By analysing the examination papers for geometry, we classified the errors occured in the proofs for geometric problems into 5 main types - logical invalidity, lack of inferential ability or knowledge, ambiguity on communication, incorrect description, and misunderstanding the question - and each types were classified into 2 or 5 subtypes. Based on the types of errors, answers of each problem was analysed in detail. The errors were classified, causes were described, and teaching plans to prevent the error were suggested case by case. To improve the students' ability to express the proof of geometric problems, followings are needed on school education. First, proof learning should be customized for each types of errors in school mathematics. Second, logical thinking process must be emphasized in the class of mathematics. Third, to prevent and correct the errors found in the proofs for geometric problems, further research on the types of such errors are needed.
Distributed consensus requires the consent of more than half of the congress to produce irreversible results, and the performance of the consensus algorithm deteriorates with the increase in the number of nodes. This problem can be addressed by delegating the agreement to a few selected nodes. Since the selected nodes must comply with the Byzantine node ratio criteria required by the algorithm, the result selected by any decentralized node cannot be trusted. However, some trusted nodes monopolize the consensus node selection process, thereby breaking decentralization and causing a trilemma. Therefore, a consensus node selection algorithm is required that can construct a congress that can withstand Byzantine faults with the decentralized method. In this paper, an algorithm based on the Byzantine agreement among decentralized agents to facilitate agreement between decentralization nodes is proposed. It selects a group of random consensus nodes per block by applying the proposed proof of nonce algorithm. By controlling the percentage of Byzantine included in the selected nodes, it solves the trilemma when an arbitrary node selects the consensus nodes.
Hydrogen emphasis on safety management due to its high potential for accidents from wide explosive limits and low ignition energy. To prevent accidents, appropriate explosion-proof electrical equipment with installed to safe management of ignition sources. However, designing all facilities with explosion-proof structures can significantly increase costs and impose limitations. In this study, we optimize the barrier to effectively control the initial momentum in case of hydrogen release and form the control room as a non-hazardous area. We employed response surface method (RSM), the barrier distance, width and height of the barrier were set as variables. The Box-Behnken design method the selection of 15 cases, and FLACS assessed the presence of hazardous area. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis resulting in an optimized barrier area. Through this methodology, the workplace can optimize the barrier according to the actual workplace conditions and classify reasonable hazardous area, which is believed to secure safety in hydrogen facilities and minimize economic burden.

The need for secure user authentication in blockchain-based applications has been growing with the increased adoption of Decentralized Identity (DID) credentials in blockchain. Zokrates, a tool designed to protect user privacy within smart contracts, had a limitation in that it could not accept authenticated user information such as credentials, only allowing the use of manually inputted data. In this paper, we propose a smart contract system that securely validates DID credentials to overcome the limitations of traditional centralized authentication systems. This system ensures the safe identification of users within blockchain-based applications by authenticating their identities in a trusted manner within the blockchain. As the demand for user authentication in blockchain rises, this paper emphasizes the significance of a blockchain-based identity verification system that guarantees both privacy and security. Leveraging the Zero-Knowledge Proof method and utilizing the Zokrates tool, this innovative approach aims to provide solutions for the digital identity verification process, thereby expanding the scope of blockchain technology applications. Moreover, we also provide a CLI for each entity. We help anyone who wants to authenticate their identity using the tool to safely verify it on-chain.
For the color offset printing, it starts with input of data. The past days, drum scanner or flat scanner used to input of data, but now it changes gradually into using of digital camera because digital camera become popular. The high quality digital camera saves as a data(RAW format), sRGB which have built in digital camera, or Adobe RGB format. sRGB of ICC(International Color Consortium) profile is a standard color gamut of digital camera. Distribution of color gamut in sRGB is less than Adobe RGB have a distribution in ICC profile. sRGB also can not be expressed in some specific part, because distribution of color gamut in sRGB is not able to cover all parts in ICC Profile of international standards CMYK. It is more popular to use Adobe RGB than sRGB to do high quality offset printing and software basis color setting in Europe and Japan. In spite of this data basis, there is a difficulty of doing color correction between the color proofing prints and the final prints. To see how the software color setting effects to RGB data, this thesis will use Gretag Macbeth ColorChecker 24 patch which has the most general natural color chart to compare sRGB and Adobe RGB to check the differences of color changes. It will use the several factors that came out from the process of making ICC Profile to figure out the optimum In-house profile. It also compares the differences of using matt paper and glossy paper to do best quality color proof offset printing, and how the Rendering Intent effects the proof print.
