Recently, the cooperation between railway operators has been increased to maximize the efficiency of Asian railway network and international tourists, especially tourists to Asian region grow rapidly. But the cooperation in the rail tourism and leisure field has not yet been promoted. Therefore, this study suggests the development strategy of Asian Rail Pass like Eurail and InetRail Pass. It discusses mainly three Northeast Asian countries, Korea, China and Japan, which are very important area as the third world trade market and high rate of personal exchange. A joint research has to be conducted to feel out the practicability and profitability for the development of Asian Rail Pass. This study will publicize the necessity of Rail Pass in Asia.

Purpose - This study focuses on an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the behaviors of consumers who are extremely attached to branded products, and who commit themselves to renting them. Research design, data, methodology - The survey was conducted on college students enrolled in marketing classes. In total, 240 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 226 were returned. Questionnaires, excluding those that were void, were used for empirical analysis. We confirmed that the research model is sound by using a covariance structural analysis, and estimated its parameters. To estimate these parameters, a maximum likelihood method was used. Results - This study confirms that prominence and self-expressiveness positively affect brand attachment. Further, positive beliefs about, and the practicality of renting branded goods, influence attitudes toward their rental. In addition, commitment to renting branded goods is positively affected by attachment to the brand and attitude towards goods rental. Conclusions - Marketers should manage positive beliefs in and the practicability of renting branded goods, as well as the self-expressiveness and prominence of such products.

This paper introduces multichannel blind source separation (BSS) and multichannel blind deconvolution (MBD) based on higher order statistics of signals from convolutive mixtures. In particular, we are concerned with the case that the number of inputs is the same as the number of outputs. Simulations for two input two output cases are carried out and their performances are assessed. One of the major applications of those sequential algorithms (BSS and MBD) is demonstrated through the fault signal detection from only a single measurement of rotating machine, which offers a certain degree of practicability in the engineering field such as machine health monitoring or condition monitoring.

우리 사회가 점차 지식기반 정보사회로 변화해 감에 따라 수 많은 지식이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 많은 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리와 활용을 위해 정보시스템들이 구축되어 활용되고 있다. 그러나 체계적인 관리체계의 미흡으로 인하여 각 시스템별로 다양한 코드체계를 사용하고 있다. 이러한 상이한 코드체계는 각 시스템간의 정보공유 및 활용의 효율성을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육정보 자원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 표준데이터 코드관리시스템을 설계하여 교육정보 자원의 효율적 관리방안을 모색하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to present a rational method for analyzing, designing, or evaluating the spread mooring systems used with floating drilling units. This paper presents a validated model to calculate the catenary static configuration. A semi-resolution approach is presented in this paper that is capable of predicting the static performance of a caisson mooring system. The solution is derived as a function of only three parameters, which can be solved numerically by implementing different kinds of boundary conditions. The efficiency and accuracy of the method permit quick parametric studies for the optimal selection of the system particle, which is undoubtedly useful for a preliminary design. A number of numerical examples demonstrate the validity of the adopted approach. The paper contains a complete description of the test cases and reports the results in such a way that it can provide a "benchmark" test for users and programmers of computer codes for flexible riser analysis.

This paper treats the optimization analysis of tactical ship scheduling problems in the world seaborne bulk trade. The authors use the term 'tactial' to describe the ship scheduling problem where the owners should employ skillful tactics as an expedient toward gaining the higher profits per period in short term. Relevent research and related problems on ship scheduling problems are reviewed briefly and a model for the tactical ship scheduling problem formulated as Set Problem is introduced by modifying the previous work of Fisher(1989). The reality and practicability of the model is validated by some ship-ping statistics. Proper solution approaches are outlined in the context of computational tractability in tackling the Mixed Integer Propramming. Some underlying consideration for the computational experiment is also mentioned. The authors conclude the paper with the remarks on the need of user-friendly Decision Support System for ship scheduling under varying decision environment.

Recently, the electromagnetic proportional valve has been widely used in order to control pressure and flow in such systems as NC machine and automatic facility. The linear electromagnetic solenoid used for proportional control valve ought to have hysteresis characteristic because of control the thrust force proportionably by input current. Therefore, in this study, we analysis the thrust force characteristics and established design for practical use, which allows Linear Pulse Motor(LPM) to be used as a driving system for electromagnetic proportional control valves.

This research was carried on an 8100cc turbo-charged heavy duty diesel in the application of a cooled-EGR. Exhaust and intake manifold were modified and an electronically controlled EGR was installed in order to investigate engine performance and exhausted emission characteristics. High pressure route was designed in the compact form on the purpose of practicability in this cooled-EGR system, which constitutes a venturi tube to maintain pressure difference between exhaust manifold and compressor, an EGR cooler, an EGR valve and a solenoid valve.

This study aimed at establishing the fundamental data needed to evaluate the applicability and practicability in using a bamboo activated carbon as a construction material. The experiment on the flow of mortars mixed with a bamboo activated carbon before the hardening was carried out for the evaluation of basic properties. The compressive and bending strength of mortar mixed with bamboo activated carbon after the hardening was measured. the thermal conduction rate and density were also measured. An comparative analysis on mortars mixed with pine charcoals was conducted to compare it with exiting materials.

본 논문은 타임 페트리 네트에서 천이에 제약과 확률 밀도 함수를 추가한 확장된 타임 페트리 네트를 제안하고, 이를 이용한 분산된 시스템의 분석 방법을 제시하였다. 도달 가능에 기반을 둔 분석 방법은 성능에 관한 네트들의 동작을 고려하여 효율성을 표시하고, 제안한 확장된 타임 페트리 네트 모델이 시스템의 명세화에 보다 정확도를 제공하므로써 작업에 얼마나 적합한가를 모의 실험 하는 것이다. 마지막으로, 분석된 시스템을 구별하고, 평가하기 위한 분석 기구 장치로써 타임 페트리 네트를 기반으로 하여 연구하는 것이다.
