Groundwater in the Waikatoregion is a valuable resource for agriculture, water supply, forestry and industries. The 434,000 ha study area comprises the upper Waikato River catchment from the outflow of Lake Taupo (New Zealand's largest lake) through to Lake Karapiro (a man-made hydro lake with high recreational value) (Figure 1). Water quality in the area is naturally high. However, there are indications that this quality is deteriorating as a result of land use intensification and deforestation. Compounding this concern for decision makers is the lag time between land use changes and the realisation of effects on groundwater and surface water quality. It is expected that the effects of land use changes have not yet fully manifested, and additional intensification may take decadesto fully develop, further compounding the deterioration. Consequently, Environment Waikato (EW) have proposed a programme of work to develop a groundwater model to assist managing water quality and appropriate policy development within the catchment. One of the most important and critical decisions of any modelling exercise is the choice of the modelling platform to be used. It must not inhibit future decision making and scenario exploration and needs to allow as accurate representation of reality as feasible. With this in mind, EW requested that two modelling platforms, MODFLOW/MT3DMS and FEFLOW, be assessed for their ability to deliver the long-term modelling objectives for this project. The two platforms were compared alongside various selection criteria including complexity of model set-up and development, computational burden, ease and accuracy of representing surface water-groundwater interactions, precision in predictive scenarios and ease with which the model input and output files could be interrogated. This latter criteria is essential for the thorough assessment of predictive uncertainty with third-party software, such as PEST. This paper will focus on the attributes of each modelling platform and the comparison of the two approaches against the key criteria in the selection process. Primarily due to the ease of handling and developing input files and interrogating output files, MODFLOW/MT3DMS was selected as the preferred platform. Other advantages and disadvantages of the two modelling platforms were somewhat balanced. A preliminary regional groundwater numerical model of the study area was subsequently constructed. The model simulates steady state groundwater and surface water flows using MODFLOW and transient contaminant transport with MT3DMS, focussing on nitrate nitrogen (as a conservative solute). Cooperating with a supplier with professional skills is necessary to achieve performance in the development of the innovative products. It is also important to improve development competence and share knowledge. This study empirically analyzed the effect of participant's Job Competence and Leadership Competence on Knowledge Sharing, and the effect of Purchaser Interdependence on Supplier Absorption Capacity. The purpose of the study is to confirm that Knowledge Sharing between Development Participant and Supplier contributes to Performance and to demonstrate the need for a cooperative relationship with the Supplier. A survey was conducted on the product development participants to confirm the relationship between the factors using a Structural Equation Model. As a result of the hypothesis test, the better the Individual Competence of the development participants, the better the Knowledge Sharing Activity, and then Knowledge Sharing and Interdependence are the main factor in the Absorption Capacity of the Supplier. The results of this study can contribute to improving the Supplier Absorption Capacity in the product development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of the project support activities of related departments for Performance.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to promote the disaster safety village establishment project that fits the characteristics of rural areas by investigating and analyzing the operation cases of contents with regard to disaster safety villages in Korea and Japan. Method: The contents of project related to disaster safety villages in Korea and Japan were classified into resident participation contents, structured contents and unstructured contents, for examining the characteristics of such contents through investigation and analysis, and the contents (draft) of disaster safety village that fitted the characteristics of rural areas were presented. Result: The contents of resident participation include basic safety education, CPR education, life experience training of evacuation shelter, evacuation training, concurrent training of farming activity and disaster activity and creating a village safety map in connection with competent authorities. The enactment of an act and an ordinance for the establishment of disaster safety village, expert dispatch system, storm and flood insurance system and funding system to raise the fund for establishing a village were presented as unstructured contents. In addition, the production of self supporting evacuation shelter, wireless evacuation announcement system, disaster prevention system for a river, emergency evacuation sign, village safety map sign and the establishment of disaster prevention park were presented as structured contents. Conclusion: The unstructured contents are the establishment of foundation for preparing laws and institutions and the structured contents should be installed by utilizing eco-friendly methods in consideration of the environments of rural areas along with securing the safety. Moreover, resident participation should utilize the contents by considering various items such as age, characteristics and environments of residents in rural villages.

