분석은 현대 과학 기술의 흐름을 이해하고 미래 유망기술을 예측할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 기술의 동향을 파악하고자 1985년과 2012년 사이에 미국 특허청에 등록된 특허를 중심으로 특허 인용 네트워크를 분석한다. 주요 기술군을 파악하기 위해 PageRank 알고리즘 외에 다양한 중심성 지표를 이용하고, 통계적 네트워크 모형을 통해 유사한 기술들의 군집을 찾아내고자 한다.
