The contemporary concept of publicness is reinterpreted from the point of view of contemporary publicness. Contemporary perception of public space has now branched and grown into a multitude of non-traditional sites with a variety of programs in mind. In this study, the aim is to discuss how contemporary public library has been evolved as public space and how to create User-centered interaction. In the case of developed countries, the Public Libraries have showed the expected effects because they have more systematic and efficient plan. Also, these libraries are placed with each facility, not distributed separately. It promotes the accumulation of profit on the space and Increases the efficiency. They support more effectively users' activities through the linkages between each facility and create the active interaction between users. Formation of the various interactions and synergies between space had been induced. Publicity means that the state will relate a combination of a number of specific public area. In addition, open space, public place, shall be directed to: This place as one of the users in order to have meaning, must be equipped with the facilities and space to communicate and understand the local role. Methods of the study are to analyze the concept and role of the users with the concept of modern publicity, to examine the concept of multi-complexity of public libraries for the user-oriented publicness, to learn about the characteristics of public spaces in the public libraries that appear in the advanced countries, to examine how to affect these characteristics in the public libraries, and to suggest the possibility and the various application methods on the characteristics of a public space. In the end, the public libraries for the realization of the publicity, support program complexity such as education and culture, welfare facilities, and public service facilities. In the 21st century, these complexity to improve the quality of service in public libraries. These spaces can be an alternative to be kept comfortable in a more vibrant area, and can affect the social, natural, cultural, and environmental aspects of the physical environment and the objects and relationships, as well as expand.

Recently, digital contents have become increasingly perceived as a core aspect of national development, and as such their generation and widespread promotion is being now pursued on a global basis, as federal governments move to assist corporations in the realization ofconsistent industrial development. Efforts are also being made to seek avenues for the paid use of qualitatively excellent contents, instead of relying upon traditional methods of free-of-charge provision. International corporations as well as governments are committing themselves to the search for a more developed approach to paid contents. In this report, the role of public institutions in executing plans and promotional strategies for the charging and development of the contents industry is examined. In particular, the case of paid contents is analyzed in relation to the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI), which is assigned the task of contents distribution to the general public in its capacity as a public information service institution, not as a profit-oriented general corporation.
This paper examines current developing status of space law as defined in terms of its unique principle that "the utilization of outer space for all mankind's interest". As commercialization of space activities has brought about heated debate on its legitimacy with respect to that principle, space law has come to witness a dual situation. One is the realization of that principle in establishing commercial space activities system where all mankind's interest is respected through the non-discriminatory distribution mode of space benefit. In satellite telecommunication system, the INTELSAT Organization assures its public service policy while protecting itself against a competition from separate systems. For remote sensing, commercialization of LANDSAT Systems promoted since 1984 seems not to affect present non-discriminatory distribution of data and information obtained. On the other hand, active participation of private entity aiming at commercial profit enables national government to manage more effective control and supervision of those activities with a view to promoting national interests. Also, newly developed private rules and regulations are emerging in business relations about commercial space activities. Extended capacity of national government assuring its national interest in production and distribution of international resources that is outer space, and regulation of space activities by newly developed rules and customs provoke a concern about a identity problem of space law. The best way to summarize this perspective might consist in saying that non space law regulations, which are not assumed as aiming at the promotion of all mankind's interest, are confirming their role about space related activities. For those reasous, we are now facing a developing status of space law as developments of commercial space activities continues.

IT industry is moving into the age of business model. Recently, global companies with innovative business models such as Apple, Facebook prevail. These companies sustain the competitiveness through changing the components of their business model. To study the way of keeping Korean IT companies' edges sharp, it is required to examine the components that bring innovations to their current business model. This study identifies the critical components of business model and provides an analytical business model framework. A comparative case study was employed to examine the characteristics of Korean IT companies' business model through the proposed framework. The result of this study can contribute to increase understanding of the business model of Korean IT companies and to suggest challenges in business model they face.
Stock price prediction research in the financial sector aims to ensure trading stability and achieve profit realization. Conventional statistical prediction techniques are not reliable for actual trading decisions due to low prediction accuracy compared to randomly predicted results. Artificial intelligence models improve accuracy by learning data characteristics and fluctuation patterns to make predictions. However, predicting stock prices using long-term time series data remains a challenging problem. This paper proposes a stable and reliable stock price prediction method using K-means clustering-based data augmentation and normalization techniques and LSTM models specialized in time series learning. This enables obtaining more accurate and reliable prediction results and pursuing high profits, as well as contributing to market stability.

