New human sense of value in Knowledge Society of 21th Century is reestablished by that it demanded new thinking for changed today's stage. Reestablishment of new human sense of value is considered by tradition and custom, and now then today's social standard due to focus. Productive human sense of value do to recreate for all round human relations and fertility human life demand it. Korea National Statistical Office(http://www.nso.go.kr-Dec 20. 2005) was officially announced it. that Korean Life Table(2003) presented the reminder of human life and roughly equation model of 'the reminder of human life' is 'Korean average longevity of human life-Present Korean age=About the reminder of human life' on the basic 2003 year. And then we will live a life worth living for our remaining day

This study clarifies the importance, advantages, and constituents of the professional image by appearance management in the workplace. In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 participants who have over 8 years experience in their respective fields. The transcripts of the interview were classified according to a card classification method. The results of the study were as follows: First, the professional image by appearance management is important, because there is a special treatment by image in interaction on business. Second, the advantages of the professional image were to achieve a career opportunity, improve interpersonal relationships, obtain special treatment or protection from a biased angle, and increase business reliability. Third, the constituents of the professional image were conscientiousness and self-management skills, assertive and open attitudes, leadership, interpersonal skills, customer-satisfaction spirit, expert knowledge and skills, and confidence in the business results.

The purpose of this study is to describe the precise nature ofergonomists(CPE). CPE job analysis included the tasks performed at present and the tasks which might be performed in the future by CPE. The questions also included which tols, knowledge and academic background are required for the CPE job at present or in the future. The clear job description will help people to understand the business area of CPE and to develope curiculum in job training.

Firstly, the author suggests a new term of the "Pro-Engineer's Doctrine" on every engineering work. This renewed term should be in their minds who are doing any kinds of scientific and technological works in his/her field. The term, "doctrine", is based on a wise sage, renewedly, so-called "The Way of the measuring squire(혈矩之道)" saying in one of the Oriental classics. Also, he explains here another term, "Investigation of things, attainment of knowledge(格物致知)" that is very similarity to the "Pro-Engineer's Doctrine" from the same book.

Main purpose of this paper is to describe what is radwastes and spent fuel of radioisotope and nuclear power plants. Although this term is well adapted among the people nowadays but it is necessary to know more clear definition in accordance with atomic energy promotion law. By various means of scientific knowledge and engineering techniques, we can shield harmful radiation from radwastes and spent fuel, also could know how we can take benefits from radioisotope applications for human health care and other applications. It is realized that problem of spent fuel is not easy task to solve at the moment because we have to consider many sides.

This work presents a method for the determination of the safety factor of a slope based on the theory of the calculus of variations. The method allows for the determination of the critical sliding line (The one giving the minimum safety factor) without the necessity of guessing about its shape, which leads to a considerable economy of time and effort. Furthermore it gives the actual safety factor of the slape and consequently a more complete knowledge of the safety of the slope is obtained.

Design of blast resistant structures (protective structures) require the adequate design and construction practices as well as the knowledge of characteristics of the blast loads, behavior of structures and their components under these loads. This paper focuses on how to design and evaluate the structures for blast resistance, and provides principles and discussion on analysis and design capability in protective technology and recommendations.

The aim of this study was to analyze characteristics of teachers' knowledge about reductio ad absurdum. In order to achieve the aim, this study conducted didactical analysis about reductio ad absurdum through examining previous researches and developed a questionnaire with reference to the results of the analysis. The questionnaire was given to 34 high school teachers and qualitative methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the written responses by the participants. This study also elaborated the framework descriptors for interpreting the teachers' responses in the light of the didactical analysis and the data was elucidated in terms of this framework. The specific features of teachers' knowledge about reductio ad absurdum were categorized into five types as a result. This study raised several implications for teachers' professional development for effective mathematics instruction related to reductio ad absurdum.

승선실습교육은 해기사로서의 기본적인 소양과 기능을 연마하기 위하여 이론과 실무를 겸비하도록 하고 다양한 교육 및 훈련과정을 통해 위기상황 대처능력과 자립심을 향상시켜 선박이라는 특수한 작업환경에서 부여된 업무를 효과적으로 달성시키는데 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전문적인 지식 및 리더십을 겸비한 유능한 해기사를 양성하고 승선실습교육의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 실습선 실습기관사 승선실습교육 향상 및 지도를 위한 몇 가지 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
