  • This study recognizes that the externalizing problem behaviors of child with disabilities are the result of the social interaction between mother and child, and empirically verifies its systematic causal structure and multidimensional influence relationship. It was attempted to derive practical implications that can help the smooth normalization process of children's families. Therefore, 135 children with disabilities and their mothers selected by convenience sampling were targeted, and in the relationship between maternal overprotective parenting and externalizing behaviors of child, effortful control was used as a mediating variable, and defense style of mothers and children was used as a moderating variable. A Conditional Process Analysis(CPA) that can verify the moderated mediation Effect was performed by establishing a research model. As a result of the analysis, first, the overprotective parenting behavior of mother was statistically significant in both direct and indirect effects in increasing externalizing behaviors of child, and the mediation effect by effortful control was also statistically significant. Second, it was confirmed that the moderated mediation effect of effortful control by the mother's defense style was statistically significant, and the moderated mediation effect of effortful control by the child's defense style was not statistically significant. Based on the above results, assuming the importance of the influence of maternal parenting, a direct strategy for change in maternal overprotective parenting, child's Practical implications of parallel strategies with the tendency toward effective control and suboptimal strategies through the application of mothers' coping strategies were discussed.

  • In this paper, an improved integrated security control procedure is newly proposed by applying artificial intelligence technology to integrated security control and unifying the existing security control and AI security control response procedures. Current cyber security control is highly dependent on the level of human ability. In other words, it is practically unreasonable to analyze various logs generated by people from different types of equipment and analyze and process all of the security events that are rapidly increasing. And, the signature-based security equipment that detects by matching a string and a pattern has insufficient functions to accurately detect advanced and advanced cyberattacks such as APT (Advanced Persistent Threat). As one way to solve these pending problems, the artificial intelligence technology of supervised and unsupervised learning is applied to the detection and analysis of cyber attacks, and through this, the analysis of logs and events that occur innumerable times is automated and intelligent through this. The level of response has been raised in the overall aspect by making it possible to predict and block the continuous occurrence of cyberattacks. And after applying AI security control technology, an improved integrated security control service model was newly proposed by integrating and solving the problem of overlapping detection of AI and SIEM into a unified breach response process(procedure).

  • This study describes a prediction method for rainfall-induced landslides and subsequently debris flows in a regional scale areas. Special attention is given to the calculation of the propagation of debris flows by considering rainfall infiltration into soil slopes and soil entrainments by debris flows. The proposed method was verified by comparing the analytical results and the measured ones reported by the previous research. As a result, predictions and observations were quite similar in terms of the front position, the velocity, volume and momentum of debris flows. Even when applied to natural mountain slope with complicated terrain, numerical results and observations were similar. At last, the combined analysis of landslides and debris flows were conducted. The landslides prediction showed a predictive rate of about 83%, and the result of the final volume of debris flow showed an error rate of 3%. As a result, the proposed combined method for landslides and debris flows overcomes the problem of separating the landslides analysis and the debris flows simulation. Especially, the proposed method can analyze the effects of rainfall on entrainments by debris flows as well as rainfall-induced landslides and the behavior of debris flows.

  • Naval weapons systems of the Republic of Korea are acquired through the Defense Planning Management System. Recently, acquisition of some naval ships have been delayed, and the causes of the delays have been recognized as inappropriate project management at the Execution Phase. However, we argue that the delay problem in naval ships acquisition should be approached, with due regard for the entire Defense Planning Management System. That is, We should try to investigate from Planning Phase to those of Programming, Budgeting and Execution Phases. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the actual cases of the delay in naval acquisition at all phases of the Defense Planning Management System. Based on the investigation, we tried to identify the naval ship Acquisition Delay Factors and find out the Weights of those factors. As the next step, we calculated the Influence Measures on the naval missions, including the Cost of Naval Capability Gap derived from the delays in acquisition of naval ships. As a final step, we calculated the Acquisition Delay Measures based on the interrelationship between the Acquisition Delay Factors and the Influence Measures. Then we evaluated and analyzed what the results stand for. Finally, we made suggestions for future improvement. The improvement suggestions we made for preventing delay in acquisition of naval ships in this study are as follows. First, we need a shift in perception. It is necessary to measure the Acquisition Delay Factors in acquiring naval ships and manage them from the Planning Phase. Second, resolution must be concerted efforts. All relevant agencies, not just a few, should work together to resolve the problems of acquisition delay. Third, analysis must be based on the accumulation of data. This allows the elaborating of naval ship Acquisition Delay Factors and Delay Measures. If this research method is applied to other military weapons systems in the future, we may be able to not just identify the Acquisition Delay Factors in acquisition of other military weapons systems, but also pursue improvement in those cases.

