온라인 게임 봇 탐지를 위한 사용자 행위 분석 (User Behavior Analysis for Online Game Bot Detection)

  • 온라인 게임의 다양한 보안 위협 가운데, 온라인 게임 봇의 사용이 게임 서비스에 가장 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임 봇 탐지를 위한 소셜 액티비티 분석 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크를 이용하여 게이머의 소셜 액티비티를 가장 많이 포함하고 있는 파티 플레이(party play) 로그를 분석하는 데에 적용하였다. 게임 봇은 일반 사용자들과 다르게, 사이버 자산을 빠르게 얻는데 특화되어 있기 때문에 소셜 액티비티를 분석할 경우 정상적인 사용자들과 행동 패턴에 차이가 있다. 이 특징을 이용하여 게임 봇 이용자와 일반 이용자들을 구분해 낼 수있도록, 사용자 행위를 분석하고 온라인 게임 봇 탐지를 위한 임계값을 정의하였다. 탐지 규칙을 포함하는 지식 기반 시스템을 구축한 뒤 이를 국내 최대, 세계 6위 규모의 게임에 적용하였다. 본 논문의 프레임워크를 활용하여 분류를 한 결과 95.92%의 높은 정확도를 보였다.

어린이를 위한 낭독공연의 유형 연구 (A Study on the Type of Reading Aloud Performance for Children)

  • 낭독공연이란 배우들이 희곡을 암기하지 않고 읽는 것을 통해 관객들에게 희곡의 의미를 전달하는 활동으로 알려져 있다. 이 용어는 오래전부터 사용하였지만, 우리 문화계에서 낭독공연을 주목하기 시작한 것은 2000년대 초라고 할 수 있다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 연극교육을 강화하면서 '낭독공연'에 관한 관심도 커지고 있다. 이 글에서는 낭독공연을 교육의 장에서 풍부하게 활용할 수 있는 근거를 성인들의 낭독공연에서 찾아보고, 이를 어린이 교육의 장에서 활용하고자 분석하였다. 낭독공연에는 배우들이 무대 위에서 '희곡을 보면서 읽는 유형'과 '희곡을 암기하여 연기하는 유형' 및 '두 유형을 혼합한 유형'이 있다. 결국, 낭독공연의 형식에는 정해진 규칙이 없다는 것이 핵심이다. 희곡을 보거나 보지 않거나 문제 되지 않는다. 낭독공연의 주체가 처한 상황을 고려하여 적합한 형식의 공연을 하되 낭독공연은 꼭 이렇게 해야 한다는 고정관념을 가질 필요는 없다. 어린이와 청소년 또한 낭독희곡의 개념을 유연하게 이해하면 교육적으로 얻을 수 있는 효과가 더 커질 것이다. 이런 분석을 근거로 어린이를 위한 교육의 장에서 활용하기 위한 준거로 '낭독공연의 형식을 한 가지로 고집하지 않기', '여러 유형의 낭독공연 선택하기'를 제시하였다. 그리고 '여러 유형의 낭독공연 선택하기'에 필요한 하위 준거로는 '희곡의 내용 가운데 특정 장면 선택하기', '학생의 수준이나 상황을 고려하기', '새로운 유형의 낭독공연을 만드는 데 주저하지 않기'가 있음을 밝혔다. 이 글이 낭독공연에 관한 논의가 필요한 교육계에 활력을 넣고, 이론의 부재로 인해 교육적 설계가 미흡해지는 점을 해소하는 디딤돌이 되기를 기대한다.

Single-molecule fluorescence measurements reveal the reaction mechanisms of the core-RISC, composed of human Argonaute 2 and a guide RNA

  • In eukaryotes, small RNAs play important roles in both gene regulation and resistance to viral infection. Argonaute proteins have been identified as a key component of the effector complexes of various RNA-silencing pathways, but the mechanistic roles of Argonaute proteins in these pathways are not clearly understood. To address this question, we performed single-molecule fluorescence experiments using an RNA-induced silencing complex (core-RISC) composed of a small RNA and human Argonaute 2. We found that target binding of core-RISC starts at the seed region of the guide RNA. After target binding, four distinct reactions followed: target cleavage, transient binding, stable binding, and Argonaute unloading. Target cleavage required extensive sequence complementarity and accelerated core-RISC dissociation for recycling. In contrast, the stable binding of core-RISC to target RNAs required seed-match only, suggesting a potential explanation for the seed-match rule of microRNA (miRNA) target selection.

2000년대 패션에 나타난 추상적 문양의 조형적 특성 (Formative Characteristics of Abstract Pattern in 2000's Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to help understanding of abstract patterns and to play a guideline's role in the development of designs and the prediction of trends for present and future fashion designers and textile designers. The summary of this study's results is like followings. Formative characteristics of abstract pattern in 2000's fashion are Impromptu, Anti-mechanism, Superimposing, Disorder. First, Impromptu is rebounce against uniformity, mechanism, man-created beauty Second, Anti-mechanism represents unfinishing, unbalance, inaccuracy and relates with each traditional of nation or ethnic group. Third, Presupposing transparency Superimposing offsets each patterns. So Their images are ambiguity, ununiformity, unequality, incompletion, uncertainty and so on. Fourth, Disorder breaks and ignores physical balance, rule, order and so on. These images represent uncertainty, freedom, naturality. From this result, I can interpret that these images are representing of humanism reacting about uniformity, mechanism, man-created beauty, completeness of modernism since the Industrial Revolution.

