경기남부지역 원유중의 설파제 잔류조사 (Determination of Sulfonamide Residues in Raw Milk from southern Kyeonggi Area)

  • Sulfonamides are widely used to treat mastitis of cattle in field. The study was carried out to analyze sulfonamid residues In raw milk from south Kyeonggi area. The milk sample was deproteinated with acetone and defatted with hexane. The residual sulfonamides were extracted with ethylacetate, concentrated under vaccum, reconstituted with the acetate buffer-methanol mixture, reacted with fluorescamine, and then analyzed by HPLC-fluorescence detector(EX. 39nm, Em. 495nm) with methanol : acetate buffer system(3/2, v /v) as a mobile phase. The results analyzed by Thin layer chromatography and High performance liquid chromatography were summarized as follows. 1. A total of 24 cases out of 478 raw milk samples(5.0%) collected during April and May showed positive reaction to sulfonamide residues. Among 24 positive reactors, 9 cases were positive to sulfanilamides(32.1%), 8 cases were positive to sulfathiazoles(28.6%) and 5 cases were positive to sulfamonomthoxines (7.9%) , respectively. 2. During July and August, 31 cases out of 464 raw milk samples(6.7%) showed positive re action to sulfonamide residues. Among them S cases were positive to sulfanilamides, 5 cases sulfathiazoles and 5 cases sulfamonomethoxines(16.1%), respectively.

A Wrist-Type Fall Detector with Statistical Classifier for the Elderly Care

  • Falls are one of the most concerned accidents for elderly people and often result in serious physical and psychological consequences. Many researchers have studied fall detection techniques in various domain, however none released to a commercial product satisfying user requirements. We present a systematic modeling and evaluating procedure for best classification performance and then do experiments for comparing the performance of six procedures to get a statistical classifier based wrist-type fall detector to prevent dangerous consequences from falls. Even though the wrist may be the most difficult measurement location on the body to discern a fall event, the proposed feature deduction process and fall classification procedures shows positive results by using data sets of fall and general activity as two classes.

  • With the rapid development of AI technology, ChatGPT and other AI content creation tools are becoming common, and users are becoming curious and adopting them. These tools, unlike search engines, generate results based on user prompts, which puts them at risk of inaccuracy or plagiarism. This allows unethical users to create inappropriate content and poses greater educational and corporate data security concerns. AI content detection is needed and AI-generated text needs to be identified to address misinformation and trust issues. Along with the positive use of AI tools, monitoring and regulation of their ethical use is essential. When detecting content created by AI with an AI content detection tool, it can be used efficiently by using the appropriate tool depending on the usage environment and purpose. In this paper, we collect data on AI content detection tools and compare and analyze the functions and characteristics of AI content detection tools to help meet these needs.

  • In this paper, Dual PFD(Phase Frequency Detector) with improved phase locking time is proposed. The proposed PFD consists of positive and negative edge triggered D flip-flop. In order to confirm the characteristics of proposed PFD, HSPICE simulations are performed using a 0.25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS process. As a result of simulations, the proposed PFD has a characteristic of fast phase locking time with dead zone free.

프라스마내의 마이크로파 특성 (The Characteristics of Microwaves in the Plasma Medium)

  • This paper shows the characteristics of microwaves in a plasma medium bounded by a waveguide. A standing wave detector which has VSWR less than 1.05 is designed and constructed. The electromagnetic waves which propagate through the plasma is reflected partly by the interaction between the external magnetic fields and plasma. The plasma is consisted of the electrons and positive ions ionized by high temperature of tungsten filament inserted in the waveguide. The transmitted power through the plasma was reduced by the amount of 1.5db from the reference.

  • 본 논문에서는 생명체의 면역계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 세포독성 T세포의 생성과정의 하나인 긍정선택(positive selection)과 부정 선택(negative selection)을 모델링하여 침입에 의한 데이터 변경과 바이러스에 의한 데이터 감염 등을 탐지할 때 가장 중요한 요소인 변경 검사 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 면역세포의 생성시 MHC 인식부를 형성해 주는 긍정 선택을 자기 인식 알고리즘으로 구현하여 컴퓨터에서 자기로 인식해야하는 파일이나 기능에 대해 MHC 인식부를 형성하고, 또한 항원 인식부를 형성하는 부정 선택을 이용해 변형 검지기(anomaly detector)를 구성한다. 따라서 제안한 알고리즘은 실제 면역세포와 마찬가지로 자신과 침입자 모두에 대한 인식기를 가지고 변경을 탐지하게 된다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 자기파일의 일부가 변경되었을 때와 블록이 변경되었을 때에 대하여 두 가지 방법을 이용한 변경 검사 알고리즘의 특성과 유효성을 밝힌다.

