간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 윤리의식이 환자 개인정보보호 실천도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurse's Professional Self-concept, Sense of Ethics on the Performance of Protecting Patient Privacy)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 윤리의식이 환자의 개인정보보호 실천도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 K도에 소재한 종합병원에 재직 중인 간호사 196명으로, 2018년 6월 1일부터 7월 5일까지 전문직 자아개념과 윤리의식 및 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 2.62점, 윤리의식은 4점 만점 중 2.93점, 환자 개인정보보호 실천도는 5점 만점 중 3.69점이었다. 환자 개인정보보호 실천도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 윤리의식, 전문직 자아개념으로 확인되었으며, 이들 변수들은 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 30% 설명하였다. 따라서 병원 간호사의 환자 개인정보보호 실천도를 높이기 위해서는 간호사의 윤리의식을 높이고 전문직 자아개념을 향상시킬 수 있는 신규간호사를 위한 교육과 경력간호사를 위한 주기적인 재교육 프로그램이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

진로지속학습과 직업적 사명감이 청년 교사의 진로성공에 미치는 영향: 진로개발압력의 조건부 직접효과 (Effect of career continuous learning and a sense of professional mission on career success of Chinese young teachers: Conditional direct effect of career development pressure)

  • 본 연구는 중국 청년 교사를 대상으로 진로지속학습이 직업적 사명감을 경유하여 진로성공에 미치는 영향에서 진로개발압력의 조건부 직접효과를 확인하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 자료는 중국 광동지역의 한 대학교에서 유의표집한 청년 교사 354명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 조건부직접효과 분석이었다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로지속학습 및 직업적 사명감은 진로성공과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었으나, 진로개발압력과는 유의미한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 진로개발압력은 진로성공과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 진로지속학습이 직업적 사명감을 경유하여 진로성공에 미치는 영향에서 진로개발압력의 조건부 직접효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 대학생들의 진로지속학습 뿐만 아니라 직업적 사명감과 진로개발압력을 동시에 활용하여 진로성공을 증진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Productive human sense of value do to recreate for all round human relations and fertility human life demand it. Korea National Statistical Office(http://www.nso.go.kr-Dec 20. 2005) was officially announced it. that Korean Life Table(2003) presented the reminder of human life and roughly equation model of 'the reminder of human life' is 'Korean average longevity of human life-Present Korean age=About the reminder of human life' on the basic 2003 year. 간호대학생의 소명의식과 간호전문직관과의 관계: 윤리적 민감성 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship Between Nursing Students' Calling and Nursing Professionalism : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Ethical Sensitivity)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 소명의식, 간호전문직관과 윤리적 민감성의 관계를 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2022년 9월 1일부터 2022년 10월 31일까지였으며, 자료수집은 IBM SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 소명의식은 간호전문직관(r=.43, p<.001), 윤리적 민감성(r=.38, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 윤리적 민감성은 간호전문직관(r=.59, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 매개효과 검증 결과 간호대학생의 소명의식과 간호전문직과의 관계에서 윤리적 민감성은 완전 매개변수임이 확인되었고, 설명력은 36%였다. 따라서 윤리적 민감성은 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수이며, 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 구체적인 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

  • The goal of the study is to find what managerial characteristics affect the community spirit and participation of medical and psychiatric social workers. To do this, managerial characteristics were divided into organizational structure and culture as well as job satisfaction. As a result of an empirical study, while Herzberg's motivators or mental rewards, such as autonomy, sense of accomplishment, and sense of respect, improved the levels of community spirit and participation, Herzberg's hygiene factors or economic rewards did not have any relationship with them statistically. This means that mental rewards equivalent to those of other professions in hospitals will improve the professional identity and activities of social workers, who are working with diverse professions in hospitals. On the other hand, organizational structure and culture were not significant statistically.

