The purpose of this study was to investigate the The effect of fashion consumer's need for uniqueness in their clothing purchase behavior and switching intention. A total of 332 cases were included as the subjects of this study and a survey method was used. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The results were as follows. 1. The 3 dimensions (creative choice, unpopular choice, and avoidance of similarity) were extracted from the consumer's need for uniqueness and consumer divided high uniqueness group, middle uniqueness group, low uniqueness group. 2. The 3 factor (esthetic, functional, practical) were extracted from the clothing selection criteria. The three group had a significant difference in clothing selection and switching intention. Aesthetic factor and practical factor were the highest in high uniqueness group. 3. The need for uniqueness has influence on the aesthetic factor and practical factor. The creative choice factor had positive effect on the aesthetic and practical factor, yet unpopular choice factor had negative effect on the practical factor. The need for uniqueness and aesthetic factor has positive influence on brand switching intentions. 4. There was difference in unpopular choices factor by gender. A monthly average expenditure on fashion products had a significant difference in three kind of need for uniqueness. Results of this study provide a basis understand need for uniqueness and their effect on consumer behavior.
This study examined the association among practical teaching competence (PTC) and teaching efficacy (TE), and explored the mediation effects of theoretical teaching competence (TTC) between the PTC and TE of Practical Arts (Technology and Home Economics Education) teachers. Data were collected from the 301 survey responses completed by elementary, middle, and high school teachers. All teachers showed high levels of PTC, TTC, and TE. Elementary school teachers perceived higher PTC than middle and high school teachers. PTC, TTC, TE showed significant effect in regards to teacher's age and teaching career. Using multiple regression analysis, this study found that TTC fully mediated PTC and TE of elementary school teachers. For middle and high school teachers, there was a partial mediation effect of TTC in the relationship between PTC and TE. This study suggests that teacher education programs should develop a program that can enhance teaching efficacy by cultivating TTC and support teachers who want to strengthen competence, and more practical opportunities to practice teaching.

The objectives of this study were to measure the effect of Practical Reasoning Instruction in Home Economics : specifically. its effect on developing of critical thinking as well as to evaluate the degree of the critical thinking process. with reference to its sub-factors and the level. The research subjects were consisted of the experimental group of 119 freshman class female students from the “A” High School and the comparative group of 110 freshman class female student from the “C” High School in the city of Chung-Ju. This research was conducted under the pre-post test control group design. administering the Pre-Post testing to both the experimental and the comparative groups. The experimental group was subjected to Practical Reasoning Instruction in Home Economics : whereas the comparative group was taught under the lecture-Instruction in Home Economics The research findings are as follows: 1. Those who studied Home Economics under the Practical reasoning method scored higher on the critical thinking Process than the comparative group students who were taught Home Economics in the lecture-style approach. 2. The experimental group of students. who studied Home Economics under the Practical reasoning method. scored higher than the comparative group in their ability to perceive assumption and to render Judgment among the five sub-factors of their critical thinking processes.
This study is conducted to examine the relationship between salespeople's job consciousness, their competencies of practical business and their turnover intention in department stores. The data was collected from 1961 department stores salespeople in Seoul and Sungnam. And a survey was conducted by questionnaire. Mean, Scheffe-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Perason's correlation, factor analysis, regression analysis, path analysis are used for the analysis of data. Major findings are as follows : 1) Job consciousness of salespeople is relatively strong, the level of competencies of practical business and turnover intention are somewhat low. 2) Job consciousness of salespeople and their competencies of practical business are related to their turnover intention. The more strongly they have job consciousness, the more highly they have the level of competencies of practical business, and the lower their turnover intention becomes. 3) Among related variables, their perception of distributive education shows the strongest effect on job consciousness of salespeople. Their job consciousness shows the strongest effect on competencies of practical business. Their job consciousness and competencies of practical business show the strongest effect on turnover intention of salespeople. 4) Turnover intention of salespeople is affected by the job consciousness directly or indirectly, and by competencies of practical business directly. Among related variable, age, experience degree on distribution education, period of work, educational level, marital status, jobs, the motive of choosing their occupation and sex show only indirect effects on their turnover intention through job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople. The motive of choosing their occupation, importance degree on distributive education, sections of department stores(Clothing), perception degree on job specialization and selling experience show only direct and indirect effects on their turnover intention. Thus, job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople are the major intervening variables which have strong negative effects on their turnover intention.

