In this note, we seek traveling wave solutions of a shallow water model in a one dimensional space by a simple but rigorous calculation. From the profile equation of traveling wave solutions, we need to investigate the phase portrait of a one dimensional ordinary differential equation $\tilde{u}^{\prime}=F(\tilde{u})$ connecting two end states of the traveling wave solution.

저차 동적계(특히 카오스계)에서 측정한 시계열의 잡음을 제거하기 위해서 SVD(Singular Value Decomposotion)을 이용한 새로운 간편하고 매우 효과적인 새로운 잡음 제거법이 소개되었다. 이 방법은 위상궤적(phase portraint)을 재구성하는데 중점을 두었으며, 궤적행렬(trajectory matrix)을 구성하는데 그 기본을 두었다. 이 궤적행렬에 SVD를 반복적으로 사용하여 신호와 잡음을 분리하였다. 이 방법은 Duffing계에서 측정한 잡음이 섞인 카오스 신호에 적용되었으며, 또한 실험에 의한 진폭변조된 신호에도 적용되었다.

Complicated dynamical behavior can occur in model reference adaptive control systems when two external sinusoidal signals are introduced although the plant and reference model are stable linear first older systems. The phase portrait plot and the power spectral analysis indicate chaotic behavior. In the system treated, a positive Lyapuniov exponent and non-integer dimension clearly manifest chaotic nature of the system.

SDI has been developing mobile 3D display for years. For mobile applications, we adapted parallax barrier method. We have developed auto stereoscopic swing 3D display in which people can 3D image in both portrait and landscape mode. Furthermore to increase 3D resolution, we have developed a high resolution 3D display using time division multiplexing parallax barrier method

An attitude control of an air vehicle based on the variable structure control is proposed. For an air vehicle, minimum weight is required. Thus, it is desired to reduce the input energy. The optimal state portrait curve using time-varying sliding surface is proposed to reduce the control energy. Tracking performance of the closed loop system is guaranteed under the existence of parameter variation and external disturbances.

The purpose of this study was to investigate to the costumes in a portrait of the Buddhist Monk of JUN-NAM's local Temple. The Kasa was used to base of the rule be-cause this was not our's own costumes. There-fore size, form, wearing-assistance ornament of Kasa were to similiar to the rule's Kasa. But in case of color were used to pink, yellow, chest-nut except the red color. A Buddhist monk's robe were putted on adapt to climate in our nation. Without special condition, a Buddhist monk's robe were used to varied color, that is grey, green, pink, blue,(light, navy) blue, chestnut etc.

This study concern abut the general costume of women in Rubens' works. And costume which expressed in rubens' Portrait works, was studied from the viewpoint of the Psychological. Most of the element of Renaissance costume had survived in the early of 17 century, thus women's costume were still voluminous. The influence of fashion leader nations in the europe was very great, the fashion of these nations show in a great number of nations' costume.

This research is focusing on industry dynamics of Korean Mobile Telecommunications Industry. Industry data from 1997 to April 2004 are used to analyze industry dynamics through variety use of case study and system dynamics modeling. As results, we found the importance of initial endowment, firm reputation, and handset subsidy strategy. Along with these player-based characteristics, government impacts on dynamics of competition are also investigated.

We propose that a subjective image quality assessment based on objective image quality factors in order to evaluate objectively preference of consumers. In other words, we define objective image quality factors which are easy to accept by manufacturers and they are composed of subjective image quality assessment questionnaires. Also, portrait image is selected by stimulus in order to persue easiness of evaluation for the general subjects. Throughout a subjective image quality assessment model, we evaluate recognition of image quality by consumers and analyze the effectiveness of correlation in terms of the final image quality preference. Analyzing the relationship between image quality factors, we can figure out the preferable image quality and confirm the positive effects on consumers' recognition of image quality. In the results, there are strong relationship between preference and color reproduction, dynamic range, noise, and resolution respectively. especially, the characteristic of portrait, there is high correlation between color reproduction and preference.

Match cut is the montage technique that is widely used in the image media. This technique is versatile to generate the receivers a variety of meanings. In this article, the match cut shorts applied in the movie, Bram Stoker's Dracula, were analyzed based on the meanings occurred between the shorts. In addition, the analysis methods were based on the philosophical issues of Gilles Deleuze which had been analyzed focusing on the generation competency. Also, Francis Bacon's paintings, 'painting' (1946) and 'self-portrait' (1969) demonstrating similar meanings were compared to assist understanding. Upon the analyses of these two media, the meanings of 'becoming' that had the feature of nomadism between the shorts and occurred in the process of combined generation were analyzed. Therefore, match cut occurred in the image media was found to function to the receivers in a variety of ways and the degree of its utilization was not limited upon this analysis.
