The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in post-occupancy evaluation and to explore Improvement Directions. Also this study investigated historical development of domestic POE researches and current discussions to POE in architecture and interior design fields. The results were as follows. For the purpose of this study, 55 articles from 3 journals were selected and analyzed. 55 articles analyzing POE methodology and applying POE method were published from 1990 to 2010. In the 1990s, studies on introduction of POE method, potential and limitation were conducted. In the 2000s, the research theme showed the study for evaluation of apartment measuring the residents satisfaction. Gathering the opinions of designers and people in architecture field, they have recognized the need to perform POE, indeed it has been difficult to find POE researchers and utilized POE data. Nevertheless, some of them have performed POE of their building and got feedback from residents. In conclusion, to apply POE method and develop its potential, it is necessary to minimize the barriers. It should Therefore, be performed POE by stakeholders who are designers, builders and residents and POE data would be provided a variety of types. Furthermore, POE certification system should be designed at the government level and basically, POE courses must be included in the architectural curriculum.

The importance of evaluation in design activity has been increased. Specially, it is necessary to take into consideration of user's needs as design criteria nowadays. Through these evaluations, the comprehensive quality of architectural design could be substantially improved and play the part of recycling at least in cases of theme similar structures. By a viewpoint of library patrons, there have increased many problems In library environment because more library patrons use the reference room for their study since reform of university education was carried out In 1981. Therefore, after post occupancy evaluation and spatial-planning matters of architecture are taken into consideration in this study, the problems of the plan-composition on the existing structure is pointed out and introduced the concept of post occupancy evaluation to grope the solution. With the question about users's needs and the state of use in the K-University Library, this study aims to investigate the actual use circumstance of space and maintenance of facilities as well as giving the most relevant alternatives instead of already existing one. This also intends to propose the essential date to meet the users' sociopsychological needs and environment innovation when planning the university library.

One-year post-occupancy evaluation was performed for a newly built hospital. Total of 133 in-patients were asked to evaluate their satisfaction on a scale of 1-5, and the lowest score was reported on the categories of the following : rest area insufficiency (2.939), inconvenient in-house shop (3.052), and too small patient room (3.065). We suggest several modifications of hospital structure to improve patient satisfaction.

In this paper described is the basic concept of the Guideline for Post-earthquake Damage Assessment of RC buildings, revised in 2001, in Japan. This paper discusses the damage rating procedures based on the residual seismic capacity index R, the ratio of residual seismic capacity to the original capacity, that is consistent with the Japanese Standard for Seismic Evaluation of Existing RC Buildings, and their validity through calibration with observed damage due to the 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu (Kobe) earthquake. Good agreement between the residual seismic capacity ratio and damage levels was observed.

This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis to determine the impact of quality control managers' perception and implementation of KS certification factory inspection evaluation items on follow-up management. Through a multiple linear regression model, the influence of KS certification officer's awareness and implementation of KS certification factory inspection on post management was found to have a positive (+) influence on post management, with implementation having a greater influence on post management than awareness. It was having an impact. The independent variable (perception) has a statistically significant impact on the mediating variable (execution), and in the stage of verifying the mediating effect, the influence of the independent variable (perception) on the dependent variable (follow-up management) has a statistically significant impact. , In the stage where the independent variable (perception) and the mediator (implementation) are input simultaneously, both the independent variable and the mediator have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable, indicating that there is a mediation effect.

도시형생활주택은 1~2인 가구의 주거 안정을 목적으로 규정을 완화한 새로운 주거형태의 주택이다. 본 연구에서는 도시형생활주택의 거주 후 평가(POE;Post Occupancy Evaluation)를 비교 실시하고 결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점을 검토하였다. 연구대상지역은 서울의 강남, 강북의 4곳을 선정하여 총 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. POE분석 결과, 교통문제, 주차공간, 경제성이 문제점으로 나타났다. 강남지역과 강북지역의 차이점은 독립표본 t-test 분석 결과 입지특성, 건물상태, 시공상태, 주택규모, 유지관리, 경제성에서 강남지역이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 지역간 차이는 크지 않게 나타났다. 따라서 도시형생활주택은 지역적 차이는 별반 없으며 도시형생활주택 전체적으로는 공급면적의 상향조정, 주차공간의 확보를 위한 강제조항의 도입, 설계기술의 개선이 실시되어야 한다.

