PIC를 이용한 다수의 전구 밝기제어에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Luminosity Control of Bulbs by Using PIC)

  • 최근 에너지 절약형 건물에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있으며, 이를 위해 보냉, 보온의 단열재 등의 건축재료 개발이 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이와 더불어 건물 내외의 온도와 밝기는 햇볕의 밝기, 위치 및 기후변화에 따라 많은 영향을 끼치므로 자연채광에 따른 건물의 위치는 건물을 짓는데 있어서 고려해야할 중요한 변수이다. 본 논문에서는 자연채광과 비슷한 조건을 만들어 모델링하기 위해 반구형의 돔으로 된 원형 지붕에 자연채광의 역할을 하는 342개의 백열전구를 인공채광으로써 설치하였다. 특히 여기서는 각 백열전구의 밝기제어에 관한 것을 중점적으로 다루고 있으며, 다수의 PIC 마이크로프로세서와 트라이악을 이용한 위상제어로 전구의 밝기를 제어한 실험결과를 제시하고 있다.

  • In this paper we designed CAMC-SP, the microprocessor embedded 2-axis motor control chip which controls a precise pulse motor by generating the pulse needed to control step motor, DC servo and AC servo motor. This design enables to decrease costs and to minimize a size. First we designed risc type 8-bit microprocessor compatible with PIC16C84, second we designed pulse motor controller. CAMC-SP is integrated of those two block. We designed CAMC-SP by VHDL and we testified to the Performance of it by performing functional simulation.

  • The ShortStack Micro Server enables any product that contains a microcontroller or microprocessor to quickly and inexpensively become a networked, Internet-accessible device. The ShortStack Micro Server provides a simple way to add LonWorks networking to new or existing smart devices. . It implements the LonTalk protocol and provides the physical interface with the LonWorks communication. The ShortStack host processor can be an 8, 16, or 32-bit microprocessor or microcontrollers. The ShortStack API and driver typically require about 4kbytes of program memory on the host processor and less than 200 bytes of RAM. The interface between host processor and the ShortStack Micro Server may be a Serial Communication Interface (SCI). The LonWorks control module with a high performance is developed, which is composed of the 8 bit PIC Microprocessor for host processor and the smart neuron chip for the ShortStack Micro Server. This intelligent control board is verified as proceeding the various function tests from experimental system with an boost pump and inverter driving systems. It is also confirmed that the developed control module provides stably 0-10VDC linear signal to the input signal of inverter driving system for varying the induction motor speed. Thus, the experimental results show that the fabricating intelligent board carried out very well the various functions in the wide operating ranges of boost pump system. This developed control module expect to apply to industrial fields to require the comparatively exact control and monitoring such as multi-motor driving system with inverter, variable air volume system and the boost pump water supply systems.

  • A method to control the speed of DC motor with one-chip microprocessor PIC using PWM is discussed in this paper. This thesis deals with the DC motor speed control for electric bicycles which may be used as an alternative means of transformation in the future. We tried to design a stable system for controlling the speed of DC motor and materialized an electric bicycle loading this system. Now we are on the way to find out the problems this system has and work out the solutions.

  • In this study, an Alexandrite laser system for hair removal adopting a multi-discharge method in which three flash lamps are turned on consecutively was designed and fabricated to examine the pulse width and the pulse shape of the laser beams depending upon the changes in the lamp turn-on time. Specifically, this study demonstrates a technology that makes it possible to formulate various pulse shapes by turning on three flashlamps consecutively on a real-time basis with the aid of a PIC (program integrated circuit) one-chip microprocessor. With this technique, the lamp turn-on delay time can be varied more diversely from 0 to 10 ms and real-time control is possible with an external keyboard, enabling an assortment of pulse shapes. In addition, longer pulses can be more widely used for industrial processing as well as for numerous medical purposes.

  • The pulsed power system is widely available for use in pulse generator applications. Generally, the pulse generator is required for very short pulse width and high peak value. We have designed and fabricated our own pulsed type power system and through its use, we investigated microbe removal characteristics. This paper introduces a simple pulsed power system for removing various microbes caused by dirty water. This system includes a 2 times power supply circuit, IR2110 operated by using a fixed voltage regulator 7812 and 7805, and the switching MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor). We can also control this process by using a PIC one chip microprocessor. As a result, we can obtain good removing characteristics of various microbes by adjusting the charging voltage, the pulse repetition rate and the electrical field inducing time.

  • We propose a pulsed $CO_2$laser below 30W by the AC(60Hz) switching control of leakage transformer primary which has some advantages of cost and size compared to a typical pulsed power supply. Pulse repetition rate is adjusted from 5 Hz to 60 to Hz control laser output. In this laser a low voltage open loop control for high voltage pulse discharge circuit is employed to aviod the Hv sampling or switching and high voltage leakage transformer is used to convert low voltage pulse rectified from AC to high voltage one. A ZCS(Zero Crossing Switch) circuit and a PIC(programble one-chip microprocessor are used to control gate signal of SCR precisely. The pulse repetition rate is limited by 60Hz due to the frequency of AC line and a high leadkage inductance. The maximum laser output was about 23 W at pulse repetition rate of 60Hz total gas mixture of $CO_2$ : $N_2$ : He=1: 9: 15 and total pressure of 18 Torr

  • 본 논문에서는 고출력 산업용 로봇을 위한 직류 서보 전동기 제어시스템을 컴퓨터 GUI 환경[11,12]에서 제어 알고리즘을 적용하면서 실험할 수 있는 제어시스템 을 구현하였다. 직류 전동기 정격은 400용량, 1000ppr 광학식 엔코더 및 전자식 브레이크를 부하 변화량으로 채택하였다. 특히, 서보 구동부는 MOSFET 9540 및 540 FET를 사용하여 풀-브리지 방식으로 구동하였다. 서보 제어부는 8비트 PIC16C74 마이크로프로세서, RS-232 통신 포트 및 URD 전류 센서를 채택하였다. PID 방식을 기본으로 부하 변화량에 따는 다양한 계수 설정을 변화시키면서 제어 알고리즘을 적용하였다.

  • 본 논문은 회전 동력을 직접 바퀴에 전달하는 휠-인 직구동 모터를 제어 대상으로 하여 속도 계측 및 제어시스템을 설계하는 방법에 대한 논문이다. 지능 제어기로서 16비트급 모션제어 전용의 dsPIC30F2010 마이크로프로세서를 사용한다. 프로세서의 여러 기능 중 내부의 최소 기능인 시스템 클럭, PWM, I/O, Timer 및 통신만을 사용하였고, 홀 신호 계측 및 제어 소프트웨어 기능에 대한 동작 특성을 시험하였다. 또한 이러한 기능을 이용하여 PDFF 속도제어 프로그램을 구현하고, 그 실험 결과를 보인다.

아날로그 회로와 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 PPF 제어기의 구현 (Implementation of PPF Controller Using Analog Circuit and Microprocessor)

  • This paper is concerned with the implementation of the active vibration suppression controller using analog circuit and microprocessor. The target active vibration controller is the positive position feedback(PPF) controller since it provides a simple algorithm suitable for both analog circuit and digital controllers. In this study, the analog PPF controller is realized using an operational amplifier and the digital PPF controller is realized using a low-cost micro-controller. The circuit diagrams are explained in detail. We then discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both methods from the view of practical implementation. Experimental results show that both implementation methods can be effectively used for the active vibration control but need to be chosen based on the mission objective.