In this study, we fabricated a micro $Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$ (PZT) film piezoelectric cantilever with a Si proof mass and dual beams through MEMS process. The size of the beam and the integrated Si proof mass were about $4,320{\mu}m{\times}290{\mu}m{\times}12{\mu}m$ and $1,380{\mu}m{\times}880{\mu}m{\times}450{\mu}m$ each. To reduce the air damping and have the larger displacement of dual beams was used for design. After mounting micro PZT film piezoelectric cantilever on shaker, we measured the resonance frequency and a output voltage while making resonant frequency changed. The resonant frequency and the highest average power of the cantilever device were 110.2 Hz and 0.36 ${\mu}W$ each, at 0.8 g acceleration and 23.7 $k{\Omega}$ load resistance, respectively.
Let F and G denote the distribution functions of the failure times and the censoring variables in a random censorship model. Susarla and Van Ryzin(1978) verified consistency of $F_{\alpha}$, he NPBE of F with respect to the Dirichlet process prior D($\alpha$), in which they assumed F and G are continuous. Assuming that A, the cumulative hazard function, is distributed according to a beta process with parameters c, $\alpha$, Hjort(1990) obtained the Bayes estimator $A_{c,\alpha}$ of A under a squared error loss function. By the theory of product-integral developed by Gill and Johansen(1990), the Bayes estimator $F_{c,\alpha}$ is recovered from $A_{c,\alpha}$. Continuity assumption on F and G is removed in our proof of the consistency of $A_{c,\alpha}$ and $F_{c,\alpha}$. Our result extends Susarla and Van Ryzin(1978) since a particular transform of a beta process is a Dirichlet process and the class of beta processes forms a much larger class than the class of Dirichlet processes.
A novel fabrication method of oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) steel cladding tubes for advanced fast reactors has been investigated using the cold spray powder-based materials deposition process. Cold spraying has the potential advantage for rapidly fabricating ODS cladding tubes in comparison with the conventional multi-step extrusion process. A gas atomized spherical 14YWT (Fe-14%Cr, 3%W, 0.4%Ti, 0.2% Y, 0.01%O) powder was sprayed on a rotating cylindrical 6061-T6 aluminum mandrel using nitrogen as the propellant gas. The powder lacked the oxygen content needed to precipitate the nanoclusters in ODS steel, therefore this work was intended to serve as a proof-of-concept study to demonstrate that free-standing steel cladding tubes with prototypical ODS composition could be manufactured using the cold spray process. The spray process produced an approximately 1-mm thick, dense 14YWT deposit on the aluminum-alloy tube. After surface polishing of the 14YWT deposit to obtain desired cladding thickness and surface roughness, the aluminum-alloy mandrel was dissolved in an alkaline medium to leave behind a free-standing ODS tube. The as-fabricated cladding tube was annealed at $1000^{\circ}C$ for 1 h in an argon atmosphere to improve the overall mechanical properties of the cladding.
There has been increasing interest in recent years in the pedagogical importance of counter-examples that focuses on pedagogical perspectives. But there is no research that undergraduate students' generating counter-examples and proposing the true statements. This study analyze 6 undergraduate students' response to interview tasks and the process of their generating counter-examples and proposing true statements. The results of interviews are that the more undergraduate students generate various counter-examples, the more valid they propose true statements. If undergraduate students have invalid understanding of logical implication and generate only one counter-example, they would not propose true statements that modify the given statement, preserving the antecedent. In pre-service teacher's education and school mathematics class, we need to develop materials and textbooks about counter-examples and false statements.
Adsorption of Congo Red (CR) from dye-containing effluents using modified bentonite (MB) has been investigated here. Isothermal studies were conducted to ascertain maximum adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. MB exhibited superior adsorption capacity compared to other low-cost adsorbents. Experimental data fitted the Langmuir isotherm better, indicating monolayer coverage of CR on MB. The feasibility of the process was measured in terms of separation factor $R_L$. The values of Gibbs free energy, entropy and enthalpy were calculated from the thermodynamics of the process. Adsorption was feasible and spontaneous, being endothermic. Analytical techniques including SEM, EDS, FTIR and XRD were applied to characterize MB and also to provide conclusive proof of the accumulation of CR on to MB.
