  • Abstract. In this paper, we study a modified stochastic predator-prey system with general ratio-dependent functional response. We prove that the system has a unique positive solution for given positive initial value. Then we investigate the persistence and extinction of this stochastic system. At the end, we give some numerical simulations, which support our theoretical conclusions well.

  • In this paper, we investigate a discrete-time non-autonomous predator-prey system with the Beddington-DeAngelis functional response. By using the coincidence degree and the related continuation theorem as well as some priori estimates, easily verifiable sufficient criteria are established for the existence of positive periodic solutions.

  • This paper deals with a predator-prey model with Holling type III response function and cross-diffusion subject to the homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. We first give a priori estimates (positive upper and lower bounds) of positive steady states. Then the non-existence and existence results of non-constant positive steady states are given as the cross-diffusion coefficient is varied, which means that stationary patterns arise from cross-diffusion.

  • Psychological action is physiological response of outernal stimulus. Physiological response is accompanied b physiological signals which are EEG, EMG, GSR, ECG, BP, and tec. Physiological signals are recently studied for determination of human phychological state. Psychological activity causes electric potential of brain. Physiological signal is considered as measurement of human psychological state. Aditory sensibility which is one of the sense of human may determine differences between positive and negative feeling. EEG and GSR variation with auditory quality of stimulus can be define human negative and positive mental state. This study is to characterize parameters which can determine negative and positive psycholigical state of human.

  • Xiaohongshu is called China's Instagram and is leading overseas product purchases and culture sharing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between Xiaohongshu service quality, emotional response perceived by users, and adhesion to confirm the impact on Xiaohongshu's adhesion at a time when non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19 have increased. This study distributed and collected questionnaires from October 1st to October 7th, 2021, targeting 210 online shopping mall users. The research results were derived from a total of 206 questionnaires, excluding 4 questionnaires such as omission of record contents, and the causal relationship of the existing PAD model was attempted to be reported by revising and supplementing the existing PAD model. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that design among service quality had a positive effect only on ventilation during the user's emotional response. Second, it was confirmed that information among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure and ventilation among users' emotional responses. Third, it was found that security among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure among users' emotional responses. Finally, it was found that pleasure and ventilation had a positive effect on adhesion in the user's emotional response. Based on this result, it is expected that it will be used for operation on other online platforms than the plan for the development of Xiaohongshu.

  • The purpose of this paper is to review the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response) and occupational accidents/illness. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that physiological response has positive relationship with accidents and illness, and psychological response has positive relationship with accident. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job stress responses and occupational accidents/illness.

  • Objectives: The current study was performed to compare the bee venom pharmacopuncture skin test reactions among groups with different sexes and Sasang constitutions. Methods: Between July 2012 and June 2013, all 76 patients who underwent bee venom pharmacopuncture skin tests and Sasang constitution diagnoses at Oriental Medicine Hospital of Sangji University were included in this study. The skin test was performed on the patient's forearm intracutaneously with 0.05 ml of sweet bee venom (SBV) on their first visit. If the patients showed a positive response, the test was discontinued. On the other hand, if the patient showed a negative response, the test was performed on the opposite forearm intracutaneously with 0.05 ml of bee venom pharmacopuncture 25% on the next day or the next visit. Three groups were made to compare the differences in the bee venom pharmacopuncture skin tests according to sexual difference and Sasang constitution: group A showed a positive response to SBV, group B showed a positive response to bee venom pharmacopuncture 25%, and group C showed a negative response on all bee venom pharmacopuncture skin tests. Fisher's exact test was performed to evaluate the differences statistically. Results: The results of the bee venom pharmacopuncture skin tests showed no significant differences according to Sasang constitution (P = 0.300) or sexual difference (P = 0.163). Conclusion: No significant differences on the results of bee venom pharmacopuncture skin tests were observed according to two factors, Sasang constitution and the sexual difference.

  • The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) ss469415590 in the interferon lambda-4 (IFNL4) gene has recently been reported to have an association with treatment response in chronic hepatitis C. However, any importance of the SNP in association with response to pegylated interferon (PEG-IFN) therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is unclear. We retrospectively analyzed data for Thai patients with CHB treated with PEG-IFN for 48 weeks. Virological response (VR) for HBeAg-positive CHB was defined as HBeAg seroconversion plus HBV DNA level <2,000 IU/mL at 24 weeks post-treatment. VR for HBeAg-negative CHB was defined as an HBV DNA level <2,000 IU/mL at 48 weeks. The SNP was identified by real time PCR using the TaqMan genotyping assay with MGB probes. A total 254 patients (107 HBeAg-positive and 147 HBeAg-negative) were enrolled in the study. The distribution of TT/TT, ${\Delta}G/TT$ and ${\Delta}G/{\Delta}G$ genotypes was 221 (87.0%), 32 (12.6%) and 1 (0.4%), respectively. Patients with non-TT/TT genotypes had significantly higher baseline HBV DNA levels than patients with the TT/TT genotype. In HBeAg-positive CHB, 41.2% of patients with TT/TT genotype versus 50.0% with non-TT/TT genotype achieved VR (P=0.593). In HBeAg-negative CHB, the corresponding figures were 40.3% and 43.5%, respectively (P=0.777). There was no significant correlation between the SNP genotypes and HBsAg clearance in both groups of patients. In summary, ss469415590 genotypes were not associated with response to PEG-IFN in Thai patients with HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative CHB.