의사집단의 전문직 사회화 과정과 사회적 지위 만족도, 경제적 보상 만족도 그리고 주관적 계층인식과의 관련성 (Job Satisfaction, Subjective Class Identification and Associated Factors of Professional Socialization in Korean Physicians)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the core properties of professional socialization and social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction, and subjective class identification. Methods : Medical knowledge and skill, autonomy, and professional value factors were used as essential properties of professional socialization to determine the association with job satisfaction and subjective class identification. The authors used a self-administered questionnaire survey and collected nationwide data between July and August 2003, with 211 responses used for final analysis. Results : 'Age' and 'trust and respect' were positively associated with social status satisfaction, and 'occupation' was negatively associated. 'Income' and 'trust and respect' were positively related to economic reward satisfaction, and 'practicing for oneself', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' were negatively related. 'Practicing for oneself', 'not believing explanations', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' had a positive relationship with subjective class identification. 'Income', 'knowledge system', 'medical mistakes', 'treating like goods', 'meaning and joy', and 'trust and respect' had a negative relationship. Conclusions : The core property variables of professional socialization had a different relationship with social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction and subjective class identification. In particular, many core property variables were associated with subjective class identification positively or negatively. The development of professional socialization would help promote job satisfaction and subjective class identification.

치위생과 재학생들의 학년별 직업의식 및 진로인식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Sense of Professionalism and Career for Students of Department of Dental Hygiene by Grade)

  • As the level of the national income has been improved and the whole nation health insurance project has been spread, medical demand for dental health is also increasing. To cope with the increased medical demand, the need of dental health education and preventive dental care is recognized, and the number of dental hygienists is being increased with increase in dental clinics and hospitals. While more weight is actually given to treatment than prevention in hospitals, emphasis is placed on prevention in public health centers of state-run organizations and dental hygienists are performing the duty. According to this, dental hygienists shall be treated and recognized as professionals, who instruct people in dental health and assist the dentists in hospitals. Therefore to suggest vision to the students of department of dental hygiene, give them a solid motive, and inspire them with professional sense so that they can devote themselves to their duty with pride and self-confidence in the field can lead to contribution to dental health of each individual and the whole nation, in order to train them to be dental hygienists who are active and strive for change and development as professionals and capable of adapting themselves to the field of dental medicine. In this study, the professional sense and the recognition of the way of students belonging to department of dental hygiene were examined and based on this, a new direction for department of dental hygiene of three-year college was suggested.

치과기공사의 직업윤리와 교육에 대한 인식 (A Study on perceptions of vocational ethics and education among dental technicians)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore professional ethics and awareness of education among dental technicians. Methods: A total of 250 questionnaires were produced and distributed to dental technicians from June 1 to October 30, 2019. Of these questionnaires, 106 were used in the final analysis. Results: More than half of respondents said that the state-run dental company has very strong ethical values. Higher levels of confidence in the professional mission of dental work were correlated with stronger ethical values. Moreover, those who had greater experience of training in the code of ethics for dental technicians exhibited a firmer sense of their professional mission. Conclusion: In the education process for dental technicians, attention should be given to establishing and practicing professional ethics. Guidelines and programs should be revised accordingly to build awareness of ethical practices in the workplace.

임상치과위생사의 성격유형과 직업소명에 관한 연구 (A study on the relationship between personality type and sense of vocation of clinical dental hygienist)

  • Objectives : The study aims to verify the relationship between personality type and sense of vocation of the clinical dental hygienist. Methods : The study data was collected from 221 dental hygienists working in the City of Changwon(unified), Busan Gyeongsangnam-do. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 program. Results : The relationship between the general characteristics of the study population and a sense of vocation was higher for the dental hygienists with a higher level of education attainment, higher monthly salary, higher job satisfaction level, extroverted personality, and the dental hygienists in a low neurotic group(p<0.001). According to the correlation results among job satisfaction, personality type and the sense of vocation, a sense of vocation and job satisfaction have a positive correlation while the sense of vocation and neurotic tendency have a negative correlation(p<0.01). The results of logistic-regression analysis on the factors influencing the sense of vocation are as follows: education attainment(p<0.001), salary(p<0.05), extroversion(p<0.001) and neurotic tendency(p<0.05). Conclusions : Nature of consciousness, depending on the type of professional vocation was to determine the difference.