Many problems which today's research libraries are confronted with should be taken the measures to find some solutions in any ways. The purpose of this study is to identify the main stream of chaining of research libraries as an existing collector and distributor of scholarly information into a communication system adopting the concept of resource sharing and on-line bibliographic search as some possible ways for solutions. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) The research libraries will be imposed on more and more responsibilities to be a reservoir of the intellectual heritage of an individual, a nation and mankind. 2) The research libraries in the near future will have to develop their collections in the new environment of austerity with the limited budget. 3) It is more desirable for the future research libraries to have the attitude that they are in the business of information and communication rather than being an entity as "a library". 4) The resource sharing developed to solve the severe problems confrontal by research libraries will improve the organizational and technical mechanism for the access to the scholarly information. 5) The research libraries will produce more and more bibliographic database to expand the library materials which can be available and shared. 6) Though on-line search service will be sure to provide a considerable profit to the scholarly information users, it will take a long time for this service to be popularize because of the high ratio of service fee. 7) Two problems should be solved for the efficient service by on-line search. One is the continuous, updating training for the professional librarians. The other is that the common efforts for the quality control and standardization of data base by the data base producers should be made. 8) Taking all the items of the conclusions derived from the study of research libraries mainly in the United States into a consideration, the followings should be paid an attention. - The status-quo of the research libraries in Korea should be analyzed in very detailed and accurate way. - The problems of research libraries in Korea as the major scholarly communication system should be clarified based on the analysis. - The measures for the problems should be taken in the light of the unique characteristics of korean environment. - For the developing the most efficient measures, the formal organize action to lead and govern the long-aimed study on the problems of research libraries should be established and the government-level su n.0, pport for the legislation and finance should be provided for the realization of the result of the study.
This study interprets the corporate social responsibility and its management through analysis of philosophical view of Mozi(墨子). Mozi was a chinese philosopher during the Hundred Schools of Thought period. He advocated Universal love(兼愛), which stresses that people should care for everyone equally. This principle is in accord with the sustainable management strategy for global market environments. The realization of the value that the company pursues in the rapid growth of such enterprises is an important issue. The pursuit of corporate value in its own interest under the rapidly changing business environment is perceived very negative. And it has demanded a different philosophy as a new management philosophy. The philosophical strategies of these companies were centered around the core philosophy of the ancient Chinese philosopher, Mozi. It is not merely an outcome approach as the act or moral principle but the inner motive to love each other and the principle of sharing the profits of each other. In order to pursue the sustainable value of the enterprise, We would like to suggest a way to pursue the existing absolute value, and to suggest a philosophical strategy based on the philosophy of Mozi.

The purpose of this study is to trace the path of policy for urban parks and greenbelts (PUPG) pursued by Seoul Mayor Kim Hyeon-ok, who was a protagonist of Seoul's modernization and to reveal the policy's characteristics. A high modernism perspective was projected to advance his PUPG discussion. High modernism was an unavoidable phenomenon that appeared in post-war urban reconstruction projects and emerged in the form of a belief that the national elite creates the ideal social order and rational planning. Its characteristics were to build with legibility, immediacy, and convenience by power, with private participation and profit creation, while realizing the spectacle of "the city being built". As a high-modernist, Seoul Mayor Kim Hyun-ok's urban planning aimed to deal with the booming population and the expansion of Seoul's territory. Although his PUPG extended the parks to the outskirts of Seoul, he showed a dualistic attitude, diverting parks away from the city center. On the other hand, he induced the participation of the private sector to create parks. However, he showed the other side of modernization, eliminating the placeness and excluding related systems. The path taken by Mayor Kim Hyun-ok's PUPG was started to respond to population growth and resolve the encroachment of parks. The ultimate goal was to accept the realization of urban planning and experiment with non-financial methods. The characteristics of his PUPG reflecting high modernism were: First, elites were represented in the National Land Planning Association, HURPI, and Jang Moon-gi participated; second, legibility was ensured by using east-west and north-south axes, elevation standards, and rational planning. Third, parks were quickly released to respond to the rapid urban change. Fourth, it showed off events and spectacles to attract private capital.