Design of DC-DC Boost Converter with RF Noise Immunity for OLED Displays

  • In this paper, we design a DC-DC boost converter with RF noise immunity to supply a stable positive output voltage for OLED displays. For RF noise immunity, an input voltage variation reduction circuit (IVVRC) is adopted to ensure display quality by reducing the undershoot and overshoot of output voltage. The boost converter for a positive voltage Vpos operates in the SPWM-PWM dual mode and has a dead-time controller using a dead-time detector, resulting in increased power efficiency. A chip was fabricated using a 0.18 um BCDMOS process. Measurement results show that power efficiency is 30% ~ 76% for load current range from 1 mA to 100 mA. The boost converter with the IVVRC has an overshoot of 6 mV and undershoot of 4 mV compared to a boost converter without that circuit with 18 mV and 20 mV, respectively.

고속 PLL을 위한 이중구조 PFD ((A Dual Type PFD for High Speed PLL))

  • 본 논문에서는 TSPC(True Single Phase Clocking) CMOS 회로를 이용하여 출력특성을 향상시킨 고속 PLL을 위한 이중구조 PFD(Phase Frequency Detector)를 제안한다. 넓은 dead zone과 긴 지연시간을 갖고 있는 기존의 3-state PFD는 고속 동작에 사용되는 PLL(Phase-Locked Loop)에서 사용하는 것은 부적합하다. 이러한 3-state PFD의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 다이내믹 CMOS 논리회로로 구현된 다이내믹 PFD는 duty cycle의 변화에 따라 지터 잡음을 발생하는 문제점을 갖는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 TSPC 회로와 이중구조를 갖도록 설계되어 제안된 PFD는 dead zone과 duty cycle의 제한조건을 개선하였고, 지터잡음과 응답특성을 개선하였다. 즉, 이중구조를 갖는 PFD는 상승에지에서 동작하는 P-PFD(Positive edge triggered PFD)와 하강에지에서 동작하는 N-PFD(Negative edge triggered PFD)로 구성하여 이득을 증가시켜 응답특성을 개선한다. 제한된 내용의 입증을 위하여 Hspice 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 제안된 PFD는 dead zone이 존재하지 않으며, duty cycle의 변화에도 안정된 결과를 나타내며 응답특성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Qualitative Analysis of the Major Constituents in Traditional Oriental Prescription Bang-poong-tong-sung-san by Liquid Chromatography/Ultraviolet Detector/Ion-Trap Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

  • An advanced and reliable high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)/ultraviolet detector (UV)/ion-trap time-of-flight (IT-TOF) mass spectrometry was developed for the simultaneous quantification of 19 marker compounds in Bang-poong-tong-sung-san (BPTS), a traditional oriental prescription. Various parameters affecting HPLC separation and IT-TOF detection were investigated, and optimized conditions were identified. The separation was achieved on a Capcell PAK C18 column ($1.5mm{\times}250mm$, $5{\mu}m$ particle size) using a gradient elution of acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% formic acid at a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min. The column temperature was maintained at $40^{\circ}C$ and the injection volume was $2{\mu}L$. IT-TOF system was equipped with an electrospray ion source (ESI) operating in positive or negative ion mode. The optimized electrospray ionization parameters were as follows: ion spray voltage, +4.5 kV (positive ion mode), or -3.5 kV (negative ion mode); drying gas ($N_2$), 1.5 L/min; heat block temperature, $200^{\circ}C$. Automatic $MS^n$ (n = 1~3) analyses were carried out to obtain structural information of analytes. Elemental compositions and their mass errors were calculated based on their accurate masses obtained from a formula predictor software. The marker compounds in BPTS were identified by comparisons between $MS^n$ spectra from standards and those from extracts. Moreover, the libraries of $MS^2$ and $MS^3$ spectra and accurate masses of parent and fragment ions for marker compounds were constructed. The developed method was successfully applied to the BPTS extracts and identified 17 out of 19 marker compounds in the BPTS extracts.

자동 기준전압 생성 피크 검출기를 이용한 13.56 MHz RFID 리더기용 송수신기 설계 (A Design of Transceiver for 13.56MHz RFID Reader using the Peak Detector with Automatic Reference Voltage Generator)

  • 본 논문에서는 13.56 MHz 반송주파수를 사용하며, ISO1443 A타입/B타입, 15693을 만족하는 RFID 리더기용 송수신기를 설계하였다. 수신기에서 자동적으로 비교전압을 생성하기 위해서 양과 음의 두 피크전압을 검출할 수 있는 음의 피크검출기와 양의 피크검출기와 수신된 신호의 세기에 따라 기준전압의 결정 레벨(decision level)을 가변 할 수 있는 데이터 슬라이서를 사용한 회로를 제안하였다. 송신기는 15693 표준 스펙을 만족시키기 위해서는 큰 출력스왕 및 전류가 필요하게 된다. 이런 이유로 고정된 부하에서도 전원 전압이상의 출력스윙이 가능하고,큰 전류를 흐릴 수 있는 코일부하를 사용하면서 세 가지 표준 모두 만족시킬 수 있었다. 또한 각 표준에 따라 출력전류는 5 mA~240 mA, 변조율은 100%, 30%~5%까지 조정 가능하도록 하였다. 13.56 MHz RFID 리더기는 CM0S $0.18\;{\mu}m$ 공정과 3.3V 단독전압을 사용하였다. 패드 제외한 칩 면적은 $1.5\;mm\;{\times}\;1.5mm$ 이다.