Educational innovations are first created, improved or applied educational, didactic, educative, and managerial systems and their components that significantly improve the results of educational activities. The development of pedagogical technology in the global educational space is conventionally divided into three stages. The role of innovative technologies in Higher School practice is substantiated. Factors of effectiveness of the educational process are highlighted. Technology is defined as a phenomenon and its importance is emphasized, it is indicated that it is a component of human history, a form of expression of intelligence focused on solving important problems of being, a synthesis of the mind and human abilities. The most frequently used technologies in practice are classified. Among the priority educational innovations in higher education institutions, the following are highlighted. Introduction of modular training and a rating system for knowledge control (credit-modular system) into the educational process; distance learning system; computerization of libraries using electronic catalog programs and the creation of a fund of electronic educational and methodological materials; electronic system for managing the activities of an educational institution and the educational process. In the educational process, various innovative pedagogical methods are successfully used, the basis of which is interactivity and maximum proximity to the real professional activity of the future specialist. There are simulation technologies (game and discussion forms of organization); technology "case method" (maximum proximity to reality); video training methodology (maximum proximity to reality); computer modeling; interactive technologies; technologies of collective and group training; situational modeling technologies; technologies for working out discussion issues; project technology; Information Technologies; technologies of differentiated training; text-centric training technology and others.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has been promoting policies to strengthen the functions of rural centers (culture, welfare, economy, education, etc.) and to ensure that services from the centers are delivered to and connected to hinterland villages. For this policy purpose, the rural center revitalization project and the basic living base creation project within the rural development projects are being promoted. However, in the process of carrying out the actual project, as the focus is on strengthening the functions of rural centers, service delivery and connection with hinterland villages are not being actively promoted. therefore, in this study, we analyze the projects previously carried out in Jeoksang-myeon, Muju-gun and the regional status, analyze the reasons why hinterland village services were not connected and activated, and propose a direction for the second phase of the basic living base creation project to be carried out in the future. As a result of analyzing the reasons for the failure of hinterland village services to be activated, problems such as disadvantages in accessing services due to dispersed residence in rural areas and limitations in topographical structure, and the lack of a service delivery system to develop demand in hinterland areas were found to be problems. Improvement measures were derived as follows. First, it is a stepping stone construction plan proposed to overcome topographical limitations. Establish a stepping base that will function as a service intermediate terminal to ensure efficient service delivery. Second, for a rational decision-making structure, we proposed a plan for deploying communication channels that could closely collect local opinions by operating various small-scale communities along with the efficient composition of a resident committee that includes residents of the central and hinterland villages and various classes. Third, it is a virtuous cycle of local manpower training plans that train local residents into professional instructors. We aim to complete a sustainable, resident-led service supply system by nurturing the most important service deliverers, that is, activists, in service delivery.
In view of obtaining potential anticancer compounds, we studied the inhibitory activity and the cytotoxic effects of a candidate compound in cancer cells. The cytotoxic effects of cannabidiol (CBD) in vitro were evaluated in NIH3T3 fibroblasts, B16 melanoma cells, A549 lung cancer cells, MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, Lenca kidney cells and SNU-C4 colon cancer cells. The cells were cultured in various concentrations of CBD for 48 h and 25 ${\mu}$M of CBD for 6-36 h. The cells were observed to exhibit inhibitory effects of the cell viability in their growth, and then cytotoxicity was estimated. The inhibitory activity of CBD was increased in all cancer cells and showed especially strong increment in breast cancer cells. The cytotoxicity of CBD increased in a dose- and time-dependent manner with growth inhibition in all cancer cell lines. Also, to assess the membrane toxicity induced by CBD, we investigated lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release. After treatment with various concentrations of CBD, LDH release rate of cancer cells was accelerated. On the other hand, in the induction of cell death, caspase-3, -8 and -9 activations were detected in cancer cells after treatment with various concentrations of CBD, and CBD effectively induced activity of caspase-3, -8 and -9 in A549 lung cancer cells, MDAMB-231 breast cancer cells and Renca kidney cells. Therefore these results suggest that CBD has a possibility of anticancer agents and anticancer effects against cancer cells by modulation of apoptotic pathway in the range of 5-80 ${\mu}$M concentration.
This study aimed to investigate teacher learning in the context of a community. For the purpose of this study, two research questions about the kinds of teacher noticing in a community and the role of partnership were addressed. To build a learning community, a professional development project, PRIME, established partnerships with 11 high schools and one of the cluster meetings were investigated in this study. Three mentor teachers, three preservice teachers, and one university supervisor participated in the cluster meeting. For this study, the multiple data such as audio tapes of cluster meetings, observation notes, and interviews were analyzed using the analysis of narratives. The results showed that the participants engaged in different kinds of noticing of their own beliefs about teaching and learning, teacher practices, and teacher identities including noticing of students' understanding in classroom situations. The partnership played the crucial role of reinforcing relationships among teachers, assigning tasks, and creating various communities.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

Purpose: This is the descriptive research project of which purpose is to acquire the practice, research, and educational data by establishing the database after confirming, classifying, and relating the nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and nursing outcome of Breast cancer patients by using the Yoo Hyung-sook's(2001) related 3N database model as the tool. Method : The Nursing Data occurring on Breast cancer patients nursing process was mapped to nursing diagnosis of NANDA, nursing interventions of NIC, nursing outcomes of NOC the 3N database linkage database which is related with the nursing process that was developed by using Yoo Hyung-sook's(2001). Result : 1. The nursing diagnosis were totally 505, and 26 articles of the nursing diagnosis were applied among 149 nursing diagnosis classification systems. 2. As for the nursing intervention, 250 articles(5l.4%) of nursing intervention were applied among 486 nursing intervention classification systems. 3. Regarding the nursing outcome, 28 articles(1l.2%l of the nursing outcome were applied among 250 nursing outcome classification systems. Conclusion: The result of this research in which the relating among the nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, and nursing outcome of Breast cancer patients by using 3N nursing database was established is thought to be applied in the research and practice as well as to be utilized in the lecture or practice of the nursing process.

This research is part of the Korean-ASEAN Official Development Assistance (ODA) project, specifically exploring the possibility of using public libraries as a place for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy training for women from ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries. Women from ASEAN countries are often minorities in ICT capacity building. A survey of 1,000 female public library users - 100 people from each of the ten ASEAN countries - and in-depth interviews with librarians from national libraries were conducted. The survey results showed that 68.8% of respondents perceived public libraries as a suitable place for ICT literacy training. 27.5% of respondents visited libraries for ICT-related activities, including information retrieval, e-mail, SNS, etc., Meanwhile, findings from the interviews highlighted the importance of having up-to-date ICT infrastructure - computers, Internet, professional ICT skill training for librarians, strategic planning for policies, budgets, and cooperation with other related institutions - in public libraries in order to provide effective ICT training.
