Hydrogen fueled vehicle was evaluated as one of the next-generation technology that will be able to solve the global warming, depletion of fossil fuel and etc. The practical use of hydrogen fueled vehicle, nevertheless, is being delayed more than expected schedule due to various causes. In order to promote the dissemination of hydrogen fueled vehicle, development status and obstacle factors of practical use for hydrogen fueled vehicles were reviewed and the strategy plans for dissemination promotion were proposed. Hydrogen fueled vehicles are included the hydrogen fuel cell, neat and enriched hydrogen fueled engines. The technicalness, economy, safety, cognizance, system, support and etc were considered in the strategy plans.

This study intends to analysis problems and propose of EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) and PER(Pre-Environmental Review) especially on division of landscape impacts. The problems of EIA and PER are first, on analysis of existing conditions side, insufficiency of the list of landscape elements and their descriptions and presentations, and the number of viewpoints and each validity second, on estimation of landscape impacts, the methods and techniques of estimation and simulation, and the process of impact estimation, third, on suggestion of reduction plans, reduction devices covering impacts, the lack of influence reduction forecasting devices, the deficiency of execution power of reduction plans, finally, the systematic connection of impact estimation with existing conditions analysis and reduction plans. Therefore, on each step from existing condition analysis to reduction plan suggestion, the solutions to each problem are proposed.

This case study focuses on the preparing a guide for the plan to the companies that want to build a business document system for the centralized services under the cloud computing. Total 3 Operating companies with regard to cloud computing issues are introduced for this purpose. Analyzing the usage and development direction of the selected companies were performed to set up plans. Through this in-depth needs of the user's point of view for the management of business documents, The necessary improvements in the process of collaboration and document sharing were derived. Business documents centralized service plans were proposed based on cloud computing models. Practical experiences of the companies were helpful to present the details of the operational strategy and operational plans. Especially with minimal staff input and verification process, Sample method for the automatic generating of the new document file name is introduced. A test bed before operating the enterprise-wide system were presented with information that is to be considered when building systems.

This thesis compares life test acceptance sampling plans under lifetime has an exponential distribution. Various practical considerations may lead a user adopt a two-stage, or double sampling, test procedure. Hewett and Spurrier(1983) provided a survey of two-stage methods, as well as examples of experiments for which a two-stage procedure would be appropriate. The plans are compared in terms of the expected number of failures, and the expected time required to reach a dicision. Computational experiments are conducted and the results are tabulated to provide guidelines for selecting an appropriate plan for a given situation.

This paper considers the design of life test sampling plans based on Type II censored accelerated life tests. The lifetime distribution of products is assumed to be exponential. An estimator of acceleration factor between use condition stress and an accelerated level of stress higher than use condition stress is assumed to be known. The critical value for lot acceptance and the number of failure before censoring which satisfy the producer's and consumer's risk requirements are determined. The properties of the proposed life test sampling plans are investigated.

Despite technological developments and application advances of Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs), no standard procedure has been adopted or accepted for calibration of ADCPs. Limitations of existing facilities for calibrating ADCPs, the complexity of ADCP instruments, and rapid changes in ADCP technology are some of the reasons why a standard procedure has not been adopted. However, there is increasing realization of the need for effective Quality Assurance (QA) and as part of that the importance of standardized calibration. In this study, the significance of calibration and QA plans for ADCPs is discussed and the calibration facilities for ADCPs at home and abroad are reported. Furthermore, the method for calibrating ADCPs using a towed car and its limitations are discussed. This study contributes to discussions surrounding the establishment of standard procedures for calibrating ADCPs and QA plans, and the construction of calibration facilities in the future.

For the case where the lifetime at a constant stress level has exponential distribution, optimal accelerated life test plans are developed under the assumptions of intermittent inspection and Type I censoring. In a optimal plan, the low and high stress levels, the proportion of test units allocated and the inspection times at each stress are determined such that the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimator of logarithmic transformed mean at the use condition is minimized. In addition to the optimal plan in which numerical technique to solve the set of nonlinear equations must be employed to determine inspection times at each stress level, we also propose another plans which employ equally-spaced or equal probability inspection schemes at two overstress levels of corresponding optimal one. For both optimal and proposed plans, computational results indicate that the asymptotic variance of the estimated mean at the use stress is insensitive to number of inspections at overstress levels for the range of parameter values considered.

This paper presents accelerated degradation test plans considering adoption of tightened critical values. Under arandom coefficient degradation rate and log-linear acceleration models, the asymptotic variance of an estimatorfor a lifetime quantile at the use condition as the optimization criterion is derived where the degradation ratefollows a lognormal and Reciprocal Weibull distributions, respectively and then the low stress level andproportions ofunits allocated to each stress level are determined. We also show that the developed test plans canbe applied to the multiplicative model with measurement error.

Recently, mobile wireless data traffic has been dramatically increased due to not only the popularization of digital convergence devices including smart phone, Net-book, and Tablet PC, but also the vitalization of wireless Internet related eco-systems such as AppStore. In addition, it is expected that a tremendous increase in mobile data is caused by the release of unlimited mobile data plans (flat-fee). In order to deal with such mobile data traffic explosion, it is necessary that network operators should make efforts to offload wireless data traffic. This paper reviews the condition of mobile wireless data traffic in domestic and international telecommunication industry and looks for various action plans to overcome the difficulty of network operators.
