Craniosynostosis has a varied clinical spectrum, ranging from isolated single suture involvement to multi-sutural fusions. Greater understanding of the pathogenesis of craniosynostosis has led to the development of practical treatment protocols. Three stages of growth have determined the approach to managing craniosynostosis : the early period, up to 12 months; the intermediate period, from 1 to 10 years; and the late period, beginning at 10 years. This review discusses current surgical management and future perspectives in craniosynostosis.

As the most sensitive radio interferometer ever operated in millimeter/submillimeter, the ALMA has opened a new window on extragalactic astronomy. Its superior resolution and sensitivity allow the community to study the gas kinematics of distant galaxies as well as the molecular gas properties of nearby galaxies in GMC scale, already in its early commissioning stage. Also the ALMA provides a great tool to probe the dust contents of extragalactic sources at all redshifts, which is important in understanding of galaxy formation and evolution history over cosmic time. In this presentation, I will review the ALMA capabilities with the emphasis on the extragalactic science. I will also revisit some highlights from the early science and discuss future perspectives.

This paper provides a review of the status and of the perspectives of advanced catalytic combustion for ultra clean combustion of gas turbines and for industrial combustors. The development of catalytic materials and their combustion techniques for gas turbines are briefly reported. The fuel-rich approaches to catalytic combustion are mentioned for a new technology of thermal- and fuel-NOx control. The fuel-rich catalytic combustion are also applicable to the combustor of ceramic gas turbine, and to the combustion of biomess and municipal waste sludge. Some extended technologies of combustion synthesis are introduced for the synthesis of carbon nanotube and of Perovskite combustion catalysts

The key aim of this research is to address the relationship between adoption level of e-commerce usage and performance based on Balanced scorecard perspectives. In order to identify the e-commerce adoption characteristics of small businesses, we carried out principal component analysis and cluster analysis by means of a survey with interview. The association of the e-commerce adoption level currently reached by a small businesses with internal process, learning/growth, customer perspectives performance is investigated and discussed.

This study attempts to understand the management of IS outsourcing by introducing the concept of inter-organizational control. To meet this purpose, this study develops integrative model of IS outsourcing management based on the existing literature from different management disciplines : MIS, Marketing, Organization, Strategic Management, and different perspectives : economic, social, organizational perspectives. In addition, several implications are presented, and future directions are suggested.

Compared to other variables being considered in therapeutics, patient compliance has long been given minor attention although it affects every aspect of medical care; Limited methodology of compliance measurement, in particular, has hampered major progress in research, and pre-conceptions have been reiterated. However, there is a recent surge in interest derived from new data revealed by reliable methods, i.g. continuous medication (compliance) monitoring. The visualization of dynamics in drug regimen compliance over time offers unique opportunities, both to scientific drug evaluation and therapeutics in medical practice. New perspectives related to the descriptive and explanatory side of the problem are outlined by giving examples from various therapeutic fields.

Energy Technology Perspectives (ETP) has provided the current status of energy system, technology developments and external events that have changed ETP scenario since 2006. The three scenarios are presented in four different fields (power generation, transport, industry, building). Energy efficiency improvement of energy system and the new system that can solve the increasing energy demand and the emissions are introduced. The activities on IEA/ECERC delegation of Korea will be also reported in this presentation.

Acknowledging the importance of English as the language of tourism discourse, this paper explores its current standing in the landscape of tourism in Oman. It also investigates its features and functions aimed at promoting the country as a wonderful tourist destination to people around the globe and framing tourism as a customer-oriented industry that meets tourists' interests and needs. To convey these messages the authors examine English tourism discourse in Oman from linguistic, pragmatic and socio-cultural perspectives.

It is revealed that there is still considerable interest in job satisfaction and that a growing number of methods are being used to study satisfaction. In particular I reviewed studies using methodologies such as interviews, questionnaires, and diary studies. Overall. my review suggests that working roles change for individuals and theoretical perspectives fade or rise for scholars, the experience of job satisfaction continues to play a central role in understanding life at work.

This study uses theoretical perspectives and models from organizational ecology to examine the dynamics and viability of strategic groups. Integrating the ecological perspective and the contingency theoretical view of strategic management, this study developed propositions demonstrating the impact of environmental density and variation on the effectiveness of strategic groups. Justifications for linking ecological perspectives to strategic management theory are discussed and the importance of the integrative approach to strategic management is highlighted.
