지식자기효능감이 종업원의 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향: 개인성과기대 및 과업성과기대의 매개효과 검증 (The effect of knowledge self-efficacy on employee's knowledge sharing intention: Analysis of mediating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation)

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

  • This research aims to improve oral health knowledge through oral health education by investigating and analyzing the effect of subjective oral health knowledge and oral health behavior on personal oral hygiene management ability targeted for adults who visited a dental hygiene laboratory at B University in Busan for comprehensive dental hygiene management and procedure from September 23, 2013 to December 12, 2013, and provide basic data to improve adults' personal oral hygiene management ability by inducing behavior on oral health. Results derived from the research are as follows. Oral health education is a prerequisite to improve personal oral hygiene management ability through improvement in oral health knowledge and oral health behavior, which leads to improved personal oral health and furthermore promotion of national oral health through not just simply transmitting oral health knowledge, but desirable change in oral health behavior based on oral health knowledge.

  • This paper investigate relationship between job burnout, social support and knowledge creation, sharing. also, social support are moderate on the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. We build up main effect and moderating effect hypothesis. To test hypothesis, survey method are performed. The results are as follows. first, emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment have negative effects on knowledge creation, but haven't effect on knowledge sharing. second, social support significant positively impact on knowledge creation and sharing. third, both of supervisor' support and coworker's support partially moderate the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. especially, emotional exhaustion reduce supervisor' support to knowledge creation, sharing and low personal accomplishment reduce co-worker' support to knowledge sharing, which means although job burnout preceded, if employees perceived high level of social support that have buffering effects on the relationships.

  • This paper classifies the critical knowledge/skill set required to IS practitioners according to content or domain of knowledge : IS technology knowledge/skills, organizational and societal knowledge/skills, interpersonal knowledge/skills, and personal traits knowledge/skills. The survey reveals that Korean IS practitioners rate interpersonal knowledge/skills and personal traits knowledge/skills the most important, and organizational and societal knowledge/skills the least important. Specifically, they rate creative thinking, critical thinking, interpersonal communication skills, team working skills, personal motivation, operating systems, programming languages, DB/data warehouse, IS technological trend, networkicommunicationisecurity especially important. The survey also shows that Koran IS practitioners feel knowledge deficiency in almost all knowledge/skills areas. The results confirm that the curriculum of universities, the training and education programs of industries, and IS/IT education policy of the government should be revised as soon as possible.

  • Today, Internet users start off using heavily SNS(Social Network Site) such like, Facebook, Twitter. The reason of the growth of using SNS would be closely related to the various services of gaming, playing, entertainment items, sharing information etc., provided by the SNS, technically, the most important one out of the services provided would be behaving of sharing knowledge among people who connected and networked in the site. In sum, we assume that the users may communicate well each other and pay attention to build closely a social network using that kind of activities. However, nevertheless the new trends of communications and sharing knowledge become popular, researchers have just began the research issues in explaining why Internet user rush into SNS and enjoy the time in there. Therefore, we investigate on the reasons of posting knowledge voluntarily in the SNS and how others response to the posted information and actually affected by the behavior. We appled personal relation and social identity theory for this study, which personal relation in SNS may affect on social identity and make them produce knowledge generation. We found that social identity and involvement in SNS is closely related and influence knowledge creation and generation. This empirical study resulted in the importance of social relations in SNS, which leads to a sharing knowledge.

임상간호사의 개인정보보호 실천 영향요인: 개인정보보호법 지식, 옹호간호를 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Clinical Nurses' Practice of Personal Information Protection: Focusing on Knowledge of Personal Information Protection Law and Nursing Patient Advocacy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of knowledge of personal information protection law and nursing patient advocacy on practice of personal information protection among nurses. Methods: The subjects were 130 nurses who have worked for six months or more in the ward of the tertiary or general hospitals. Data were collected from February 20 to March 3, 2023. Results: Factors influencing practice of personal information protection were acting as an advocate (β=.32, p=.004), environmental and educational influences (β=.21, p=.040), knowledge of personal information protection law (β=.19, p=.013) and clinical experience for five years or more but less than ten years (β=.17, p=.036). The regression model showed an explanatory power of 34.0%. Conclusion: Acting as an advocate has the most effect on practice of personal information protection. To promote practice of personal information protection for nurses, it is necessary to provide education related to privacy protection and encourage nursing patient advocacy.