  • In the gamma-ray energy spectrum study, nuclide analysis through energy analysis is very important. High-purity Ge detectors, which are commonly used for gamma-ray energy measurements, are commonly used because of their high energy resolution and relatively high detection efficiency. However, in order to maintain a high energy resolution, the semiconductor detector has a problem in that it is difficult to maintain the original performance if the noise generated from the surrounding environment is not effectively blocked, and the effect of the expensive device is not achieved. Therefore, in this study, ground loop isolator (NEXT-001HDGL) was used to remove the electrical noise generated from the detector. In order to test the effect of improving energy resolution, HPGe detection device newly installed in the proton accelerator KOMAC was used. In the case of gamma-ray energy 2614 keV, the energy resolution was improved from (0.16 ± 0.02) % to (0.11 ± 0.01) %, and in the case of gamma-ray energy 662 keV of 137Cs isotope, the energy resolution was improved from (0.72 ± 0.07) % to (0.27 ± 0.03) %. This result is considered to be very useful for the gamma ray spectrum study using the HPGe detection equipment of KOMAC(Korea Multi-Purpose Accelerator Complex).

  • Recently, environmental issues have become serious, and Jeju Island is promoting a pilot project of a smart collection system(waste weight-based collection system) at clean houses in Yongdam 1-dong. However, the new system faced an opposition from elderly residents who were not accustomed to using machines or smart devices. In order to solve this problem, it was intended to suggest policies related to this by conducting environmental education and identifying problems with the effect of environmental education awareness through data analysis method. The results showed positive answers in most of the satisfaction and achievement evaluations, but it is also true that most of the residents need to be educated and more information should be given. In order to vitalize education, it is important to increase the number of instructors and support them to increase their expertise. It is also important to take a practical process that strengthens public relations, shares information, and links with the local community to increase the actual participation of local residents. In addition, it is critical to secure a budget from local governments to maintain education and public awareness, and it will be helpful to link with talent donation projects in the region.

  • As the utilization of the underground space is activated, deep excavation of ground has been conducted for the installation of underground structures, the earth retaining wall has widely used to minimize deformation of the excavated ground. In particular, as deep excavation is actively progressing in an urban area where structures are concentrated, methods to minimize the deformation of wall have been devised to prevent damage to the structure adjacent to the wall, and one of these methods is the pre-loading method. This method is a method of suppressing the deformation of wall by actively applying a load on the strut to be installed in wall, and research on this method has been conducted recently. However, although related studies have been actively conducted, the management standard for the pre-loading of bracing has not been clearly presented until now. In addition, since the working force in the strut may increase depending on the depth of excavation or the soil condition of the backfill, the magnitude of the pre-loading that can be applied to the brace may decrease. Nevertheless, the magnitude of the pre-loading (more than 50% of the working load) proposed by the previous research results has been uniformly applied to the strut. In this study, 3D finite element analysis was performed to evaluate the application range of the pre-loading of H-beam strut according to the soil conditions of backfill. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a very high possibility that a problem may occur in the stability of the structure of strut due to the earth pressure and the pre-loading when the soil condition is weak and deep excavation proceeds. And it was found that the application range of the pre-loading was 5%~70% of the working load in strut.

  • Selection or generation of appropriate input ground motion is very important in performing a dynamic analysis. In Korea, it is a common practice to use recorded strong ground motions or artificial motions. The recorded motions show non-stationary characteristics, which is a distinct property of all earthquake motions, but have the problem of not matching the design response spectrum. The artificial motions match the design spectrum, but show stationary characteristics. This study generated ground motions that preserve the non-stationary characteristics of a real earthquake motion, but also matches the design spectrum. In the process, an impulse function-based algorithm that adjusts a given time series in time domain such that it matches the target response spectrum is used. Application of the algorithm showed that it can successfully adjust any recorded motions to match the target spectrum and also preserve the non-stationary characteristics. The modified motions are used to perform a series of nonlinear site response analyses. It is shown that the results using the adjusted motions result in more reliable estimates of ground vibration. It is thus recommended that the newly adjusted motions be used in practice instead of original recorded motions.

  • The concrete deck slab at the continuous span support of the steel box girder bridge is a structure that is combined with the upper flange. It is a structure that can cause tension cracks in the deck slab at the support causing problems such as durability degradation in long span bridges. This is because the tensile stress in the longitudinal direction of the slab exceeds the design tensile strength due to the effects of dead load and live load when applying a long span. Accordingly, it is necessary to control tensile cracking by adding a reinforcing bar in the axial direction to the slab at the support and to introduce additional compressive stress. To solve this problem, a structural system of a steel box girder bridge was proposed that introduces compressive stress as PS steel wire tension in the tensile stress section of the upper slab in the continuous support. The resulting structural performance was compared and verified through the finite element analysis and the steel wire tension test of the actual specimen. By introducing compressive stress that can control the tensile stress and cracking of the slab generated in the negative moment through the tension of the PS steel wire, it is possible to improve structural safety and strengthen durability compared to the existing steel box girder bridge.
