Poor working conditions in the construction industry have made young people reluctant to enter it, resulting in supply/demand unbalance of construction skilled worker. Currently, most construction workers in Korea acquire skills through apprenticeships. Against this background, this study aimed to identify problems in apprenticeship-based methods of technical education, and to suggest measures that could improve these methods. As a measure to improve current apprenticeship-based methods of technical education, technical education needs to be regularly provided on construction sites, and each construction company needs to issue a certificate to workers confirming their completion of technical education. It is also necessary to establish a system in which this certificate is recognized as education experience. In addition, it is recommended to form partnerships with construction technology education institutes supported by the government in order to provide construction workers with opportunities to receive new technologies and construction methods free of charge, and it is urgently necessary to establish and implement a policy to adequately support their cost of living during this period.

This study is a case study of couple counseling case applying Satir Empirical Growth Model to improve the communication and self - esteem of the sexual offenders who are attached to the electronic devices requested by the representative at the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Compliance Support Center. The counseling process was carried out in this center counseling room for 120 minutes from March to June 2017 once a week for 5 times in total. To validate the effects of this study, researchers and observer-centered techniques were used as subjective evaluations. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained. The self - esteem and communication change of the subjects with sexual violence electronic devices were found to be positive. This suggests that there is a significant effect in suggesting the possibility of using the marital counseling in the practice of the correctional facility.

This paper proposes a blockchain system to share Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) that recently suffers from mutual interference among increasing devices using unlicensed bands. Blockchain technology can induce cooperation from users by incentivizing them with cryptocurrency like shown in Bitcoin example. In this paper, we describe Blockchain based access mechanism in WLAN instead of conventional authentication based access. Here, users can access any WLAN access point by paying through smart contract while they also receive payment from others. In order to support real-time transaction, we apply proof-of-authority that is realized by Byzantine fault tolerant protocol instead of well-known proof-of-work that requires huge computing power and delay.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to publicly report the hospital-level surgical volume for 7 types of surgery including gastrectomy. Also, to investigate the changes in patient behaviors after the public reporting among patients with gastrectomy. Methods: This study used data from the National Health Insurance Service Cohort. The data comprised of 2,214 patients who were diagnosed with gastric cancer and underwent gastrectomy during 2004-2012. An interrupted time series analysis was performed to investigate the association between patients' choice and public reporting. Results: 79.27% of the patients visited a hospital with high surgical volume. The time trend after introduction of public reporting was positively associated with visiting a high volume hospital (per 1 month, RR: 1.004, p=0.0329). However, after adjusting the health policies by reducing copayment, public reporting on surgical volume was not associated with visiting a high volume hospital. Sub-group analyses had also similar results. Conclusion: Patients were more affected by policies on economic support than on public reporting, and the changes in treatment options may have been affected by the increasing preference for large size hospitals. Thus, public reporting did not significantly improve the options available for patients and their decision making on health care utilization.

Purpose: Emergency medical technicians (EMTs) have so far been trained as professionals under the same conditions, with no change in the 1995 Act. We aimed to find ways for them to secure expertise in accordance with social needs by strengthening the quality of the EMT education. Methods: This is a descriptive study comparing the operation status of the national emergency medical examination conducted by the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute, and the national examinations of EMT paramedic and EMT basic. The scope of the national examinations for EMT was compared by subject and area. Results: The national written exam for EMT paramedic consists of five areas. EMT basic does not include basic medicine in three related subjects, 11 areas, and 18 detail areas. Paramedic care does not include advanced pediatric life support. In addition, nine areas and 20 detail areas are not included. Conclusion: The study suggests the need for institutional supplementation so that those who have completed EMT basic and the subjects prescribed by the ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare at universities, etc., in the Higher Education Act can take the EMT paramedic national exam.

