  • This study analyzed the effects of consumer confusion on shopping fatigue and negative purchasing behaviors in an internet shopping environment. Further, the effects of shopping fatigue on negative purchasing behaviors were analyzed. The survey was conducted among consumers in their 20s and 40s in the Seoul metropolitan area who had experience of purchasing fashion products through internet shopping. A total of 392 questionnaire were analysis, with frequency, reliability, factor, correlation, and regression analysis completed using the SPSS statistics program. The results of the study showed that consumer confusion and shopping fatigue in internet shopping environment affected negative purchasing behaviors. First, consumer confusion comprised overload confusion, similarity confusion, and ambiguity confusion. It was found that overload confusion and similarity confusion significantly affected shopping fatigue. Second, shopping fatigue significantly affected negative purchasing behaviors, and an increased level of shopping fatigue result in, increased purchase delay and non-purchase behavior. Third, consumer confusion (overload confusion, similarity confusion, ambiguity confusion) significantly affected purchase delay behavior, while similarity confusion and ambiguity confusion significantly affected non-purchasing behavior. These results will provide useful data for e-CRM and marketing directions of internet companies and will contribute to rational decision-making of internet consumers and improve the quality of consumer life.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the praising activity program on hope and self-esteem of adolescents. Methods: From Jan 26th to 29th 2009, 193 of subjects were participated in investigation in G city. After 4 days of data collecting in praising activity program, research is the pre and post similarity test to investigate hope and self-esteem of adolescents. Results: The average hope score of adolescents significantly increase from 3.39 before the program to 3.60 after the program. The average self-esteem score of adolescents significantly increased(p<.001) from 3.01 before the program to 3.15 after the program. From the results, the program showed that it has significant effect on hope and self-esteem of adolescents. Conclusion: The praising activity program as an affirmative mass psychological program is confirmed that it affects on hope and self-esteem. Therefore, it is expected to be utilized as promotion of health program for adolescents.

  • In addition to advances in information technology, machine learning approach is applied to a variety of applications, and is expanding to a variety of areas. In this paper, we propose a software analysis method that applies linear regression to analyse software similarity from the code distribution of the software. The characteristics of software can be expressed by instructions contained within the program, so the distribution information of instructions is used as learning data. In addition, a learning procedure with the learning data generates a linear regression model for software similarity analysis. The proposed method is evaluated with real world Java applications. The proposed method is expected to be used as a basic technique to determine similarity of software. It is also expected to be applied to various software analysis techniques through machine learning approaches.

  • In liquid rocket engine turbopump, it is difficult to evaluate turbine performance for high pressure, high temperature circumstance. Turbine test is often done by using air at similarity condition so that the turbine can be tested at lower risk. This paper describes an air similarity test program of liquid rocket engine turbopump turbine. A test facility has been built to evaluate aerodynamic performance of turbines. The test facility consists of high pressure air supply system, mass flow rate measuring nozzle, test section, hydraulic break, exit orifice for pressure control, instrumentation and control system. This paper also presents how to decide the similarity conditions of the turbine test and describes how to control test conditions. Relative standard deviation of measurement parameter was less than 1% and measured turbine efficiency corresponded with analysis result within 2%.

  • Comparison of oribatid mite community structures among Namsan, Kwangreung, and Mt, Jumbong, which receive different levels of environmental stress from severe to almost none, was made in coniferous and deciduous forests, respectively. The number of species of oribatid mites was significantly lower in Namsan and Mt. Jumbong than in Kwangreung in the coniferous forest (p<0.05). In the deciduous forests, the number of species of oribatid mites was significantly lower in Namsan than in Kwangreung and Mt. Jumbong. Dominant species in 3 regions were remarkably different. Similarity of the oribatid community between Namsan and Kwangreung was much higher (ca. 2 times) than similarities between Namsan and Mt. Jumbong. and Kwangreung and Mt Jumbong. Diversity index (H$^{\prime}$) value of oribatid communities in deciduous forests in Namsan, Kwangreung and Mt. Jumbong was 2.74, 2.78, and 2.87, respectively. Diversity (H$^{\prime}$) value of oribatid communities in coniferous forests in Namsan, Kwangreung and Mt. Jumbong was 2.83, 2.62, and 2.38, respectively. Namsan and Kwangreung were characterized as O-type in both coniferous and deciduous forests On the contrary, Mt. Jumbong was characterized as MG-type in MGP-I analysis.

  • The genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationships of eleven herbaceous peonies grown in Korea were analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Twenty-four decamer RAPD primers were used in a comparative analysis of these Korean peony species. Of the 142 total RAPD fragments amplified, 124 (87.3%) were found to be polymorphic. The remaining 18 fragments were found to be monomorphic (12.7%) shared by individuals of all 11 peony species. Cluster analysis based on the presence or absence of bands was performed by Jaccard's similarity coefficient, based on Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Averages. Genetic similarity range was 0.39 to 0.90 with a mean of 0.64. This study offered a rapid and reliable method for the estimation of variability among different peony species which could be utilized by the breeders for further improvement of the local peony species. Also, the results propose that the RAPD marker technique is a useful tool for evaluation of genetic diversity and relationship amongst different peony species.

  • The syntactic and semantic characteristics of a computer program can be represented by the keywords sequence extracted from the source code. Therefore the similarity and the difference between two programs can be clearly figured out by comparing the keyword sequences obtained from the given programs. Various methods for measuring the similarity of two different sequences have been intensively studied already in bioinformatics on biological genetic sequence manipulation. In this paper, we propose a new method for measuring the similarity of two different programs and detecting the partial plagiarism by exploiting the sequence alignment techniques. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, we experimented with the actual Program codes submitted by 70 students attending a Data Structure course )tow 2001. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more effective and powerful than the fingerprint method which is the most commonly used for the Plagiarism detection.

  • ICT(Information Communication Technology) is a key word in our society on today. Various support programs by the government have given many quantitative and qualitative changes to the software industries. Software is instructions(Computer Program) and data structure. Software can be divided into Application program and System program. Application programs have been developed to perform special functions or provide entertainment functions. Because of this rapid growth of software industries, one of the problems is issue on copyright of program. In this paper, we described an analysis method for program similarity based on source code in program.

  • Reactions of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae to 95 carbon sources in a 96-well microplate (BiOLOG GN MicroPlateTM) were investigated. The bacterium used 9 carbon sources such as D-mannitol, sucrose, etc., but did not use 62 carbon sources such as $\alpha$-cyclodextrin, dextrin, etc. Based on the reactions, a user data base for identification of P. syringae pv. actinidiae was constructed in Biolog program (BiOLOG MicroLogTM 2 system). P. syringae pv. actinidiae isolates collected from kiwifruits could be identified automatically with high similarity using the user data base, which could diagnose rapidly and easily whether the tree was infected with bacterial canker or not.
