Background: As a result of the South Korean government's medical tourism strategies, the number of UAE inbound medical tourists have the highest annual increase rate among the Middle Eastern countries. The need for medical interpreters in such cases is inevitable, especially considering the languages spoken in both countries differs. The work of a medical interpreter affects patient satisfaction, quality of care, and the UAE patients' revisit intention. However, there is a lack of literature that focuses on the role of medical interpreters for the Arabic-speaking medical tourists in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction and the experience of UAE medical tourists in South Korea who have used medical interpretation services. Method: A descriptive exploratory design, including semi-structured interviews, was used in this study to examine factors influencing the satisfaction of UAE patients seeking medical attention in South Korea, who considered travelling exclusively for medical purposes. Eleven UAE medical tourists were selected for the interview using convenience sampling. Results: Two types of interpreters were revealed by the analysis: interpreters with Arabic as their mother tongue and interpreters with Korean as their mother tongue. Patients emphasized the origin of the interpreters and differentiated between the two types of interpreters' professionalism, abilities, and personal skills. However, due to the huge gap between the two cultures, languages, and religions, the UAE patients mainly preferred the Arabic medical interpreters. Further, each type had certain traits that impacted the medical care process and patients' satisfaction. Conclusion: This study shows that the South Korean government needs to focus on the training and assessment system for Arabic language interpreters. Additionally, cultural differences training for the interpreters may help to increase UEA patients' satisfaction.

With the commercialization of the ADAS functions, the need for the experience of the autonomous driving system is increasing, and the role of the artificial intelligence agent is attracting attention. This study is an autonomous driving experience experiment that verifies the effect of self-efficacy and agent embodiment. Through a simulator experiment, we measured the effect of existence of self-efficacy and agent embodiment on social presence, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use. Results show that self-efficacy had a positive effect on social presence and perceived risk, and agent embodiment negatively affected perceived ease of use. Based on the results of the study, we proposed guidelines for agent design that can increase the acceptance of the semi-autonomous driving system.

With the development of advanced information and communication technology, Generation Z, familiar with digital culture, is drawing keen attention as a major consumer of the fashion industry. In this study, casual wear for Generation Z, who is proficient in digital devices and prefers information acquisition and lifestyle over the Internet, was designed using 3D virtual simulation and developed into four looks: Gulish, Sportive, Easy and Contemporary. The use of simulation of 3D virtual clothing in costume design can build digitalization of future fashion industry through convergence with digital fashion design planning and production process in fandemic environment and strengthen online platform distribution. In a business environment that continues to innovate to enhance work efficiency by introducing an Untouch fashion production system, the use of 3D virtual clothing technology can increase the efficiency of sustainable management through 3D sample production, online fitting, modification, and final critic processes to reduce the time and cost of human and physical resources and review.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the innovation resistance of cloud computing services and to suggest policy alternatives to increase the use of domestic cloud computing services. For this, a survey was conducted on 178 SMEs that introduced cloud computing services with government support. As a result, technostress, CEO informatization leadership and organizational structure concentration had a significant influence on innovation resistance. Therefore, in the future, first, it is necessary to provide user-centered cloud computing services in the direction of reducing technostress. Second, it is necessary to apply cloud computing services through a deeper understanding of the organizational characteristics of each small and medium enterprise. Third, there is a need for advanced security authentication and a compensation system. In order to promote the use of cloud computing services, an environment in which users can safely use should be prepared first.

In recent years, ESG investment is increasing worldwide, and awareness of ESG risks such as environment, society, and governance is increasing, and non-financial investments are considered when making investment decisions. With the recent Corvid 19 crisis, the focus is on the environment, and investments related to bio and health are gaining popularity, while new investments are completely suspended in coal-related businesses, and decisions are made in the direction of sequential termination or withdrawal of existing businesses This has resulted in an increasing number of managers setting climate change and sustainability as top priorities in their investment portfolios. As a result, it is necessary to present effective countermeasures to changes in the investment environment, and to make efforts to respond and prepare an investment system that can help build a risk management system. Therefore, I would like to briefly review the ESG investment trends and present implications considering shared growth and mutual benefit.

The study aim to test the effect of voice agent's preceding utterance type on the user experience in the smart home contexts by conversation types. Based on two types of conversation (task-oriented vs. relationship-oriented conversations) and two types of utterance (preceding vs. response utterances), four different scenarios were designed for experimental study. A total of 62 participants were divided into two groups by utterance type, and exposed to two scenarios of the conversation types. Likeability, psychological reactance, and perceived intelligence were measured for the user experience of conversational agent. The result showed main effects of likeability in task-oriented conversations, and of psychological reactance in preceding utterances. The interaction effect demonstrated that preceding conversation improved the likeabilitty and perceived intelligence in the task-oriented conversations.

Road fine dust is not simply a problem of air pollution, but is threatening the health and life of the public, including pedestrians using sidewalks. There are various policy proposals related to road fine dust reduction, but the actual effect cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and pleasant passage of the people, the pavement pavement (sidewalk pavement) for fine dust management on the road should be designed by considering the location, use, function, etc., and appropriate paving materials and construction methods should be selected and designed or sidewalk facilities should be prepared. Therefore, this study examines the concept and legal basis of sidewalk pavement, reviews the status of sidewalk pavement-related technologies that purify air pollution, and utilizes sidewalk pavement materials under the revised sidewalk pavement guidelines for reducing fine dust, 「Act on Promotion of Purchasing of Green Products」 We intend to establish a legal basis for early application of sidewalk pavement technology by proposing measures and amendments to local government sidewalk pavement management rules.

This study starts with the premise that many problematic situations in modern society can seriously damage personal feelings and that this phenomenon can create anxiety in individuals and society. In order to address such anxiety in individuals and society, we would like to propose measures to heal emotions. Accordingly, 270 research trends related to emotions studied from 2005 to 2020 will be analyzed to establish the direction of future research on emotion healing. As a result of analyzing the trends of healing papers, active healing studies have been conducted since 2010, but reading and writing healing through specific academic societies has been the main focus. Theoretical research accounted for a large portion, and emotional research was steadily conducted. Although healing methods are expanding to various topics, they have not been commercialized as specific methods. As a result, we hope that concrete research to heal individual emotions will be expanded and measures to implement a stable future society will be proposed.

To study hotels related to early modern cultural heritage, this study has, first, attempted a historical approach through literature analysis and established an early modern hotel development history. Second, it has strived to suggest tourism industrial utilization measures by studying tourism industrial utilization cases through materials on the restoration of Daebul Hotel and interviews with related parties. Consequently, the researcher offers the following as tourism industrial revitalization measures for the restoration of early modern hotels. First, restoration plans for early modern hotels from early modern heritage in each region should be made on the basis of thorough examination of justifiability and of content development plans. Second, restoration of early modern hotels in each region requires the establishment and intent of an administrative management system by local governments. Third, restoration of early modern hotels is a thing of historical significance and value and should be promoted as a business that can contribute to revitalization of tourism and economic effects, acceleration of employment, etc., in each region. Fourth, preparation of a consistent, proactive advertisement methods regarding the restoration of early modern hotels is necessary.

We will analyze how color is used creatively in essential work, Red Deser, directed by Michelangelo Antoioni, one of the most unique film director in film history. in Red Desert, Antonioni especially tried to focus on the use of color to develop the narrative. Therefore, through the analysis of the Red Desert, this paper will endeavor to support the perspective that the role of color is not only a mere backdrop but has the primary funtion of storytelling in this film.
