The development of modern industry and the production of new materials of architecture have recognized as an important aspect. This study intended to discuss about the meaning of main elements of the architecture materials, its implications for properties, and, highlighted meaning of the properties of modern interior design. The purpose of this study is to analyze the case studies of Place and Physical materials of synaesthesia of modern architecture as well as modern architecture is not only concentrated in the visual aspect but also the larger ramifications of sensory. Synesthesia in architectural space can be called experiential existence that built in the space of human perception and based on the human emotion that targeted by physical architectural space. Accordingly, these case studies are to consider about how the materials being passed by any effect in a modern interior space presented, In order to find the essential meaning in modern interior space, this studies focused on Swiss architect Peter Zumthor's cases. Following analyze of Peter Zumthor's place of architectural space and materials, this study structured by the six kinds of synesthesia characters. First, time and remember to infer changes, Second, traditional and regional ingredients involve the substitution of one empirical space, Third, non-materiality through the neutralization, Fourth, auditory memory through the embodiment of everydayness, Fifth, trail through the sense of smell for the presence, Sixth, the relationship of natural and industrial products. Peter Zumthor's characteristics of these works are result of factors on the synesthetic relationship with the human response to architecture, the five senses, memories, experiences, and temperature. Also it is a synesthetic result of all human emotion to clarify of the architecture materials and non-material mediums by which light by a compound.

Objective: The aim of this study was to understand the effects of phone weight on the typing performance and muscle recruitment in the neck and upper extremity while typing a text message with dominant hand. The iPhone4 and iPhone5 were compared due to their 28-gram differences in weight. Background: Too much use of a cellular phone can lead the musculoskeletal disorders in the upper extremity. Phone makers tend to make their new models bigger, lighter, faster and smarter. Method: Fourteen healthy volunteers without any history of neuromuscular disorders or ongoing pain who used their smartphone more than one year were recruited. A 112g phone (iPhone5) and a 142g phone (iPhone4) were used for typing the lyric of the Korean national anthem with their dominant hand. Typing duration, the typing error, the perceived fatigue, and preference was investigated. Muscle recruitment and the resting gap of neck (middle trapezius and levator scapula), shoulder (infraspinatus and mid deltoid), elbow (biceps brachii and brachioradialis), thumb (extensor and abductor policis brevis) were collected using surface electromyography. Typing error was counted and typing speed was calculated in characters per min. The data were analyzed using a paired t-test and chi-square (${\chi}^2$) analysis for the effects of phone weight on the typing performance parameters and muscle recruitment. Results: Typing text message with iPhone5 took longer but had less muscle recruitment in brachioradialis, and extensor policis brevis muscles. Lighter weight of iPhone5 made biceps brachii to rest less without increasing the mean %EMG. Conclusion/Application: Findings of this study can be valuable information for phone designers to develop more productive device and for smartphone users to prevent the musculoskeletal disorders in the upper extremities.

Since the launch of Pokémon GO in 2016, the game has been loved for many users. Although the number of Pokémon GO users has declined, lots of users still enjoy the location-based augmented reality game. From the perspective of game properties and Use & Gratifications theory, this paper investigated the antecedents of continuance intention of Pokémon GO. A total of 258 responses from Pokémon Go users was collected by an online survey. The result of regression analysis showed that attitude toward game characters, attitude toward random game elements, social interaction, competition, and physical activity increased continuance intention. Perceived cost, however, decreased continuance intention. Implications for researchers and practitioners were discussed.

It is necessary to improve new silkworm variety suitable for the artificial diet different from the mulberry leaves in physical and chemical natures. The silkworms fed on artificial diet show low productivity in general. So the effectiveness of selection for cocoon characters was studied when the silkworms were reared on the artificial diet for several generations. The results obtained are as fellows: 1. There is no correlation between the cocoon shell weight and the cocoon shell percentage in female cocoons of both Sa and Y strains but in male cocoons. 2. No correlation exists between the weight of a cocoon and a cocoon shell percentage of male cocoons in Sa strain. 3. There is a specific effect of the artificial diet on selection between Japanese and Chinese strains compared with the mulberry leave rearing. 4. The cocoon quality of first generation in artificial diet rearing was very inferier to that of previous generation in mulberry leave rearing in both Sa and Y strains, but the effect of selection rapidly increased in first and second generation.5. Very high mortality was noted in 4th generation to the degree of hardness for successive generation. 6. From 6th generation to 10th generation, the effectiveness of selection for cocoon characters increased continuously except the cocoon shell percteage.

Hologram technology is widely applied in entertainment contents for public, no more remained in specific technological area for minority experts. Expecially, K-POP entertainment contents increasingly adopt hologram images. These contents use hologram technology as a part to arouse spectacles or represent idols as hologram characters. In this study, spectacles and aura of K-POP hologram concerts of SM Entertainment which runs stably in certain period were analyzed, so that it could recognized the differentiation strategy distinguished only in hologram concerts. Thus, the setting of hologram concerts alienates seats from the stage so that maximize distance, and the aura of idol characters strengthens through fantasy of escape from reality. Hologram concerts maximize fantasy through exposing tricks rather than concealing it. Hologram concerts enhance image of Korea as ICT leader, overcome physical and geological limitation of 'Korean Wave' to globalize, and propose examples of popularization of convergence contents.

