Presentation is the form of communication to draw out audience's behaviors in a limited time. The importance of presentation is emphasized over time. So speaker uses various remote toola. Therefor, in this paper, the remote control system for presentation using mobile network was proposed. The existing remote control applications has error on network connection, and are difficult to use without description for use. This system was designed and implemented to compensate the defect of the existing system. The system we have will connect PC and smartphones through socket to communication with TCP, which is connection-oriented transport service. It is made for users to select the files from the list of sent files and operate the process of presentation.

A computer presentation system by using hand-motion identification rules is proposed. To identify hand motions of a presenter, a face region is extracted first using haar classifier. A motion status(patterns) and position of hands is discriminated using the center of gravities of user's face and hand after segmenting the hand area on the YCbCr color model. User's hand is applied to the motion detection rules and then presentation control command is then executed. The proposed system utilizes the motion identification rules without the use of additional equipment and it is then capable of controlling the presentation and does not depend on the complexity of the background. The proposed algorithm confirmed the stable control operation via the presentation of the experiment in the dark illumination range of indoor atmosphere (lx) 15-20-30.

ICC(International Chamber of Commerce) developed new rule on the presentation of electronic record in L/C transactions. This rule named as the e-UCP. The gists of this article are on the application of e-UCP in practice and it's some problems. The e-UCP is the supplement of current exisiting UCP but is superior to UCP under some circumstances. The e-UCP is only apply to the presentation of electronic record regardless of type of L/C(for example, traditional paper L/C or electronic L/C). The presentation of electronic record has some problems which has not seen in the presentation of paper document. These peblems are Time, Place of presentation, and format of electronic record and so on. The e-UCP provided on the basis of these problems. However, the e-UCP has some obscure provisions on the examination of electronic record and the corruption of electronic record. Who is responsible for the corruption of electronic record by the virus on the system of bank ? The current e-UCP is not clear on this matter. We have to note followings in case of presenting the documents electronically and applying the e-UCP. First, Beneficiary has additional duty to notice of completion of presentation. Second, It will be increasing the clean NEGO through prompt feedback of the descrepancy at the presenting time. Third, It is no use of L/G(Letter of Guarantee).

In this paper, we propose a Windows-based presentation system using laser pointer mouse. Major-characteristics of this system is to synchronize the laser pointing position with the PC cursor such that the laser can function as not only pointer, but also a PC mouse. It is shown that we use a special pattern to coincide the coordinate of the camera capture image with that of the pc window. We finally show its feasibility by some experiments with the implemented system.

The paper describes the design and implementation of Auto-Presentation Feature, Hanuri/C, as Client/Server tool. Hanuri/C provides editing functions for the sequence, period, type, and repeating number of auto-presentation. With the pre-fixed sequences users can get automated presentations through Hanuri/C. The proposed auto-presentation function provides an ability to automatically present the data in the database system without user intervention.

As oral trial principle and civil participation in criminal trials spread, the environment of Korean courtroom is in need of a systematic introduction of trial presentation which can supplement with the oral trial presentation's weakness. Therefore this study analyzes the definition, types, and effectiveness of trial presentation, considering characters of the Korean court's environment. As for following research step, the most widely used trial presentation softwares in the USA and Korea are analyzed and compared in consideration of the particularity of the trial presentation. Based on this analysis, this study suggested elements to be included in the presentation software optimized for Korean court's environment as follows: 1. Ease of the insertion of various forms and media, 2. Appropriate limitation of the spectrum for graphic style, 3. Ease of use of graphics tools, 4. System functions. Such a suggestion was proposed not only to enhance the clarity, accuracy, effectiveness in developing insistence and delivery of content, but also promote aesthetic quality and consistency of presentation's visual communication aspect.

In multimedia database system, it is very important issue how to query multimedia data and present the result of query. Also, in order to reuse the query result in other applications, multimedia database system must be considered to provide the query result which is more generalized form. In this paper, I propose a presentation model for presenting query result in multimedia database system and MMSQL based on the developed model for processing multimedia database query. This paper includes the design and implementation of MMSQL query processor. MMSQL query processor provides the presentation of query result which is SMIL (Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) document. Therefore, MMSQL query result in this paper can be use to variant multimedia applications.

It is important to consider not only audio/video but presentation way, in video conferencing, seminar, lecture based network communication. The method to transmit image of a chalkboard used in traditional seminar, conference, lecture are one of difficulties for remote environment since it requires techniques high-resolution transmission and talking films. In this paper we implemented real-time multimedia shared board system for shared effective multimedia presentation using connection-oriented socket of TCP. In this system, decreasing cost of related system construction, improve of data reliableness and interaction, presentation delay time be able to minimize.

In this paper, an efficient system for finding answers to a given path algebra expression in a directed acylic graph is discussed more particulary, in a multimedia presentration graph. Path algebra expressions are formulated using revised versions of operators next and until of temporal logic, and the connected operator. To evaluate queries with path algebra expressions, the node code system is proposed. In the node code system, the nodes of a presentation graph are assigned binary codes (node codes) that are used to represent nodes and paths in a presentation graph. Using node codes makes it easy to find parent-child predecessor-sucessor relationships between nodes. A pair of node codes for connected nodes uniquely identifies a path, and allows efficient set-at-a-time evaluations of path algebra expressions. In this paper, the node code representation of nodes and paths in multimedia presentation graphs are provided. The efficient algorithms for the evaluation of queries with path algebra expressions are also provided.

This paper presents an enhanced web-based distributed system with Single Access Object Protocol(SOAP), which uses HTTP as a communication protocol and XML as a data presentation. The suggested system is applied into a Generic Equipment Model (GEM) for exchanging specified messages(SECS-II), which are encoded into XML presentation, between Equipment and Host via the web sorrel. In this paper, the designed system architecture and its soap components are presented.
