In accordance with the increase of the importance of information security, organizations are making continuous investments to develop policies and adapt technology for information security. Organization should provide systemized support to enhance employees' security compliance intention in order to increase the degree of organization's internal security. This research suggests security policy goal setting and sanction enforcement as a method to improve employees' security compliance in planning and enforcing organization's security policy, and verifies the influencing relationship of Theory of Planned Behavior which explains employee's security compliance intention. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. We verified the hypotheses based on 346 responses. The result shows that the degree of goal setting and sanction enforcement has positive influence on self-efficacy and coping efficacy which are antecedents that influence employees' compliance intention. As a result, this research suggested directions for strategic approach for enhancing employee's compliance intention on organization's security policy.

These days the number of copyright issues concerning libraries is increasing. The reason is a library is the place that collects and uses copyrighted materials. The copyright issues that libraries face will be more radical, because of the growing number of digital media especially appearance of a digital library. To make the current situation better, this study suggests the standard of copyright compliance policy for university libraries in order to serve within the range of copyright law. Copyright compliance policy is a reasonable guideline meeting user's intellectual needs and protecting a copyright holder's right.

In recent years, according to the increasing of information security compliance, information security management system's requirements is not a matter of choice but an essential problem. In this respect, this research have an invention to survey what it will affect employees in compliance with the privacy policy antecedents and how to apply this information for the future, and to suggest ways to improve the employees' information security policy compliance intentions. In this paper, To investigate the factors affecting the degree of information security policy compliance using the structural equation of least squares (PLS Partial Least Square) in the confumatory level (confirmatory), the factor analysis of the primary factor analysis and secondary last. The results is that almost of influencing factors affect to the compliance with information security policies directly, but not affect self-efficacy.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the policy compliance according to the socio-demographic characteristics, stress, satisfaction of relationship, Health Belief Model and characteristics of smoking behaviors and knowledge related smoking of the residents living in the Smoke-free apartment and to investigate the change of the smoking related behavior before and after the implementation of the policy. Methods: The subjects of the survey were 293 residents aged 19 or older who reside in apartments six months after the designation of Smoke-free apartment located in Daejeon. All collected data were analyzed using T-test, ANOVA and Hierarchical multiple regression of SPSS for windows(ver 24.0) program. Results: The policy compliance was higher in women and those who lived for less than two years, and non-smokers were significantly higher. The policy compliance of the whole subjects was related to satisfaction with the surrounding relationship, perceived disability about smoking cessation, frequency of smoking and the amount of smoking. The policy compliance of the whole subjects was related to the satisfaction of the surrounding relationship, the perceived disability about smoking cessation, and the amount of smoking. In addition, after the implementation of the gold research station designation policy, it had a positive impact on smoker's smoking behavior and resulted in reducing the frequency of secondhand smoke among residents. Conclusions: In order to increase the compliance of the non-smoking policy It is necessary to continuously expand the indoor smoking cessation zone policy, develop policies and supplement the health belief model components.

Recent accidents of customer information leakage increase the necessity of information security for organization and the importance of information security team for it. To strengthen information security, organizations make information security policy and ask the members to comply with it. In this regard, maritime organization also needs to structure information security policy and examine its ability and behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of compliance with information security policy on the ability and behavior of workers in shipping and port organization. The results of investigation show that information security education and norm affect compliance with information security of the workers. On the contrary, the punishment of information security is insignificant. It is shown that the degree of compliance with information security significantly affects its ability and behavior of the workers in shipping and port organization.

The aim of this study to assess the effect of information security policy awareness, information security involvement, compliance behavioral intention on information security behavior The research method is composed of a cross-sectional design of reward and fairness. This paper focuses on the process of organizational policy on the information security compliance intention in the individual decision-making process. As a result, the reward had a significant effect on compliance behavioral intention, and it was found that influence of the psychological reward-based condition was greater than the material reward-based condition. The fairness had a significant effect on information security policy awareness, information security involvement, information security behavior, and it was found that influence of the equity-based condition was greater than the equality-based condition. The exploration model was verified as a multiple mediation model. In addition, the discussion presented the necessary research direction from the perspective of synergy by the cultural environment of individuals and organizations.