본 연구는 코로나 이전과 코로나 이후의 강의평가를 비교 분석하여, 코로나 이후 시대에 대학수업에서 고려해야 되는 사항은 무엇인지를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 소재 A대학의 4개년도 자료를 이용하였고, 코로나 이전은 2018년~2019년까지, 코로나 이후는 2020년~2021년까지 자료를 이용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 교양의 경우에는 "과제"가 코로나 이전과 이후와 상관없이 빈도 및 연결중심성(DC)이 가장 가장 높은 단어로 나타났으나, 전공에서는 "이해"가 가장 중요한 단어로 나타났다. 에코 네트워크의 분석결과, "동영상" 및 "비대면수업"의 경우에는 어렵다고 느끼고 있으며, 교수와 학생간의 "상호작용"이 중요하다고 생각하고 있었다. 결론적으로 코로나 이후의 교양 수업에서는 과제에 대한 비중을 낮추고, 학생과의 상호작용을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 전공의 경우에는 비대면 수업보다는 대면수업으로 운영하고, 동영상도 어렵지 않게 내용을 구성하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Centers for Child-care Foodservice Management (CCFSM)'s support on menu management in child-care centers and kindergartens by comparing two perspectives of pre-support vs. post-support and established vs. non-established. To evaluate dietary variety, we used methods that considered both Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) and Dietary Variety Score (DVS). For surveying pre-support and post-support state by CCFSM, we collected and analyzed menus of June and September, 2012, targeting 7 CCFSM supported institutions. Meanwhile, for surveying state in CCFSM established and non-established areas, we collected and analyzed menus of June, 2012, which were implemented in institutions in CCFSM established (181 places) and non-established (106 places) areas. The results of evaluation on the dietary support by CCFSM showed that post-supporting state by CCFSM (95.3%) was significantly higher than pre-supporting state (77.2%) (p < 0.001) and established areas (87.4%) were significantly higher than non-established ones (77.2%) (p < 0.05) on 'Meeting the DRI for infant'. Evaluation of dietary variety between pre- and post-support state by CCFSM showed that post-support state (total 77.3 point) was higher than pre-support state (total 76.4 point). Evaluation of dietary variety between established and non-established areas showed that established areas (total 81.1 point) were significantly higher than non-established ones (total 77.1 point) (p < 0.001). Therefore, it is considered that dietary support service conducted by CCFSM contributes to improve variety level of diet provided by child-care centers and kindergartens.

건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업 수행성과를 평가하고 차후 유사사업 추진 시 이를 활용하여 공공건설사업 효율화에 기여하기 위한 제도이다. 건설공사를 계획하는 과정과 공사완료 후의 공사비, 공사기간, 수요, 효과 등에 대한 예측치와 실제치를 종합적으로 분석, 평가하여 시행의 효율성을 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 방만한 사업추진을 방지하고, 유사 건설공사의 품질 및 효율성 향상을 위한 자료로 활용하고 있다. 하지만, 건설공사 사후평가 자료를 유사 건설사업에 참조 및 활용하기 위해서는 건설공사 사후평가 결과정보에 대한 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 발주청별로 실시하고 있는 건설공사 사후평가의 결과정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리하고, 활용할 수 있도록 국토교통부에서 고시한 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침을 기초로 하여 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 공공 건설사업의 수행 시 유사 건설사업의 수요 증감, B/C 비율 등 결과정보의 참조 활용을 통해 품질 향상 및 효율적인 사업 추진이 가능한 기반을 마련하였으며, 향후 사후평가 결과정보의 체계적인 관리를 통해 종합적인 분석 및 평가 등 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

The clinical and statistical evaluation on the patients of maxillofacial deformities who were operated by author were analyzed after several month or years or se. Pre and post operative cephalometric radiographs of 45 orthognathic surgery patients were compared. The post operative radiographs had been taken at least 9 month to several years. Measurements were made between constructed hard tissue and soft tissue points located on each before and after film tracing. The items studied and evaluated are as follows: 1) Classification and divid of patients 2) Operation technic adopted by operator. 3) Motives of patients for operation and their untowards. 4) Self satisfication of patients after operation. 5) Post operative changes of soft and hard tissue. 6) Side action during and after operation.