This study was to analyze the social identity described in the dress of the American novelist Pearl S. Buck's (1892-1973) major works. A novelist pursues varying and refined expressions in an effort to convey to readers the character' identities of his or her own creation. In particular, Pearl S, Buck was a great writer who was awarded the Novel Literature Prize, and since her work The Good Earth recorded a world-wide bestseller, she might well be called a popular novelist. She depicted well her characters' identities from divers viewpoints with her unique delicacy and realistic expressions. For this study, the following seven works which are considered to feature the dresses for character's identity well were selected out of her 85 works: The Good Earth (1931), Sons(1932), The Mother (1934), A Housed Divided (1935), The Hidden Flower (1952), Love and the Morning Calm (1953) and Letter from Peking (1957). For an analytical tool, the content analysis method was used. In order to systematically review the social identity described in the dress individuals' identity were classified into the following categories based on the identity theories: Social identity were divided into ① age identity ② sex, gender identity ③ economic identity ④ occupational identity ⑤ political identity ⑥ religious identity ⑦ kinship identity ⑧ regional identity. The characters' age identity, sex, gender identity, economic identity, occupational identity, political identity, religious identity, kinship identity, regional identity were depicted by their dresses and physical features. All in all, it is hoped that this study would provided important cues to the understanding of the other party's identity through his or her dresses in mutual relationship: It is believed that this study would be useful because they are arranged through the analysis of the dresses featured in the great writer's works using a consistent framework of analysis.

This study concerns the role of costume in Shakespeare\`s history plays from the viewpoint of the role theory. The term “role” has been used to represent the behavior expected of the occupant of a given position or status. A specific role can not be successfully performed without the aid of the costumes. Costumes are adopted in relation with a specific role. The term ‘role’ had been borrowed from the drama. The similarity between the role on the stage and the role of the social man had been recognized. The similarity between the role on the stage and the role of the social man had been recognized. The typical examples in which the costume help to make access to a specific role and can be effectively exploited for the performance of the role are manifested in the history plays of Shakespeare. Thus, our goal in this study is to analyze the role of costume which appears in Shakespeare\`s history plays from the viewpoint of the role theory. The role of social status and position reflects sex, age, occupation, class, economic position of the characters. In his works, the crown and the mace represented not only the throne but also a previllege and supreme position. The situation role of costume could be widely used for visualizing the psychological situation and external environments of the characters on the stage. The disguise role hided one\`s status, thereby makes possible acting other\`s position. The costume also could symbolize the social status, position, rank, occupation, and the situation, and functioned as a media fo delivering messages to others. The costume performed the role of the physical and psychic protection, and provided its wearer with consolation and peaceful mind. The costume reflected the custom of a society through its wearing configuration. The costume (or a uniform) adopted by a group notified the characteristics and the expectation of action of the group to others. The results obtained from this study can provide useful cues for understanding the role action in the social structure. This kind of understanding reveals the costume phenomena in real life, allows one to perform roles properly and efficiently, and opens our insight on the overall aspects of the costume culture.

No-till farming system has been extensively studied all over the world as the effective method for maintaining the soil fertility. The general advantages of this system have been well known for reducing the labor, fuel, machinery, and irrigation cost as well as for increasing the soil quality through soil aggregation, water infiltration, microbial population and etc. Recently, it becomes more popular with the increase of interest on sustainable agriculture, especially because of its higher carbon sequestration potential compared to conventional tillage. Crop residue management should be essentially included to look forward to achieving the positive effect on reduction of greenhouse gas. Nonetheless, there are also negative opinions on effect of no-till farming system. For example, some researchers reported that soil physical properties were not improved by no-till under certain soil and climatic conditions. This means no-till farming systems were strongly affected by the soil characters and climatic conditions. Therefore, the researches to meet the specific-regional characters are greatly needed in order for no-till farming system to successfully settle in Korea. The objective of the review article is to present the future direction and perspective on no-till farming system in Korea. For this purpose, we summarized the results of domestic and foreign researches about no-till farming system until now. Specifically, the chapter on foreign research consisted of four parts: positive and negative effects, the effect in paddy soil, and latest research direction (2012-2013) of no-till farming systems. Whereas, review for domestic researches was divided into two main parts: paddy and upland soils. In the final chapter, the priorities for the optimum conservation tillage in Korea were discussed and proposed through the previous researches.

The purpose of this study was to define whether NSILQ is useful for the nursing student in supporting women labor room(Nursing Support in Labor Questionnaire). The retrospective study was conducted to identify the helpfulness of nursing student support behaviors as perceived by women in Labor. This sample of 152 women completed two data collection instruments : a demographic & obstetric questionnaire(12) and NSILQ(20). The data were analyzed by Cronbach alpha, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA with SAS program. The result of this study are as follows. 1. All of NSILQ nursing behaviors were perceived as helpful in this study. The total mean of perceived score was $3.4{\pm}0.90$. 2. According to the type of nursing support, the mean of Affect(AT) care was $3.48{\pm}0.79$, the mean of Aid(AD) care was $3.37{\pm}0.82$, the mean of Affirmation(AM) care was $3.35{\pm}0.90$. Among the type of care, the AD care was 52.2%, and the most helpful one. 3. The significant characters of nursing support are antenatal care numbers and husband with or not in labor process. In the group of score of nursing support, the number of antenatal care was low(F=3.90, P=0.02). The score of the group husbands in labor process was higher.(T=4.55, P=0.001). 4. The significant characters of influencing on nursing support required are the person who helped and whether women has job or not. 5. The highest numbers of wanting nursing support are Aid cares(74.3%). The care the women wanted mostly was Aid cares (74.3%; pain control in labor(56.6%), physical comfort(6.6%), coach in labor(3.9%), explain of dilatation(1.3%) in rank.