Advances in information technology has brought many benefits to businesses, but at the same time, businesses are facing serious problems caused by its use such as information leakage. In order to cope with problems, companies have established information security policies, demanding workers of a company to be compliant with the policies. This study proposes a research model that includes information security awareness, information security attitude, self-efficacy, standard belief and social influences as factors that affect the compliance of information security policy among the workers of shipping and port organization. The results of this study showed that there was a positive relationship not only between the information security awareness and the information security attitude, but also between the information security attitude and the information security policy among the workers of shipping and port organization. It was also found that there was a positive relationship between the self-efficacy and the compliance of information security policy, and between the social influence and the compliance of information security policy. However, there was no meaningful relationship between the standard belief and the compliance of information security policy. This study examined to what extent the workers of shipping and port organization that have a high possibility of the information leakage were compliant with the information security policy. The findings will contribute to organizations of shipping and port who attempt to establish strategies related to information security.

This study analyzed the priorities of the cross-compliance items of public-benefit direct payment using an Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Decision Making Analysis. The valuation criteria are policy efficiency, farm acceptability, and feasibility, and the valuation targets are the basic and additional cross-compliance items. The survey was performed by targeting 50 experts from each class, and conducted for about a month starting from the beginning of July 2019. The results show that the weight of the valuation criteria is higher in the order of farm acceptability, feasibility, and policy efficiency. Compliance with PLS standards, compliance with disposal standards of waste vinyl and pesticides, soil testing, compliance with toxic substance standards, education, etc. are comparatively evaluated to be higher cross-compliance items in basic cross-compliance. Disposing of an abandoned well, jointly collecting and disposing of agricultural by-products, common area care and cleaning, maintenance of empty houses and poor facilities, growing green manure crops during the fallow period, etc. are comparatively evaluated to be higher cross-compliance items for the additional cross-compliance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the government's policy related to the cross-compliance of public-benefit direct payment.

As protecting organizations' information assets affects their substantiality, they are increasing their investments in policies, regulations, and technologies for systematic information asset management and protection. This study confirms the impact on information security(IS) compliance from the perspective of employees who apply IS policies to actual work. In particular, this study identifies mechanisms linked to IS policy awareness, sanction, justice, and IS compliance from the perspective of expanding deterrence theory. We applied 316 samples obtained from workers of organizations that applied IS policies and regulations to work and verified the relationship between mechanisms by using AMOS and SPSS packages. As a result of the verification, IS policy awareness had a positive effect on organization justice and compliance intention through the severity and clarity of sanctions. Individual justice sensitivity had a moderating effect on the cause and outcome of justice. The sanction-related mechanism presented in this study provides strategic implications for organizations that require active IS activities by insiders.

As passenger ship accidents so frequently have occurred, crisis consciousness is highly aroused in Korean society. Although bombastic policy guidlines were suggested in accordance with every passenger ship accident, there remains a still high possibility of such an accident reoccurring because passenger ship accidents occur from the perspective of non-compliance. The research objective of this study is to government's safety regulatory policies. Data for the analysis was collected from literature review. A Case study related to passenger ship accident is adopted for the analysis. The research methods utilized in this study consist of extensive quantitative analysis of 138 passenger ship accidents which had happened over last 10 years from 1984 to 1993 in Korea and a qualitative analysis of the passenger ship accident of the Seohae Ferry in October 1993. The results of the quantitive analysis on the 138 passenger ship accidents are as follows; Seeing the accidents yearly, the accidents which occurred by policy non-compliance are still exist, only somewhat reduced as years gone by. Seeing the accidents from the perspective of types of accident, fire accidents and death and injury accidents had more non-compliance factors than contact accidents and one-side collision accidents, etc. had. Seeing the accidents from the perspectives of types of passenger ship, large ships like car ferries and general passenger ship accidents had more non-compliance factors than any other kinds of ships had. Seeing the accidents from the perspectives of tons of passenger ships, large ships weighing more than 1, 000 tons and small ships weighing less than 50tons contained a lots of non-compliance factors. The results of the qualitative analysis of the passenger ship accident of the Seohae Ferry in Octovber 1993 are as follows; From the viewpoint of the human factor, there were non-compliance to the recruiting of required number of qualified crew members and non-compliance to the rule which prohibited them from leaving port in bad weather and high wave conditions. From the viewpoint of the ship factor, there were defects in the ship. So we might say that there was non-compliance which was aroused from the lacks of technical skills. From the viewpoint of the administrative factor, there were many non-compliance factors such as sailor education, shipping management, rescue, safety equipment. From the viewpoint of the passenger factor, there were passengers' threats which compelled the crews to leave the port under bad weather conditions. In conclusion, the principal non-compliances factors are passenger ship company did not follow safety rules such as shipping the permitted number of passengers, loading permitted tons of freight and fastening freights properly and recruiting required number of qualified crew. In order to reduce accidents, firstly we should find out the causes which play key roles in passenger ship companies' non-compliance to the government's safety regulations. Secondly we should tackle the causes.