초등학생의 개인정보보호에 관한 지식이 행동에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis on the Impact of Knowledge of Personal Information Protection on Their Behaviors in Elementary School)

  • 본 연구는 개인정보보호에 관한 지식이 실제 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 개인정보보호 관련 지식은 개인정보 개념, 정보주체 권리, 정보보호 행동수칙, 개인정보 가치인식의 영역으로 구성하였고, 개인정보보호 행동은 개인정보보호수칙의 준수, 개인정보침해에 따른 피해구제 노력으로 설정하여, 초등학생 510명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자기기입식의 방법으로 지식과 행동의 연관성을 측정하고, 행동에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교육 유무에 따라서 지식과 행동의 4개 요인은 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 개인정보보호 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보보호 행동수칙의 인지와 개인정보 중요성에 대한 가치인식에 관한 지식이었다. 본 연구는 개인정보보호에 관한 교육에 있어서, 어떤 지식을 위주로 제공해야 하는지에 대한 시사점을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

개인정보 보호에 대한 의료기관 종사자들의 지식, 인식과 실천 (Hospital Employees' Knowledge, Recognition and Practice on the Protection of Personal Information)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate hospital employees' knowledge, recognition and practice on the protection of personal information. A total of 250 hospital employees were selected using convenient sampling in J province. The data were collected using self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and descriptive statistics, Chi-squire test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Average score for knowledge, recognition and practice were significantly associated with gender, education, hospital size and there was a correlation among knowledge, recognition and practice. The results of this study will help to develop education program on the protection of personal information for hospital employees.

  • 현재 개인정보의 활용가치가 높아짐에 따라, 개인정보를 제공하는 방법에 대한 논의가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 현재 가장 일반적인 개인정보 제공방법 중 하나로 개인정보를 활용하는 집단이 개인에게 동의를 얻어 개인정보를 사용하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 위의 방법은 두가지 문제점을 갖고 있는데, 첫째 개인정보 활용을 위해 기관에서 필요로 하는 정보 이상의 정보가 노출되고 있는점, 둘째 기업에서 개인정보를 요청 할 때마다 신뢰기관(Trusted Party)이 해당 정보에 대한 인증정보를 기업에 제공해야 하는 문제점이 있다. 위의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 zk-SNARK (zero-knowledge Succinct Non-interactive ARgument of Knowledge)기법과 블록체인을 사용하여 프라이버시 보호형 개인정보 관리기법을 제안한다. 프라이버시 보호형 개인정보 관리기법은 zk-SNARK를 통해 개인정보를 제공할 때 프라이버시를 보장하면서도 정보의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있다. 또한 블록체인을 통해 데이터의 무결성을 보장하면서도 개인정보 데이터를 관리할 수 있으며 개인정보 공유를 기존의 인증방식보다 용이하게 수행할 수 있다.

일 대학병원 근로자의 지식공유 의도에 미친 영향분석 (The Analysis of Factors affecting Workers' Knowledge Sharing Intention in a University Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing intention in a hospital. This study is based on personal factors such as perceived incentives, perceived reciprocal benefits, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. Also, there are organizational factors such as organizational climate, CEO's support, rewards system, trust, and IT system. Data were assessed using 107 employees who work at C university hospital in Chunkcheong-do and collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 13 in 2013. This study was analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency and multi regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention among personal factors was statistically significant in perceived behavioral control. Second, the awareness of knowledge sharing intention among organizational factors was turned out to be positive effect for CEO's support and trust. This study was identified a couple of factors affecting knowledge sharing intention between personal and organizational factors. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital management strategies are fostered knowledge sharing.