The appearance of education is also rapidly changing in social changes represented by social networks. And the development of information and communication technology is also having a widespread effect on the education field. In the era of untact caused by Covid-19, education through smart learning is having a greater effect on students as well as adult learners more quickly and broadly. In addition, smart learning is not just limited to learning content, but is developing into personalized, convergence, and intelligent. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of ARCS motivation theory that can determine the learning motivation of smart learning users, and to empirically study the casual relationship between these factors on education achievement through practical value and hedonic value. Specifically, I would like to examine how the independent variables ARCS motivation factors (attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction) affect learners' education achievement through the parameters of practical value and hedonic value. To this end, a research model was presented that applied the main variables of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction, which are four elements of ARCS motivation theory, a specific and systematic motivational strategy to induce and maintain learners' motivation. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was carried out on learners with experience using smart learning. As a result of the study, first attention was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Second, relevance was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Third, it was found that confidence did not have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Forth, satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Fifth, practical value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Sixth, hedonic value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Through this, it can be seen that the intrinsic motivation of learners using smart learning affects the education achievement of users through intrinsic and extrinsic value. A variety of smart learning that combines advanced IT technologies such as AI and big data can contribute to improving learners' education achievement more effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, it can contribute a lot to social development.

Recently, the necessity and importance of entrepreneurship education in universities in terms of nurturing creative talents and career paths have been emphasized. This study attempted to examine the mechanism of how the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education affects career maturity by dividing it into theoretical education and practical entrepreneurship education with problem-solving competency rather than a single dimension. This study performed an empirical analysis using Smart PLS for 153 college students. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that theoretical and practical entrepreneurship education had a significant positive (+) effect on problem-solving ability. Second, theoretical entrepreneurship education had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. but practical entrepreneurship education did not have a direct significant effect on career maturity. Third, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Finally, the mediating effect analysis revealed that problem-solving ability had mediating effects on both entrepreneurship education and career maturity of college students. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it presents the effectiveness and direction of entrepreneurship education both in theory and practice at a time when it is urgent to foster inspiring and creative talent in universities to meet the demands of the times. In particular, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship education conducted at universities is required to upgrade the curriculum, content, methodology, and subject design of practical entrepreneurship education, and there is an urgent need for improvement so that the effect of practical entrepreneurship education can have a significant effect on career maturity.

The purpose of this study was to develop the STEAM program based on the 'home life' area of the practical arts Education for elementary school students, futhermore this study evaluated changes of elementary school students' attitudes toward practical arts and learning flow. The STEAM program was consisted of 7 teaching-learning plan for teachers and worksheets for students. Twenty-one students at 5th grade of the elementary school were voluntary enrolled in this study. Before and after learning, their attitudes toward practical arts and learning flow were investigated. Based on the findings of the study, major conclusions were reached as follows: First, the STEAM program based on the 'home life' area of the practical arts education was developed and useful for elementary school teachers. Second, the STEAM program has an effect on students' attitudes toward practical arts, Third, the STEAM program has an effect on students' learning flow.

This study is tried to confirm the effect of practical education environment and practical stress perceived by nursing college students who have experienced clinical practice on department adaptation. The subjects of the study were 154 nursing students who experienced clinical practice at nursing universities in Area C. As a result of the study, there was a positive correlation between the practical education environment perceived by nursing students and department adaptation (r=.43, p=.001), a negative correlation between practical stress and department adaptation (r=-.15, p=.012). The practical education environment and practical stress were identified as factors influencing nursing students' adaptation to the department. Therefore, in order to positively improve the practical education environment, it is necessary to continuously train related factors that can help adapt to field practice and prepare measures to improve the practical education environment through close cooperation with practice institutions.

This study examined the effects of social capital on psychological identity and practical wellbeing for the Korean baby boom generation. To achieve this, an empirical survey was carried out on baby boomers who use elderly welfare centers and cultural centers living in D City. The overall research results showed that trust (t=6.893, p<.05), participation (t=5.157, p<.05), network (t=8.093, p<.05), and norm and reciprocity (t=4.787, p<.05), as sub-factors of social capital for baby boomers, had a significant effect on their practical wellbeing. Psychological identity was moderated (t=2.023, p<.05) in the effect of trust on practical wellbeing, adopting the hypothesis. This means that the social ties and the strong trust relationship between family members and relatives, which built up amid rapid economic growth, work with positive expectations of social capital and have a major effect on practical wellbeing. Moreover, practical welling also rated high, along with the high trust relationship and psychological identity. Consequently, various exchange programs and group and volunteer activity programs for baby boomers should be established to decrease their psychological identity due to the loss of social roles. Moreover, the decline of activities at a time of retirement can slow practical wellbeing.
This study examined the effect of home informatization on housewives' home management ability. The questionnaires of 338 housewives who have at least one child were analyzed. LISREL 8.5 version program was used to examine the obtained data. As a result, degree of practical usage of information had positive effect on the home management ability directly. Internet use and information communicative machine usage also had affected the home management ability indirectly.