보조선 지도법 연구 (A Study on Teaching How to Draw Auxiliary Lines in Geometry Proof)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons and backgrounds of drawing auxiliary lines in the proof of geometry. In most of proofs in geometry, drawing auxiliary lines provide important clues, thus they play a key role in deductive proof. However, many student tend to have difficulties of drawing auxiliary lines because there seems to be no general rule to produce auxiliary lines. To alleviate such difficulties, informal activities need to be encouraged prior to draw auxiliary lines in rigorous deductive proof. Informal activities are considered to be contrasting to deductive proof, but at the same time they are connected to deductive proof because each in formal activity can be mathematically represented. For example, the informal activities such as fliping and superimposing can be mathematically translated into bisecting line and congruence. To elaborate this idea, some examples from the middle school mathematics were chosen to corroborate the relation between informal activities and deductive proof. This attempt could be a stepping stone to the discussion of how to teach auxiliary lines and deductive reasoning.

비축대칭 디프 드로잉 제품에 대한 공정설계 시스템의 적용 (Application of Process Planning System for Non-Axisymmetric Deep Drawing Products)

  • A computer-aided process planning system for rotationally symmetric deep drawing products has been developed. The application for non-axisymmetric components, however, has been reported yet. Therefore, this study investigates process sequence design in deep drawing process and constructs a computer-aided process planning system for non-axisymmetric motor frame products with elliptical shape. The system developed consists of three modules. The first one os a 3-dimensional modeling module to calculate surface area for non-axisymmetric products. The second one is a blank design module that creates an oval-shaped blank with the identical surface area. The third one is a process planning module based on production rules that play the best important roles in an expert system for manufacturing. The production rules are generated and upgraded by interviewing with field engineers. Especially, drawing coefficient, punch and die radii are considered as main design parameters. The constructed system for elliptical deep drawing products would be very useful to reduce lead time and improve accuracy for production.

Copy Raising Construction in English: A Usage-based Perspective

  • In accounting for the so-called copy raising (CR) in English, the movement perspective has assumed that the embedded subject of the CR verb's sentential complement is raised to the matrix subject, leaving behind its pronominal copy. This kind of movement-based analysis raises both empirical and analytical issues, when considering variations in the pronominal copy constraint. This paper investigates the actual uses of the construction, using online-available corpora. Based on this corpus search, we classify two different types of copy raising predicates (genuine and perception), and discuss their grammatical properties in detail. We suggest that the simple copying rule couched upon movement operations is not enough to capture great variations in the uses of the construction, and show that interpretive constraints, e.g., perceptual characterization condition, play an important role in licensing the construction.

철도차량 외부소음 예측을 위한 음원모델에 관한 고찰 (Investigation of Source Modelling for External Noise Prediction of Railway Vehicles)

  • For external noise prediction of railway vehicles, sophisticated individual source modelling as well as appropriate noise propagation model from the sources is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the predicted results and contributions of each equipment to the overall noise levels. Accurate and reasonable identification procedures of sound sources of equipment including source strength, directivity and positions installed in the train play an important role in a prediction model, since it is not easy to establish a simple model for the sources with a single rule due to the complexity of source characteristics of equipment in size and directivity pattern. This paper guidelines practical considerations for identification of noise sources in railway vehicles including typical source characteristics of several sub-systems that emits noise to the environment, particularly for electric multiple unit(EMU), and verify effectiveness of assumptions used in the modelling of equipment by measurement with a simple part. The predicted external noise level of a complete train using Exnoise, which was developed by Hyundai-Rotem and has been verified in the a lot of field-tests, incorporating source modelling considered in this paper shows close correlation with the measured ones.

Application of Multichannel Quantum Defect Theory to the Triatomic van der Waals Predissociation Process II

  • Generalized Multichannel Quantum Defect theory (MQDT) was implemented to the vibrational predissociation of triatomic van der Waals molecules in the previous paper [Bull. Korean Chem. Soc, 12, 228 (1991)]. Implementation was limited to the calculation of the scattering matrix. It is now extended to the calculation of the predissociation spectra and the final rotational distribution of the photofragment. The comparison of the results with those obtained by other methods, such as Golden-rule type calculation, infinite order sudden approximation (IOS), and close-coupling method, shows that the implementation is successful despite the fact that transition dipole moments show more energy dependence than other quantum defect parameters. Examination of the short-range channel basis functions shows that they resemble angle-like functions and provide the validity of the IOS approximation. Besides the validity of the latter, only a few angles are found to play the major role in photodissociation. In addition to the implementation of MQDT, more progress in MQDT itself is made and reported here.

Pharmacophore Based Screening and Molecular Docking Study of PI3K Inhibitors

  • Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) play important role in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. PI3Ks constitute a lipid kinase family which modulates the function of numerous substrates involved in the regulation of cell survival, cell cycle progression and cellular growth. Herein, we describe the ligand based pharmacophore combined with molecular docking studies methods to identify new potent PI3K inhibitors. Several pharmacophore models were generated and validated by Guner-Henry scoring Method. The best models were utilized as 3D pharmacophore query to screen against ZINC database (Chemical and Natural) and the retrieved hits were further validated by fitness score, Lipinski's rule of five. Finally four compounds were found to have good potential and they may act as novel lead compounds for PI3K inhibitor designing.
