항만 민영화 대안 선정을 위한 모형개발 (Development of Model for the Alternative Selection of Port Privatization)

  • The aim of this study is to develop a model for the alternative selection in port privatization using Brainstorming, the ISM and AHP methods. For this, 30 detailed attributing factors were identified by both previous studies and port users, Also, 13 attributing evaluation factors were identified by a group of port experts using the brainstorming method. These were made into a model of hierarchical structure with 3 levels, taking 1 goal factor, 5 evaluation factors and 7 alternative factors using the ISM method. The collected date of questionnaires through the AHP method were analyzed with a group of port experts for an empirical analysis. The result of the hierarchical level 2 shows that profitability is the most important factor, followed by public interest, management professionality, service quality and financial soundness. The analysis results of hierarchical level 3 shows that commercialization is the most important factor.

누리과정 담당교사의 직무능력 향상을 위한 유아교사 양성체계의 문제점과 개선방안 (Drawbacks of Teacher Training System and Improvement Plan for Performance of Nuri-educators)

  • 우리나라는 2012년 3월부터 만5세 모든 유아들을 위한 교육과 보육에 대한 국가책임의 강화라는 차원에서 무상으로 교육 및 보육서비스를 통합한 국가수준 공통과정을 유치원과 어린이집에 적용함으로써 양질의 교육 보육경험을 균등하게 제공한다는 취지에서 '5세 누리과정'을 도입하였고 2013년부터는 3월부터는 3 4세 유아들에게도 '3-5세 연령별 누리과정'을 적용하기로 하였다. 누리과정의 성공적인 정착과 효과성을 기대하기 위해서는 전문적 자질을 구비한 유아교사 양성이 필수이다. 그럼에도 현재 유아교사 양성시스템이 교육과학기술부와 보건복지부로 이원화되어 있고 자격기준, 명칭, 교육연한, 교육커리큘럼, 양성기관 등도 모두 달라 유아교사의 균등하고 수준 높은 전문성을 향상시키기에는 한계를 지니고 있다. 따라서 유아교사의 전문성을 향상시키기 위해서는 첫째, 바람직한 유아교사상의 확립, 둘째, 이원화되어 있는 유아교사 양성과정의 일원화, 셋째, 이원적인 행정체계의 일원화 및 유아교사의 자격기준 일원화, 넷째, 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 영역에 대한 기본적인 지식과 안목을 갖출 수 있도록 커리큘럼 재조정, 다섯째, 유아교사의 직무영역과 내용 및 기준의 명확화 및 이에 준한 커리큘럼 체계화, 여섯째, 유아교사 양성기준의 강화가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

수업개선 관행공동체를 통한 교사의 변화 탐색: 수학 수업관행을 중심으로 (Exploring Teacher Change Through the Community of Practice Focused on Improving Mathematics Teaching)

  • 이 연구는 수학 수업개선에 초점을 맞춘 관행공동체의 형성과 참여를 통해서 교사들의 변화를 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 수업개선 관행공동체를 통해서 교사들은 수학 수업에 관한 다양한 담론과 지식을 공유하게 되고 결과적으로 수학 수업전문성 신장을 위한 다양한 기회를 갖게 되었다. 이 연구에서는 교사들의 변화를 신념과 수업관행의 측면에서 접근하였다. 그 결과 아동들의 수학 학습방법에 대한 교사들의 신념 측면에서 지속가능한 수학 수업개선의 가능성을 보여 주었다. 또한, 수업관행의 변화 측면에서 교사들의 수학 수업이 학습자 중심 경향으로 변화하고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 변화는 설문분석에서뿐만 아니라 실제 수업분석 결과에서도 그대로 드러나고 있다. 결국 성공적이고 지속가능한 수학 수업의 변화를 위해서는 수업의 변화에 대한 가치 및 수학 교과와 관련된 전문적인 지식을 공유할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어야 함을 본 연구는 시사한다.

우리나라 수학 수업 연구의 현황과 전망 (Current State and Prospect of Research about Mathematics Instruction in Korea)

  • 본 연구자는 이 글을 통해 기간 우리나라 수학 수업 연구의 현황을 검토하고, 향후 수업 연구의 방향과 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 연구의 진행을 위해 시기와 연구의 대상이라는 두 가지 기준을 채택, 2000년 이후에 공표된 수학 수업 자체를 이해의 대상으로 하는 연구들을 분석하였다. 연구물들을 수집한 다음, 연구주제, 연구방법과 분석틀, 연구의 목적 및 초점, 수업 연구에 대한 관점, 주제어를 범주로 하여 연구물들을 분류하였다. 이어서 각 연구가 갖는 경향성을 분석하고, 배경으로 삼고 있는 이론적 틀을 고찰하였다. 이를 토대로 수학 수업 분석의 틀이 갖춰야 할 요소들을 모색, 제안하고 수학 수업 연구의 주요 과제를 탐색하는 두 측면에서 수학 수업 연구의 방향성을 도출하였다.

