The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning made law for Pre-Hazard Risk Analysis in December 31, 2014 to protect researchers from continuing accidents in laboratory. Conducted before an experiment, Pre-Hazard Risk Analysis finds hazards of the experiment and rules to manage the hazards.So the Pre-Hazard Risk Analysis can support laboratory safety system by prevent accidents in laboratory. Pre-Hazards Risk Analysis is newly created system so that executors need Guidelines to perform this analysis properly. This study is to develop guide tool for Pre-Hazard Risk Analysis by analyzing other risk assessment systems; PSM, Off-site Consequence Assessment, laboratory safety system. Also, this study suggested how to establish database for Pre-Hazard Risk Assessment by analyse KRAS.

건설프로젝트 참여자들이 전체공기에 영향을 미치는 공정리스크 관리에 대한 중요성을 공감하고 있지만 그에 대한 관리 절차 및 도구 등이 체계화되어있지 않아 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 발생한 리스크에 대한 대응방안 및 관리방법에 대한 연구는 비교적 활발히 추진되었지만 시공단계의 리스크를 착공 전 단계에 파악하고자 하는 노력은 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설프로젝트 전체공기에 중요한 영향을 미치는 착공 전 단계에서의 공정 리스크 관리업무를 지원하기 위하여 공사프로세스 중심의 리스크 분류체계와 전산시스템 구축을 위해 요구되는 코드체계 및 공정리스크에 대한 사전대비를 위한 공정리스크 검토양식을 개발하고, 이에 대한 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The aims of this study are to determine if the perceived risk of e-commerce affect the Internet shopping mall users' decision to pre-purchase an item via e-commerce, to find out if there are differences among the induced perceived risk according to gender, and to verify if the perceived risk according to gender have a correlation to a person's decision to pre-purchase an item via e-commerce. It can thus be concluded that the pre-perceived risk of e-commerce affect the Internet shopping mall users' purchase intention. Different results were obtained, though, according to gender. Moreover, the perceived risk of e-commerce based on gender and the purchase intention of the Internet shopping mall users were shown not to have a correlation. This means that although slightly different study results were presented, e-commerce purchasers can use these results to recognize the risk of e-commerce.

국내 건설현장에서 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 Risk 사전관리가 중요한 요인이다. 사전 Risk를 관리하는 수단으로 공사 착공 초기 작성되는 종합시공계획서가 대표적이다. 그러나 여러 가지 요인으로 인해 종합시공계획서가 내용면에서 형식적으로 작성되어 수준이 낮고 Risk를 제어하기 늦은 시점에 작성됨으로 해서 Risk 사전관리 차원의 종합시공계획서의 역할을 제대로 수행하지 못하고 있다. 이는 국내 건설현장의 고질적인 문제로 기존과 다른 획기적 방법으로 해결해야 가능하다고 판단된다. 이에 6시그마를 도입하여 경영혁신의 도구로 활용하고 있는 S사의 데이터를 활용하여 이 문제를 6시그마과제로 수행함으로써 Risk 사전관리 차원에서의 종합시공계획서를 활용 가능토록 문서의 수준을 높이고 작성기간을 단축할 수 있는 개선방안에 대해 알아보고, 이를 실제 현장에 적용한 Pilot Test 결과를 확인함으로써 종합시공계획서의 실효성을 높이고 나아가 6시그마의 건설현장 적용성에 대한 가능성을 가늠하는 기회를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop risk assessment techniques and institutional analysis of domestic and international, the management techniques that can efficiently manage the harmful factor of the laboratory and to present the institutional measures that can be efficiently implemented. Due to a variety of adverse factors of laboratory, accidents of laboratory of various forms have occurred, but there is no risk assessment system in order to manage this effectively. So, we investigated this domestic existing risk assessment methods and the outside of the risk assessment system, and also analyzed accidents of domestic laboratory that occurred in 2014. In addition, we targeted the 24 laboratories in 21 universities to investigate the management of harmful factors of the laboratory and performed applying test for 12 domestic laboratories. Existing risk evaluation system, such as PMS, SMS, off-site impact assessment, since the industrial site is the subject, is a difficult problem to be directly applied to the laboratory of the research institute. So, we implemented management status and harmful factors survey and classified the research and development activities based on this data. Finally we developed "pre-hazards risk analysis method" to create each of the safety management measures. In addition, research activities personnel conducted voluntarily risk assessment, which is shared by institutions and government. It is presented the institutional system for safety management of laboratory. Its result, pre-hazards risk analysis method and institutionalization scheme will be able to achieve laboratory accident prevention system.

