The purpose of this study identify factors affecting the purchasing behavior of consumers flowering distribution only by spring flowers and distribution of sustainable growth strategy to provide the basic data for the purpose of the study. Thus, conclusions about the factors on the purchasing behavior of consumers flowering distribution only, and propose suggestions for the proper management of retail industry flowers.

In this study, the performance of the technological innovation of small and medium enterprises is divided into short-term aspects of technological innovation and long-term aspects of ambidextrous innovation, and the effects of dynamic capabilities affecting these achievements are explored. For the purpose of conducting empirical analysis, the survey conducted a survey of 219 small businesses belonging to various industries, and dynamic capabilities performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of technological innovation performance, including exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. Through this study, it aims to understand the dynamic capabilities of the small and midsize enterprises and provide suggestions on how to manage of the company, thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and helping to improve the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.

This study analyzed the impact of leisure activities on school life satisfaction in the cultural rights and self-determination of teenagers who spend most of their time in school in the college entrance exam-oriented climate, and examined the effects of happiness and life satisfaction on the school life satisfaction through a process macro applying Bias Corrected Bootstrapping in these relationships. For research purposes, 2,590 cohorts in the first year of the 2018 Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey were analyzed through process macros. The result was that leisure life had a significant effect on school life satisfaction. It was also found that happiness and satisfaction in life affect satisfaction, and happiness and satisfaction in life affect satisfaction in school life and serve as a medium. This study confirmed that teenagers' participation in leisure activities greatly affects school life satisfaction and that happiness and life satisfaction have a mediating effect on school life satisfaction. In addition, we could recognize the importance of leisure activities to the satisfaction of school life of teenagers, and find it necessary to develop and provide various program graphs of schools and communities for happiness and satisfaction in life. This study verified that the participation of leisure activities of adolescents has a significant effect on school life satisfaction, and that happiness and life satisfaction have a mediating effect on school life satisfaction. In addition, we could recognize the importance of leisure activities to the satisfaction of school life of teenagers, and find it necessary to develop and provide various program graphs of schools and communities for happiness and satisfaction in life. Therefore, this research is believed to be possible to contribute to academic and practical programs for youth leisure activities and school life relationships, and to make policy suggestions for the development and participation of various leisure activities in order to fully enjoy and protect youth's rights to culture and self-determination of leisure activities.

The purpose of this study is to research psychosocial experience in post-mastectomy women, who participated in self-help group, using in-depth interviews and participant observations. Until recently, studies on post-mastectomy women in psychological perspectives had been maily done by nurses, and there are only few literatures in social welfare studies. Therefore, based on phenomenological theory, the meaning and essence of "the breast" and the lived experience of post-mastectomy women, i.e. emotional distress, and as a result has been explored, it has confirmed six clusters and explained them in detail. As a result, from the subjects' experience, the essence of 'A crossroad of life and death', 'sexual-identity crisis', 'feeling mortified due to double binded messages of others', 'conflict between physical and psychological disabilities', 'feelings of gratitude or wishfulness', and 'their realistic suggestions and wishes' has been shown. It has been founded that the subjects experienced not only self-identity crisis as women but also unending internal turmoil because of their passion to live. It has been hoped that this study will help to shape government policy and social welfare services on post-mastectomy patients.

The purpose of this study was to understand the daily life of the residents in Jjok-bang. To achieve this purpose, I conducted an ethnographic approach. I contacted the residents in Jjok-bang, collected data from an in-depth interview, participative observation, documents, and analysed data by an ethnographic approach. In research findings, I presented four dimensions of the daily life: subject, place, time, way of life. Subjects were categorized as 'I', 'We', and 'They'. I investigated the residents' places that were categorized as three places such as Jjok-bang, a Jjok-bang region, and a Jjok-bang service center. I identified the residents' experiences in time of the past, the present, and the future. In addition, I gained a deep understanding of their way of life which was divided to survival, living, and life. Based on the results, I offer suggestions for policy, administration, practice, and further researches.

Purpose This study suggests the development of forecasting model for local cable TV advertisement. In order to verify the expected effect of the suggestion, using the causal loop map of System Dynamics, the factors affecting the prospects of cable TV commercial market were divided into 5 groups. Then targeting 97 people involved in the cable TV commercial market in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, a survey was conducted on their perception of the current status of local advertisement market and future prospect. Design/methodology/approach The analysis of the collected data shows that workers in advertising and advertisers perceive the influence of cable TV as an advertising media to be high, while clearly understanding the problems of cable TV commercial market. Based on this the effects on the prospects of cable TV commercial market were analyzed and a forecasting method called Weighted Moving Average was applied. In order to improve accuracy of the added value of Weighted Moving Average, the 5 factors were divided into qualitative factors and quantitative factors, and using Multi-attribute Decision Making method, all the factors were normalized and weighting factors were deduced. The result of simulating the prospects of cable TV commercial market using Weighted Moving Average, both qualitative and quantitative factors showed downward turn in the market prospect for the following 10 years. Findings The result reflects generally negative perception of advertisement viewers about the prospects of cable TV commercial market. Compared to the previous studies on domestic cable TV commercials that focused on policy suggestions and surveys on perception of current status, this study has its significance in that it used scientific method and simulation for verification.

In the 4th Industrial Revolution, information is collected and analyzed from people and objects through the rapid development of ICT. It is possible to create value. However, there are many legal and institutional restrictions on the collection of information aimed at people.Therefore, in-depth research on the protection and use of personal information in the rapidly changing cyber security environment is needed. The purpose of this study is to protect and utilize personal information for the operation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and big data during the 4th Industrial Revolution. It is to seek a paradigm shift. The organization of the research for this is: Chapter 1 examines the meaning of personal information during the 4th Industrial Revolution, Chapter 2 presents the framework for the review and analysis of prior research. In Chapter 3, after analyzing policies for the protection and utilization of personal information in major countries, Chapter 4 looks at the paradigm shift in personal information protection during the 4th Industrial Revolution and how to respond. Chapter 5 made some policy suggestions for the protection and utilization of personal information.

This study was attempted to verify the mediating effects of depression and physical health on the effect of Korean boomers' assets on life satisfaction. The 5th main survey data of the National Retirement Security Panel(KReIS) were used for this purpose. As a result, first, baby boomer's asset level has positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, the asset was able to confirm the positive effect of increasing physical health and satisfaction of life. Third, depression and physical health had a mediating effect between baby boomer's assets and life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, policy suggestions were made to improve the life satisfaction by reducing the depression of baby boomers and improving physical health.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of entrepreneurial motivation upon entrepreneurial intentions of college students majoring in foodservice through the pull and push factors of the motivation theory, analyzing the moderating effects by gender. Based on total 317 college students, this study was conducted with exploring factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical moderated regression. The results showed that, among the pull factors, need for achievement (p<0.001) and self-actualization (p<0.01) had a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intentions. It appears that entrepreneurial intentions of college students majoring in foodservice were developed by positive entrepreneurial motivation. The moderating effects by gender were not significant. Through the study results with theoretical suggestions, this study proposed a policy to encourage entrepreneurial activation and desires in college students. Limitations and further research directions are also discussed.