Under the market economy of capitalism, several limitations reveal the inequity and redistribution problem of wealth, inefficiency of over-manufacturing and over-consumption, pollution of the natural environment, and the constraint of human liberty and dignity. The new challenge of symbiotic relationships that encourage individual corporations coincides with the need to practice social responsibility and share values to overcome these limitations. Social economy and the social enterprises that simultaneously pursue the making of corporate private profits and the realization of social values have been suggested and disseminated as alternative social value creators. Furthermore, the concept of a sharing economy, which refers to the sharing of things rather than owning them, is growing traction as a new paradigm of capitalism. However, these efforts of social enterprises have fallen short against the conflicts between private profit and social values. This study deals with the case of a start-up social corporation, "Purun Bike Sharing Inc.," which is based on a regional sharing economy business model about bike rental services that use Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This corporation pursues harmonic management to achieve a balance between private profit and social value. Its corporate mission is to achieve sharing, coexistence, and contribution for public welfare. This mission is a possible idea for use in the local community network as a core key for sustainable social enterprises. The model can also be an alternative approach to overcome the structural friction in the social corporation. This study considers the case of Purun Bike Sharing as a sustainable way to practice a sharing economy business model based on a regional cooperation network, which can be combined with social value, and to apply ICT to a sharing economy system. It also examines the definition and current state of social enterprises and the sharing economy, and the cases of the sharing economy business model for the review of prior research.
Recent interests in data mining result from the expansion of the amount of business data and the growing business needs for extracting valuable knowledge from the data and then utilizing it for decision making process. In particular, recent advances in association rule mining techniques enable us to acquire knowledge concerning sales patterns among individual items from the voluminous transactional data. Certainly, one of the major purposes of association rule mining is to utilize acquired knowledge in providing marketing strategies such as cross-selling, sales promotion, and shelf-space allocation. In spite of the potential applicability of association rule mining, unfortunately, it is not often the case that the marketing mix acquired from data mining leads to the realized profit. The main difficulty of mining-based profit realization can be found in the fact that tremendous numbers of patterns are discovered by the association rule mining. Due to the many patterns, data mining experts should perform additional mining of the results of initial mining in order to extract only actionable and profitable knowledge, which exhausts much time and costs. In the literature, a number of interestingness measures have been devised for estimating discovered patterns. Most of the measures can be directly calculated from what is known as a contingency table, which summarizes the sales frequencies of exclusive items or itemsets. A contingency table can provide brief insights into the relationship between two or more itemsets of concern. However, it is important to note that some useful information concerning sales transactions may be lost when a contingency table is constructed. For instance, information regarding the size of each market basket(i.e., the number of items in each transaction) cannot be described in a contingency table. It is natural that a larger basket has a tendency to consist of more sales patterns. Therefore, if two itemsets are sold together in a very large basket, it can be expected that the basket contains two or more patterns and that the two itemsets belong to mutually different patterns. Therefore, we should classify frequent itemset into two categories, inter-pattern co-occurrence and intra-pattern co-occurrence, and investigate the effect of the market basket size on the two categories. This notion implies that any interestingness measures for association rules should consider not only the total frequency of target itemsets but also the size of each basket. There have been many attempts on analyzing various interestingness measures in the literature. Most of them have conducted qualitative comparison among various measures. The studies proposed desirable properties of interestingness measures and then surveyed how many properties are obeyed by each measure. However, relatively few attentions have been made on evaluating how well the patterns discovered by each measure are regarded to be valuable in the real world. In this paper, attempts are made to propose two notions regarding association rule measures. First, a quantitative criterion for estimating accuracy of association rule measures is presented. According to this criterion, a measure can be considered to be accurate if it assigns high scores to meaningful patterns that actually exist and low scores to arbitrary patterns that co-occur by coincidence. Next, complementary measures are presented to improve the accuracy of traditional association rule measures. By adopting the factor of market basket size, the devised measures attempt to discriminate the co-occurrence of itemsets in a small basket from another co-occurrence in a large basket. Intensive computer simulations under various workloads were performed in order to analyze the accuracy of various interestingness measures including traditional measures and the proposed measures.
