본 연구는 Visual Identity에 있어서의 디자인 기본요소에 대하여 고찰하고 그의 개발과정을 정립 하므로써, 국내의 디자인 연구팀에게 보다 효율성이 높은 VI 디자인 시스템을 개발할 수 있도록 하는 Basic Element 들의 개별적 기능과 특성을 고찰하고, 이들 상호간의 유기적인 관계에 대하여 연구함으로써, 각 기본요소들이 차지하는 시각적 전달과정에서의 전략적 위치를 분명히 하고자 하였다. 또한 디자인 개발과정에 대하여 체계적이고 합리적인 접근 방법을 제시함으로써 효율성이 높은 디자인을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

The fiber optic communication technology is considered as a key solution for the future communication. However the assembly of the fiber optic components highly depends on manual or semi-automated alignment process. And the light search algorithm is recognized an important factor to reduce the manufacturing process time. Therefore this paper investigates optimal search algorithm for the automatic alignment of fiber optic components. The experiments show the effectiveness of Hill Climbing Search, Adaptive Hill Climbing Search and Steepest Search algorithms, in a view of process time.

We produce a photosensitive convex plate to research a Nickel metal relief printing plate using galvanic process. A Method for preparing DLC convex plate that is metalized on Nickel metal relief printing plate using CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) process and $N_2DLC$-convex plate that is DLC metalized thin film layer of $N_2$ plasma surface treatment are comprised. DLC thin film layers on Nickel surface are fragile. The results of the research indicate that the coefficient of friction on DLC metalized thin film layer is relatively low than Nickel surface and the durability of Nickel surface coated DLC metalized thin film layer is superior to Nickel surface. A relative evaluation of three form plate wetting properties using varnish liquid-drop plate indicates superior printing aptitudes for $N_2DLC$, DLC, Nichel plate order as above.

Heterogeneity in different Health Information Systems (HIS) processes persists to be the most demanded problem to be resolved in healthcare domain. The only way to resolve this problem is to practice health standards. One of such standards is Health Level Seven (HL7), used for the communication of medical information between healthcare systems. HL7 V3 has the aim to support all healthcare workflows. It defines series of electronic messages called interactions to support healthcare workflows. These interactions are part of the Interaction Model. Different healthcare organizations can conform to different process workflows based on their requirements. The heterogeneity in workflows results in communication blockade between sender and receiver healthcare organizations. We propose Interaction Ontology in order to cater the heterogeneity in workflows and provide process interoperability.

A fast image encryption system based on substitution and diffusion was proposed, which includes one covering process, one substitution process and two diffusion processes. At first, Chen's chaotic system together with an external 256-bit long secret key was used to generate the key streams for image encryption, in which the initial values of Chen's chaotic system were regarded as the public key. Then the plain image was masked by the covering process. After that the resulting image was substituted with the disturbed S-Box of AES. Finally, the substituted image was diffused twice with the add-modulo operations as the core to obtain the cipher image. Simulation analysis and comparison results with AES and some existing image cryptosystems show that the proposed image cryptosystem possesses the merits of fast encryption/decryption speed, good statistical characteristics, strong sensitivity and etc., and can be used as a candidate system of network security communication.

This paper suggests an environmental improvement scheme for the enactment and revision process of the standard of construction estimation in communication field. The first subject is a simplification of process on the enactment and revision. It can be achieved by transfer the function to the professional board from the subordinate council. The second process is an adoption of tentative step on enactment and revision. And the last subject is creation of maintenance part. All the improvement shall be carried on in long term schedule and on the sufficient financial support from government.

The purpose of this study was to examine dimensions related to effective managerial actions in association with effects of resourcefulness personal and managerial communications and condition s for effective home management on the basis of managerial process. Including elements of managerial process conditions for effective home management were divided into the four factors performance-condition dichotomy timing high level and middle range. In conclusion first the managerial process for effective management can be classified into the four conditions related to each other. That was termed as 'conditions for effective home management' Second the most influential variables on conditions for effective home management were personal and managerial communication. The four conditions for effective home management need to include communicaion. Third resuorcefulness was a crucial factor in relation to home management resources division. It is recommedned that resuorcefulness needs to de elop managerial actions of housewives.

In this paper, authors deal with an application of power quality monitoring using the Sampled Value which is described in the IEC61850 International Standard for substation communication. Firstly, while Merging Unit is designed as a process level device transmitting sensor data, the practical problems such as time delay compensation and optical fiber communication are issued. Secondly, the Sampled Value message which is proper to a power quality monitoring system is presented. Because the power quality monitoring system requests non time critical service comparing to protection and control applications, the Sampled Value service message structure is introduced to improve efficiency. At last, the power quality monitoring server having various power quality analysis functions is suggested to verify the performance of Merging Unit. With the diverse experiments, it is proved that the process bus distributed solution is flexible and economic for the power quality monitoring.

In this study, we explain the process and the technique required for implementing web-based remote control system based on embedded processor, SAl110, and embedded Linux. At first. cross-compile environment for target system should be constructed on host computer, and bootloader in charge of Linux booting may be loaded on the target system. Then, kernel image is compiled and loaded on the target system. Embedded Linux porting process is completed when ram disk image is generated. Finally, we load wed-server and device driver on the ram disk and make web-page for remote control using CGI. Through the above process, we implement web-based remote control system and present the result.

While BIM software becomes popular for CAAD and architectural design educations, the affordance of BIM for students' architectural idea developments, called intra-process of communication, is still unknown. Therefore, this study conducted t-test quantitative analysis in order to the scores for feedback, idea productivity, idea development for architectural elements(form, interior space, material, and details), and creative motivation(novelty, appropriateness) using BIM and non-BIM 3D modeler. To achieve the goal, in authentic CAAD class, architecture major students proposed two office designs using those two tools, then they evaluated in which ways those tools influenced their idea developments.