성인 학습자를 위한 평생교육으로서 패션 교육 (Fashion education as a lifelong education program for adult learners)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify adult learners' decision making variables, satisfaction, and evaluation toward fashion education as a university lifelong education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purpose, information source, and selection criteria for lifelong education center and program. Regarding satisfaction toward fashion education, this study included satisfaction toward program and satisfaction toward education condition and administrative services. Data were gathered by both questionnaires and focus group interview(FGI) with 12 adults who completed the program. While questionnaires were used for decision making variables and satisfaction, FGI was used for evaluation. Frequency was used to analyze the questionnaires and content analysis was used to analyze the results of FGI. The findings showed that respondents participated mostly because of hobby or interest and got information mostly from acquaintances. They regarded program contents as the selection criteria for lifelong education center. They also regarded lecturers' professionality as the selection criteria for the program and showed high satisfaction toward lecturers' passion. Regarding education condition and administrative services, they showed high satisfaction. FGI also showed the importance of individual competence, career development, a work-study program, a on-site study program, and lecturer. The results suggest methods to make university lifelong education programs more appealing to adults who want to attend universities for non-degree university programs.

국내 대학 입학사정관제의 공정성 실태와 확보방안 (The Actual Conditions and Ensuring Fairness of the Admission Officer System)

  • The Admission Officer System is a selecting system that evaluates potential and talent of students in multiple aspects and selects whom each university wants to pick and fits the specific recruitment units. However, the issue about fairness of the system has been discussed continually. This study conducted online survey, using fairness checklist with 31 universities to know how admission officers perceive the fairness of the system and secure that. Also, three times of expert FGI were conducted, too. The result shows there are still many universities that adjustment for deviated evaluation in interview, separation of operating agency, stabilization of the statue of admission officers, analyzation of each evaluator's tendency, and so on are not achieved well. To assure the fairness of the admission officer system, securing validity by clearly defining the concept of fairness is proposed first. Stabilizing the statue of admission officers and continuous education training for them is also proposed to improve their professionality. Furthermore, expansion of education programs about the admission officer system in both quantity and quality is suggested for fairness of the system.

과학교사 학습공동체에서 나타나는 사회적 상호작용 과정의 분석 (Analysis of Social Interaction Process in Science Teachers' Learning Community)

  • In this study, we operated science teacher learning community to enhance professionality of elementary science teachers. 8 participants with various background, which include their science content knowledge, teaching experience and beliefs about teaching, were involved in this study. Bales(1950)'s social interaction process framework was mainly used to understand the members' interaction, focusing particularly on process aspects not on contents aspects. The data analysis shows that the members in the science teacher learning community tried their best to maintain the positive reaction to other members in most occasions in the community meetings. On the other hand, there were also negative reaction process due to their different ideas and views, causing their emotional conflicts in some social relations and dialogical situations. Nevertheless, the results also imply that the dual reaction processes, which are positive and negative processes, are equally important to facilitate science teachers' professional knowledge and experience. The educational meanings are discussed in the aspects of science teacher education.

초등 과학 교과 전담 교사제 운영에 관한 교사들의 인식 조사 (A Research of Elementary School Teachers' Perceptions about the Science Subject Exclusive System)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teachers' perceptions about the science subject exclusive system. For this study, we developed the questionnaire to investigate teachers' perceptions and 43 elementary school teachers participated in the questionnaire test. And we used participation observation method to investigate characteristics the exclusive elementary science teacher and the elementary school homeroom teacher's science classes. After participation observation, we had interviews with exclusive elementary school science teacher and elementary school homeroom teacher. The results showed that elementary school teachers thought the science subject exclusive system was very necessary. And elementary school teachers thought that the exclusive elementary science teacher had higher professionality about teaching science subject than the homeroom teacher. Then, they expected that the strong points of science subject exclusive system would be some solution to the weak points of homeroom teachers' science classes. We suggested that it must be to enlarge the science subject exclusive system and develope in-service teacher program for the exclusive elementary science teachers.

$n$-Dodecanol 용액에서 저밀도폴리에틸렌 마이크로 입자 결정화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Crystallization of Low Density Polyethylene Microparticles in $n$-Dodecanol Solution)

  • In this study, we are crystallized to the low density polyethylene (LDPE) micro-particles in $n$-dodecanol solution by thermally induced phase separation(TIPS) method. The Low density polyethylene micro-particles is used in a wide variety of polymer coatings and industrial application. The utility of that for a particular application depends on a number of factors such as the particle size and distribution, and chemical composition of the materials. However, there are still needs for new methods of preparation which will provide the structure with unique sizes. The widely used processes for micro-size particles are crystallization method and thermally induced phase separation. TIPS process based on the phase separation mechanism was performed for the LDPE system which undergoes liquid-solid phase separation. Effects of various operating parameters were examined on the structure variation of the particles. Professionality, take-up speed and crystallization rate depended on temperature and concentration of polymer in solution.

학교시설유지관리의 민간위탁에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Privatization of School Facilities Maintenance)

  • School facilities maintenance is concerned about providing clean and safe environments for children. It is also about creating a physical setting that is appropriate and adequate for learning. But many of the school buildings in Korea have been maintained and operated by each school manger or pubic officers in the Educational Department. This system could not extend the life of building components, keep equipment functioning as designed or sustain a sage and healthful environment because of its non-professionality and the dual fiscal system. In order to improve such problems, it is proposed to privatize the maintenance of school building. It is sure that the new way to outsource services reduce costs and provide high quality services. Competitive contracting with the private sector can provide schools with expertise, flexibility and cost efficiencies as well as help school administrators focusing on educating the children. This study explores the maintaining status of existing schools, analyses the cases about BTL schools and the foreign country's policies and surveys the outsourcing cases of Kyungki-do schools. Finally it proposes more appropriate plans for privatizing the maintenance way of school building in Korea.