This study is a review study attempted to analyze the current situation of surgical robots based on previous research on surgical robots in the era of the 4th revolution, and to forecast the future direction of surgical robots. Surgical robots have made full progress since the launch of the da Vinci and the surgical robot is playing a role of supporting the surgeries of the surgeons or the master-slave method reflecting the intention of the surgeons. Recently, technologies are being developed to combine artificial intelligence and big data with surgical robots, and to commercialize a universal platform rather than a platform dedicated to surgery. Moreover, technologies for automating surgical robots are being developed by generating 3D image data based on diagnostic image data, providing real-time images, and integrating image data into one system. For the development of surgical robots, cooperation with clinicians and engineers, safety management of surgical robot, and institutional support for the use of surgical robots will be required.

Along with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, fostering young talents with convergent mind is getting important. Moreover pre-service teachers' ability to design proper convergent classes can be a meaningful issue for high quality future education. This study proposes the role of professors' exquisite feedback is so significant for developing their competence in STEAM education, It analyzed how various theories regarding feedback support them to enhance convergent knowledge with e-learning. They participated in the 5 step group and individual activities for creating STEAM lesson plan and received suitable feedback. Lastly a survey was performed. The researchers did modeling how integrative feedback was applied to the procedure step by step according to the 'Ladder of Inference' theory. This strategic model contributed to elevating the participants' convergent knowledge, competence, achievement and satisfaction.

Purpose - In the context of economic globalization and the continuous development of international trade, as countries around the sea peninsula, port construction is particularly important. Based on the research on the influencing factors of port logistics development based on the allocation analysis, QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) provides the basis for the planning and policy of port logistics development and has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the level of port logistics management, reducing logistics operating costs and increasing economic benefits. In the tide of global integration for the development of port logistics, promote the growth of foreign trade economy of the city. It is also of great significance to the development and progress of commerce and trade. Design/methodology - Based on the relevant data samples of various ports in South Korea, this paper uses fsQCA (fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to integrate and analyze the influence mechanism of port logistics development and extracts five influencing factors of port logistics development, including the port's scale and infrastructure in the hard environment, port-neighboring enterprises in the soft environment, hinterland economy and government support. Findings - The five factors are unable to separately constitute the necessary and sufficient conditions of port logistics development, only a combined model can influence lake port logistics development. The scale and infrastructure of the port itself and port-neighboring ring enterprises are the main core conditions, which work together on the port, affect the throughput capacity of the port, and promote the development of port logistics. When the port-neighboring enterprises are not complete and the scale is low, the growth of port throughput will be restrained and the development of port logistics will be affected, whether the hinterland economic benefits are general, the development of port-neighboring enterprises is insufficient, or the government supports are limited. Originality/value - Through the research on the development of port logistics in South Korea from the perspective of configuration, this paper finds the configuration influence of hard environment and soft environment on the development of port logistics, which has important theoretical and practical significance for better promoting the development of port logistics in South Korea.

This study is a descriptive research study to verify the relationship between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction, and to identify factors that influence online class satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction. Online class satisfaction had a positive effect on learning flow and learning outcomes, but self-directed learning had no direct effect. The explanatory power of online class satisfaction was 49%. Based on the above results, in order to increase online class satisfaction, a plan is needed to improve university students' learning flow and learning outcomes for online classes. In addition, instructor and university are required to actively endeavor and support to improve the quality of online classes.

Today, home gardening is in the spotlight. Therefore, the necessity of developing a new type of gardening product was raised according to the consumer's desires. This study, the contents were developed using sparrows, a helper who helped the bean rat's grain-cracking task among the characters of 'kongjwi patjwi'. The cultural contents convergence product is a lid production that is used at the end of the plant support. The fabrication method was designed using UG NX program after design research, and after printing by 3D polyjet method, mold was made and cast into silicon and resin. Through product manufacturing, we could confirm the public's interest in the possibility of new products and creativity. In the future, it is expected that the development of products incorporating cultural contents through various cultural archetypes will be activated, contributing to the enhancement of economic added value and national brand value.