국내 건설시장 개방과 건설경기 침체에 따른 과당경쟁, 급속한 정보기술의 발달과 시시각각 변화하는 동태적인 사회 환경 등이 건설 환경을 급속하게 변화시키고 있으며, 이에 따라 건설사업에서의 리스크 또한 현저하게 증가하고 있다. 또한, 이러한 리스크를 다루는 리스크 관리가 사업의 성패와 부가가치 결정에 커다란 영향을 주고 있어 건설사업에서의 리스크 관리가 철실히 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 국내개발사업 사전기획단계에서의 제한된 정보를 이용하여 효과적으로 리스크를 관리 할 수 있도록 주요 리스크 인자 식별 및 분류를 통해 통계적 기법으로 중요도를 분석하고, 기획단계별 주요 리스크 인자를 분류하여 기존의 경험에 의존한 직관적이고 주관적인 리스크 관리를 보다 객관적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 기초를 마련하였다.

An existing risk diagnosing methodology (RDM) diagnoses corporate risk for product-innovation projects. However, it cannot evaluate and compare the risk levels of multiple alternatives in the product development stage. This paper proposes a modified risk diagnosis method to fill the gap of risk evaluation in selections of innovative product alternatives and the application of the method will be also illustrated by a case problem on alternative selections in electrical dimmer designs. With RDM as the foundation, a modified RDM (MRDM) is proposed to deal with the problem of selecting innovative project alternatives during the early stages of product development. The Bayesian network; a probabilistic graphical model, is adopted to support the risk pre-assessment stage in the MRDM. The MRDM is proposed by incorporating the risk pre-assessment stage into the foundation. By evaluating the engineering design risks in two electrical dimmer switches, an application of the MRDM in product innovation development is successfully exemplified. This paper strengthens the existing methodology for RDM in innovative product development projects to accommodate innovative alternatives. It is advantageous for companies to identify and measure the risks associated in product development so as to plan for appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

The construction industry remains serious accidents, injuries, and fatalities due to it's unique, dynamic, and temporary nature. On workplace sites, Safety pre-task planning is one of the efforts to minimize injuries and help construction personnel to identify potential hazards. However, the working conditions are complicated. Many activities, including tasks or job steps, are executing at the same time and place. It may lead to an increase in the risks from simultaneous tasks. This paper contributes to addressing this issue by introducing a safety risk interaction analyzing framework. To accomplish this objective, accident reports of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigated. The pairs of task incompatibility, which have time-space conflicts and lead to incidents, are found. Ontology technology is applied to build the risk database, in which the information is acquired, structuralized. The proposed system is expected to improve pre-task planning efficiency and relieve the burdens encountered by safety managers. A user scenario is also discussed to demonstrate how the ontology supports pre-task planning in practice.

Constructions sites are affected by Diversity workplace, complexity of construction, Change of place, Mobility of workers and so on. In a single establishment, Prime contractors and subcontractors have to conduct their work at the same time. There are a lot of unpredictable risks when the construction is running, coordination between contractors is very important to do a risk assessment under the condition. Large Construction companies were investigated by previous studies. Survey research is applied to the risk assessment. In the writing, Risk assessment of the entire lower level. Because of the low level of risk factors to find. Also, There was a limit to investigate accidents. Confirmed that Effort to derive a risk factors were desperately of the risk assessment. Results were obtained through previous studies. The PCM is several experts should be joined. Experts Site Manager, Supervisor, Safety Manager, Director Contractor, Work team leader is required to participate. Construction plans, Process Planning to the risk find beforehand. And Determines how the operations and the control. Also, Made it into the database. and PCRA can be used in the risk assessment was developed.

최근 국내에서 대두되고 있는 도시재생 개발사업은 신도시 및 기존 시가지를 중심으로 공공기관의 주도하에 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 개발사업들은 사전 평가 단계에서의 위험요인 관리가 사업의 성공과 부가가치 창출에 중요한 요인임에도 불구하고 안전관리 수준에서 머물고 있다. 이는 위험요인들을 분석할 수 있는 다양한 위험 분석 기법들에 대한 부정확한 이해 및 그 중요도를 파악하지 못하고 있으며, 단계별 적절한 분석 기법의 적용이 미흡하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개발 사업에 대한 전반적인 이해와 개발 사업 사전평가 단계에서의 구성 및 정의, 사전평가 단계에서 적용될 수 있는 위험분석기법들에 대한 정의 및 분석을 통해 사전평가 단계에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 위험요인들을 보다 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 위험분석기법들을 마련하고자 한다.
